Ingredients

semolina 100 g
eggs 4 things
sugar 100 g
milk 1st
vanillin

Cooking method

  • Grind the yolks with sugar.
  • Beat whites, mix with yolks and add semolina.
  • Grease the mold with oil in the oven at 220 degrees for 30 minutes.
  • When the dough thickens (after 30 minutes), pour hot milk with vanilla and put in the oven for another 10 minutes, so that the milk is absorbed into the grandma.
  • Cool the finished grandmother and pour over any jam.

Note

I tried it already in a multicooker, it turned out great.
