Today I kneaded the dough for rye bread strictly according to the recipe from the book ... it turned out to be a dumb dough, very cool. or should it be?

I also have pilaf in the "cereal" mode, it turned out to be undercooked in places
Yesterday I cooked pilaf (not according to the recipe book): I fried the meat (1 chicken fillet), added onions, carrots, fried a little more, then added 3 small chopped tomatoes, stewed for 10 minutes - all this was done in the frying / stewing mode. I added rice 1.5 m / st and water in a ratio of 1: 2 and on the soup / cereal mode for 40 minutes. The rice was ready. It's a pity I didn't have time to take a photo

Unfortunately, I didn't cook anything from the recipe book. I make the dough in HP, so I can't recommend anything

I will share my impressions if someone decides to bake rye bread according to a recipe from a book.
1. I used chicory instead of molasses and took 600 grams of water.
2. The leaven was not liquid, although it rose almost 2 times.
3. The dough was very coarse and "heavy", from which I blew the conclusion that flour, rye, in any case, is needed much less than indicated in the recipe.
4. I baked bread on the "bread maker" program for 3 hours, of which 1 hour the dough stood at a temperature of 30-35C, fit, and only after that baking began.
5. The bread was baked, though after 1 hour of baking (ie 2 according to the program) I turned it over.
6. I greased the mold with vegetable oil, so the crust came out on both sides.
7. The bread tastes good, a little bland, but if you take less flour, then the taste of the bread will be different.

I tried so, now even. The photo is loaded, I can't click on the text highlighted in red, the link under it is highlighted, and then nothing happens. Photos have been added to my gallery, maybe you can see it there if anyone is interested.

What a cool multicooker Scarlett is !!! Every day I cook in it and every day I rejoice. I baked English oat bread, according to the recipe from the book.It turned out awesome, and not too sweet, although I added a little more honey than in the recipe. Experimenting I'm starting)

Thank you, vitaokstep, I figured out the time setting.
And my yogurt stood for 5 hours 12 minutes and milk porridge blinked with 10 minutes. Is that how it should be? Someone like? True, I delivered another 2 hours 30 minutes and it seems that when he stood for these 5 hours and 12 minutes + for about an hour just in warm water (porridge was blinking), it turned out better than today, as it has now stood. And yet, it turns out that the time at the yogurt can also be set. Maybe then he put 5 hours? Next time I'll try.
And the condensate inside the jar on the lid still forms and drips into the jar))))))).
And who did how, what time did you choose when the saucepan turned off?
I also cut down at 5-37. I handed over my multicooker to the store (a technically complex product, the deficiency is up to 15 days from the date of purchase, if you show it later, then the money will be returned, only repairs).
They rejected me as best they could. And write a statement in the form - and it says "please make repairs" and "these are goods for personal use, we do not accept them back, only repairs" (by the way, there are no such lists for faulty goods) "and" take it yourself to the service center ". In general, it's a shame el-do!. They spent 2 weeks (according to the law, within 10 days they are obliged to return the money, including checking in the SC). In the service center they wrote "beyond repair."
In general, the slow cooker is good, if not for the malfunction of the yogurt. Judging by the forums, many have such a problem. For me personally, this is critical, because I make yogurt often. and put it on at night. so now I'm choosing another device (.
Well, of course, they also made a difference with a bowl (non-standard)))

This means a massive marriage. I didn't pay attention until I put on the yogurt in the afternoon. And the program did reset after 5 hours. But as I already wrote before, this time is enough for me, because MV keeps the temperature for several hours, and if it drops, then a maximum of 2-3 degrees.
Still the same story with "heating". I needed it somehow and after 1 hour I dropped it. But it’s good that I was at home and noticed. I had to turn it on again. But then it stood for more than 2 hours and turned it off by itself.

Would you ... for the sake of experiment bought store milk once and brewed it from it ... and it would be clear whether the milk or the cartoon overheats you
Oksan, I am reporting: milk "Selyanskoe" 2.6% fat with water 1: 1 (although my favorite proportion is 3 milk and 2 water)

all the same she overheats me. I opened the lid twice so as not to wash everything afterwards.

Girls, take them into your ranks and help them figure it out. I have had a scarlet for 3 days already. The porridge is super in the morning, I baked a pear pie according to the recipe, super. There is only one problem, I just can't make a delayed start. Moreover, on the program, milk porridge turns out, as you wrote. First I choose the program, time, and then the delayed start. In the morning we get up to the aroma of freshly prepared porridge. Now I'm carving a chicken. So on extinguishing, I just can't postpone the start. I do it according to the same scheme. I choose the mode, the time. Then I press the delayed start, ask for how long; to postpone. I press start, and she immediately jumps to the cooking mode .... what to do?

