In this Soviet power of 1000 W, and I did not have such airiness in a cartoon on thin

I think the difference is probably in the power and definitely in the material of the panels. It's like trying to fry an omelet in an aluminum non-stick skillet. You can definitely feel the difference.

Slippers, pzhalsta, do not throw yourself, owners of Redmond. This is IMHO.

And more about removable panels. Here I have a waffle iron with two sets of panels ... But psychologically, I feel that multi-panel is not my option at all. I will not change them. Psychologically - it's not mine - to twist the screws I'd rather buy myself some waffle makers with the necessary panels

In power, for sure, although the required power is precisely the material (thermal conductivity, thickness, etc.) and is determined. Plus size, of course.
And the organoleptic properties of wafers will depend, rather, on the shape of the panels. Those who have several waffle makers know for sure that the same dough in different waffle makers will give different results.

You can't argue with that! Where additional body movements are required, the ease of use definitely suffers to the point of complete disuse.
In all fairness, this does not apply to the Redmond Multibaker at all. There are no screws, the panels are simply inserted into the grooves and just as easily removed. Redmond was scolded for a lot, but I can't remember for the mechanism for changing panels.

the color in the cartoon on the "thin" Bread Waffles is gray, but here it is nice red.
Girls, do you compare by pictures? Have Pchela maja for that link two different photos show the same panel in completely different colors! And waffles too. What can we say about waffles photographed by two different people!
And again - not for the sake of Redmond's defense, but for objectivity for! Moreover, not often the user writes
Quote: Pchela Maja
On the panel for thin waffles, nice crispy waffles turned out, very, very tasty, a budget replacement for expensive crispy bread from the store. Just for the sake of them, it's already worth buying a cartoon.
So let's be careful with the pictures! Now, if the same person is in the same photo of waffles from the same batch on different panels, then it is more or less correct to talk about the color (with an eye to the baking time and the power of the device).

I need waffles that are airy, lacy, crunchy, and I need to make the dough completely liquid. Not every waffle maker can handle this, as it turned out)

I would say the same about the socket for the Dutch ones - I like bread waffles on them much more than on thin ones!

Elena, I'm not going to talk here about photoshops, not correctly exposed light, etc., the topic of pizza makers was enough for me, I just left there (and the author of the topic very quickly deletes all messages of forum users that they are unsubscribing, did not have time leave, the message is gone) I am not embellishing anything in the pictures, the color is as it is.
I have the right to compare the obtained color of waffles from Redmond and this old waffle iron, since I baked Bread waffles in both, I make the same dough basis, I only change herbs-additives.
I have the same color of the panels on these photos, how the dough looks for Bread waffles made from c / z flour, I think everyone knows, can compare with his own. In the photo of the finished waffle on the panel, the color of this very panel has not changed, the photo was taken from the same place with a difference of 1.5-2 minutes. Go crazy, I also make excuses. But she just described his perception of these wafers in different devices.
About power, in Redik, due to a longer set of t (less power), the waffles are dried and baked, therefore, the tougher, Soviet ones here can be compared with the Ferrari PP, the dough "explodes", hence the airiness of the waffles.

Kubeba1, Natalia, I bake bread waffles only on Dutch panels, that is, on the thinnest ones.
But I always give more liquid, because I already need a crispy waffle at the exit
Therefore, they are equally crispy for me, either immediately or tomorrow.

I tried this dough on thick waffles (someone wrote in the subject of the recipe that it’s delicious), but no, I didn’t like it at all, it was tough, gray and not tasty at all.

The dough I get is liquid, of course, as for pancakes, rather. or even thinner.

Girls, I always experiment))) but I immediately give more liquid than according to the recipe, but I do not immediately bring it to "pancake". Gradually add water and judge by the finished product, whether it is necessary to dilute or stop and calmly finish baking)

Why did I switch to oatmeal, they are softer, apparently because of oats. flour.

Probably the first time the first batch should be done one by one. I baked it - I tried it ... If necessary, I added flour ... I think so ... And I hope that the waffle iron will not treacherously stick together ...

I'll go and read again how Tanya ignited her waffle iron. True, I have no flaxseed oil.
RepeShock

Sveta, and you make the dough according to the recipe, try it, and then dilute it little by little.
It's easier and faster than stirring flour later, these lumps)

So you will get to your consistency)

Svetik,, laughing, we are all peaceful here, just with different opinions and someone suits it, but someone does not.
In a cartoon on thin waffles, I also get hard ones, I already wrote
Quote: win-tat
I didn't have such airiness in the cartoon on thin ones, the waffles are dense, here are the Dutch waffles, those, yes, quickly, relatively airy,
Those that were baked on the old waffle iron yesterday are super airy and crunchy, but it's really hard to unclench the waffle iron.
Quote: Svetlenki
the consistency of the dough? How is liquid sour cream? How is kefir?
Svetik, I will also answer, I have a consistency of 10% liquid sour cream when mixing. But before baking, I leave the dough to stand and swell for ~ 20 minutes, it thickens a little and becomes like 2.5% kefir, although it can be different.

Seems to be a normal color for whole grain waffles with a scoop of coconut and water. For the yellow color you need butter, eggs. But I bake a light version for myself. From the usual recipes for waffles, the weight grows, and we don’t buy sugar at home. You have to adapt.

I also love healthy recipes, with a minimum of harmfulness. As it turned out, all sorts of spices, herbs in oatmeal or bread enrich the taste, there is room for imagination.
