Shilka, and Steba was not considered? Here is the topic Multicooker-pressure cooker-slow cooker Steba DD2 / DD2 XL
Regarding 6 liters, then on pages 257-258 they "voted" for 6 liter, because 5 liter and 6 liter differ in height by 3 cm, that is, the area will no longer take up, but the useful volume will be 4.5 liters versus 3.5, which is very convenient for jellied meat, compote, ham, borscht.

Shteba, in my opinion, is a very good pressure cooker. For the second year I have had a spare bowl that has not been in demand. The steel and non-stick bowl is still in perfect condition, and the DD2 has a very large set of functions, although for my Wishlist and DD1 it is quite enough. Marriage is found in all brands. This is a technique
Shilka
Thank you very much for your advice!
If you look at Brand and Moulinex, then in Brand I am impressed by the functionality. It seems to me that you can cook anything you want. And the automatic heating is turned off in advance. And each program has its own button. Tell me how much pressure control is necessary? (which is not in Moulinex) In what cases is it needed? Brand is confused by the design and reviews of the bowl, short-lived and a lot of hassle in caring for it. There are many users of this mule on the Internet, respectively, and a large selection of recipes. But how simple it will be for a beginner, I don't know. And this will be my first slow cooker.
I really like the design of Moulinex, but the controls are awkward. I found a little reviews and real users of this model (503132) on the net. I am wary of the Yandex market. Accordingly, there are few recipes. There is no preliminary heating shutdown. I don't know, however, how relevant this thing is for a pressure cooker. Share your experience, pliz. And the temperature is from 40, sour cream is not muddied as I understand, right?
Bowls only fit with both pressure cookers, it is difficult to find a replacement. Moulinex did not find information about the quality of the bowl.
Here, in short, are my thoughts. If someone else adds something from their experience or corrects me, it will be great.
Larssevsk, why are you so confident for Mulinex? If not difficult, please explain in more detail.
As for marriage, I agree, how lucky. Shoveling the Internet, I came to the conclusion that all manufacturers have a marriage. Oh, I hope it will, I don't want to dangle around.
Marina-mm, an interesting option, I'll take a closer look at Shteba. I'm going to study ...
Larssevsk
Shilka, I would choose Shteba. But the question was posed to choose from 2 specific ones, so I settled on Mula.
1. Bowl. For me, this is one of the most important parameters, if not the main parameter.
2. Multi-cook
3. Design
4. Intuitive
5. Once I looked closely at her, studied the topics and remember that everything about her suited me according to the reviews. Now without specifics. Maybe I'll remember, I'll add

Regarding recipes - I always take any recipe for any pressure cooker and cook in mine. I don’t even bother - for which model it was created
As for Brand, after I looked at his cup, all the other advantages became no longer interesting to me
But, of course, this is my personal very subjective opinion, since I did not use either one or the other pressure cooker. Or maybe, on the contrary, objective, because the owners of the Brand will praise him, and the owners of Moulinex will praise him. And those who have both, I do not know

Shilka, why a pressure cooker? Now a very good multi-cooker with multi-cook Panasonic SR-MHS181 in M Video is sold at a very good price 3990. If you have a small child and your first slow cooker, I would recommend it. She is nimble, now not expensive, very functional and reliable
Shilka
Larssevsk, now your position is clear to me. Thanks for the clarification. And when they looked closely at Mula, which one did they get in the end?
Here's a multi-cook like Brand will be better if I figured out this issue correctly. And you can't bake bread in Moulinex, right? ((
I will definitely look at Panasonic. Moreover, judging by the reviews, Panasonic are distinguished by their reliability and durable bowls (I don't know, though, how things are at this time). Until I looked at the multicooker. Ideally, I want two devices. But so far I decided to use a pressure cooker because of the speed of cooking meat dishes in particular. Although my husband says that, buy two at once)). But still there is nowhere to put it. In three months we'll move, I'll add a mule in the new kitchen. And among the multicooker I look closely at the Redmond M90. A friend has this, I'm happy with her. What can you say about the M90?
Larssevsk
Shilka, take Panasonic, while the action and do not even think. This is a Mercedes among multicooker

