Kotochek, on which program did you cook? How much water did you pour?
Kotochek
Prog is what?
Kotochek
Yes, through the valve. Soaked peas - the night stood. I see a lot of water, next time I'll be smarter. Thank you.
fronya40
Girls, today I cooked in Florochka Bulgur with dried fruits... Delicious stuff! Recommend to anyone fasting.
DonnaFelice
I bought it! And even managed to get it a couple of days ago. So in your, and now ours, regiment arrived)))
While I was working, I didn't have time for tests, but it passed the test for adequate work. And the temperature is gaining, and the timer starts counting down, and he cooks porridge, and even bakes
lisa567
Daria, with the purchase !!!
DonnaFelice
Thank you, Olesya!
Alises
girls, good afternoon! today I bought a floris, I read in the instructions: boil water on "rice" for 30 minutes at max. pace at max. water. where to set the tempo ?? ))))
Kotochek
The temperature is already on the rice. Then it is necessary to expose on a multi-cook.

and I thought I still need to expose additionally, in addition to the laid down. Thank you. and the maximum amount of water in the bowl is how much? poured almost full - not boiled)) now poured half - I'm waiting. ) (I need to boil the water so that the smell disappears).

What they mean is that the temperature on the rice is the maximum temperature of the multicooker.
That is, pour water to the maximum level, add citric acid or a slice of lemon and turn on the RICE
1oksi1
It seems to me that it is not necessary to pour a lot of water, it is enough to pour it to the lower mark and turn on the "steaming" program
lisa567
Alises, the maximum water is 3 - 5 mst., half the pan will not boil in 30 minutes
Alises
girls, spisbo. already cooked pilaf. turned out crumbly - almost eaten. I'll try milk porridge, tell me what proportions for millet or corn, so as not to leaf through for a long time?
fronya40
5 glasses of milk - 1 Cereal. I often make milk in half with water. Very tasty, small corn or barley.
Alises
girls, and the recipe book says: turn on the milk porridge mode for 35 minutes, and in my cartoon the mode is supposedly. porridge works for 10 minutes. ) should I press three times or can I somehow change it right away? She won't cook in 10 minutes?
DonnaFelice
It takes time to increase. The time increases if you click on the Setup button. Step 5 minutes if you press quickly and 1 hour if you press and hold a little.
This point is described in the instructions rather passably, in case it is difficult for me to understand)

thanks, I get it. but I just pressed milk porridge 2 times. I cooked for the first time (because today I just bought it) - milk porridge with millet - the porridge turned out to be awesome !!! so boiled-steamed all !! I haven't eaten this for a long time! just like out of the oven! class!
Kotochek
There, the girls wrote above that they added lemon. I didn't add anything, and there was no particular smell. I didn’t pour a full cup, but about half.

Yes, at the very beginning it’s easier and more interesting) I did the same for the first few dishes, the program ended - I looked / tried it - I turned it on again. Now I'm used to it and I set the time right away)
Alises
girls, thank you for responding! ))
Alises
girls, I’ll also ask. my bowl after I washed it smells like something that was prepared even on the trail. day. cooked pilaf - there was a smell of fat. then they say. porridge - this smell was a little surrendered to the porridge, and then the bowl is straight like a cow smells like half a pier. porridge .. is it ok? I'm not very good at such smells .. (
lisa567
Alises, the bowl does not smell after cooking, the silicone ring that is in the lid may smell. I have not encountered this problem, except in the case of bell pepper. Do you keep the multicooker closed after cooking? Leave the lid ajar. I put a wooden spoon under the lid and keep the multicooker in this way between cooking. Also, the silicone ring can be wiped with a slice of lemon to eliminate odor or baked with vanilla (vanilla removes odor very well).

the cup itself smells. I keep it open, I don't close it ...
lisa567
The first time I come across such a problem. I wash the bowl after each cooking with a soft sponge and detergent and wipe it dry, I have never smelled.
DonnaFelice
Today I cooked millet milk porridge with raisins and dried apricots. It seems, thanks to Flora, milk porridge will start to be eaten in our family on a regular basis.
Z. Y. The saucepan didn’t smell for me either. For several days the heating element smelled specifically, but this can be confused with the smell of plastic, the silicone gum on the lid sometimes smells a little, and it does not smell. But maybe constant baking helps me out, and I'll always add spices, then zest there ...
ElenaB
DonnaFelice, yes, with the advent of multi and a pressure cooker - we also began to eat porridge, me and my daughter, but my husband doesn't eat))))

But today I baked a cake (even though Easter has passed) - it really came out of my bowl a little - but nothing, I baked it anyway
only in the photo for some reason it turned out a little dark, but it turned out to be good. Weighed the cake - 2 kg, 320 gr.

