  • I don't remember where I found this recipe, but everyone in our family really likes it. Rich, tasty, simple. Recommend!
  • Chicken + coarsely chopped mushrooms (I cooked with champignons and oyster mushrooms, but probably with any others it will work out) + a tray of processed cheese (I tried several types, it seemed the best with "Friendship") + chopped onions and bell peppers (better red for more beautiful soup). Optionally, you can add potatoes, carrots, you can take meat or canned fish (in oil and natural) instead of chicken, you can add any cereals or noodles / noodles. How do you want to own it today and what, in principle, is available
  • Add salt, spices to taste, you can add a leaf of lavrushka.
  • To boil faster, turn on the Steamer mode. As it boils, I switch to the Baking / Soup mode.
  • You can add greens to the plate
  • This soup can be prepared in other MB models, adjusting the cooking time depending on the power and characteristics of your MB.
  • I have a MV with a power of 750 W, the default Baking / Soup mode is 40 minutes

In principle, the water / cheese ratio can be different depending on preference. If there is less water, then there will be more thick rich soup.
And once again about cheese - now there are a lot of some kind of tasteless / fake processed cheeses. My husband just loves to eat this kind of cheese, so we sorted out a bunch of different brands. I liked Vitako very much (don't consider it hidden advertising!). It is his Friendship that he likes to put in cheese soup. But of course you can have your favorite cheese, cook with it!
