I bought myself like Tanya, a hundred times better than metal mesh.

Linen, well yes, made of silicone and steel - I have one, with a long handle
Your handles are more comfortable, the shorter ones, and even two
Elena Tim
Yeah, Tanya, she specially chose to store it more compactly.
And most importantly - you are not afraid to put it in the dishwasher - it will not rust like mesh, tell me, in ?!
Admin

Ty also dishwasher it
And I have no dishwasher, I have handles, handles
Elena Tim
Duc if greasy from oil splashes, it’s horrible how reluctance it is unpleasant to wash it, so I put it in the PMMeshka.
And considering that I use it both in the tail and in the mane - well, there, either as a double boiler, or as a sprinkler for macaros or dumplings, - I always have it as a gruendel. Only a dishwasher saves from the "horror" of washing by hand.

Delicious, I already did it last year. I fried the onions in a cartoon, then put the carrots there and stewed them for half an hour under pressure, then threw everything into a saucepan with zucchini and boiled for another hour, blend it, cooked it in cans for another half hour. I cut everything at random in large pieces and zucchini and carrots.

Well, yes, it turns out there are more onions and carrots, 1 kg each. Jars of 0.5 l, 0.4 l, and smaller. 720 grams is big for us. If we open it, we must eat it right away, but no one likes to finish it.

Irin, I have 2 hungry men at work (dad and husband) and we eat it instead of a side dish when Marina, that is, I, was too lazy and didn't cook dinner, and so I went to a nearby store, bought a pack of sausages and opened a jar. Everyone is happy)))

Reine de Saba
Omela, thanks for the recipe.
Today I cooked it - it will not be enough. Tomorrow I will cook again.
But I did not regret the vinegar, damn it. I forgot that I was cooking half a dose, I remembered only when I started filling the third spoon. But nothing, everything is delicious
marina-asti
Reine de Saba, here you ruined all the raspberries for me, reminding me about vinegar

but I don’t remember whether I put it last year or not
Can I have it without vinegar from last year?

Made 20 cans of 0.5. I really liked the taste of caviar, by the way, tomato paste from different manufacturers greatly affects the final result. The sour the paste, the more sour the caviar, respectively. True, I slightly changed the technological process - I bake vegetables in a sleeve in the oven for 1 hour, with this method a lot of juice comes out - I pierce a hole in the bag and drain, put it in a colander, then into a saucepan and add all the ingredients except vinegar. Carcass about 30-40 minutes somewhere. Then I rub with a blender, bring to a boil and add vinegar. Those who love caviar, but cannot eat because of heartburn, said that there is no heartburn. Thanks for the recipe, very good indeed.

Girls, Good afternoon! Tell me please, why does the lid squeeze out when you turn over a can of caviar? I did it with such inspiration, but in the end, well, a decline in strength began from this. The caviar turned out to be very tasty, thick, it turned out seven half-liter jars. For the sake of reliability, I really sterilized each for 10-15 minutes, rolled it up and began to turn it over and the lid squeezed out and all the caviar on the table, I thought that I turned it over sharply, but the next one was the same, although I was already doing it carefully. Some cans did not squeeze out the lids, but they were slightly swollen and did not fit evenly to the table, as it were, swaying, but as they cooled down, everything became fine. Here's a problem, please help.
stall
Irina, she may not turn over, sterilization and wrapping is enough. I do not flip.
And then your work is so sorry
agasha
So I also think so, that there is no need to turn them over and I will no longer, but after all, it does not squeeze out others. I asked Yandex, but I couldn't find the answer.
Twig
agasha, maybe the seamer does not close well?
I periodically have to tighten the screw

Omela, Ksyusha, thank you very much for the recipe! I've always made caviar by roasting eggplant or zucchini. and everything else too. And then I didn't eat, because I had heartburn from such caviar. This year I remembered that you have a recipe for boiled caviar. T.K. had to put the zucchini somewhere, then I made it exactly according to the recipe. And I was shocked - incredible deliciousness, whether from zucchini, that from eggplant, what is in their mixture. I gave it to a neighbor to test, she demanded a recipe. All our household loved it. The husband demands to cook her constantly. and my mother asks to transfer more often. And the kids take with them everything that they didn't have time to take to the basement.
But most importantly - there is absolutely no heartburn from it !!!! HURRAH!!!!
Ksenia, thank you! You rehabilitated caviar for me. Now everything that grows (eggplant) or what is given to me (zucchini) I roll up in jars in the form of caviar. And now my zucchini is on the way - they have already begun to grow. I planted them late - in mid-July. I will also make caviar out of all.

