Good day! Take the owner of this miracle into your ranks. I bought it focusing on reviews in online stores, but mainly on reviews in this Temka :)) I could not see it "live" because we did not have it in the stores. Reading your reviews, I was a little alarmed that the bowl was too thin, but when I received it, I honestly say it was upset: (((((Compared to the bowls of even cheaper models that I saw in the store, the bowl looks flimsy and unreliable. In this regard, I have a question for those who cook in their own bowl: how does this bowl behave when cooking in different modes? The fact is that I bought a multicooker as a gift for my mother and painted her how wonderful she will now cook soups, cook pilaf, roast and bake - and all this without standing at the hot stove (after the operation, mom cannot stand at the stove yet). How reliable is this bowl and how long can it last without buying a higher quality one? Thank you all in advance for your answers, I really hope for your responsiveness ...
DonnaFelice
Elena, the bowl can behave disgustingly, or it can be absolutely wonderful. What it depends on is unknown. Maybe it's all about supplies. For example, mine is absolutely wonderful, nothing sticks to it. Before that I had a cartoon Orion, everything, especially baked goods, was fried to her native saucepan and I put baking paper, and I just grease Flora's pan with oil. So, alas, this is how lucky.
lisa567
Elena, with the purchase of you! The bowl behaves normally in all modes except for frying and baking batter, casseroles and omelets. And then the food does not burn, but sticks. Everything else is prepared without problems. If you have the opportunity, it is better to buy a spare tire. Where are you from? If it's easier from Russia. A decent bowl from Polaris, simple with a non-stick coating, costs between 500-800 rubles. The previous pages discussed this and there is a link to the list of bowls. I used my own bowl for about six months, and then a brown coating appeared in it, which I could not wash off with anything and everything began to stick strongly. If you rarely use fry, or prefer to fry on the stove, then the bowl will serve you well. And you should not be upset about the quality of the bowl, the multi capabilities will pay off this disadvantage. And there are a lot of stocks for every taste and price.
Irin1
After about a month, food began to stick to the bottom of my "native" bowl, although I handled it very carefully. On Olesya's advice, I bought an additional bronze Redmond RIP A-2. I am very satisfied. Soon she was already a year old, never had any complaints. Baking, pilaf, boiled pork, etc. - all with a plus.
Elena75
DonnaFelice, Irin1, Lisa567 thank you for your answers and support. But my disappointment with the purchase is only more and more. Yesterday my mother cooked soup with meatballs "soup" mode for 50 minutes. As a result, the potatoes and chicken meatballs are damp. I cooked it in multi-cook mode at 100 degrees for another 15 minutes. At the same time, in the soup mode, there was no boiling at all ... Then she stewed potatoes with vegetables. The "Quenching" mode - set the time to 1 hour, the volume was half the bowl. After 30 minutes, she called and said that she was not boiling, just warm, even a hint of boiling, after 10 minutes I suggested turning it off and cooking on a multi-cook at 100 degrees 35 minutes. An omelet of 3 eggs and 50 ml of milk "stuck" to put it mildly. Mom is upset, she says why I need such a miracle of technology near which I almost need to dance with a tambourine and on the stove, judging by yesterday, there would have been less trouble. As a result, she returned it to me yesterday ....... ((As for the bowls, I already thought about this, but the price of the bowl is exactly half of the cost of the multicooker itself.the price of a multicooker plus the price of a bowl in the end turns out for this money you could buy an expensive model and probably there would not be such problems.
NatalyMur
Elena75If you read a twig about this slow cooker, then the girls wrote about soup and stewing more than once - they are simply replaced with a multi cook. For example, just because of this function, I took another cartoon. I couldn't find cheaper with a multi-cook and the reviews are good ...
By the way, in my Panasonic I rarely cooked soup for less than 2-2.5 hours, you throw everything into it at once, including frozen meat, turn on the mode and go about your business. For speed, you still need a pressure cooker - there is half an hour and the soup is ready.
lisa567
Elena, I wrote about the omelet to you above. I warned you - it will stick. The soup must be poured with hot water, then in 1 hour a simple soup like yours or I, for example, cook chicken with noodles will be ready. There will be no boiling in the soup, there is no 100gr. But by the end of the program, there will be not much gurgling if you pour boiling water. And I cook the cabbage soup in the multo for 2.5 hours, but it takes me the same time on the stove, but I still have to lay everything in turn. How long do you cook the soup on the stove? It will not cook in 1 hour, and a cartoon is an analogue of an electric stove, in which food is cooked more slowly. Here the principle is different, that he laid everything together and went about his business.

