We fill in all the ingredients, except the onion in the specified order, run the standard program, and then add the onion.

I have cooked it several times already, so there are a few tricks. The onions must be fried so that they are golden - cooked with raw onions - delicious, but not so, all the same, the raw onions inside the dough are not ice-cold. Take a rather large onion, not very large, but not small either, because the onion is very fried.

I simply cut the onion into medium-sized squares, again by eye, and fry it in sunflower oil, then pour everything together with the oil into a bucket.

In general, as you might have guessed, the onion should be thrown after the beep, as is always done.But there is a little trick - after the signal, you should have a ready-made kolobok in the bucket (by the way, you need to monitor the dough, you may need a little flour, the kolobok is not should stick to the walls or smear along the bottom), and so, if you pour onions in oil, and even with oil, on this bun, then it will be smeared with oil and nifiga will not interfere with the onion.But at the same time, pour hot onions with butter right on top of the flour before kneading is also not a good idea)

So, by trial and error, it was decided to catch the moment when the water had already more or less interfered with the flour, but the dough was still liquid and there was a lot of flour around the edges, that is, BEFORE the bun began to form. Thus, the butter and onion will normally (even perfectly) interfere with the dough and nothing will fall to the bottom, since there is no longer pure water. These are the things, but the bread is really insanely simple!

And I really like its texture even after a few days.

The onion fell asleep after 7 minutes from the start of the program.

There is only one deviation from the recipe - I squeezed 2 medium cloves of garlic into fried onions. Predportovaya flour, I didn't even sift it (the sieve mug broke) and measured it out with a measuring glass (I haven't bought the scales yet), but everything turned out just gorgeous! While the dough was kneading, I looked in, then did not poke my nose into the oven. I got it hot "washed" with cold water and under a towel for an hour. Then in a plastic bag, so the crust will be soft.
The bread was baked for mom, so there is no cutaway photo. But everything is fine there. The bow is not visible. I already tried it with my mother. Delicious! Now I will bake for mom, she liked it! (Alas, myself, I try not to eat white bread))))))))) Everything tastes great, onions and garlic give a very light "tasty" note.
