Something looked there buckwheat porridge to cook for 40 minutes, something too much
natushka, in Orson the countdown starts from the moment you press the "Start" button and, specifically, on "Kasha" ends when the pressure has already dropped by itself. That is, these 40 minutes include heating, a set of pressure, the actual cooking, a temperature drop to 96 degrees and a pressure release. At the last stage, the porridge has time to properly grind.
Quote: natushka
It was also embarrassing that the heating disc is very mobile, is that the way for the Orsons?
I am also a little mobile. But the bowl coating is perfectly smooth
natushka
Girls, thank you all for the answers. Yeah .. again you will have to re-issue the order or something, if you agree. It's good that they didn't pay right away, and the sellers were allowed to think until 26.
natushka
Girls, friends made a re-order, reacted with understanding and quickly sent another one, it seems everything is fine with this one (time will tell). Boil the lemon until it smells strong plastic. Now we have put on Fry. For me personally, it is not very convenient to set the cooking time, it is not known how much pressure it will gain, how much to cook, etc. But I really liked that it shows the temperature at the time of cooking, it works quietly. I didn't have time to sit with them anymore, I went home.

Girls, do not compete in dates and smells, it is our nose to blame - it reacts differently to smells, we have discussed this problem a hundred times
Taste and smell are always individual for each person!

Admin, I agree, but my nose feels very bad smells, but my ears hear the slightest rustle. Tomorrow I'll go play again, it's very interesting.

Natasha, I am 13 years old, 20th week ...., ...... And this is a freezer-freezer, toiled with a purchase, yet the price is not small and will it be in demand ..... tortured already everyone ... well, yesterday, closer to the night, I pinned her to me, I was already asleep, ... today I barely raised it, she is soooo heavy ... but today we got off with a friend, we made three different ice creams, of course I cannot compare with my manual cooking, although I took it out of the freezer and whipped it, but I still didn’t achieve such a delicate creamy consistency ...; very happy ...

beauty, now there will be ice cream, congratulations on your purchase. Galya, what do you cook in Orson? I looked at the recipes, most need not to leave almost - fry, take out, or on one side 40 minutes, then on the other side 40 minutes, close the lid, etc. for a long time. Maybe I misunderstand something, I need to write out some recipe and go play. Yesterday they made Roast, tasted, delicious. The smell of plastic is still there, but it's from the lid itself, not from the case. I also noticed in the saucepan how a long scratch in diameter, not deep, but where it came from is completely incomprehensible - the products were laid with me (chicken breast fillet is completely pitted, onions, carrots), the spoon-blades are all silicone, there weren't even metal scoops nearby.

Hello! There has never been a pressure cooker before, now the husband is ordered to make a present. I like the MP5015, but the cost stops it - it turns out if you translate into dollars, then Shteba DD1 is $ 120, and Orson is already $ 315. How can one multicooker in the kitchen (for now) stop at DD1? And then the difference is two and a half times ... Thank you all in advance for your advice!
Admin
Very solid multicooker-pressure cooker I have a model 5005 for several years. And if the time comes to buy a pressure cooker, then only Ursonchik and model 5015!
I have an urson dryer, a kettle, a yogurt maker ... and something else ... the firm is solid and normal in service.

Well, and the cost ... someone promotes their product, and someone silently sells.
This is who and how will make friends with the device, my love with the staff did not work out, I love ursonchik