I look at the forum for many admirers of Steba. Tell me, what are the advantages of the DD2 XL model in comparison with Brand 6051 and Moulinex 503132?
I read Steba's instructions. There were questions:
-Auto heating can not be turned off in advance? how much is this option necessary? will not turn into porridge, let's say a stew on auto-heating?
- there is no manual steam release button? Does this cause difficulties?
- what is the minimum cooking volume? for example, on the porridge or soup mode? ...
- Will it be clear and convenient for a beginner?
- there is no Baking mode, but I read that they bake on Slowing. Are the baked goods good?
nusha18
Hello! I will write about my experience of using Shteba (though the first one) and Mulinex. Everything in Shtebe is very simple, it cooks well, I didn’t leave it on auto heating for a long time, so I don’t know whether everything cooked will become porridge or not. A big plus is the steel bowl. You can cook broth and stewing and anything you like without fear for the safety of the bowl. The non-stick is good quality too. But I don't like the completely removable lid, you are looking for where to stick it (at least for me) and after the wet summer the programs started to fail, but they took it apart and dried it, it seems to work. It turned out that in our city there is no Shteba post-warranty service, so I had to worry, but I managed to cope on my own (thanks to the girls from the forum for tips on where to look for a breakdown). In mulinex (se503132), I like the programs (their number), it is not necessary to select the cooking time by typing in the Shteba method) oatmeal is especially good - 5 minutes without taking into account the time to set the pressure and the rolled oats (for cooking) are wonderfully cooked, yogurt and pastries are good. But, the bowl with a ceramic coating is not pleasant. As for me, it strongly absorbs smells and then smells terrible itself (but this spirit does not pass into food).
For two years, two times the service was a break of some kind of sensor, the second time I was going to pay for the repair, but it turned out that the device was still under warranty (joy, joy).
But judging by the quality of household appliances supplied to our country (lottery - lucky, unlucky), in my opinion, the main criterion is the presence of a service center in your city, where you can contact after the end of the warranty period.

If you turn on the Shteba and leave for a long time, then you can halve the cooking time, then it will come by itself on auto-heating. I am very pleased with my Shteba. I'm also happy with my other cartoons. I'm not going to give up any of them.
Shilka
Nusha18, it's good that you responded. The opinion of the owner of both pressure cookers is very helpful! Do the default programs in Shteba require constant adjustments? I want it simpler, but at the same time tasty and durable
Are these pressure cookers equal in speed and quality? What are the strengths of both? Do the porridges run away?
Can you make sour cream, cottage cheese, bread in Moulinex?
Here I am confused by the presence of wiring in the bracket of the hinged cover in Moulinex, there is a possibility of bending. Maybe I'm wrong.
And if you were now choosing between Shteba and Moulinex, which one would you choose?

Playful, thanks for the answer. Do you use both Brand and Steba? If so, what are your feelings? What's convenient, what's not?

Another question: in Shteba, after preparing a dish, can you immediately start the next in another bowl? or do you need to wait a certain time?
nusha18
Shilka,
Yes always please
I would still choose Moulinex (well, I don't like a separate cover). Porridges do not run away in any pressure cooker, but milk may "curdle" a little (I don’t remember in Moulinex, I don’t remember for a long time), it does not turn sour, just small flakes may appear, nothing is noticeable after mixing the porridge. I think it depends on the quality of the milk. I didn't make sour cream or cottage cheese (thanks to the arriving milkman). For bread maker.
About the wire in the lid - of course the risk, whoever is lucky (I - no) someone uses and does not know grief.
In the staff, the "default" programs are adjusted if you experiment with recipes (this is already an intuitive process, I think it's better to read in the branch about the staff).

I bought the very first cartoon precisely in order to load food, turn it on with a delay (or not) and go for a walk with the child. And after returning home, immediately be able to feed the child. Or put it at night, and in the morning, without unnecessary gestures, have a hot breakfast.
Yes, I will. Ttt ... so far so good. Multi, after all, are designed not to stand over them.

Yes, you can.
Minimal amount? Yes, any. You just won't cook 1 tbsp. a spoonful of porridge, it will simply spread on the bottom of the bowl. Although it can be portioned in jars. For example.
Bast1nda
Shilka, if you need the first one, take a penny Orson, they still remain in some places. Simple, convenient, hassle-free, price 1900. I'm happy with it. Although I didn't even plan to buy this brand, I thought that two thousand is not money now, I'll try. And I can't tell you how happy I am with her.
And use it and already understand which one you need and buy an expensive one.
Models 4002, 5002,6002, differ in displacement: 4,5,6 respectively. Their subsequent models are expensive, in my opinion too expensive, unjustifiably for China, but these are already refined and simple, like a bayonet shovel and repairable (the service is everywhere) and I liked the programs and the recipe book is sane, I cook using it. Fully automatic, relieves pressure by itself.
What else does? Simplicity is also a plus. Look, they are still there.

Good day! Many thanks to everyone for their help! After much thought and doubt, I ordered a Steba DD2 XL in Ozone. Today I unpacked it. The package is gorgeous! An additional bowl was also included, which is nice. But there is one point that worries me. There is a scratch on the heating element. I don’t know what to do, change? Is this even critical? Will it have a negative effect on the work of the pressure cooker or make it difficult to maintain it later?

