Vika, if the dough rises for an hour according to the program, then maybe you shouldn't lower it. It will be even higher. Don't drop it next time. You can even immediately install the program for 2 hours or a drop more, and there you will already stop the program when necessary.

You can also try. What if he sits down when baking starts? In general, until you try, you will not know.
Lydia 777
I think I shouldn't settle. After all, it does not settle in a bread machine, it rises there for a long time. And there, who knows ... maybe in a multicooker in a different way. Yes, you have to try.
Vika, thank you!

Girls, I made a roast in our Scarlett today. Here's what happened: Multicooker Scarlett IS-MC412S01
Recipe: Meat (I take beef) -500 gr
Potatoes - 5-6 pieces
Onion - 1 piece
Carrots - 1 pc
Champignons - 300 gr
Eggplant - 300 gr
Bulgarian pepper - 3 pieces
Water - 200 ml
Greens, salt, pepper, garlic to taste
Cut all this, lay in layers in a multicooker: meat, potatoes, carrots, onions, peppers, mushrooms, eggplants. Salt, add water. Press the "extinguishing" function and calmly run to yourself for a manicure-pedicure :)
Sometimes I first fry meat and onions with carrots for 15-20 minutes, and I don't always pour water right away, more often I wait until the vegetables are stewed in my juice. Nothing burns for me, the bowl has a 3-layer non-stick coating. Therefore, I calmly turn on the multicooker and leave to go about my business, and only then I put everything else in, switch to the “stewing” mode and leave it alone =) I do not recommend storing food in a multicooker, it is better to put it in containers.
Lydia 777
Nice, tasty and healthy!

Girls, I have this MV for the third day, several questions arose, since this is my first.
1. Is the top on baked goods not reddened in all CFs or only in this model?
2. Often in the reviews they write that in the evening you can throw porridge, pour milk or water, turn on the delay and breakfast is ready the next morning ... but the milk will not turn sour overnight? and won't it burn? Share your experience, for what time then set, mode or temperature? And in general, what is the experience of cooking milk porridge in it?
3. Yesterday I cooked pumpkin porridge with millet according to the recipe book ... or the recipe is inaccurate .. in general, the milk boiled down much faster than 30 minutes. according to the recipe, then threw the pumpkin in small pieces-on the ROUPS mode, cooked for 1 hour (and not 30 minutes as in the recipe) -semi-baked, as a result, I also set the My recipe mode for 15 minutes. and pace. 130- and have already finished. Is the recipe book inaccurate?
Thank you in advance to everyone who responds !!!

Yes, in all CFs, the baking top is white. Usually baked goods are turned upside down. Or browned in the grill, microwave.

I cooked milk on a delay, only in another MV. Milk should be fresh and cold, then it does not have time to turn sour, because MV keeps the temperature like a thermos. I cooked millet, buckwheat, wheat, rice - they didn't burn. First, cook the porridge under supervision to determine the proportion and time. See if she runs away from you. Be sure to make a rim of oil in a circle for the milk porridge inside the saucepan. Any butter will do, both butter, vegetable, and even margarine.
Here I showed how I cooked milk porridge

The recipe contains 300 ml of milk and 200 ml of water. Did you do it in such proportion?
Measure out cereals and liquid with the measuring cup supplied with the MB. From 1 m / st of cereal, about 2-3 servings of ready-made porridge are obtained.
And about the recipe book .. can you have a different pumpkin?
vikkki
Thank you for the detailed answer and advice about milk porridge
That is, you can not dream of a ruddy diplomat, for example? or do you need to first cook, and then bake a little in the microwave for ruddy? (just no oven).
By the way, I made pumpkin exactly according to the recipe (with water and milk) .. maybe all the pumpkin was not so hot.
Vitaok

do you need to cook first, and then bake a little in the microwave for ruddy? (just no oven).
Yes, that's right - brown the white top. The baked goods in MV turn out to be good, baked.
vikkki
Vika, another question of the same name. You write that when cooking millet porridge, you set a time of 40 minutes, but it could have been 30 ... Is it possible to adjust the time manually in it? (Except for the "own recipe" mode)
Vitaok
And the mode "milk porridge" starts from 10 minutes. I cooked on it.
vikkki
yeah, I'll know. Thanks again!