Admin, I support! I have an analogue of urson - lihom. I love immensely. The bowl is good, the programs are clear, everything turns out just fine!
GriNata
I have been using the model 5015 pressure cooker for the third year, I am happy immensely, everything is simple and clear, the smells do not "stick", the bowl is good, I constantly use it, there is no spare and everything is "like new".
ketseven
If anyone has experience with both Shteba and Orson, I will be grateful if you write off.
There is a very big difference in price, for the cost of 5015 you can buy two DD1 Heads, and two bowls in addition.
There are some very fundamental points, to which Orson is many times superior to Steba?
Thank you in advance !!! ;-)
Sneg6
ketseven, if Orson is expensive for money, then take Shteba. The design is not very good for me, but the pressure cooker is excellent. Whoever has everyone is happy. Everyone chooses to their taste.
Elena Tim
ketseven,
I have both.
At the expense of Shteba: if I were you, I would not even consider DD1, this is the last century. DD2 came out a long time ago, they are more functional and give more possibilities. One girl even changed the board in her DD1 in order to make DD2 out of her.
In general, I see only two differences between Shteba and Orson:
1. Orson has one advantage over Shteba, which cannot be overlooked - she has a fixed valve in the lid. That is, when you need to relieve pressure, you just turn the lever a little, so that the steam does not hit with a strong jet, and go about your business. As soon as the steam becomes less, you move a little more and again your hands are free, the steam comes out again by itself. In Shteba, this number will not work, there the valve is "floating", it must either be kept in one position all the time so that the steam slowly escapes, or fixed with something, for example, with a spatula. For me this is an eternal problem, I just can't set it in the right position and more often I just have to hold it. Fortunately, this is not for long, so it cannot be called such a direct problem. But Orson is definitely more convenient in this regard.
2. In turn, Shteba has one undeniable advantage over Orson - you can fry in it! For example, a chicken, even to a burnt crust. The shteba reaches a fairly high temperature, which undoubtedly shortens the cooking time. In Orson, looking the truth in the face, frying something until golden brown is sooo difficult, especially something juicy. You can, of course, but it will take so much time that you don't want to take it.
Thus, if the frying temperature is not important for you, or you, say, do not eat fried food, then feel free to take Orson. Well, if you often use frying or generally like fried, then only Stebu.
All other modes are completely interchangeable, with the only difference that Orson gives you the real cooking time, say, set 1 hour, which means that exactly one hour later Orsyushka will turn off. And Shteba shows the cooking time "under pressure", that is, does not take into account the time to set and release pressure. At first it was difficult for me to figure out how much my soup would be cooked in reality, but then I got used to it and now, damn it, I can't get used to Orson, with his real time!
Biryusa
I have And Orson 5015, And Shteba "last century"
What is more convenient for me personally in Orson:
1. During cooking, the display shows the actual temperature of the food.
2. The bowl has handles that are convenient not only for carrying, but also do not allow the bowl to rotate in the body when I stir the dish while frying or stewing.
3. Lenka has already written about the principle of operation of the valve - in Orson it is more convenient.

In Stebe I like
1. More intense frying.
2. Bright display with large indication (in Orson there is no backlight and tiny numbers).
3. In Shteba, I can close and open the lid with one hand, but Orson doesn’t work for me (by the way, maybe there’s some trick to open and close Orson with one hand?)

Each of these two units has its own advantages and its own separate disadvantages. Maybe there is an ideal slow cooker, but I have not heard of this yet.

“If Nikanor Ivanovich’s lips were put to Ivan Kuzmich’s nose, and if I could take some swagger like Baltazar Baltazarovich’s, and, perhaps, add to this the stoutness of Ivan Pavlovich — I would then immediately make up my mind. And now - think about it! " (from)

Elena Tim
No, Olk, I can't open it with one hand - Orsyukha is moving.
And what's the point of opening it with one hand, if you still remove the lid with two. She does not have a handle on top, like Shteba.
Mihailina
And I like the delicate frying in Orson (lihom) .... and for some reason the hand reaches for the Orson ... although the staff is the first too ... in the staff there are only sometimes broths-soups, sometimes garnishes. Meat only in Orson, pilaf in the same place, scrambled eggs, cheese cakes, eggplant and zucchini caviar, yogurt ... oh yes ... I don't really like pastries in Orson, but you can choose the pressure level. I bake in the oven. Porridge only in a milk cooker. Here's how to choose? It's good that I have both. But considering the prices ... you can cook everything in Shtebe. Decent multicooker
ketseven
I am infinitely grateful for the comments !!!
Newans with a valve is very important! And I, by the way, also immediately noted that the max pace. too small in Orson, don't fry too much ...

With money, the issue is not particularly acute, but as they say, there is never a lot of them.

My credo is if you walk like that! Based on this principle, you really want a Cuckoo 1055, and it is another $ 200 more expensive than Orson.
But at least there induction - it heats up instantly - this is a super-advantage for me, my husband's mother has a simple mulinex multicooker (no pressure, mk805 if I'm not mistaken), but induction, I was shocked when they showed me - they pressed the button, and that's it, it started right away prepare ...

