Made 2/3 of the recipe. Zucchini, probably about 2.4 kg net weight came out. Just as usual, I thought about it and banged the pasta in full, all 300 gr. I also measured it so carefully, gram to gram
I cooked it in a 5-liter multicooker bowl, everything barely fit in there.
Blender for a long time. As a result, the caviar is exactly like from the store !! And the color!
It turned out a little more than 3 liters of caviar (2 cans of 0.7 and 3 cans of 0.5) and eat a little.

I put the prepared caviar in jars of 0.5-0.7 liters, sterilized in an airfryer for 15 minutes. I did not pre-sterilize the jars, I just washed them in cold water with dish detergent.
