Elena Bo
Thank you. I'll bake one of these days.
SoNika
Elena Bo, good luck and joy to the stomach
M @ rtochka
I'll try too, otherwise condensed milk is like shoe polish
SoNika
Good time ... I'm bringing a second attempt at waffles on condensed milk. Today added min. water instead of milk, taste worse, more like pancakes at once. Kanesh are delicious, even, but I can't put a photo on something PC iPhone does not detect

The resuscitation process of the Lithuanian waffle iron Spalis ended successfully
Waffle maker, hazelnut # 4671
The funny thing is, when we unscrewed it, unscrewed it and put the panels "cooked", my husband asked if I tried to turn it on, maybe it doesn't work? And I am fully confident that he checked it before taking it. In general, they cleaned it as best they could, the panels were and became such
Waffle maker, hazelnutWaffle maker, hazelnut

Everything was twisted, turned on ... it works, though it heats up for a long time ~ 10 minutes. For the non-stick layer, I smeared the panels with linseed oil and baked for ~ 20 minutes, I’ll tell you the smoke, but the smell .... When heated, linseed oil smells like fish oil, I can’t stand it! But ... it burned cool, the panels were covered with a thin oily film, which did not get dirty, but as if stuck to the panels.
Today I kneaded 0.5 portions of giraffes, the waffles were baked for ~ 2 minutes, before the first waffle I smeared with olive oil, nothing stuck, did not smoke, although the waffles are not thin at all, some sandy-crumbly ones turned out, they are similar in height, like from the Redmond cartoon on the panel there are "thin waffles", but the crispbread should turn out great. I am so pleased, I thought that everything would be worse.

VirineYa, Dasha, Thank you !
Aha, correct ochuchenie, crunch as it should!
That seems to be something to be happy about, there are a lot of waffle irons, but it is so pleasant that it turned out to be reanimated, it is so solid, heavy.

Tanyush, great waffles! Just the same as they always sold with us with condensed milk boiled inside ~ they are not very thin those waffles. Just like cookies in taste!
And I didn't dare to go to Gourmet and I regret it. I want her all the same! I'll order myself a little later.

Rita, I am ashamed, but I have never tried the purchased ones with this condensed milk. But those that turned out are very tasty.
Yes, I, too, so wanted to know how these waffle makers bake, and they are probably the progenitor of this Gourmet. So well I remembered this rarity

And I yesterday night And on my rarity I still baked oatmeal from Manna, called a light on fire in one place. Oh, this is generally a delight. I'll throw off the pictures later.
Rita, if Gourmet bakes like the old Soviet ones, then it is simply vital for you.

I want these ...

Even the waffle iron I have some kind of "hot topic" in recent months.
Only waffle irons are of interest!
(Well, I love them the most from baking now).
Beauty! I baked myself oat or bread waffles ... and "beat" them as you like!
Lubricated, soaked ... well, or so you grump!
Tasty and diethical.

Or here is Yulchik Yuliya K he will try to bake it on his Gourmet, maybe it will work out even better there, and then you will buy it with a clear conscience, you still wanted to.
mamusi
Juliaia!!!!
You see the person is suffering !!!! Bake me oatmeal waffles at Lakomka Ah ?!
Hear what Tanya says. Don't refuse ...

Tanyush, and Bread as on it? Have not experienced it yet?

Rit, yesterday I only turned it on for the first time, so I rushed between bread and oatmeal in the evening, oatmeal won. I'll stir up the bread today

win-tat, yes, Tanyush, no matter what they say, the quality was at a high level before. While there is an opportunity, it is necessary to catch Soviet rarities for cooking
win-tat
Shineit looks like she's not worn at all, urgently needs to be corrected! And the drawing is even better, otherwise I only saw with stripes.
Yuliya K
Rita, I will definitely try them at Lakomka! I will try today!
Tan, and you did everything according to the recipe? Sugar, too, measured or weighed with spoons? And drain. oil - added or not?

Yul, replaced milk with whey, did it again yesterday Ritin cottage cheese, including I am at war with this whey, pour it into everything I can, sugar with spoons, butter sl. I melted 17gr, and also ground oatmeal flour from flakes.