Orson's design is, of course, superb, but they didn't spend on the backlighting. Disorder.

And I always cooked by hand (all the dishes, by the way, I only have steel), there will be the first slow cooker. So I think, even though I like Orson, but maybe it's better not to spend a significant amount on Orson, but try yourself on Shteba, and then immediately jump to Cuckoo, bypassing Orson ???

In short, another problem is a choice, a choice ...

P.S. I did not notice much difference between DD1 and DD2, the languor of 80-88 degrees is completely, more is not necessary. And for yoghurt I have a yoghurt maker.

I will express my subjective impression: it seems to me that Shteba heats up quite quickly, at least on the "Zharka", although its power is 900 W versus 1200 Orson.

The difference in availability in DD2 of the manual program "Simmering +": on it the temperature can be set from 80 to 150 *, in DD1 - only from 82 to 88.

You just need to be aware that the Cuckoo is not at all the same as a pressure cooker with a mechanical valve - Shteba or Orsson. Even her instructions say not "pressure cooker", but "multicooker with pressure cooking function."
They have different valve technology: cuckoos have an electromagnetic valve, a cartoon manages it themselves, and pressure cookers have a mechanical float lifted by the force of steam during boiling. This results in a different cooking style and, consequently, scope. Pressure cookers are better for liquid dishes: soups, compotes or milk porridge, and in Kukushka it is convenient and quick to fry, bake, or cook under pressure at lower temperatures (since the valve will close forcibly immediately, without waiting for boiling).
So, Cuckoo and Shteba are not competitors.
ketseven
I sincerely apologize, I did not want to cause discord!

Initially, I did not want to ask in the topic on Shtebe, there, of course, they would be convinced to buy it.
I subconsciously wanted to be convinced to buy Orson, justify $ 320 (versus $ 120 for Shtebu).

Unfortunately, I did not see any convincing arguments.

I’ll give a command to my husband at Shtebu, and there we’ll wait and see. And the non-stick coating is just a minus for me, I'm very used to steel.
And to bake - so only in silicone.

A nonstick, no matter how good it is, always introduces some microparticles into food, how useful they are is unclear ...
ketseven
Thanks for the information on the Cuckoo - I didn't know. I wonder how this affects cooking ... I must read.
But all the same, I'm not ready to give $ 500 for a Cuckoo yet ... Are there still some models with an electromagnetic valve ???
One of my friends has a Moulinex with a flash drive, 7011 or 7021, I don't remember, but she said that it was just a pressure cooker.
What valve is there?

So, you yourself bring confusion to the Orson theme, and now also fans of Mulinex and others like them will run to insert their nickels ... and we will get a "branch" of the topic Which pressure cooker to choose? Do not like Orsyusha - go further by choice

Or straight into the topic What to buy (choose) a pressure cooker? Why arrange a bazaar here?

I'm sorry. Ok, I'm quiet!!!

I really like Orson, I was just embarrassed by the price, it was not clear why. It turned out that you can two multi for one Orson.

I have a specificity - there is not very much space in the kitchen, I myself know that it is better to have a separate apparatus for each case, but the place is not rubber, there is nowhere to put it. Taking it somewhere in a closet or under a shelf is impractical, every time you get tired of pulling it out, it will be easier to get a pan (I know from experience).

I wanted one more or less universal cartoon.

As long as it means that Shteba will be there, and then we'll see ... ;-)

The design, of course, is angular and of the last century (as they hinted here), but "it does not affect the speed" is my husband's favorite phrase when I tell him that it would be nice for me to tint the door on my car (which I scratched a year ago ...)

And recently I almost took my Orsyushka to the Flea market. Not because I don’t like her, but because it’s far away and I don’t feel like running after her. Well, I think, why is it idle for nothing ... Yes, I also needed to free up a place for something, I don't remember why ... I see, it was a terribly necessary thing!
So, I go to the Flea market and suddenly I remember that together with Orsyushka I will have to part with measuring spoons, and with a jug, and with a steam basket. Spoons have long been prescribed by my mother, and for a jug with a double boiler, I myself will hang myself. In short, I decided that I would never part with Orsyushka, and she really came in handy yesterday, with your delicious porridge, Tanya.
