Pure water (chicken broth) 2-3 glasses
Vegetable oil for roasting vegetables and meat

Cooking method

  • According to the original recipe, a beef shoulder is taken, and cooked for a long time in a cast-iron pan, in the oven, for about 4-5 hours. Beef shoulder meat is tough, so it takes a long time to cook it.
  • I like beef brisket on cartilage more, soft meat, and I cooked the meat in a pressure cooker until boiled. The amount of ingredients is large, but it cooks quickly.

I had to go for the second piece and re-paint the oil painting on the plate.
The name of the dish is taken from a culinary show from the Kuhny TV channel, which is called "Stew of" Not Your Mother ". Perhaps this name fits this dish, since the meat is really not cooked according to your mother's recipe.
All the ingredients correspond to the original recipe, with a slight change in the entire amount of vinegar for red wine and a little vinegar - this makes the sauce softer, as it seemed to me.