Many pages have already been written about extinguishing - in a cartoon it is a very long process - 2-3 hours. Therefore, ours is convenient for the presence of a multi-cook, turn on the multi-cook for 110 gr, bring to a boil, and then switch to 100 gr. and put out as much as you like. At a temperature of 100 gr. there is a moderate gurgle - just perfect for extinguishing. And you don't need to dance with a tambourine - you just need to adapt. Over time, your mom will get used to it and will even say thank you. For example, I don't fry potatoes on the stove anymore - I'm too lazy to follow. I put 1 hour on baking, mixed once and fried potatoes with a minimum amount of oil are ready! So, following our advice and carefully reading the forum, you will make friends with the multicooker and you will be happy to purchase it !!!!

Come back often and ask questions at the beginning of cooking, so as not to be disappointed later !!!!

As for the bowls, I've already thought about it, but the price of the bowl is exactly half of the cost of the multicooker itself. the price of a multicooker plus the price of a bowl in the end turns out for this money you could buy an expensive model and probably there would not be such problems.

And with expensive problems there are even more, take my word for it. For example, I don't see this as a problem. How much did you take the cartoon for? We have it 2000 thousand, and I bought a bowl for 600 rubles. And 2600 is far from an expensive cartoon, but the same budget one. Read how others bake and boil milk. There really are dances with tambourines in full. I chose the cartoon for almost a year. And I never regretted that I bought this one. There was no extra money, I wanted a budget for cereals and pastries. It suited me perfectly. You had to decide on the dishes that YOU will cook more often, and then, from these needs, buy a multicooker. There is no model in which all modes are perfect - one is good in one, another is good in the other. I also had to climb the forum and ask questions to the owners, so they would have decided on the purchase.
Irin1
This was my first slow cooker. She also never regretted that she had bought it, although she could have taken it more expensive and more sophisticated. Doubted if I needed a multicooker at all? Now I know for sure - I need it. Now I can't imagine cooking many dishes without her.
And chicken soup, indeed, if you pour hot water, after 1 hour with any vegetables it is ready.
I use stewing when I make boiled pork. In two hours, a piece of meat weighing 800 grams is ready (it suits me). For the rest, when stewing, I use a multi-cook at 100 gr.
Elena75
Thank you very much for your advice and help. There are really helpful people on this forum. Yesterday I cooked chicken broth from homemade chicken in it. I cooked broth from this chicken on the stove for about 3 hours, because the chicken turned out to be "oldish", and the children love that the meat would easily fall behind the bone. Yesterday I put in the already thawed chicken (1/4) and poured 2 liters of water at room temperature. I chose the "soup" mode for 2.30 hours. I began to observe. The water began to boil and the first foam appeared after 28 minutes, after 35 minutes it boiled, there was foam (I always remove the foam when cooking on the stove, but I did not remove it here, assuming that my mother, when cooking, should not approach the MV at all) I put a peeled onion , seasonings and occasionally dropped in, watched it boil or not. It boiled in different ways, sometimes small bubbles as when boiling jellied meat on gas. stove, then a little stronger. Honestly, I expected that the broth would be cloudy without removing the foam, but I cannot say that it will be completely cloudy. Yes, it is not crystal clear, but after turning off the chicken in the broth, both the onion and the lavrushka were visible. I took the photos, I will report back later ... After finishing work, the chicken was slightly damp, I had to cook it for 30 minutes in the "soup" mode. Children and husband shaved, no "extraneous" tastes were in the plate, the drawing at the bottom looked great. Hurrah! It turned out, I'm happy.
All the same, reading this is one thing, but using it is another - a lot of questions. If my conclusions are not correct, correct me. The process of boiling or setting the operating temperature is longer than with gas. stove, so the cooking time should be increased by the expected boiling time. The larger the volume of liquid, the longer the boiling process. Maybe someone timed the boiling time, or a set of operating temperature, tell me. Tonight I will "master" further, I will definitely unsubscribe.
If the technique is really good and you just need to find an approach to it, more precisely, take into account all the nuances, then you don't want my negative review at the beginning of the page to influence someone's opinion.

