I have a small bird. I can’t cope with the Baking program. Today there was a curd casserole. The set time is 1 hour 20 minutes, turned off after 1 hour 10 minutes, the temperature is 150 degrees. Result

Ma_LiNka
This is strange. I haven't baked a lot in the cartoon yet, but tyu-tyu-tyu everything worked out. Cheesecakes are especially good
Did you bake something else? Is there something wrong with the recipe? It is possible that a lower temperature was needed (120) as for a cheesecake, because judging by the photo, the bottom was burnt, but the inside was not baked
celfh
Ma_LiNka, thanks for stopping by Pekla Honey cake But everything is much better there
With the casserole, I hesitated for a long time, which temperature to choose: 120 or 150, switched back and forth. Thanks for the advice, I will still try to bake at 120 degrees. And what time is it at this temperature? And yet, in Panas, for the first five or six years I did not grease the saucepan, but here, apparently, it is necessary, despite the lack of recommendations in the recipe

Ma_LiNka
I bake the rolls / muffins / biscuits by 150, but I reduce the time (that is, if the recipe is 60 minutes, then in ours it will be ready in 45-50 minutes, since the power of the multicooker is higher). But I think at 120 it should also work, but then the time will need to be increased. And curd pieces / cheesecakes are always at 120.
And yes, I always grease the saucepan, a habit
celfh
Ma_LiNka, Thank you!

Good afternoon Tatyana, tell me, please, a lot of the multicooker takes energy, I have a gas stove, I'm afraid that I'll buy a multicooker and the light bill will shock
celfh
Alena, I think the score will not shock you. The power of the Philips HD3036 multicooker is 980 W. Link 🔗 calculation of electricity consumption by a multicooker of about the same power. According to this calculation, your account will increase by 15-20 rubles.

And my baking is good (sorry there is no camera)
According to this recipe: 500g. cottage cheese; 2-3 eggs; 2-3 tbsp. l. sugar; 100g. sour cream; 2-3 tbsp. l. decoys. Bake.
I baked at a temperature of 100 degrees, 50 minutes ...
though I had only one egg and less sour cream ...

Hello. Please tell me what the designations in the bowl mean? The wife can't figure it out. Model 3036. Thank you very much.
celfh
Admin, sorry for the silence, I just saw your question. I myself do not use a scale, but I think that this designation is how much water should be added. In the first scale, it is about rice. They poured 2 m / glass of rice, which means that the water must be poured to mark 2. I have the proportions in the head - for 2 cups of rice, buckwheat, in order to get a crumbly porridge, you need to add 4 cups of water, that is, the ratio of cereals to liquids 1: 2.
But the second scale is what they regulate, I don't understand. congree is a decoction, in fact, we are also talking about the ratio of water and food. But since all my life I have cooked soups, borscht, etc. by eye, I don't really bother with these marks.

Good day!!! can I join you? now I am the owner of this multi)
was happy for a whole week until yesterday. I copy the message from the pumpkin porridge recipe.

"Hello, hostesses! Recently bought this slow cooker. We love pumpkin porridge very much. I do it on gas differently.
poured about 500 ml of water, turned on "cook". when the water boiled, I added 1 liter of milk. "cook" again. and when boiling milk poured out through the valve and seethed ... a flood in the kitchen. After harvesting, I added rice, pumpkin to the cooled milk and greased the top of the bowl with plums. butter (I remembered where they wrote about it), turned on the "porridge" program for 1 hour. the porridge languished, it came out wonderful !!!

question: is it better to cook milk on the "KASH" program? then it does not run up. or what did you do wrong? I am now afraid to cook milk porridge again. "
for me milk porridge is very important. I have a little daughter, every morning I cook her oatmeal / semolina. wanted to try a delayed start. but what about the milk so that it doesn't run away through the valve?
Koalla21
I cook porridge like this: I pour cereal into the multicooker, and then pour it with cold water and milk. I turn on the mode I need: buckwheat, rice or porridge. It is better to cook milk porridge in the "porridge" mode. Everything always worked out and nothing escaped. The "cooking" mode in this cartoon is very intense, it can probably only be used for boiling water. It is better to cook soups in it in the stewing mode. The Philips website even has an addition to the recipe book, where in some dishes the "cooking" mode is replaced by the "stewing" mode
( 🔗).
P.s. In the "porridge" mode, the set minimum cooking time is 1 hour.

