That is, how will I see such a terrible figure - should I run to turn it off? But what about automatic shutdown and auto heating?
Vitaok
Yes, you need to look and turn it off in time. But this glitch does not happen every time. How the CF will behave without water, if, for example, the liquid boils away, I do not know. But for some reason the heating works for me for only 1 hour and flies.
Tanyusha S
I also have heating for only 1 hour, and then it turns off. And even in the "Soup" mode, if I set it for 3 hours or more, then after 2 hours it turns off for semi-heating. Has anyone else noticed this?
Vitaok
I will need to check the "soup" too. I did not put this program on for such a time. Does it turn off for heating or standby?
Tanyusha S
Probably standby.

No one has a spare yet. At least no one has bragged yet
On another forum I read that a girl ordered a bowl from NEC () a month ago, but she still hasn't received it.
I ordered from China. But either I was mistaken, or the intermediary confused something, in general it came of a different size. It's good that I came to my other CF. And I didn't dare to order any more.

but I fry the meat in frying or baking for 15-20 minutes, then I add vegetables (onions, carrots) I fry for 5-10.15 minutes, and then I add well-washed rice in a ratio of 1: 2 and leave it on the soup / porridge mode for an hour , I immediately add salt spices to laurel, in short, in an hour the perfect crumbly pilaf is ready!
Thank you again, the pilaf is awesome! It's a pity I didn't have time to take a photo - everyone pounced on
Tanyusha S
I also want to share my negative experience, maybe I can help someone. I read that in a slow cooker you can make cottage cheese from sour milk on heating, putting it on heating for 1 hour. I have already checked that after cooking the dish, the heating only turns on for 1 hour. So, I poured the yogurt into a saucepan, turned on the heating and I had to leave. When I returned to the eran, the number 2 was lit and the cartoon continued to work. Naturally, the milk is overheated and the curd is spoiled. I don’t understand why this is so with the program, maybe someone had something like this, or was it my such glitches?
Vitaok
And I had the following: after the end of the program, the MB switched to heating for 1 hour. When he reset, she turned it on and off again on its own after a little over 2 hours. Maybe when you turn on the heating itself, it works longer? Just how much?
Vitaok
Today on another forum I read that one user finally got an extra. bowls from NEC. The Premium bowl came up, but with Eco the lid barely closed.

My soup flies in an hour and a half. I already changed the cartoon, the same problem, the service said that it was a mistake in the description, that the soup is exactly 1.5 hours is the maximum.I got out of the situation like this: I put my recipe for the time that I need to 90 degrees - this is exactly the temperature of the soup.

The link is probably not allowed. Look at the multicooker. ru in the topic about this MV.

First, I bring it to a boil either in frying or in a double boiler, then I switch to my recipe.

Hello everyone again, bowls for our multicooker appeared on the NEC website, size (4-) liters! But I doubt something with the choice, the lid there barely closes (((
Vitaok
Eco, as I understand it, barely closes, but with Premium everything is fine.

Hello everyone, I am grateful to everyone for the reviews, after reading everything, I bought myself this slow cooker. literally in 3 days I have already prepared several dishes and appreciated it + and -.
The helper is super, everything is delicious, convenient because I have a little baby who does not give time to stand at the stove. The price is normal and there are many modes, but I don’t understand what the slow cooker is for. Of the minuses, as not significant for me, but nevertheless it is, it heats up for a long time, water flows a little, in daylight it is hard to see which mode, well, the recipe book. Honestly, I cooked at my own discretion, it turned out super, tasty, of course, there are recipes that take a very long time, faster on the stove.

just don't understand why the slow cooker?
As I was told during the sale, in this mode you can cook jellied meat or meat for broth, but for me it is faster to do it all on my recipe. I cooked jellied meat in a slow cooker, indicated the time at 7 o'clock, the jellied meat was not ready, I turned it on to my recipe by 90 degrees for another 3 hours, everything was wonderfully prepared, I decided that I would cook 90 degrees on my recipe for 6 or 7 hours, as it should be for jellied meat. I always bring it to a boil beforehand, remove the foam, then add salt to my recipe, after 4 hours, add a whole unpeeled onion, into which I stick 3-5 cloves for smell, and by the end of cooking I also add bay leaf. Everything works out great.

