And I opened the valve so that the rice would not finally turn into porridge, well, maybe on the advice of my mother-in-law. And the essence of the advice is that there should not be excess liquid in the pilaf; for this, the lid is wrapped in a kitchen towel and it absorbs the excess. I even have a separate linen towel for this case, he is already a hundred years old at lunchtime)))
But pilaf looks a little dry not because I let out all the liquid, but because there is a little bit of vegetable oil according to the recipe.

How much yummy! Tanya, thank you so much for such a selection! And then lately, there is simply not enough imagination, what else to cook, and there is already a reluctance to search for a long time. I also have Phillips, though model 77, so almost "colleagues"

Tanyush! So delicious! And the salad, as I understand it, is ordinary, like Olivier? My husband also loves this, he is ready to eat him both in summer and in winter. Many no longer prepare it for the holidays, they are tired, they say, to do the same thing every holiday, but in our country not a single holiday goes without olive oil and herring under a fur coat, my husband always orders. Yes, I myself am not against these salads, I also eat them with pleasure.

Today I have a stew with onions. Actually, nothing new, but in my understanding, this recipe is for a multicooker. I put the groceries and in fifteen minutes you are completely free for 1.5-2.5 hours.
It is very difficult to achieve such stewing in an ordinary saucepan, in any case I did not even try. If correct, then this meat is stewed in its own juice with onions. Everything is outrageously simple.
beef -600-700g
turnip onion - 3pcs
vegetable oil -1-2 tbsp. spoons
salt, pepper, and whatever you like from spices.
Cut the onion into half rings. Pour oil into a bowl, put onions

I cooked this meat for future use, for dinner on a working day, so there will be no plates or will be, but in the week. The question would sound perfectly normal, why not take advantage of the delayed start in the morning and get freshly cooked meat for dinner? I answer))) First, I'm afraid that the light will be turned off during the day (sometimes, but it happens), and the second - yes, I get up at five in the morning and two hours before work are very busy.
But this function is not washed over time, so by rolling, I will test it anyway.

Tatyana, thank you very much for such a detailed and picturesque description of how to master the new technique!
An employee at work asked me to pick up a good slow cooker for her, we are considering this model. But I myself, as the owner of 3 cartoons, pay attention to the bowl, because in Dex it is just perfect for me compared to Perfezkina and Avrorkina. So I want to know, but how is this bowl in terms of quality, how much does it weigh interestingly for comparison? If possible, then a few words about the cup
celfh
From the instructions:
Dishwasher safe inner bowl
2mm thick dusting on inner bowl distributes heat evenly
Volume - 4L

Push:
The bowl is very comfortable. Such, say, heavy, well installed in a multicooker. Washes very well. I like the shape of the bowl because it tapers slightly towards the bottom, and this allows you to cook both large and small amounts of food.
Weighed a saucepan - 605g

Of the minuses.
The accumulation of condensation on the lid, I can't say that it really affects something, but it's not very good when you open the lid and water drips.
The shape is beautiful, but it takes up a lot of space. In my opinion, it would have been better a little higher, but the base is not so elongated. But this is a matter of taste.
It is better to bake at a lower temperature, but for a longer time. At 180 degrees, the pastries begin to burn.
I have not checked it myself, but according to reviews, a somewhat confused delayed start. And not everyone succeeds with yogurt the first time. All this I have yet to verify. But a little later, not yet before yogurt.

Hello everyone)))) I gladly join the community of bakers and multicooker))) just a week ago I became the owner of this multicooker model. Already tried almost all modes))) very happy with it))) a wonderful thing and actually makes the cooking process easier))))
The first dish cooked in the cartoon was baked milk))) it turned out very tasty))) now every night she drowns milk with us))) They cooked a vegetable stew))) 5+ Soup and fish were baked ... I made cottage cheese casserole ... here here it seemed to me weaker than the oven ... it burned a little by 180 and did not come out as lush as in the oven ... so it seems to me that it is not very suitable for baking ... I have already made yogurt 2 times ... but for some reason I didn't have it very thick ... more likely drinking))) I will gladly adopt your experience and share my own))))

How about baking bread in the Philips HD3036 multicooker? Does it work?
I have a Panasonic bread maker, there is no need to bake bread in a slow cooker. But in my opinion, baking in a Philips multicooker is capricious, and getting a good baking result has to be a trial and error method.

Girls, a huge request - please measure your bowl - height, diameter, girth under the side, well, as usual, they measure everything. These sizes are very necessary!

