Girls, tell me, do these cartoons have a removable cover?
lisa567
No, not removable. But the lid does not get dirty, I just periodically wipe it with a damp sponge and that's it. She is always clean.

Thank you

Please tell me, when the cover was wiped, touched the seal and it partially flew out, how to insert it back?
Ligra
asikefb, in the service center it is better if under warranty (this is not a pressure cooker, do not insert yourself).

If you buy pasteurized or homemade milk, then boil it.
I have now taken up yogurt in a slow cooker, while at the study stage. I bought market milk, I wanted to pasteurize it, not boil it ... But now I sit and don't know what to do. Does pasteurization turn out to be not enough?
Ligra

... I bought market milk ... So pasteurization is not enough?

It is definitely better to boil the market one, because you do not know exactly who you are taking it from (and even if you know, it is still better to boil it, during pasteurization not all harmful microflora is destroyed).
NatalyMur
Ligra, Thanks for the quick response
ElenaB
NatalyMur, yes, all correctly answered you that it is better to boil.

Now I put 2 tablespoons of sour cream per 1 liter of milk - but I don't put citric acid))) it comes out sour with it, with sour cream it is softer)))
NatalyMur
ElenaB, thanks, understood
And I want to make it with sourdough - I bought Evitalia at the pharmacy yesterday, really Narine wanted, but she was not there.
ElenaB
NatalyMur, a good thing - then please share how to get it in more detail, is the Evitalia sourdough not cheap?
1oksi1
girls, and if milk is boiled on the mode of milk porridge, is that enough? there is no 100 grad
NatalyMur
ElenaB, 1 bottle costs 65 rubles, but I looked at the prices for yoghurt starters from 55 rubles and above, so I decided that it would be fine. And how I will, I will tell
NatalyMur
1oksi1, just about, I really don't want to boil milk ...
Ligra
NatalyMur on health, and Evitalia has a very delicate creamy taste, Narine is an amateur from acidophilus.

ElenaB, Evitalia is not expensive in the pharmacy sell too. One jar is enough for a long time, since the leaven is initially made.
1oksi1, milk can be boiled on Steam (5 min) and Pasta / Dumplings / Sausages (when boiling, it emits a signal, but a stronger program)
ElenaB
Ligra, NatalyMur, if not enough, then you can of course take a try Thank you, you need to go to the pharmacy
1oksi1
NatalyMur no, on the contrary, I usually boil milk to kill any infection there, such as E. coli, etc., and therefore I wonder if 98 degrees is enough for this
Ligra, but I'm afraid to turn on these modes, it seems to me that they boil too much and milk can escape, although it might be worth trying, but have you already done that?
Ligra
ElenaB, there are packs of 10 jars (this is expensive), but there are only one jar. So this one jar is enough to make the leaven and eat, and in the future we use the leaven, in general, we must give instructions there, everything is detailed there.

1oksi1, I constantly boil milk like this, only on Pasta you need to be more careful, because the regime is stronger, and also depends on the amount of milk.
NatalyMur
In pharmacies, 1 bottle can be bought
1oksi1
I just tried to boil 2 liters of milk in the paste mode, I barely managed to catch the milk when the lid was already in the foam. Unfortunately, there was no signal, although it beeps on my water only a minute or two after boiling. sorry
Ligra
1oksi1, strangely, usually 1.5 - 2 liters I boil, on Pasta with a large liter there may be attempts (you can see on the lid that it rises, but does not run away. Once I did not hear the signal and it did not run away, but only the valve got dirty). On Steam cooking mode, there are no even attempts to escape. Looks like the nuances of the multicooker in the settings (+/-), you need to adapt.
1oksi1
Ligra, yeah, so I'll try for a couple more, thanks
Ligra
1oksi1, good luck, milk is different, and so it can be.

Good day everyone !!! This miracle of technology has stood with me for more than a year, which now I regret very much (((Milk porridge is super simple !!! Even my husband liked it, although he is not a fan of porridge))) And my daughter kills any porridge from Florochka by both cheeks))) Today cooked pasta with vegetables))) This is something))) It's unrealistically tasty and without dancing near the pan and colander))) I didn't need to rinse the sales))) True, they stuck a little, but I sin that I put a lot of time))) I did Rice on the program for 30 minutes))) 1.5 mst of pasta, water to cover the pasta (about 350-400 ml), pieces of butter and salt))) and a little broccoli and green beans in the basket for steaming)) ) 30 minutes, as I said, is a bit too much, stuck a little, and not quite al dente))) next time I'll try the same on Rice, but I'll set the time for 15-20 minutes))) I ordered an additional bowl Pip 0501 ( teflon), with delivery to Tyumen, only 826 rubles came out, though you have to wait 10-15 days (((I'll try to bake tomorrow what thread a pie from your recipes)))
lisa567
Anna, it is very good that you are happy with the multicooker. The pastries are gorgeous. There are many recipes on our forum, there are just for our multicooker. Try to please!
Ludmila_t57
I've been reading your topic for three days. The fact is that I had (and still have) a Yummy YMC-505WX multicooker For nine months everything was just fine I used it all the time, baked a lot But since December last year there were continuous problems (it was repaired 4 times, with a total duration of 99 days) When the first once it stopped heating at all, changed the temperature sensor And then she arbitrarily began to switch to heating mode, and in the workshop I cannot demonstrate this I even wore them half-baked pastries after 5 hours of multi-work) Once we baked my cake in the workshop (but then she did not disconnected) Now I handed it over for repairs again (the lid stopped closing). I will still be repairing it under warranty, but I can’t do without a multicooker. Therefore I decided to buy another one. My choice was Polaris PMC 0507d kitchen. 0501
(I hope it fits) But everyone writes about floris and I still don't understand how the kitchen is different (only the bowl is better, why is it cheaper then?) Who has a kitchen, please answer. I really want a new cartoon
lisa567
Ludmila, multicooker differs only in the bowl coating and colors. But the coating is still thin, so your bowl will come in handy. Look at the forum for a discussion of this multi (see p. 45 and read on. I can’t give you any links — I’m surfing the Internet from my phone until I can, so read it — there are several pages.). I used it myself, I can assure you that they work the same. And all the recipes will do. If you noticed, both models are present in the topic name.
Ludmila_t57
Thank you very much for your quick reply. On Tuesday I will go to ROZETKU to buy And tomorrow I will once again try to get a replacement act in the workshop Although it is useless I was immediately warned there that YUMMY would never agree to a replacement I did not believe at first, but when I wrote to the official website and described all my problems, I was shocked when the next day my message was corrected, leaving only laudatory odes
Now I advise everyone not to mess with YUMMY