Yes that's right. When I cook the soup and in a hurry, then I first bring it to a boil at a maximum temperature of 160 degrees. on a multi-cooker, then switch to the soup program.
Ligra
Elena75, when cooking quick soups, you can also use the Steam program. In the accompanying recipe book there is, for example, Potato Soup (with chicken, meat).

Elena, so I wrote to you about this in the post above. You carefully read the answers given to you.

And for the speed of boiling, I also wrote to you, pour boiling water or bring to a boil on a multi-cooker 110 g, and then transfer to the program you need.
And about the review - it is not negative. It's just that people tend to panic, not having figured it out, and only then figure it out. This is not about you specifically, but about everyone, including me.

As I promised, I am making a report on what I have done. First, a photo of the broth.
Multicooker Polaris 0508D floris and Polaris PMC 0507d kitchen (reviews)

Today I stewed chicken fillet with onions in sour cream. I fried the onions on the "frying" mode for 10 minutes, added fillet pieces, sour cream, spices, salt and on the "soup" mode for 1 hour. It turned out, it seems. Nothing is burnt or stuck.
Multicooker Polaris 0508D floris and Polaris PMC 0507d kitchen (reviews).
Even today I made buckwheat with mushrooms and fried onions. For 4 MCTs, buckwheat took 1.2 liters of water at room temperature. It took a whole 25 minutes to boil, then it boiled for 30 minutes, in the end, buckwheat was cooked for 55 minutes. But it looked crumbly, not burnt. It tastes delicious, just like on the stove.

Thanks to ALL for the tips and tricks. Tomorrow I'll try a biscuit and I'll definitely unsubscribe.
DonnaFelice
Elena, you are a great fellow! You are doing very well and, I am sure, will continue to work.
I had this slow cooker the second, but I still had to get used to it, to overdo myself in some way and find workarounds. BUT! The result does not disappoint) If you make friends with the cartoon, then all the workarounds are perceived as an interesting experiment.
Elena75
Many thanks to all the members of the forum who responded and supported me!
MV spent 3 days with me, during this time I cooked chicken broth, stewed chicken fillet in sour cream, rice with vegetables, buckwheat with mushrooms, buckwheat with sausage, stewed potatoes with meat, cottage cheese, curd casserole with raisins. I used the tips that I found on the pages of this Temka in the recipes, this was quite enough and there was not the slightest need to look for more tips on the Internet ..
Today I took MV to my mother and I am sure that she will succeed.
And this is my casserole.

Hello everybody!
Finally, I tried all the modes (except for the multi-cook) and found out that Warming up does not work for me, everything was boiling and even fried in time, and the countdown did not start, but these are trifles, you can also heat up in the microwave, but everything else works wonderful.
lisa567
Tatyana, I also do not count on this program, but I do not use it, only if the whole chicken is reheated. On this program it heats up very much, you have to stand next to it so that it does not burn out.
Kvashnya
Tell me, are all the recipes that people made successfully with this slow cooker going somewhere?
lisa567
Alexei, all recipes are here https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/index.php@option=com_smf&board=447.0... The recipes, which are exactly for our multi, are signed by the Floris multicooker. Recipes from the Panasonic 18 multicooker and other multicooker with the same power are also suitable.

You can ask any question about the recipe here, and we will adapt it.

Hurray-hurray-hurray !!! Soon they will bring me a flower too !!!
For a long time I was choosing ... I came across your forum and made the choice instantly
This will be my first cartoon I hope I can handle it, otherwise it is impossible for me and my daughter to cuckle for a long time at the stove ...
Maybe there will be time for knitting ...
missis.serielira
By the way, about the smell in the cartoon ... my mother also has a polaris (only I don’t know the model ...) and here is the pilaf field, my mother baked a cake ... and so the taste and smell of pilaf was present in it ... my mother always thoroughly washes the saucepan and keeps the cartoon with the lid ajar ...
lisa567
Irina, join our company! I only have a smell after the bell pepper, so I don't cook with it in a slow cooker. Fish, garlic, etc. do not leave a smell. And if you want to get rid of the smell - bake a cake with vanilla, the smell will disappear.
missis.serielira
Olesya, thanks for the advice! I will consider for the future)))
missis.serielira
Olesya, I also wanted to ask ... "24 hour snooze timer" what is this?
Will the cartoon start after the specified time or will the dish be ready after this time?
lisa567
Irina, The timer indicates the time after which the dish will be ready. The cooking time is included in the delay time.