Don't laugh at me. While I was writing, I figured it out I'm waiting for my chicken

Hello everyone and thanks for the feedback on this slow cooker! Thanks to you, I decided to buy this saucepan. At first, I was skeptical about Scarlett and doubted the quality, but then I remembered that all the devices of this brand that I bought were working properly and are still functioning.Continuing my search, I found out that many eminent "multicooker brands" sell MV clones collected at the same Chinese plant. The same model can be purchased for both $ 100 and $ 300. Having accidentally stumbled upon this model in an online store, I began to study the reviews, of course there are few of them, but they are mostly positive. Thanks to this forum and especially Vitaokstep, having seen real photos of her dishes and descriptions of the cooking process, I made the final decision, which I do not regret.

After purchasing, I cooked porridge 5 times. I did not run through the valve, but once forgot to grease the rim with oil - it rose to the lid. I cook for 30 minutes. on "milk porridge", liquid 5 parts to 1 part of cereal. I stewed chicken with vegetables for 1 hour in the stewing mode, greasing the bowl with vegetable oil - nothing burnt, then simmering for another 30 minutes on the "soup" - it turned out delicious. And finally - yogurt, I doubted that it would work - I acted according to the instructions and everything turned out delicious! By the way, after 5 hours, the yogurt mode also turned off, but I left it in the water, where the water was warm for at least two hours. The main thing is that the yogurt turned out, therefore I do not consider it either a factory or a mass marriage, since it performs the function of a yogurt maker. Now I will type dry starter cultures and try what happens with them.

Fry the brisket cut into small cubes or something like that (smoked meat with bacon) on the frying mode. Then, throw the onion to the brisket (I plus the leek), after frying a little, throw thinly sliced mushrooms, fry everything until fragrant)) ), add seasonings (oregano, Provencal herbs or something else))), then diced potatoes, water (I'm hot), and simmer until the potatoes are half cooked, then as the potatoes become a little softer, throw 2 melted cheese, stir and cook until cooked on soup mode, add dill or parsley, pour into plates and taste))) Super!
Goldbug

Good afternoon everyone! Yesterday I bought this MV. Since there is no experience, I decided to cook according to the recipe - "Hungarian goulash" - 15 minutes - frying onions, 15 minutes - frying with meat, 15 minutes - stewing (all only according to the program ...). I added potatoes ... According to the instructions - the steamer mode is 15 minutes .... But the mode turned off after 5 minutes ... I repeated it again - the same thing! Probably a marriage? Has anyone faced such a problem? It looks like turning off the Yogurt program to me. But the potatoes remained raw!
And how to reduce the time set by the program? Can you, for example, reduce the software 15 minutes to 10? Tell me please!
Vitaok
Most likely, the program is turned off due to the temperature difference in the modes: on extinguishing 130-140, and on a double boiler 120-125. Let it cool down a bit and try again. Did you add water? Prescription 500 ml.
You can reduce the time: by pressing the button, bring the time to the maximum, the next press - the minimum value, and so on in a circle.
Goldbug
Thank you very much for your reply! Here I just didn't add water .... Probably, because of this, the regime did not work, and it turned out not goulash, but some kind of roast ... but delicious. I will try temperature control. on your advice! In one word - KETTLE!

I tried the pastries! Mannik, the recipe I found here! Everything turned out great! Rummy ... But with the soup ... sho does not stick. I tried to cook on the "soup" mode with potatoes, as always cooked in Panasonic on the "stew" mode, the meat remained tough in 2 hours ... Maybe try the "stew"? Then with or without potatoes?

On "stewing" it will boil very strongly.Try on "milk porridge" or "your own recipe" 95 degrees. It depends on what kind of meat. I think boil the broth first and then add the potatoes.

Hello! Girls, I bought myself this slow cooker 2 weeks ago. 3 days as I cook milk porridge in it, it turns out delicious, but dangerous. For 2 days in a row I cooked milk porridge on the mode (10 minutes) and then washed the lid with the valve. Porridge runs away in the 5th minute. On the third day, I was already on guard and 5 times I opened the lid - I removed the pressure - I did not run away. You can, of course, put on cereals (30 minutes), but 1. long, I'll cook faster on the stove. 2. not as tasty as on milk porridge, but does not run away. The question is why you need a milk porridge mode, if even in the recipe all porridges are cooked in the cereal mode. The heating does not always turn on automatically, which does not really bother me, because it’s like a thermos for a cartoon, but it does. Well, no matter what, I'm happy with the purchase, by the way it cost me 3 thousand and a few kopecks, so it's completely budgetary. What is good about buying in an online store - a week is given for testing, during which you can return the purchase for any reason that is not possible in a regular store. You just need to choose an online store with a stable point of issue.

Yes, the manufacturers did not work out something with the "porridge" mode, but everything started well ... For the first time, the milk did not run away. I staunchly did not open the lid, for the purity of the experiment. And now, if you miss, even the valve needs to be washed

Well, in this situation, you can find good sides. If you put on a delay, then the cereal mode for 30 minutes (does not run away, but for a long time). And if in the morning on a fast one, then milk porridge in 10 minutes, but with a guard - while you put the kettle on, spread the butters, periodically opening the lid to release steam, 10 minutes and it will be usefully