Found on Avito Gourmet Soviet times for 1000 rubles. (obviously worn and there is no one leg, oiled) and I think
Yuliya K
Ritochka, I’m already! I tried it in Lakomka!
Waffle maker, hazelnutWaffle maker, hazelnutWaffle maker, hazelnutWaffle maker, hazelnutWaffle maker, hazelnut
The waffles are very tasty, but so fragile that I don't think I can smear anything on them! Or did they just turn out like that?
But it's a pleasure just to have a light meal! I had to control myself!
As for baking them in Lakomka - I think you can already see it from the photo - there is no stability .. In the third photo, the waffles were baked for the same period of time - 1min 10 sec. So I had to peep while baking - to control. They are baked just lightning fast. I think you can reduce the sugar a little. I got it - sugar - 45 g, butter - 50 g + 10 g of butter and flour - 1 grade + from ground oatmeal.
Quote: mamusi
obviously worn and lacking one leg
Well, why is she so lame to you? I'm afraid to turn it over by chance ...
IMHO it is better to look for the Soviet with Avito!

Ritul, I offered to look patiently ... and wait ... I would look for Balts, like Tanyusha win-tat... Baltic Soviet household appliances have always been considered the best quality ... But that would be me ... And I already have two waffle makers and one hazelnut ...
Yuliya K
No, I tried bread only in my Soviet one, but no, I didn’t like it .. In bread oil there is not much in the dough, I had to grease the waffle iron almost before each waffle! I still like bread crisps on Dutch panels more !!

Quote: Svetlenki
look patiently ... and wait ...
I support! But you have to look very closely, especially if it has already been in use. I somehow ran into the Estu on Avito ... I also wanted to get hold of the Baltic ..

The owner apparently decided to arrange for her pre-sale preparation, cleaned the panel. When I turned it on, my dear, such a smell of laundry went !!! Although I disassembled and cleaned it all, I could not get rid of the smell of boiled linen. So it is lying now ...

win-tat
Yul, well, excellent waffles turned out in Lakomka. I’m probably a little harder, Ritin curd on them mazyukala.
Rita, baked Bread (on whey with a bunch of all kinds of seasonings), I remembered you, poured the dough on the panel, after 2 minutes began to open it, but it does not open, well there was a small gap, so I stuck the knife, and I opened it all the time while baking, but not torn and filmed well. And yes, before each waffle I smeared it with a little olive oil, before the last waffle I smeared Guy with butter, so she fried so quickly! The waffles turned out to be gorgeous, the color is even without bald spots, when hot ones crunch, after cooling, the crust crunches, but inside it is slightly soft and airy. Here they are

win-tat, Tanya, you have a very cool waffle iron. I just got a better look at the panels - especially how the edging of the bottom panel is made - like a picture. After all, it's not just that, but with the mind.
win-tat
Quote: Svetlenki
After all, it's not just that, but with the mind.
Svetik, yeah, this is not just a waffle iron, but also a grill! Wafer panels are screwed together and there are grill panels under them, but no longer removable. There in the upper left corner (seen on the 1st photo) there is even a drain for juice-oil. On the thermostat there is an image of a waffle and a head of cows or some kind of animal.
Waffle maker, hazelnut
But somewhere in the reviews I read that she dries the meat, because I don't plan to fry it there, but it's still great that even at that time, and the waffle iron was bought in January 1985, there was already a semblance of grills.
Tanyusha
win-tat, I have the same waffle iron. The meat is really dry and that's why I didn't like it. Was purchased long ago in the early 80s. There is also a modern round one, but I love this one the most.
win-tat
Tanyusha, that means exactly about meat, and we are already two happy owners. I really liked what kind of waffles inside it are airy.

Of course, it's better to take a new one, but on the other hand, you rarely buy a new one at a normal price - usually they don't sell them cheaply.
win-tat
Wow, what kind of cord is there, I have a usual one without such an adapter, it just comes out of the waffle iron, as in modern appliances
Yuliya K
Well, yours is younger - apparently already modified !! The main thing is that the fork is normal, otherwise Lakomka had until recently from old Soviet stocks!

Well, I don’t know, girls, you don’t use such wealth in your bins.

And why does the cartoon Redmond bake thin waffles worse?
Probably not worse, I have both thin and Dutch waffles, but what is longer on thin is unambiguous. In this Soviet power of 1000 W, and I did not have such airiness in a cartoon on thin ones, the waffles are dense, here are the Dutch waffles, yes, they are fast, relatively airy, but they bake unevenly, it is very noticeable in the pictures, there is no such thing, it fries beautifully ... And yes, strangely, the color in the cartoon on the "thin" Bread Waffles is gray, but here it is nice red.
But I will still use the Bread Waffles on the Dutch oven, otherwise it is somehow dumb to push the waffle iron apart with a knife, although here the waffle iron proved to be a fine fellow - the waffles did not break and were removed well.
Pchela maja
I always put a minimum of oil and, as a rule, coconut oil. Perhaps it affects the color?

Today I added chopped salted peanuts to the dough. The waffles are very interesting in taste.