I’m here, perhaps, with my advice is not quite "on the topic", since I do not have this multi yet (while I was looking closely at it, the promotion is over, and it will be a little expensive to buy it at a non-share price - I will wait, maybe another share will be announced). But I will say about the pumpkin - in my Panasik I put the pumpkin together with cereals, milk, etc. before the very beginning of cooking, and there has never been anything like this that it is not boiled. Maybe that's why the milk was boiled earlier, that there was no pumpkin liquid? Try experimenting with bookmarking at the same time, maybe it will work better?

Today I baked a manna. There are a great many manna recipes. And where I got this one, I don't remember now, but I liked it and I wrote it down in a notebook

Multicooker Scarlett IS-MC412S01

Place the dough in a greased MV bowl and bake on the Pastry for 1 hour. Bon Appetit!

Mannik is just handsome
I was already going to knead him, but disappointment befell - there is no ranger went to the store.
Vika, did you bake it at 412 Scarlett?
Vitaok
Yes, in it. Today I baked again. And the baking powder also ran out, I had to put in soda.
Lydia 777
Vika, what a delicious manna, and I wanted to! I'll bake too the other day. I bought Dex-60 (wrote in Temka Dex). But I want Scarlett too! If it appears in our store, I will probably buy it. But sellers have not even heard of the 412 model and the delivery is not expected yet.

Congratulations! Let the assistant please!

In this mode, min. time 1 hour
If not critical, then try to cook on "milk porridge", there you can set the time you need, however, the boil is more active. And also, as an option, "own recipe" 95 degrees (or 90 grams as according to the instructions for "soup / cereals"), but only "own recipe" without boiling, as preset modes: bring to a boil, and then go to the rate set by the mode -RU.

thanks) how complicated it is. Yesterday I tried to make a fandu according to the recipe - some kind of nonsense turned out. Wine - to itself, cheese in it floats by itself. It seems that the recipes are not entirely true.
Vitaok
Well that's me a lot "poured water" wrote. I don’t know what kind of boiling you need. Try it - decide. Everything, as they say, by the method "poke"trial and error. It is better to take the recipes on the forum. Read the comments. Sometimes, reading the comments, you find answers to your questions, and if something remains unclear, you can ask the author.

The share was about $ 75 (I am from Minsk, so I write it in terms of), non-exchange - about $ 105. You can, of course, look for cheaper, but we have a Philips HD3039 for the same hundred square meters, you need to take a closer look at it.

Really insulting. I baked it for two days in a row and the result is equally successful. The reason, most likely, is a poor-quality baking powder that did not raise the dough, and therefore it did not bake. I baked with baking powder (pictured), and the next day with baking soda - everything worked out great.

Girls, now everyone has a great opportunity to purchase the Scarlett IS-MC412S01 multicooker for only 4000 tons rubles, some new promotion has begun and this special price. Yesterday my girlfriend bought herself one in M-video, she is very happy, she says that it is really awesome for this money: a high-quality bowl with a 3D effect, the function "my recipe" and 12 programs are full and independent!

Girls, I bought myself such a cartoon, I’ve cooked a little so far, but I’m very glad to have such a beauty! I baked charlotte, made millet porridge according to the Machine recipe, and baked potatoes with mushrooms according to the book attached to the multi. Everything is super! But the cottage cheese cake for some reason did not rise, although the taste was not reflected, it was still delicious!
irinka25
And it is still not clear to me when it switches to heating, for some reason, after 45 minutes the display lights up with a mark of 10 minutes on the milk porridge, shouldn't the heating be on until you turn off the heating yourself?

I made a curd casserole, it also did not rise. The cottage cheese is heavy, therefore, probably, it does not rise.

According to the instructions, the heating is 24 hours, but in fact - I don't know, I didn't have to leave the heating for a long time.

Just about, I first write 8 hours on yogurt, and somewhere after 7 hours, 10 minutes and milk porridge starts blinking. Is this how it should be or some kind of glitch?

This, of course, should not be so, but even if the mode is turned off on its own, the MV will keep the temperature for some time, which is enough for fermentation.

I made porridge for 2 servings and today for 3 servings, everything is fine, did not run away, did not prop it under the hatch. Millet per serving lays 1/2 a multi-glass, 2 multi-glasses of milk and 1/2 a multi-glass of water.