Your cake is just a hero. Moreover, the weight is so impressive !!!

And I still can't make up my mind to bake after the first failure - I baked chocolate on boiling water unsuccessfully, didn't bake it, remained half-baked. And I don't like the cup at all, everything sticks to it. I constantly cook cottage cheese from kefir, so some white bloom has already appeared in two places. And I'm afraid to rub harder, so as not to rip off the Teflon.

And further. Here they write about some smell from the saucepan. Strange, but I have never had anything like this. Even the first time, when I just bought it, I didn’t indulge in any lemon (I didn’t know about the lemon then), and no smell appeared. And my scent be healthy!
ElenaB
k @ wka, Galina bake something simpler - a charlotte, you will see everything will work out, our florochka bakes very well!
I bought a bowl of ceramics (so I have 2 bowls) - I took it specially for baking.

Yeast baked goods come off better from the bowl. You can also use baking parchment or a silicone mat. And the girl's plaque was wiped off with a Teflon sponge and detergent.
k @ wka
A silicone mat is a good idea. That's just the size of the rug. You can, of course, cut out of a large one ..... Only it costs, of course, not weak.
It's easier with parchment. But the question is: cover only the bottom with parchment? Will not stick to the sides?
lisa567
GalinaWhen I baked the bread, I covered only the bottom, because during the proofing, the dough sticks to the bottom of the bowl. And the sides of the bowl can be greased with vegetable oil.
Ligra
k @ wka, it is better to cover the entire bowl with parchment if you bake from batter, it is better to grease the parchment with oil beforehand. There are also Teflon sheets on sale by the size of a protrusion or pans, they are not expensive within 100 Russian rubles, almost like parchment in thickness, it can be slightly thicker, reusable. Why don't you buy a Teflon bowl from Polaris, of a very decent quality?
Katarina014
Hello, I also recently became the owner of Polaris florias, however, I also have a Chef-o-matic. But I had a problem with Polaris: a lot of moisture (condensation) accumulates on the lid during cooking, when I open it, moisture, if I don't have time to put the napkin, gets inside. I just didn't have such a problem with
Chef-o-matic. Has anyone encountered such a problem and how to deal with it?
lisa567
Katarina, when cooking, do not open the lid abruptly, but gently open it. Floris has a drip tray, maybe the sinuses of the multicooker are clogged, so the water gets into the bowl. And do not keep food heated for a long time, because of this, a lot of moisture may still form.
Katarina014
Thank you lisa567 for responding so quickly. I don't seem to open the lid abruptly, I constantly check the drip tray, it seems to be empty, well, if I pour out a little water. But I am confused by the valve on the lid. There is a silicone film on it, maybe it should be removed? In Chef-o-matic, there are no silicone inserts in the valve, there are just 2 parts of plastic unwinding, I open them and wash them.
lisa567
This is not a film, but a cover at the bottom of the valve. And the air comes out through the side opening on the inside of the lid. Try to flush the valve again, maybe it is clogged with something. It is strange that you have little water in the drip tray, all the same, check the sinuses on the side of the lid fasteners - maybe the gaps there are clogged or very small.
Katarina014
Hello Olesya! Thanks for the previous answers, now there are no such problems, you helped me, but I had the following problem: everything burns in this bowl and pretty much, as I understand it, I need to buy another bowl, but this one will fit this multicooker -I do not know. Can you tell me which one? Thank you!
Ligra
Katarina014, although I am not Olesya, but I will answer. Bowls are good Polaris pip-0501 non-stick Teflon (I use it myself); this bowl can be bought inexpensively from about 600 to 1200. From the more expensive it is Redmond RIP A-2 (bronze, also praised). Read more HERE.
Katarina014
Ligra, thank you very much !!! Now we ought to find here at least some of them. In our store, I found only this: RB-C500 for 5 liters, an aluminum alloy with a ceramic non-stick coating. Chasing thoughts, will it fit?