Bastinda, thanks, I unexpectedly bought Orson-6002, although there is already a Brand-6050 at home.
Now you can put 4 liters of yoghurt overnight in Brand, and the rest in Orson.
It is simple, a stool steamer, there seems to be no milk porridge and yogurt, but there is jellied meat

And I took the Redmond 380 pressure cooker. I chose for a long time, read the reviews. I have a multicooker of the same brand 4502. For about 3 years she has been plowing constantly - everything is fine with her. I chose the 380 pressure cooker precisely because of its good power, the volume of the pan is 6 liters (after all, the usable volume will be less - only 4 liters, and we have a large family. Less - no way!). Also, discounts are now being made in the store by 30%. 5600r released.
I am very pleased with her! If the pan is filled with 2-3 liters of cold food, then the pressure is gained for 15-20 minutes. Keep in mind that a pressure cooker heats food more than 100 degrees and builds up pressure during this time. I think these are very decent indicators. The pressure drops quickly - from several. seconds (if there is little moisture, such as vegetable stews) to 2 minutes. If the food in the pan is hot, the pressure is built up for 6-10 minutes. I find it fast. The valve works perfectly. The condensate collector is empty - no excess moisture is released from under the lid. There is also no smell during cooking.
I cooked beef ribs from the refrigerator 2.5 kg, without water at all - the products were heated and pressurized for 20 minutes, and they were cooked under pressure for 30 minutes. As a result, the meat fell off the bones.
Eggplant caviar almost without oil (only for sautéing a tomato) was cooked for 10 minutes. On "frying" under an open lid, while I cut and toss vegetables, then I closed the lid and cooked under pressure for 10 minutes. Delicious!
Potato. large in a small amount of broth is cooked for 15 minutes under pressure. But this is before good cooking. I think 10 minutes would be enough.
In General, the device is excellent, I understand the menu. You can change the time and temperature directly during the cooking cycle. There was no such thing in the cartoon .. Only the signal is terrible: loud and very nasty. It can be turned off. But when you unplug the device, the signal will reappear when you turn it on.
Magpie
I still bought a Redmond 350 pressure cooker. beautiful. in comparison with the staff, it wins in the number of programs, the design is better for me, the warranty is 2 years, not a year .. loses: the menu is not so convenient, it is impossible to squeeze out time less than 5 minutes, but I often need it, the pot is replaceable, non-standard and expensive, no rings, silicone and ceramic cups with lids and in sight do not go into the bargain, like the shtabs. In a word, I chose Redmont only because of the design and because my stem broke 2 times in a year. A whole carcass at low pressure is ready in 2 minutes, in sauce!
Markilena
Please advise me a pressure cooker! Well, you really need to cook quickly! We have no staff. I don't like Redmonds. Which way to look?

I ask for help! It so happened that the daughters gave the staff DD2 XXL for the wedding, there was no limit to joy! But, having cooked one dish, Shteba began to "indulge" ... a few minutes before the end of the program, she herself switched to "vegetables" and began to cook what had not been ordered ... And then she refused to cook anything at all. Does not respond to button activation. There was no limit to chagrin either ...

There is a question of buying a new device. Please, advise what is best to buy, so that it is desirable for 6 liters, and the functions are approximately the same as that of Shteba: heating is very desirable, setting the temperature for cooking in a good range, well, everything that is needed.
Please tell me a good, proven thing!

Galya, I'm sure we don't have such workshops ... When Kenwood broke down, I brought it to the repair shop (which was indicated in the warranty card), then they looked at it like a spaceship in the 60s of the last century. ..

Please help with the choice. I really want a pressure cooker and a saucepan. There is nowhere to put appliances in the kitchen. The table is filled with Thermomix, Airfryer, coffee maker, Toaster, Kettle, Vkumizator, Juicer))). Just put something in the closet, immediately IT is urgently required))) So I maneuver between all my wealth!
How can I do with one device? Hence the choice is for the pressure cooker. Which one to take? If it turns out that it will be used more often as a suvidnitsi, there will be nowhere to go and then I will buy Steba Sous Vide SV 1. So far, only at the beginning of the way to master this method. But the pressure cooker is definitely needed. I cook jellied meat and stew. It seems that I re-read all the branches on this topic, but I still don't understand which is better than OURSONE, Brand, STEBA, REDMOND? And what specific model?
Ekaterina2
Zagoryanka, after similar long deliberations, I chose Shteba. Here, I sit, waiting for the first course - I loaded pork ribs with potatoes.
Why exactly her? Many standard programs, simmering for baking, heating for sous and yoghurt. Plus a delay of 10 hours and heating for 4 hours - it's convenient for me. The site has a special huge topic for use, you can ask for an ambulance. Looks original. It does not cost space money (I will not buy Bork for 70 thousand, with all due respect to Bork and its owners). You can buy additional bowls (in the kit - stainless steel, which I really like. I also bought Teflon for baking).
Hurrah! She squeaked! My pork is ready .....

