Ligra,
Thank you.
I tried milk rice porridge. A bit worn out. In the recipe book there is just a cooking time of 30-35 minutes and the mode was not specified. I put it on the milk for 35 minutes. time turned out to be short, even heating for 15 minutes (recommended by prescription) would not save the situation. I put it on the rice for 20 minutes, but the milk began to boil strongly for 15 minutes - I turned it off and put it back on the milk for 15 minutes, and then it stood still on heating for 10 minutes (but here it was not necessary) the porridge turned out to be insanely tasty .. but with the regime I screwed something up. probably it was just necessary to put on milk for 1 hour .... the main result is that nothing escaped and did not burn and the rice is delicious.
Ligra
Well, yes, it would be cooked in an hour. Rice is not very suitable for milk porridge. And in recipes, time can be
adjusting the taste is different for everyone.
k @ wka
And I cook rice porridge in the "Milk porridge" mode, but I do not turn it off immediately, but leave it in the "Warm up" mode for another 20-30 minutes. Then I open it, add butter, stir and taste. If the rice is boiled, then turn it off. And if it is still hard, then I leave it heated to the required state. At the same time, nothing boils and does not run.
Some people like the rice to be slightly hard. And I like very boiled, if it's milk porridge.
So watch until cooked to your liking.

Congratulations on your purchase !!! An excellent assistant in the kitchen.
I am addicted to cooking cottage cheese in it. Now I don't want a purchased one.
k @ wka
And I also constantly cook milk oatmeal from whole cereals. Milk mixed with water, put it overnight. I used to cook hercules in the microwave. But in the slow cooker, the condemned "porridge sir!" can not be compared with anything !!!

I cooked cottage cheese, although in the viscount on heating - about 3 liters of yogurt - for heating, there are 70 degrees, and about 20 minutes, everything is ready

Galina, and how do you make cottage cheese? Teach

Everything is very simple. Through trial and error, I came to the best option.
I pour the kefir into the multicooker bowl and turn on the "Multipovar" mode for 1 hour at a temperature of 80 degrees. When the time is up and the multicooker goes into the "Heating" mode, I leave it for another 40-60 minutes. Then I turn it off, open it and let it cool. If you drain it right away, the cottage cheese will turn out to be very dry. And if you wait until it cools down a little, it will be soft and juicy. I like the soft one more, so I cool it down and then strain it out.

Yesterday I did. From 1 liter of kefir, exactly 250 grams were obtained. But I don't strain much. I keep it hanging on gauze for 10-15 minutes, no more.

And I use whey for pancakes or yeast pancakes instead of milk. They are very tasty.
I also want to try to bake bread in a bread maker, because there is quite a lot of whey going, but it's a pity to throw it away. Can. Of course, you can make very tasty drinks on whey by adding fruit juices or syrups. But mine don't like that.
Ligra
Girls, I confirm the whey bread is wonderful. You just change the liquid in the recipe for whey and that's it.
aniramka
and I also confirm)))) and pancakes, and bread with whey is TASTY, and you can also make okroshka with it !!!!!

I add whey to the refrigerator instead of water. That is, I use kefir not with water, but with whey. And it is tastier and you do not need to bother with boiled water (boil it and cool it). Moreover, the whey is stored in the refrigerator. Here is her and then immediately in the refrigerator.
Only in spring and summer. And now, in a frost and a blizzard, you want a hot borscht, not a cold one.

Though belatedly, I also congratulate you on joining our team !!! We are glad to replenishment! Good luck and culinary masterpieces !!!

Ligra, interesting! Did you use cocoa instead of milk?
Ligra
Olesya, Thank you. I cook cocoa in milk (without water, I dilute cocoa with milk + sugar to taste + vanillin if necessary, since it has already been added to some cocoa). I usually always boil milk for yogurt, so it is not labor-intensive for me to make cocoa when boiling milk, and then I put yogurt as usual.

Good evening everyone
I tried to bake Olesya's (Apple) cake today. True, I forgot to buy cottage cheese, so I made another cream. Very tasty thank you Olesya

If the same recipes were obtained before, but at the moment they have not, probably to the service center. Alternatively, you can check the outlet (connect to another), as well as the cord connection. Although you write that everything else is fine.

Girls, please tell me who cooks rice how. I have tried twice as written in the booklet (appendix). And both times the rice turned out to be too dry, and even fried slightly. And some kind of undercooked a little, hard.

Hi girls. Sorry for not having enough time to look here more often. I am slowly mastering the multicooker. So far, I can say that I am very pleased, although I have not cooked so much. Baked a biscuit on boiling water, and a nut biscuit. Both turned out, but I really liked the nutty one, there are simply no words airy and tall. I have not yet learned the photo yet.
Here's a question for someone who cooked pasta like naval, hotzza some interesting recipe, maybe who did it with cheese? Share your experience
anna L
Luceria, I could hardly find it myself, they have disappeared after the new year, it is impossible to buy anywhere. I bought it on some incomprehensible site, I can't even remember the name, and overpaid in order. But I really wanted it! But if you find somewhere, take it right away, because I think maybe they were taken off the market altogether?
Luceria
Lena, thanks! I ordered there last week, waited 4 days. Today my colleague came, as agreed, to pick up. And she was not brought to the pick-up point. And they didn't even call back so we wouldn't go there. They explain that the packaging was damaged, although I am 100% sure that they just stumbled and took the order from us without agreeing on the availability in the warehouse.
An hour ago we already found this multicooker in Foxtrot for 444 UAH.
At 5ok no more foot. 4 working days + 2 weekends we sat and waited for the employee to receive this multicooker for a present, but they did not even bother to call back and say that she was not. Stupid to horror ...

