I didn’t cook fish, but grilled chicken in foil in a cartoon. In 30 min. nothing stuck, but I dripped a little water to the bottom for safety reasons, or you can grease it with vegetable oil

What? Nobody cooked anything in our favorite multicooker today?

I somehow got used to reading someone's report or a laudatory review every evening.

And today I went in, and there is no one here.

k @ wka Oh, oh, like a bowl - have they already cooked in it? Today I just thought with the soup - how would I not drop it - it's a pity that there are no pens, when I looked at other variants of the cartoon, I saw what was with pens, but I still liked the Floris better.

Cooking, I just didn't have time to show - I was preparing for the arrival of my daughter., Today the daughter is already at home.

Multicooker Polaris 0508D floris and Polaris PMC 0507d kitchen (reviews)

Yesterday I baked bread, and also cooked vegetables for a salad for the season, and since there were still a lot of things to do, I quickly threw them in the evening (ready-made manti bought in the store) also at the time - I made it as written in the instructions, but the juice from them stacked into the bowl - probably it was necessary to pour a little on top for juiciness, otherwise when they ate it a little dry, although it is probably better to eat with sour cream.

Now I have the soup to cook.

Lenochka, great bread! All the same, I have my own .. I bought it yesterday, I can’t. horror crumbles .... some dry. And your own .. fragrant, soft .. but disappears instantly

but did not try to straighten, is the saucepan soft?

Have tried. She didn't bent much, I didn't even notice right away. And in the place where the bend goes to the bottom. But it is no longer tightly attached to the heating element. The husband equalized as he could. And I've already tried it. He seems to cook normally. I made oatmeal porridge, as always.

But I don’t know how the baking will turn out now. Although I only once baked chocolate with boiling water in it, and even then it was unsuccessful (I didn't guess over time).

I read in the net that there are multicooker with handles. I think that they would be useful. Although I have not yet seen such on sale here.
Now I'm afraid to drop it all the time.
Ligra
There are also silicone potholders that would not slip or devices like redmond for removing the bowl, I did not use it myself. If the bowl does not adhere very well to the heater, then you still need a new bowl (the main thing is that there would be no overheating).
oxychka
and how floris differs from kitschen
lisa567
Oksanka, only a coated bowl. In Floris it is simple, in Kitchen the coating is non-stick.

Now about Polaris PMC 0507d kitchen... Today was the first test - of course, the extinguishing program.
First I fried the onion and chicken. The frying mode works well, the coating gives its advantages - nothing stuck, though not big - you cannot compare this coating with my redmond bronze bowl, it really fries in it, but in the bowl the kitchen is rather sautéed. Then I added carrots, tomato, cabbage and turned on the stewing mode for 1.5 hours.
I probably don’t understand something about stewing in this life, but I didn’t have the patience for such a mode even in this slow cooker. I would call this mode rather languor - bringing the finished dish to the desired condition. I can't stew like that .. After an hour and a half, it was almost ready, it was necessary to add another 40-50 minutes, but I switched to a multi-cook 100 gr., I could not wait any longer, it was beyond my strength !!!!!

About the pros at the moment: coating - nothing stuck on frying

Minuses : 1. orange color of buttons - when you turn on the mode you can't see what is written there. I already know where which one, but the person who just bought the cartoon will read the names of the modes for a very long time, and those who see poorly will not read anything at all. You can read it only when the scoreboard is off.
2.the extinguishing did not please me again

Tomorrow I'll try to bake an omelet, check the bowl coating on this dish. My floris stuck in the bowl.

While posting only pictures - comparison. The multicooker is completely the same, the instructions are also the same in temperature conditions, the recipe book differs only in photographs and new models have been added.

Is there any heating in the new yellow 3d?
lisa567
No. I have already answered you above - the difference is only in the bowl, everything else is twin sisters. Of course, I don't take into account the color, the pattern on the lid - this does not affect the quality of the prepared dishes.
lisa567
I have both of them at home, so I can clearly see myself and with a clear conscience give such information.

that's why I asked you ... but this year I was not lucky with the acquisition, I am not sending Internet stores this year ... I look forward to the new 2014 !!!
lisa567
To be honest, I like my flora more both in appearance and in color. And the coated bowl is a plus for the kitchen, but it is thin, the bowl is light. do not compare with the real coating in heavy bowls.
ElenaB
Girls and boys, today I talked on the phone with a friend - she has a slow cooker - a pressure cooker - she has stewed meat for 20-30 minutes - this is with our stewing in 1.5 hours - it depends of course that we stew, porridge - 5 minutes - that's it Yes! !! In general, I feel that I also need a pressure cooker)))
But just a slow cooker is also needed, for example, like our florochka
Here I will buy a pressure cooker and I will be happy!

lisa567 Indeed, there are orange windows on the display - why did they do it)))
ITU
Girls, how does Floris keep the temperature on a multi-cooker and on yogurt? And then I was already exhausted with my yogurt maker: I can't keep the required temperature.
Should I buy this slow cooker just for yogurt?
Cranberry
Tanya, just yesterday I measured the temperature on yogurt - 39 degrees. The yoghurts are great. I didn't do it on a multi-cooker - you have to watch it there, it goes into heating.
lisa567

If they even left the black letters, it would be visible. And the letters are white and everything merges.