Hello, I'm glad I found this topic .. Kapets ... And my six-liter Land Life ordered me to live a long time after 3.5 years of intensive use, and for these 3 years or more I bought 3 additional bowls and an additional O-ring (by the way, 1 bowl and ring remained "in oil" brand new ) ... Now the brains are for raskoryaku .. firstly: without it, as if without hands, and secondly: what to take for replacement, so that it is not expensive (you need a high-quality bowl, so that there is a pressure cooker, preferably with the Multipovar function) ... and if my cups from Land Life also came up, in general it would be a miracle ... In Land Life I often made pilaf and jellied meat, these functions are necessary ... at least jellied meat ..

Hello! All the same, I decided to take a pressure cooker-multicooker. I choose from these models: Orson 5015, Shteba dd2, Moulinex CE 503132, Redmond 350 or 380. What to choose? Quality and speed are the priority

Looking through the channels on TV today, I came across a TV store where they offered two Oursson multicooker pressure cookers with two additional bowls for 10 thousand. rubles for both. The hand was still reaching for the phone, with difficulty resisted ... The specific model was never named so, but judging by its appearance, they were offered by Oursson MP 5015 or 5005, they are similar ...
What could be the catch?
I ask, because a friend often used to order all kinds of "spectacular" small things from such stores - so they constantly sent some ge, not very similar to the one shown on TV.
And, so, it is very tempting to get two good multi with additional bowls for only ten thousand rubles.

I read the instructions for the staff and the brand 6051, it's somehow incomprehensible.
For example, we cook pasta
This is 10 minutes of boiling.
It makes no sense to build up pressure for 15 minutes and then release it for 5 minutes, if you can just cook for 10 minutes without it.
And there is no such regime, there is a languor of 100 degrees, which is rather delusional - to set the temperature every time.

Okay, let's say I want to cook buckwheat or rice, and so that all the water boils away.
Even the dumbest rice cooker, not to mention multicooker, has this mode - when the water boils away, they turn off or go into heating.
I did not find this in the staff and brand 6051, they seem to be bludgeoning according to the program, without bothering whether there is water in the bowl or not.
Wrong with the choice of cooking time or poured little water - you will get burnt porridge.

It turns out that the multicooker-pressure cooker is exactly the pressure cooker, and the multicooker from it is inferior, do I understand correctly?

Colleagues, please advise the pressure cooker.
I have a vitesse with a pressure cooker and smoking function. I have been using it for three years already, but the bowl is in a completely terrible state, the cover from the lid handle fell off and began to hold poor pressure, in general I decided that it was time to change :)
I only need the function of a pressure cooker, because I mainly use the device for cooking broth, jellied meat, etc. Well, occasionally I make some kind of stew.
Therefore, the main requirement is a quick and high-quality pressure build-up.
I would take vitesse again, but I don’t like the lid in it (the cap from the handle fell off without any warning, the lid lay over the multicooker, fell inside and melted :) of course, my joint is partly, but I would like not to repeat myself :)) Well, it is desirable to be able to buy a replaceable bowl.
And yes, we need the most budgetary option :) (well, relatively, of course, if some model is straight much better than the others and significantly more expensive, then I'm ready to consider.

Neo, I would advise Steba DD2 Basic... Now there is a discount on Ozone, it costs 4200 rubles.
5l, stainless steel bowl, just convenient for jellied meat and broth - it will not be scratched by bones, you can also stew in it. You can also buy an additional teflon bowl for frying and baking, since it can burn in stainless steel in these cases. In other cases, it does not burn in stainless steel and is environmentally friendly! It builds up pressure quickly, works almost silently. It can work as a multicooker. as a pressure cooker and as a slow cooker. You can select the temperature in 1 degree increments from 30 * C to 150 * C for Simmering and Heating (Practically the function of Multi-Cook / Multi-Chef!) For cooking without pressure. That is, you can also use it as a Yoghurt Maker and Sous Vid Maker and Slow Cooker!
I love my Shtebochka !!! We have a topic about DD2 here and a bunch of tried and tested recipes !!! Choose this cartoon, I'm sure you won't regret it!
If anything, write in a personal, I will answer questions