Finally, yesterday they brought me a florochka)))
The first thing that I cooked is Chicken stew with vegetables - it turned out yummy! the truth was cooking a little longer than in the recipe for 15-20 minutes ...
Then I decided to cook the peas ... soaked it for 2 hours ... decided to use the recipe Pea porridge with croutons (delayed) in a multicooker Polaris 0517... I took 2 mst of peas and 5 mst of water, salted it and put it on the "quenching" mode for 40 minutes. well, heated for about 30 minutes. stood (I was busy with a child - I could not come up in time ...), I open it ... and there practically no changes I think "how is that? the stew is ready!" I put the "soup" for 30 minutes. - as a result, the water became a little less, the peas burst, but still very, very hard ... my mood is rapidly falling ... after all, already on the clock for 10 pm ... with a fool I put "baking" for 30 minutes ... 15 minutes later I open ... the peas froth to the middle of the pan ... the water has decreased, but the peas are still hard I put the "stewing" on again for 30 minutes ... and still there is water, the peas are hard ... I spat on everything, poured into an ordinary saucepan and crush everything with a crush ... and went to bed ... I won't cook any more peas ...
Today in the morning I cooked milk rice porridge from the booklet that I had with CF ... set the "milk porridge" for 30 minutes. was not enough ...added another 10 minutes. and then on heating it was 15 minutes ... the porridge turned out great! thick enough. Daughter burst on both cheeks)))
The next in line was Pie "Makovnik" in a multicooker Polaris 0508D floris.

It turned out very tasty! The only thing, I overdried it ... it stood on my heating for 40 minutes already ... I couldn't put my daughter to sleep

P.S. They wrote here that in this MV the batter sticks to the sides of the saucepan ... the cake came out (I would even say it flew out) excellent
DonnaFelice
Irina, congratulations! Great pie came out! And milk porridge - they always come out wonderful here, even those who do not like such porridge eat)
You need to make friends with the extinguishing mode, it is very calm and measured, rather languor than extinguishing. And it is suitable for a small amount of food, 5 mst of water is too much for him, he will warm it up for a long time to the desired temperature. Peas, perhaps better to cook in a multibove.
I was just doing a beef stew with mushrooms today on Stew. There were 400 grams of meat, almost the same amount of mushrooms, sour cream-mayonnaise by the eye, so that it whitened and a little more remained, and all this gurgled remarkably for about an hour.

lisa567
Irina, with the purchase. The cake is wonderful. Why did it burn on top, did you turn it over?

The batter was meant for casseroles and the dough is thinner than thick sour cream. For example, liver pie. It is better to cook porridge with a delay so that the cereal swells or set time from 50 minutes, depending on the cereal and the desired result. We love boiled porridge, so I put 1.05-1.10 at night and time at 3 mst. milk and 0.5 MCT of cereals. And if without delay I increase the time to 1.20 -1.30.

We have already written about extinguishing, it is rather weak in some instances. Keep in mind that in the multicooker, even with prolonged cooking, the products on the soup and stewing program do not boil over. Therefore, I use a multi-cook. I didn't cook peas, but I cooked beans in a multibove 110 gr. about 1 hour. And all the same, it did not work out like on a boiled stove.
missis.serielira
Olesya, Thank you!
Yes, I turned the pie. And he did not burn, for some reason it is darker in the photo
Thanks for the advice, I'll take note
Irishk @
Irisha, with the purchase of the namesake, I pre-soak the peas for an hour or two, and then cook in soup, first bringing them to a boil in a multi-cooker, and then I can transfer them to stewing, until cooked, everything is boiled very well. well. Try it, choose which thresholds you like. Good luck
lisa567
Irina, why did you turn it over? It bakes well as it is. I only turn the bread.
missis.serielira
Irishk @, thanks namesake! I also soaked peas for about 2 hours ...