Users of multi Philips 3036 or 3037 (the same, only for 5 years.) Please respond !!!
For a long time and persistently I chose a multicooker, as a result I opted for the Philips 3037! But I read a lot of reviews on the net, and I had doubts ... If it's not difficult for anyone, can you shed some light on the questions that have arisen?
1.How is the quality of the plastic (I have not seen it live myself) - they say that the plastic latch breaks after a couple of months of use
2. The coating of the bowl and the bowl itself, how well made, and immediately the question is ahead of the curve, from which multicooker bowls are suitable ??
3. The steam release valve is unclear in what mode it should be in what state (open / closed) Because of this, they complain that it soars throughout the kitchen, even if you don't put it under the hood ... But that's half the trouble, all the contents are still running out of it ... Is this true, or do you just need to carefully read the instructions?
4. Do milk porridges run away all the time or do you just need to adapt? (I understand this is the trouble of many multicooker, we do not really like such porridge, but I would like to fix it thanks to multi)
5. I read someone did not understand the delayed start and passed the multicooker. What's the matter with him? And does the heating turn off with a button or do you have to constantly pull it out of the socket?
6. In sosodod Temka about 3077 I read that they do not get out of repair? How does this one behave?
Vooot, like I collected all the main questions
Answer please! I was going to buy a multicooker for the first time, so some questions may be stupid ... don't blame me
celfh
1. I can't say anything about the latch.
2. I like the bowl very much, I did not look for analogs. I don't see any sense in this. I try to handle the bowl carefully. Again, I proceed from the fact that there is nothing eternal and that issues should be resolved as they arise. And I have no extra space for a spare bowl. And as an argument, in 3-5 years there will be new gadgets.
3. I cook only with the valve closed. I got the impression that the valve has an "Open" "Closed" position just to know how to remove it, to wash it.
4. Porridge did not run away from me. But I never cook with whole milk, I dilute it. I also diluted milk in a regular saucepan.
5. The delayed start is really confused, but not to such an extent that it would be because of this to hand over the cartoon. I myself have not yet used this function, but I am calm about such questions: everything new requires attention, and we have a habit of first using the poke method, and then, as a last resort, read the instructions.
6. I think the heating is also turned off. The fact is that Filya is not on my table, I put it away after use, and naturally, turn it off.
7. We have not climbed there yet (TTT).

I have been using the cartoon for 3 months.

Lud-Mil @
celfh, if possible, lay out the dimensions of your bowl (I have both multi for 4 liters, maybe it will fit them).
Ma_LiNka, and why do you need bowls from other multicooker, as far as I understand from the reviews, Phillips bowls are of very good quality, and they are on sale.
celfh
I'll drive home and be sure to lay out all the parameters
Ma_LiNka
Thanks for answers)
About the cup, it's me, just in case ... Well, since there is no problem to get it, then the question is removed)
And there was also a question for the price, for how much did they take? In our city I found it only in m-video for 6500, and in online stores I can't find one at all, so that I can even compare it at a price.

Oh .. in the first place I found 6990 ... yes, plus shipping ... It appears that the m-video is not very oppressive.
celfh
Here I can’t say anything for sure. The multicooker was donated to me for testing.
celfh
Measured the cup as best I could
bottom diameter -16cm, circumference - 68.9cm, top outer diameter -23.7cm, top inner diameter - 21cm, bowl height -13cm, weight -605g
Lud-Mil @
Tatyana, thank you tremendous! Apparently (I also measured it as best I could) - this cup should suit my girls. I need to buy in reserve, especially since I only have ceramics, and yours is Teflon, did I understand correctly? For baking, it will be just right for me.

Everywhere they write that the bowl is covered with 2 mm spraying, but I could not figure out what kind of spraying. Be careful with baking. I had a sad experience. For myself, I decided that I need to bake at a lower temperature, where, according to the recipe, 180 degrees, I will set 140-150 and increase the baking time. It is necessary to somehow adapt so that it does not burn.
Lud-Mil @
Well, in my cartoons, it is hardly such a high temperature on baking, it is only in Phillips that it is regulated to 180, in mine it is most likely standard for multicooker, 130 degrees ...
celfh
And then I decided that you have Phillips
Lud-Mil @
No, I have maruchi and laretti, they are also 4-liter, so I want to give them a present. If I had a Phillips, I would have no doubt about the cup.
Ma_LiNka
All!!! Thank you all for your answers!
I don’t even know where exactly to write on the topic, but in the kitchen I’m puffing and preparing pilaf Philips 3037 !!!
In any case, take into the ranks of the multi-owner))))

Yes, first experience (sooo hope it will be positive)
Is it necessary? It's just that it is no different from 3036, except for a 5L bowl. But if the forum rules require it, I can try)

Do they have the same programs?
I just thought - this topic still opened for testing another model, probably you shouldn't introduce confusion, it's better to open a separate topic, it will be useful to those who have the same cartoon as yours.

girls, in the topic about the stader forms 909, those who have a 919 model also write! they also differ only in displacement 4 and 5 liters.
I think when there are many users of the 3037 model, then they will disconnect the topic.