Tatyana
, for yoghurt cartoon is great, yoghurt turns out to be very good. I think it's worth buying, you will cook the rest in it later, you will really like it, and even for such a price !!!!!!
fronya40
I like the yogurt in our cartoon, although I have two yogurt makers, but I cook in a florochka. the temperature was not measured there.
lisa567
Today I made an omelet at the Polaris PMC 0507d kitchen. What can I say, the bowl, although coated, copes well with the frying, but the omelet stuck, not as much as in my own bowl, but I did not get it whole. It's a shame!
We will test further.
Ligra
All the same, in a heavier bowl (which buy in addition), the heat transfer is probably more uniform and the coating is better than otherwise explain the baking.
Nicaletta
girls! all with the relentlessly impending holiday !!! I decided to look in and talk about my research: the cakes are still going on perfectly well, today I made a type of soup-kharcho (albeit with pork) - the flora did not disappoint: victory: And now she bakes bread with buttermilk (made butter, there was a little buttermilk left) - have not tried this yet. interesting
drakusja
Hello girls. I didn't buy model 0515.
I tell you: the entire multicooker is a very light saucepan, generally weightless (compared to those that I have). The view as a whole is not very inspiring, the letters on the display are rather small. Well, and the most disgusting thing is that the lid does not fold back completely, but hangs a little over the saucepan ... And even though the pan with handles, it is not convenient to get it empty. And with soup or when you need to take out the bread or biscuit ???
Disappointment is continuous.
And I planned so much, and most importantly, I dreamed that the saucepans would work in two cartoons ...

Stock wishlist with our site ....
and I somehow became afraid of pressure cookers, they say they explode !?
Cranberry
Oksana, this one can go wild. Electric have several degrees of protection, in case of danger they simply turn off and that's it.
oxychka
well, for a beginner who has never had a multi, probably a pressure cooker should not be taken ...
ElenaB
Cranberry Super recipe, must try! Thank you. For me, this is feta cheese - I love her very much)))

oxychka here I am, I also decided to start with a multicooker, and buy a pressure cooker later. But I like in the cartoon that if necessary, I can drop in at any time and see what's with the food, etc.
Cranberry
I had two girlfriends oskorovarilis at once, without cartoons - one Scarlett, the second husband on the DR gave Binaton. Both are very happy, there were no problems with the development. My opinion is that it is better to have at least two assistants, they complement each other perfectly, one of them would definitely not be enough for me. But it's up to you, of course
Monica
Girls who bought a spare tire at Foxtrot, how does the cup behave in everyday life?
Cranberry
I bought Plain Polaris, with Teflon coating, I bought it in early October. the bowl behaves well, I regularly bake bread, muffins in it, fry an omelet - everything pops out, does not stick, does not fry. I'm glad
Cranberry
Alechka, try to catch a 5k bowl at night discounts - I bought it there for my mother-in-law for only 90 UAH.
fronya40
Alya, there are no night discounts anymore, I was waiting for them yesterday .... I needed a laptop ... and this bowl is not yet available ... there is a ceramic one ... but you can wait. Why do you want to buy a spare tire? or something happened to yours.

Tanya, not everything is fine with mine, but it's a pity to destroy ceramics with baked goods. I want it for baking

Good evening everyone! Today I take a break from cooking. But I decided to bake a cake, I took the recipe on the Internet - and it looks rather low - although the cake should be low according to the recipe - chocolate biscuit - it hasn't tasted yet, if we like it, I'll write a recipe.

I also baked a chocolate cake today :-)
like a rehearsal before the celebration! smeared the wet meringue with cream. very tender:-)

Today was the last test of the multicooker Polaris PMC 0507d kitchen. Porridge mode - barley porridge, cooks in the same way as floris.
And I checked the baking regime. Everything is fine too.

I gave it to my mom, the only thing I didn't look at was the warming up mode. The multicooker is completely the same. All modes are the same, cooking is also the same.
The only thing I didn't like about the kitchen was the orange buttons and white letters, nothing is visible, everything merges.
The bowl is better than in floris, it behaves perfectly when frying, but my omelet stuck again - though not much, I didn't get it whole. The bowl is washed better from sticking, just soak and everything itself lags behind.

Elena, good cake!

Tanya, share your wet meringue recipe.
ElenaB
lisa567 What a cake! Super!

