Hello!!
Dear bakers, After sitting on your forum and reading about your wonderful stoves and what miracles you bake in them, I fired up to buy HP. But I faced such a problem: I have no new Panasonic, Delongi and LG models in my city !!
There are only Kenwood 70, Moulinex 2000 and Moulinex 5002.
I decided that I would take Mulinex. But which one? Of course I would like to take 3000 (but many people have it and are satisfied with the forum), but it is also not in the city.
And my question is, does anyone on the forum have a Moulinex 5002 ??
After reading the description for them on the site, I realized that there is not much difference between them, in 50002 there is no "quick bread" and "jam", but there is 1.5 kg. loaf. Are these differences fundamental?
Owners 2000 and 5002 call back !! How did these machines work?
I'd like not to be mistaken with the choice, Please advise !!
Thank you !
fugaska
I have kenwood 256, but from the options you choose, I can only advise you to take the model where the loaf is larger. I know from my own experience that one kilogram is not enough for us. however, it depends on the composition of the family: if there are two people, then this is not important, and if there are many, then it is more convenient to bake once every two days than every day ...
Gypsy
It seems to me that "quick bread" and "jam" can be safely sacrificed (not such a big sacrifice). After all, you buy a stove in order to bake healthy and tasty bread, and for this you usually use programs for yeast bread with a long cycle. And fast bread in the store in bulk
1.5 kg is also good for kneading dough, then stick loaves or rolls into the oven.
fugaska
indeed, quick bread turns out to be very yeasty (in the sense of a strong smell) - in general, not so tasty at all
and if you consider that jam is made from half a kilogram of fruit (it will no longer fit according to the instructions), then there is practically no point in making it, well, perhaps out of interest
Nika
Thank you so much! Oriented!
I was also drawn more towards the 5002 model, especially since it is so appetizingly written on it, the size of a bread XXL! On my gluttons just right!
I just didn’t know exactly about the "fast" mode, but it became clear with it now!
Just wondering, to find out how this stove showed itself in operation?
Nobody heard about this model?
Pet
Yesterday I saw 5002 in the store. On the front panel there is a button "Jam" and "Quick bread". I was very surprised. I read the instructions. That's right, all these functions are in place. Although they are not mentioned everywhere in the internet. A new version is possible. I'll take it myself.

Has anyone bought this miracle - moulinex ow 5002? Please share the results of use - how does it bake, two kneading hooks mix the dough well, is the body hot, how does the dough for pizza, the "pasta" mode is for a tough dough? And yet - do the kneading hooks turn synchronously or not?
I like her very much
Thank you!
Pet
I bought 5002 the other day. Baked 4 bread Everything is super.
Despite the fact that of all models it bakes the largest bread, it is far from the largest. The dough is kneaded evenly, with this complete order. The case does not heat up (well, rather, it heats up to the level of the patient in the heat). There is a poppy mode. products, haven't tried it yet. I didn't try pizza, although it was because of the dough that I took it. While I'm playing around, I'm experimenting. I decided to follow the recipe book in a row. I have already found some flaws in the recipes (I fix it with a pencil). Loved the milk bread recipe. White bread (French mode) requires less liquid. I'll get to the end. In my opinion, the power is enough for tough dough. The blades rotate in different directions synchronously. I also doubted the quality of the batch, but I just decided to trust the moulinex brand in bulk.I don’t regret it. I have a meat grinder, juicer, yoghurt, and now also a bread machine from this company. Happy with everything

Thanks for the answer! I was already exhausted with the choice. If it's not a secret where you bought it and for how much? And another question - if you have so many moulinex equipment, then maybe you know how this manufacturer is doing with service and repair?
Pet
So the bourgeois technique does not break with me Therefore, I will not say about the service. In the instruction there are 3 serv. center only in our remote province. And I took it from an online store, according to the principle of the cheapest price.