Olesya, I flipped just for the golden brown
lisa567
Irina, of course, but I just sprinkle it with icing sugar. And the digestibility of peas also depends on the variety. You can buy some that you just don't do with it - it does not boil, and the other - in half an hour in mashed potatoes.
Irishk @
Irisha !!!!!! I’m all about the peas, I re-read how you cooked it and I realized that peas cannot be prayed for right away, otherwise they don’t boil over, here! I read this somewhere, and when cooking I salt at the end of cooking. I also bought this cartoon thanks to this forum and am extremely happy to be an assistant. I love not scrambled eggs, like in kindergarten, I love to stew meat and cook soups
missis.serielira
Olesya, yes, for the grade I heard ...

Irinka, I have already read it too ... a good thought comes after ...
Well, I haven't cooked an omelet or soup yet ... but I put out the meat yesterday ... it turned out to be a bomb!
I took about 1 kg of pork, washed it, cut it, loaded it into a bowl, added salt, pepper, added a bit of Provencal herbs and even I wanted mustard there ... here's a tablespoon and put it (I had a French one with grains), poured 1 mst of water and turned on Quenching for 1.5 hours.
at the end I looked - there are a lot of yushki (as we like), but the meat is just like boiled ... I also put Stewing for 1 hour.
Here's the result:

Yesterday I cooked raspberry jam in my own saucepan - as if it was specially invented for him. Very comfortably.
Boiled a little at 110 °, then kept it on heating, then on soup for about 40 minutes.Today I checked - everything thickened as it should.

And I really need help from the owners of the Redmond a503 bowl. Please measure its dimensions.

I bought an assistant from myself, well Polaris 0305, the native bowl there is better than the native one from 0508, but it is not suitable for biscuits and frying ((infa passed that a saucepan from Redmond might fit, but no one knows for sure. And the one that comes from Land Life we do not sell.

From 0508 to the borehole, the form becomes, but the lid does not close. From the well, the bowl does not even enter Florochka. That is, in Flora, the bowl is almost the same, but 0.5 cm higher and has already sides.

Sizes of the borehole bowl:
Height 14 cm, width with rim 24 cm, W without rim 22 cm, waist 70.

I would really appreciate it if anyone changes their Redmond bowl.
lisa567
Alisa_t, if the native bowl does not become from Floris, then from Redmond it will not rise either. I have a floris with a redmond bowl, the lid closes tightly, it has more sides. Sizes in a personal wrote.

Girls, did someone from the recipe book make a cheesecake? I just had to experiment, but it turned out great!
It turns out that on a 100-degree multi-cook, the mass boils, brews and, as a result, after cooling down, it turns out to be something completely unusual. Really more cheese than casserole.
I did not adhere to the recipe, it was just necessary to urgently create something with sour cottage cheese. I added a little sugar and sour cream, eggs and raspberries. It was very tasty on the way out, but fell apart easily. I think next time I'll add starch like in the recipe.
ElenaB
I want to share how I use the yoghurt program, now I have puppies and I make buttermilk or yogurt Very tasty, I take ultra-pasteurized milk 2.5% or 3.5% -1 liter, 2 tablespoons of sour cream 20%, on the tip of a knife I take lemon acid and 1 table. a spoonful of water, stirring lim. acid - I add it to the milk and mix everything well, put yogurt on the program - for 8 hours, at the end of the program I take out the bowl, let it cool down, add 1 bottle of bifidobacterin - already diluted with water, I add a little and shake it straight into the water bubble, let it stand for two hours at room temperature then pour into jars and refrigerate.
In the morning everything is ready. Now we already have a leaven - which we can eat and ferment milk again, sour cream is no longer needed, but we take and add 3 steel. spoons of our ready-made yogurt-simple milk in 1 liter of milk - and put it back on yogurt - it's already ready to cook faster - not 8 hours, but less than 5 hours later, you can look in and if everything is arranged we take out.
I read that on this basis you can make yogurt, cottage cheese.
If you buy pasteurized or homemade milk, then boil it.

Here is our curdled milk