Ligra
More details, who produces if possible? Maybe this is from a series of universal bowls. Better to watch and try on live. I have not seen such.
lisa567
Katarina, in more detail on the bowls here https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/index.php@option=com_smf&Itemid=218&topic=283328.940 spoiler open. I have a redmond bronze and a .PIP 0501 polaris. I like both, but the redmond is heavier, it turns out chic frying.

Ceramic coated bowl REDMOND RB-C500

Brief description of the model
Suitable for REDMOND multicooker *: RMC-M20, RMC-M60, RMC-M70, RMC-M150, RMC-M4500, RMC-M4502, RMC-M4503, RMC-M45021, RMC-M90, RMC-M4525, RMC-M45031
Volume: 5 l
The ceramic coating of this 5-liter bowl is more resistant to mechanical stress than Teflon or its analogues. Food prepared in such a bowl does not burn, it is evenly fried and stewed without losing its taste and useful qualities. You can also successfully use this container for cooking in the oven. The bowl can be washed without problems both under the tap and in the dishwasher.
Compatibility with multicooker brands of other brands is possible
According to the list of models, it is similar to the REDMOND RB-A503 non-stick bowl, so it should fit. The only thing I don't like ceramics, but it's a matter of taste. And so there should be a worthy bowl according to the description.

The difference in the weight of these bowls is slightly different by about +/- 20 g, in pip 0501 frying is also obtained, the coating is very stable.
PS: I looked specifically at Olesin "answer 154 of August 26, 2013": the weight of the bronze bowl was 615 g. The Polaris bowl was also weighed 615 g, so there was no difference.
lisa567
My Polaris PIP 0501 bowl weighs 596 grams, and my redmond bowl weighs 618 grams. The difference is small, but tangible. I am not saying that Redmond is better, they are both good, but I like Redmond more in frying, because of the thickened bottom, heat is better distributed there and lasts longer. And Polaris is certainly cheaper.

Thanks for the tip.
I read about teflon sheets in the net. But I have never seen them on sale.
And I don't buy the bowl because it costs almost like a new multicooker. So I think: what is better to buy - one more or just a cup to this one.
Cranberry
k @ wka, IMHO it is better to buy a bowl in our cartoon. And she will immediately sparkle with new colors. I still use both bowls - each has its own functions. The second so.
lisa567
Galina, I think it will be more profitable to buy a cup. A Polarisovka bowl costs between 500-800 rubles, this is far from the cost of a multicooker. And with a new bowl, cooking in your cartoon will become much more pleasant and convenient, nothing will stick or burn, and there will be no need to buy or search for sheets. I did not use the sheets, only when I bake bread I put a circle of baking paper under the dough, and I grease the walls with vegetable oil, nothing stuck.
Katarina014
Good evening girls! Ligra, Olesenka, many thanks for the advice! I have puzzled all the sellers in local stores with bowls, I hope someone will order one of the models (PIP 0501 or REDMOND RB-A503 or REDMOND bronze), if only I lagged behind them. And REDMOND RB-C500 is sold in an online store and it is only written about it that it is with a ceramic non-stick coating and that's it, but somehow after using pans with ceramics I don't really trust this coating.

Girls, dear! I had the cartoon "Shrek" or the Magic Egg Moulinex - today the money was returned to me in the store, since the service center did not have a part. Now I have a question - which cartoon to buy instead? I don't look at the expensive ones (it was already the most expensive one, that's enough). I look towards the POLARIS PPC 0305AD multicooker-pressure cooker. But today in the store I felt it and did not find a drip tray! Who uses, please tell me, does this model even have it? And if not, then the moisture flows down the bowl inside or along the walls outside? In my dear cartoon there was a moisture collector-convenient ...
Cranberry
It has a drip tray, and the pressure cooker itself is great