thanks) I will try so now.
Yes, I already understood that soups and borscht are only stewed, the water is boiling when I cooked borsch for the first time.
celfh
I cook porridge in the Porridge mode, I always dilute milk with water, problems never arise. But in the Cook mode, I cooked only tomato juice. It turns out super! What else to cook in this mode - I can't imagine, it's a very stormy mode.
miroshka_I
Something does not add up with this multicooker.
rice is excellent, wheat porridge is also super.
but buckwheat in the Buckwheat mode (1 st of buckwheat + 2 st of water) began to rise strongly at first, reached the valve. then I washed out the valve and the top cover, everything was in buckwheat.
I cooked milk oatmeal for the child on the porridge mode (125ml milk = 125ml milk + 1.5 liters of ground oatmeal). the same story as buckwheat. I'm even afraid to imagine what would happen if I wanted to cook milk porridge from 1 or 2 liters of liquid.
was straight upset. for 4 days now I don't even go to the multicooker

I'm sorry I'm a strong expert, but mine with buckwheat: yahoo: everything is ok, now it works ... he cooks stuffed cabbage
buckwheat was just yesterday! ..

Irina, maybe you left the valve open? The instructions do not say a word about the valve, but I came to the conclusion that the valve should be closed during cooking.
I cook oatmeal in the following proportions: for 2m / cup of oatmeal, 0.5 milk and 0.5 liters of water. Everything turns out great, but with whole milk it does not work out unambiguously.
Irina, teach me how to cook wheat porridge. I do not know how to cook it either on gas or in a multicooker))

Tanyusha, (forgive me the question of course not here), getting out of your technique ... Panasonic - how do you think about the second cartoon, one is not enough

the valve is just closed. I always rinse it and put it back in the closed position.

: girl_red: shy about wheat gruel. I'm a beginner. dealt as follows.
wheat porridge with meat:
fried the onions. added chunks of duck breast + a little water. then 40 minutes program Extinguishing.
Then she poured in wheat grits and added water. (proportions of 1m of cereal and 2.5m of water). The default "Porridge" programs.
came out very tasty and straight airy.

Panasonic - how do you
Irina, although I am not a complete fan of multicooker, Panasonic is my first tender love, after all, eight years together)) never let me down. But now there are so many different mulvars, and there are a lot of new functions, that I can't even say which one you should buy.

... I was given a Philips HD3036 multicooker for testing.

Tatyana, can you, so to speak, sum up your work with this multicooker. I would like to hear all the pros and cons on this model. there is a good discount on it now in one of the stores, so I think it's worth buying this option or 3058 ...
thank you in advance!
miroshka_I
I keep testing this slow cooker but failing. for example, buckwheat - porridge comes out through the valve.
there and then the question. open and closed valve .. explain, on the left, which icon is drawn - open? and on the right - closed? mine is directed to the right to closed. or I'm wrong? maybe this is all my failures?

p. from. I tried to cook pshonny field porridge on the KSA mode. well, very tasty, like porridge from a fire !!!
celfh
With my reports, I transferred the whole family to sausages and practically do not cook. It's a shame to say, I haven't covered the topic for almost a month
848, unfortunately, I haven't seen your question. I think there are no more discounts. But I'll write as I think. I have two multi: Panasonic and Philips. Fili's only advantage is the bowl. In my opinion, everything else is better with Panasik. Maybe I'm conservative, I don't know ... Or maybe I cook a little in a slow cooker.

miroshka_I, literally one of these days I will have to cook buckwheat, and I will definitely write to you what I got out of it. The closed lock is on the right, you are doing everything right.

Hello everyone! Take a new user into your ranks! And right off the bat, a couple of topical questions:
1. Is it possible to set the current time on this model (3036), and if so, how?
2. What proportion of rice / water, buckwheat / water, millet / water is better to choose for a delayed start, that is, in the evening to fall asleep / pour in and so that in the morning everything is ready to wake up?
Irina Kalush
I put everything on the eye, but I don't cook dairy, because no one else eats them except for my daughter (we just don't like it), but I use milk.
Spljushka
Irina, about "by eye" - this is relevant in the case when you cook right away. And when the start is postponed, then, according to the logic (my blonde), rice / buckwheat will absorb all the water in an hour or two. And then how will they cook for 40 minutes without water, will they burn, probably?
Irina Kalush
I have not used this function (delayed start) yet, there is no need
Spljushka
Irina, how then, waking up early in the morning, can you taste hot porridge? If you put it to cook before bedtime, will it dry out overnight on constant heating (it is too powerful)? I mean rice / buckwheat not on milk in the "porridge" mode, but on water, in the "rice" / "buckwheat" mode
Irina Kalush
I haven't had any problems yet ..