Dear Pet. Have you finished fixing the mistakes in the recipe book for Moulinex5002? I bought it yesterday, and my first bread (French) turned out to be not very tasty and generally ugly. Maybe it's not just my "crooked" hands, but the recipes are sinning?
Pet
Yesterday, the baking was literally exactly the same. Everything turned out very well. And the first time, I also had problems. If I am not mistaken, this recipe is called "white bread" and is baked in French mode. There are drawn ingredients below that need to be added after the signal, and it is not clear that all of them need to be thrown or selectively. The first time I gave up everything at once, but one thing is needed. By changing these ingredients, you will always have different breads
Nina@
And I have already chosen !! Moulinex5002 will be delivered on Tuesday !! The seller was just in a quiet touch, from how I chose, talked and looked at the stove. He says I am the first to choose the FURNACE with such delight !! people passed by did not even know what IT was.
The seller just then asked to bring them bread.
I doubted very much and thought for a long time between Panasonic 255 and this one, but I came to the store and everything became clear to me. Chose Moulinex5002 !!!!!
Pet
Very good choice !!!
Owl
Nina @, I join in congratulations! I have had the same stove for 6 weeks now. When you gradually master all its possibilities, you will be in constant quiet delight!
Nina@
I know! But it's kind of scary that it won't work! Tell me where to start? exactly follow the recipes in the instructions, or who has tried and how they need to be changed? tell me or I'm afraid that I will be disappointed and she will stand collecting dust!
Pet
To begin with, you should put the bread maker on the table, call your friends and wash it tightly. In the morning, after drinking some little rolls, read the instructions. It contains a recipe for the main bread (note not in the recipe book, but in the instructions). So start with it. If you use scales, familiar measuring cups and spoons, then everything will work out.
Owl
Yes, yes, - Pet, a happy owner, like me, of the same oven, will not advise bad. It is the main bread from the instructions to begin with.

Then I would recommend from the recipe book "white bread" (ie "French") and "dairy" - personally tested. Everything works out. In "milk" bread, additives are separated by a slash, that is, either raisins or candied fruits, the same is in the recipe for "white" - it means not to pour everything together, but one to choose from.

But the "Kugelshof" yeast cake is already more difficult to make (page 24 of the recipe book) - the dose of yeast is clearly overestimated in the recipe.
There are enough 2 teaspoons (1 kg per loaf), and in the book there are as many as 3.5 teaspoons.

You will also definitely need a fairly accurate scale (better electronic).
Pet
Yes, they didn't have a problem with the cupcakes. I don’t remember which one, but one turned out like a brick, and the other resuscitated for 15 minutes by scraping ash with a knife. But it really turned out delicious. I'll have to try the light crust.
Nina@
went to the site and saw a miracle oven !!! What do you think if you try to find such an insert for baguettes it will fit 5002? they seem to be the same.

and there are still recipes with pictures. The difference between some recipes is that after the signal you divide the dough into 4 parts and put it on a special stand. but the essence is one and the form is different. in general, look.

Owl
Yes, yes, I have seen it before ... But for me it is too laborious.

In addition, I have not yet seen this type of model anywhere on sale.
Nina@
and today I looked at everything but did not find any stores where it is sold or the price of it. I thought that I could change the order from 5002 to this one before it’s too late, they’ll go for it on Monday, but I’m afraid then I’ll be left without a stove.or they will not find or the husband will change his mind.
Pet
Yes, you do not need it. If you have already taken the dough out of the bucket, then it doesn't matter where you put it after shaping, in the oven or on small trays in the bread maker. The task of the bread maker is to automate the production of bread as much as possible.
Nina@
I understand all this, BUT THEY ARE SO pretty and even ....! and I want to bake with all the functions, capabilities, programs, cool design .., I understand that I have it for a very long time. I want everything at once, like in a fairy tale
jkj
Hello everyone! The newbie decided to buy a wonderful bread machine with the ability to bake baguettes. We are talking about already discussed on the forum Ref. OW500431
XXL_BAGUETTE MOULINEX
only it is not sold anywhere. Or I'm bad looking.
Can anyone help - where he saw. Or knows where to get this unit.
THANKS !!!!
Nina@
Everybody brought my stove today! The first bread is almost not lumpy, did not rise a little, but tasty. The kids are delighted.
I have a question how to live without electronic scales (for now), there is a scale in ml on the glass. How to accurately measure these grams of flour. And even if I measure everything accurately with the scales, then I can safely load everything into it and not worry (do not climb into the oven and poke the dough with my finger)?

[only it is not for sale anywhere. Or I'm bad looking.

I, too, could not find a store or a price for this model on the Internet.
Calm down and buy 5002, and baguettes can be in the oven. I spent the whole evening with mine today and I don’t want 5004.
Nina@
I will be very grateful!
Now I baked a French roll - it turned out - super! found a way out, measured it out with a measuring glass (borrowed from a neighbor). As soon as there were stirrers in the bread, I took them out with a hook as described in the instructions. Do you know why this is happening? maybe something in the recipe or is it better to take them out before baking? and how to clearly find out the time when baking will start? in the instructions to add up all the time of lifting and kneading operations?
Pet
Dear Nina. Please forgive me generously. It's just that when I started weighing on a scale with a discreteness of 5g, I realized that this was wrong. Therefore, I first bought a kitchen scale, well, it took some time to choose them.
If this is still relevant, then here are the weighing results:
300 ml flour = 160g flour (as in a pharmacy)
Wheat flour was taken, of the highest grade "khersonmlin".
Electronic scales Philips up to 5 kg discreteness 1 g.
Measuring glass Moulinex OW5002