And my cake is so-so - it's all a biscuit when it's high - it's better to cut it in layers.
Of course we eat, but the taste is "Specific"
I took the recipe - it was written for multicooker)))

3 eggs, 1 sak. sugar, 1.5 stack. flour, 1 glass of mayonnaise, extinguish soda with vinegar, add a little cocoa. Bake for 1 hour. Maybe this recipe can be corrected somehow and it will be better, but according to this recipe our family did not really like it.
fronya40
why, this is a recipe for a classic biscuit, I always cook charlotte with this dough. maybe you just don't like biscuits?
k @ wka
I do not like the taste of soda in any dough, I never use it. As a last resort, I use baking powder.

And I don't see the need to add any soda or baking powder to the biscuit. You just need to beat the eggs with sugar very well and no soda is needed - the biscuit will grow so great.
ElenaB

I forgot one more glass of mayonnaise. Well, I don’t know, maybe it’s not very good for me. Before that, I baked excellent biscuits.
Probably this recipe is not for everybody.
Ligra
If this is the recipe I thought about, then everything should go well there. There is also a variation of this biscuit, but eggs are not added there too, it rises very well. The biscuit is very tender, it turns out to be carefully removed.
Sindi
Olesya, Lena- cool cakes turned out! As for the wet meringue, it turns out very beautifully, but too sweet for me.
Tanya, and what kind of cake you baked? Pzhl recipe
Malgosya
Everyone ran and I ran. I read the reviews, took Floris. Made pilaf, yoghurt and coconut pie. Everything burns !!! And even yogurt stuck to the bottom, not to mention the pilaf, although there was enough water and oil in the pilaf. Instead of a coconut pie, it turned out to be crumbly coconut crumbs, the bottom remained in the pan. Everything is delicious, of course, but I'm not happy.
ElenaB
Malgosya strange that everything burns, I grease the bowl with butter or margarine or even vegetable oil before each baking, just in case, and nothing sticks.
I read about yogurt, many put jars. But the fact that the pilaf is burnt. Do you exactly follow the recipe?
At the beginning, I heat vegetable oil on frying, then I put pork or chicken meat, I fry everything, add onions and markov - I fry a little again and then turn it off, - I throw in rice 2.5 cartoon. stack. spices, water 5 mult. stack. I put on fig. Everything works out fine, I even let it stand on the heat.
Yes, I also wash the rice.

I also have a ceramic bowl - and in it I am doing it in my own, so far everything is fine.
Buy a cup if your own one does not suit you at all.
Malgosya
The pilaf recipe indicated 4 tbsp. tablespoons of sunflower and 1 tbsp. a spoonful of butter, I put so much. I also greased the pan under the pie, of course, like a regular baking dish. Therefore, she is puzzled. I also want to try to make a soup - if the vermicelli will stick, that will be funny.

Ahhh? Is the yogurt burnt? Very strange! You still use recipes from our forum, I myself do not like books, sometimes it seems to me their robots write
Meat sticks about frying, your truth. Therefore, I try to quickly fry in the frying and then stew with broth ... But nothing stuck to porridge, pilaf, or baked goods, everything was ok. In addition to the casserole, it has been said a hundred times that the infection sticks and the omelet too ..
lisa567
Make malgosya yogurt in jars. It is strange that at 40 gr. he stuck. I've already written about pilaf and even photographed the bowl https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/index.php@option=com_smf&topic=283328.0, everything does not stick normally, it is better to use only vegetable oil and pour as much as necessary for frying, and not on spoons. And the recipes are best taken from the forum, proven. What could be wrong with your bowl? As a last resort, buy a regular non-stick spare tire. The cartoon is budgetary, so it will not be so expensive to buy a spare tire. Also use baking paper for baking - cut a circle on the bottom and grease with butter, preferably butter
Malgosya
Now I will pour more oil and heat it up, and then add the food for frying, right?
I examined the pan very carefully, everything is in order with it so far, the coating is intact. I would like to buy another one just in case, but not the same one, but some other better one. Ideally, it would be dishwasher safe. Any ideas from which multicooker you can adapt? What even upset me was the lack of handles on the pan, it's dumb to carry hot contents over the tiled floor.
lisa567
I have a spare redmond bronze Rip A2 bowl. The 0501 is not a native bowl, but an anti-parry bowl. Very much even nothing. Girls from the forum use it and are happy.

Cranberry
Malgosya, no! This is not a native bowl, it is much better! Here here I compared them. I use it for baking, vegetable stew, omelettes, while behaving perfectly. At home I make yogurt in jars, cook broths. Today florochka cooked a whole pot of hodgepodge for me - to the eyeballs, so that next year it would be enough
Malgosya
And what do you put the yogurt jars on? I do not have a silicone mat, but I really wanted to try the mode right at night looking, so I did it in a bowl (as the instructions say, ah).
Cranberry
Malgosya, I have a silicone mat, but you can put the jars on any cloth, the main thing is that they do not contact the bottom of the bowl and do not damage it. I pour more water over the shoulders of the cans, for a more even heating, one of the girls does not pour - it also works