agasha, those cans, which have squeezed out the lids, were not closed tightly. Visually, you could not see it, but the bank itself showed that you did not spin it enough. I check whether the can is closed or not in this way - after rolling the lid, I press the lid in the middle. If a faint hiss of air is heard, the lid is not closed. We still need to tighten it up. And check again. Yesterday I closed the sauce and 2 cans did not want to close in any way - they hissed. Although it seemed to me that I tightened them strongly, strongly. I made another effort, and the lids stopped hissing.
And if the lid protrudes, then this is a sign of a high-quality twist. But not all lids protrude - there are some that do not protrude. Then, after cooling down, the lid will retract. By the way, this is also a sign of quality spin. If the lid is not retracted, but it rises and falls when pressed, then the lid is screwed on poorly. So the main thing is to pay attention to the hiss and to ensure that the lid is not pressed. ...
And if you do not turn the cans over and make sure that everything is rolled up well, then there is a chance that some of the cans will explode or sour during storage. Why are banks flipping? But for that, they turn it over to make sure that the seaming went well. So, being complacent at the spinning stage, you may be disappointed later when you open the jar in winter.Better to turn over.
By the way, although I check whether the can "hisses" or not, for safety reasons I gently turn the jar over the saucepan in which we boil caviar or something else. It happened a couple of times that everything fell out, but it fell out into the same saucepan from which we just put the caviar. We risk in this case only by the fact that it will be necessary to pull out the lid from the caviar. But these are trifles, but our product is saved.
agasha
kolubak ,. Now I looked closely at the empty cans, and that's what alarmed me, the border at the neck of the can is very narrow, not a standard one, apparently the lid does not have enough grip. I bought it in Magnet.

Lyudmila, thanks for such a detailed answer, it means that my jars will live (they got involved). Thanks for the advice, I somehow did not think to turn over the saucepan myself, I just did not expect this.

Brewed for the first time this year - a great batch. The second was cooked - another tomato paste and it scored everything. Moreover, I forgot to add vegetable oil))). Heinze's pasta tasted the most.

Ksenia, I'm in a hurry and I am grateful for the excellent caviar! I made 2 batches in July and today I would have done the third, but the water was turned off early in the morning. Therefore, tomorrow I will definitely make a meat grinder work.
Omela
Girls, I'm really glad the recipe came in handy. This year, the zucchini still pleased me, I made three portions, plus lecho with tomatoes. The jars stand at room temperature, this year there were 2-3 punctures, with jars with screw caps the caviar sour. Due to the fact that the lids were screwed on badly. (So I try to buy new lids in the season. Tomato paste I use "tomato".

Ksyusha, I didn't show the photo with that report, although I boasted in the Arbor. Here is one of the parties.

Thanks again for the recipe! For tomorrow I planned to make caviar again - the zucchini began to ripen ... A lot of zucchini!

Thanks for the recipe. Did half the portion. It turned out very tasty, but without a lid it is better not to boil it down a second time, such explosions were

olia, and thank you. The topic of "explosions" has been discussed more than once. a tall pan or a special Silicone lid saves you. )

Low bow for the recipe! I love these "lazy" recipes! Most of the time was spent on preparing vegetables. The harvester cut everything into cubes in 3 minutes, threw it into the cartoon for extinguishing for 1.5 hours, but we walk longer, so it was heated. While the child was having lunch and falling asleep, he ground everything, warmed it up and twisted it! Result: the child is walking around and sleeping, the mother is lying next to her, pleased with herself and awesome caviar! I'll tell my husband that I've been busy for half a day. ...

THANKS for the recipe! It is worth boiling caviar, but as always, the light was turned off in the country. There is nothing to blend with .... What to do, leave until morning?
Omela
Kosmos, Irina, never left. All the same, it is for long-term storage. But you, as I understand it, still have no options. Boil more tomorrow then. Good luck!

And why blender attachments don't fit in a screwdriver ...

Omela, I finally got to the Internet. I ate a lot of a kilo of squash caviar, ate all sorts of things, but I have never had such yummy. It's not just delicious, it's incredibly delicious. How many recipes have I ever made? I never got what I would like, but everything is as it should be. Thank you so much for bringing the recipe to this very state. The fact that they have already rolled up for the winter has already been removed, since half of the balcony of zucchini still lies
Omela
Divnay, Irina, thank you for your kind words! Glad you liked. We, too, have already begun to open banks, without waiting for winter!