ElenaMart
Yeah, then my friend was lucky, she ordered last Monday at a nightly price of 358 UAH, received on Saturday.

Most likely, just before the New Year, everything was grinded into gifts ... Now there are only single products in the stores, I monitored other multi products, all in zeros.

Have you already called the foxtrot? When I was looking, they had it on the site, and when I called they said it was out of stock
Yes, the online store itself is not in the warehouse.
But they have a hotline, you call there, they look for which store in the city has this model, decide on the point of issue, place an order on the site, they send you a 6-digit authorization code and you can then buy at retail at the price of an online store.
I was given 8 points in Kiev, I chose where it is not a single copy.
An SMS arrived that the order was accepted.
After 30 minutes I received an SMS with an authorization code.
You come to a store with an order number (a cartoon in retail costs 586 UAH), at the checkout you dictate a 6-digit authorization code - you get it at the checkout at the price of an online store for 444 UAH.

Attempt number 2.

So carried away by the choice of multicooker and Internet sites that my question sounded like a voice crying in the desert.
Maybe still someone will answer?
Axolotl
Hello!
Help with advice!
I choose the FIRST multicooker in my life, I have been reading this forum for a month, my head is already spinning ...
I cook well, but I don't particularly like the process, I try to choose simple dishes.
Very important - convenient and intuitive control, preferably with buttons, not a touch screen (well, I have a slight degree of "techno-cretinism")
I think manual mode will come in handy. The bowl is not ceramic, with the option of purchasing additional pots.
In MV interested in extinguishing (!) (meat, fish, vegetables), cereals (not dairy), rice, steaming, baking.
I wanted to buy DEX-60, but they disappeared from sale
Now I choose between Роlaris 0508D Floris and Philips 3039 (like, a clone of DEX-50, DEX pots are suitable, we have it on sale).
What choice should you make?
Thanks in advance for your answers!
Sindi
k @ wka, for rice, I cook it in the proportion of 1 multi-glass of rice, 2 multi-glasses of water. I wash the rice very well, as grannies do not in vain say in 7 waters. You can have a spoonful of olives. add more oil. By the way, I cooked both in the Rice mode and in the Buckwheat mode, this is my favorite mode, absolutely everything is cooked normally. As for sticking, we change the bowl .. the end of the campaign came to the coating ...

Axolotl, I can not say anything about the Philips cartoon, Polaris is just a great option for budget everyday meals and excellent pastries. Good luck!
lisa567
Axolotl, in Floris, stewing can be rather weak. But there is a unique multi-cook mode from 30 gr, per 100 gr. very mild gurgling of contents, like stewing on a stove. You can put out anything you want. But be prepared for the fact that it will take a long time to stew in a multicooker (this applies to all multicooker, quickly only in a pressure cooker), at least 1.5-2 hours, depending on the amount of food. Porridge, baking, steaming in this cartoon at the highest level, it seems to me that it could not be better. I baked so much bread, and pies, and cakes in it - everything is super. Porridge cooked everything, do not run away, even on a delay, do not burn, ideal mode. There are a lot of different spare cups, budget price, very easy operation. It seems to me that for this money this is generally an ideal option !!!
Ask about Phillips in the thread about this cartoon.

I cook rice often, much depends on the rice itself. The proportion of 1 m / st of rice to 2 m / st of water works, the cooking time for a given amount is 20-25 minutes. I've tried both long-grain and round-grain, and a mixture of both, etc. You can also add oil, but it's a matter of taste.
lyudo4ka
I managed to try a little my new MV - lemon soup, steamed dumplings, bread, canned soup, and finally yogurt on a special program - that's all

Firstly, rice is different and therefore requires different amounts of water. Check out this:

Secondly, there are no exactly the same multicooker of the same model. Some heat a little more, others a little less. Yours probably heats more and therefore the water boils away faster.
In my opinion, for a start you just need to select the required amount of water.

It probably makes sense (or in recipes), there were 78 pages in our topic, and there are 55 pages left, I think you can count how many you deleted. The opinion of the old-timers of the forum on this topic is also interesting.

also 1 rice for 2 water, a little oil, if on buckwheat, then it will be fried, but I cook rice in another cartoon, there is an option that if your program fries rice heavily, you can try to turn it off manually a little earlier, or set the timer manually, after all, the automatic program is designed for a certain amount of rice, when I cook in the cartoon for the first time I always keep an eye on how it will lead with a new dish, and then I set the timer as I need - add or subtract the time, depending on the bookmark
Sindi
Yes, many have deleted the messages. But the main thing is that the recipes are all in place.