I ordered an additional bowl of Pip 0501 (Teflon) through the Top-shop, with delivery to Tyumen, only 826 rubles came out, though I will have to wait 10-15 days (((I'll try to bake tomorrow what thread a pie from your recipes)))
I ordered such a bowl in DNS for 790 and they brought it to the store of our city very quickly on 4 August the order was made via the Internet in the evening, and on 8 August in the evening I received a text message that the goods were in the store, although initially they promised to deliver only 10.
today we tried it, cooked pork with vegetables (zucchini, eggplants, bell peppers, tomatoes), cooked on Baking for 1 hour, everything is wonderful and nothing stuck like in my own bowl, then I turned on the Stewing to a minimum and everything came off.

My little girls, I haven't been here for a hundred years, so I missed everyone and the site!
There was a lot of work and generally not before baking. But the new school year has begun, and I will again start pampering my children and my husband with sweets. I'll start to study what the new girl has prepared. Greetings to everyone, especially Olesya, Elena Belya and Ligre!
lisa567
Gulya, a huge HELLO to you too!

Hello everybody!!!
Almost a month did not write in this thread. What is this? Who will praise our florochka if not us?
I baked charlotte in a slow cooker. It has never been so high in the oven. Just super.

And also stewed asparagus beans. Who is interested:
Cut the beans into small pieces, blanch and strain. I did this on the stove. In a slow cooker, I slightly fried onions, carrots, tomatoes. I added beans and simmer for 1 hour. I added salt, sugar, vinegar to taste.
It can be consumed both hot and cold. Can be rolled up in sterilized jars.
I did not have time. They were carried away with the speed of sound.

Yesterday I baked rye bread in my native Florovskaya kasrulka. Experimented
In a bread maker I do not have the "rye bread" mode, but on other programs it somehow doesn’t work: it doesn’t grow up, then the roof will collapse .... So I decided to try to bake it in a multicooker.

This was the first and last time !!! It would be better if I put it in the oven ...........

Sorry for the time and spoiled food. It was so soldered to the bottom and walls that I knocked it out in parts and with great difficulty.

I once baked a charlotte, but the truth put baking paper on the bottom. It rose very well and, oddly enough, did not stick to the walls. But it came out easily only thanks to the paper, I think. It’s not so lush in the oven.
And the bread is finished once and for all. A spare bowl (I looked in stores) costs us almost like a multicooker.

Sindi, Gulya, Hello !!! I missed you too Girls all Big Hello!
I’m lazy, I’ve stopped baking altogether - sometimes I don’t have enough energy, I don’t have enough strength for baking, I’m cooking now mostly in a quick multitask, although I don’t forget Florochka, as I always cook porridge on it for my dogs)))

Our Florochka helped out a lot - when she made the puppies the first complementary food - yogurt-yogurt, but she ate herself and the puppies still no, no, and gave them.
That is how they were small., Eat yogurt-simple milk Our puppies are all already in new families

Hi there,Llittle baby! Puppies are just lovely
I'll probably buy myself Flora again. I missed her .... I gave my daughter to a student, she cooks porridge in it. All the same, the dough rose miraculously in it and the yoghurts turned out to be awesome ... Girls, no one was interested, how much are the prices for it in Russia now? And where is it cheaper to order?
Elena8
Gulya, I don’t know prices about online stores, but in O, Kay stores, our cartoon costs 1,499 rubles. I bought at that price in the spring and immediately bought a bronze Redmond bowl, the pastries themselves pop out of the bowl.
Sindi
Thank you,Linen! I'll see!

Gulya, have a look at Yulmart online stores if you have any.

Olesya, Thank you!

ElenaB, and what takes so long. What's the recipe?
The shortbread dough takes a really long time to bake, also baked for about 2 hours, I won't mess with it anymore in the cartoon, only in the oven.
Lenochka, cool pie! Tell me, do you put the filling like when making a regular pie? I just always made shortbread dough with an open filling.
Ligra
Oh, girls, I don't know, but I'm usually no more than 1 hour 30 minutes. I bake and everything is baked. Maybe the volume is more?