I was pleasantly surprised by the accuracy of the measuring cup:
300ml of water (after osmosis) = 300g exactly

P / S
Well, a measuring tablespoon = 18g

Moulinex Genius 2000 L20. That was the name of the food processor my wife and I bought 12 years ago. It works every day to this day. But already with my sister. There have never been any problems. Sister can chop a barrel of cabbage at a time. Or even recycle the slaughtered pig (lives in the village, in Ukraine). This has already been done several times. And nothing! Nothing was broken, although plastic covers and accessories fell two hundred times on the ceramic floor. And the knives have never been sharpened in the service. A couple of times I put them on with an ordinary thing for kitchen knives. Just an unkillable unit. Not a single refusal in all the years! I don’t know what quality this technique is now. This model is still being produced. And the price is the same as 12 years ago. $ 250. If Moulinex also makes such a bread maker, then honor and praise to them.
Nina@
Pet, thanks a lot !! It was very useful to me, because her measuring glass needs to be returned to a neighbor sometime, and there is no way to buy the scales yet, Thank you ...

Yesterday there were guests and I baked bread with garlic on program 2. So tasty!!! everyone ate bread more than kebab.
Everyone began to think about the bread maker. And the husband sat proud of what he had, and other wives to their husbands in one voice moan that they want the same (as if no one had asked him for 2 months).

Hello everyone! I have a Moulinex2000 bread maker for a week! and I am very happy with it! Although in this time interval I did not have time to bake everything that I wanted to try, but what I had already baked - simple white bread, bread with milk, buckwheat bread, a cupcake for tea with raisins - everything turned out great the first time! Now I'm looking for new recipes on the Internet, I will try. For my family of three, 500 g of bread is enough, and 750 and 1000 g will remain for tomorrow - and we don't need more. Nice stove, I like it!

Question to the owners of Moulinex 5002: what exactly is your HP called - Moulinex OW 5002 or Moulinex OW 500230? What is written in the passport?
I saw it in the Moulinex OW 500230 store.

I have a question, Moulinex OW5002 is the abbreviation for Moulinex OW500230, or are they two different models?
Nina@
my passport says Moulinex OW500230

Answered to you in another thread, duplicate the answer here:

I think they are the same thing. Check with the seller. I bought my stove as Moulinex OW 5002. Distinctive features: a) 14 programs; b) the presence of a special program "Borodinsky bread" + 3 programs for diet recipes; c) the ability to bake bread weighing 1.5 kg; d) bread shape - traditional brick... (The latter pleases me the most).

If these points are the same for both "sub-models", then Moulinex OW 5002 = Moulinex OW 500230.

You and I are alike. I am the same owner of this miracle.

I got a little less head for bread 750 gr. I cut it very finely, but I think you can suppress it in a garlic press. Don't you have this recipe in your book? On the second program, after the signal, add your choice of fried onions, olives, sausage, garlic. There, and the number of additives per gr is indicated.
Today I baked with fried onions - also very tasty.

Thank you very much! everything is clear with garlic. And I didn't have the recipe book in the box with the stove at all. There is an instruction book, there are only 11 simple recipes on six pages of Russian text - there is definitely no such thing! Thanks again!

Yesterday I was in Ikea and bought an electronic scale for 670 rubles. and a glass for sifting flour! Now I bake bread exactly according to the recipe, the dough is already beautiful !!!!!

I read it all the time, "add after the signal", I have Moulinex 2000, and there is no signal in it in the "French bread" mode, in other modes there is, but in this mode there is no signal. Maybe something is wrong with the stove?
Toksana
Well, thanks, you reassured me, otherwise I already thought that I had something wrong with the stove

Hello Pet. If you are from Kherson or the region (identified by flour "Khersonmlin"), please tell me where you buy rye flour and other delights for a bread machine. I've been baking at Moulinex OW5002 for two months now, I'm happy with everything. But I want to try rye bread, but I can't buy flour.
Thank you in advance.

Hello everyone
Someone can tell me where I can get bread recipes for Moulinex2000, because I want to try something else, besides those recipes that are in the instructions with the oven. I understand that the recipes are different for each stove, but I want to bake, and not experiment. Thank you all in advance for your answer

According to different recipes, breads with different properties are obtained. But you can bake them in ANY stove.
If you cook borscht in a red saucepan, then in the recipe for this borscht you will indicate the weight of the food, not the color of the pan.
So it is with bread. According to a proven recipe - you want to wear a floss, you want to wear it in Panasonic, you want to wear it with your hands. The bread will still work.
Toksana
I'll try this recipe well, but is it not enough flour?
What weight do you put on the baking?