Thank you so much. I also wanted to say, for those who are going to buy, that the volume is not 4 liters. a 2.5L

I recently cooked sprats on a slow cooker in Scarlett, set the mode for 2 hours. Just do not shift the fish while it is hot, it will break and may turn into gruel.

I do this in Scarlett ours:
pork - 300 - 400 g;
rice - 480 g (3 multi-glasses) - Italica rice from the Mistral company (medium grain);
onion - 1 pc .;
carrots - 2 pcs.;
garlic - 1 head;
salt to taste;
seasonings to taste;
water - 1160 ml.
The first step, as usual, is to peel the onions and carrots; then respectively cut and three on a coarse grater.
Cut the meat (I usually take pork) into small pieces.
Put the meat, onions and carrots in a multicooker bowl, pour a glass of hot water ...
While the meat and vegetables are being cooked, peel and cut the garlic into large pieces
Pour in water - I take the ratio of rice to water 1: 2 plus I add one more glass based on vegetables and meat. So that the rice does not have time to get very wet and turn into porridge, the water must be hot, preferably even just boiled.
Mix the contents of the multicooker well to distribute all the products evenly.

Thank you

Yesterday I was looking for a simple biscuit recipe, I wanted something new, I found a recipe on the cook, and tried it in our MV. The recipe is very simple and quick, the only thing was to play a little with the baking, it must be baked for 30 minutes at 200 degrees in the oven, but there is no such temperature in mv. I think it is suitable for children who do not like carrots
Here's what we need for the carrot cake:
Carrots (raw, grated) - 2 stack.
Sugar - 2 stack.
Chicken egg - 3 pieces
Flour - 2 stack.
Soda - 1 tsp.
Vanillin (to taste)
Vegetable oil (for greasing the baking sheet)
I just mixed everything up gradually, poured it into a greased saucepan. I baked for an hour on baking, then 5 minutes. at 150 degrees my recipe, turned the pie over and on the other side 10 minutes Multicooker Scarlett IS-MC412S01Multicooker Scarlett IS-MC412S01

Of course I share)

Products:
• 1 kg of sprat (fish can be other saury or mackerel, for example)
• 10 teaspoons of coarse leaf tea (10 sachets) x 350-400 ml boiling water
• 1/4 cup vegetable oil
• 1 tbsp. a spoonful of coarse salt
• Black and allspice peppers, bay leaves, cloves
• 2 tbsp. spoons of soy sauce (optional)
Preparation:
Brew tea and let it brew.
My sprat, remove the heads and entrails.
We put the sprat into the multicooker bowl. Add spices and salt or soy sauce. I used teriyaki sauce, which is thicker than regular soy sauce and tastes sweet. The sauce is not required at all, but I really like it.
Fill our sprat with tea leaves, add oil, you can shake the bowl a little so that everything is distributed. Cooking on a slow cooker for 2 hours.
After that, my sprats cooled down in an open multicooker and I transferred them to a storage container.

The procedure is long, but you will lick your fingers later, and cooking in Scarlett is always a pleasure))

Catch the wings in our Scarlett
We need:
Chilled chicken wings - 700 grams
Seasoning (adjika, curry - to taste) - 1 tablespoon
Vegetable oil for frying - 1-2 tablespoons
Salt to taste

For the marinade:
Mustard - 1 tablespoon
Ketchup or tomato paste - 1 tablespoon
Classic soy sauce - 1 tablespoon
Honey (optional) - 1 tablespoon
Garlic - 3 cloves
preparing:
1. Wash the chicken wings, wipe, rub with salt and seasonings.
2. Prepare the marinade by mixing mustard, ketchup, soy sauce, finely chopped garlic and honey.
3. Put the chicken wings in a separate container and pour over the marinade, leave to marinate in the refrigerator for 3 hours (if you don't have enough time, you can skip the marinating stage, but in this case the meat will not be so tender and aromatic).
4. Pour vegetable oil into the multicooker bowl, put the chicken wings (without marinade) and set the “Baking” mode to 1 hour.
5. After 40 minutes, open the lid of the multicooker and pour the marinade onto the wings, continue baking on the "Baking" mode for the remaining 20 minutes.
