There is a rather bizarre situation - both mixers simultaneously affect the mixture for only the first few minutes, until a bun is formed. Then this bun is at a given time processed by only one kneader, the second is idling. From time to time, for no reason at all, they pass this kolobok to each other. Apparently, two dough mixers are needed, firstly, to mix the flour with water and form a dough for the first time, and then so that the bun is not accidentally lost in the vat when it comes off the mixer. The kneader paddle popped out, most likely sorry, because they put it upside down - I checked it quite realistically. Otherwise, the flown off well could not jam between the bottom and the remaining one. It must be dressed so that the round knobs are down, then the gap between the bottom and the shoulder blade will be minimal

Another good thing is a cottage cheese casserole, such as mixing cottage cheese, eggs and semolina, then put this porridge on baking sheets and for the same 20 minutes in HP - sea recipes. I also buy ice cream puff pastry, roll it out, cut it into thin rectangles, put whatever filling God will put on my soul, roll it up into a tube like a child in a blanket and on baguette baking trays - the same 20 minutes. It turns out very quickly and impressively - the Bunny with its baguettes is resting! It will be necessary to take a picture, although who has not seen the tubes with filling.

In any case, when baking bread, heat is also transferred through the walls of the vat, in the baguette mode, if only the lower heating element is working, it is unrealistic to ensure uniformity of temperature throughout the chamber without a convection fan.

I join. And what is remarkable - detailed instructions are given on how not to cut your fingers with a knife, but they generally cannot cut anything. The dough is followed by an accordion. I have already tried wetting it with water before making an incision - a little better, but not ideal.
And I really like the brush. It is soft and easily applies any glaze to the dough.
