Larissa, I listened to, or rather read a lot in the reviews. Like, the cooking time has not decreased much.
If the jellied meat is cooked for 1.5 hours, then I can't wait for scrap when the timer starts up. It's just that my stove is electric and the heating is not very good there. If I had gas, I would buy a saucepan and not think about it.
But since you cook jellied meat in an hour, then I'll look at Unit.
Thank you for your reply and participation.
Sedne
Vadim, yes, the cook has a capacity of 1400, cooks slower than Shteba.
Larssevsk
DIM Minsk, I want to once again draw your attention to the fact that the point is not even in speed, but in free time during cooking. I pressed the button - and you are a free person. When they were free, then they poured this jellied meat. As for the Units, their pans are not very bad and the price-quality ratio is normal.
Sedne
Larissa, I make jellied meat in Shteba for 1.5 hours, in 1 hour I'm not sure that it will freeze. And by the way, yes, you always have to keep an eye on the stove, you can't leave it, but here you are, it's super convenient for me.
Larssevsk
Sveta, I set the time to 1 hour + while the pressure is gaining + while it goes down. Somewhere one hour forty - hour fifty and passes. Everything freezes perfectly.

Vadim, jellied meat is cooked on the stove far from 1.5 hours, but 4-6 hours.

4-6 hours.
Yes, not less than 4 hours for sure.

If Vadim is not going to bake in it, cook porridge, make sous-vide, yogurt, simmer and other delights, I see no reason to overpay for Shteba or other expensive pressure cookers.
A good budget pressure cooker with a high-quality saucepan is enough to stew the meat. If Vadim lived in Russia, I would recommend Unit 1020 or 1040 to him.
And so, Shteba, of course, is a very good pressure cooker with many functions, a high-quality bowl and a beautiful design.
I will also support the idea with the Unit.
In multicooker-pressure cookers, the function of the multicooker is rather conditional, but as pressure cookers, they are good. But I absolutely see no reason to overpay for what you don't need.
DIM Minsk
Girls, when I talk about the stove, I mean the pressure cooker. They are the ancestors of pressure cookers. It is in it that jellied meat is prepared in an hour and a half. I have no doubt about these pots. But I have doubts about how they will behave on the stove. On the other hand, they are made of stainless steel and they are not afraid of the devil himself. And in an electric bowl with a coating, and the bones are sharp, how long will that coating last?
In general, as always at the beginning of the journey, there are more questions than answers.
Sedne
Vadim, in Steba the main bowl is stainless steel
DIM Minsk
SvetlanaYes, but also the price :-). I don't like paying for what I don't need.
AnastasiaK
DIM Minsk, there are steel bowls for the Redmond too. Yes, and the native bowl of the 110th pressure cooker has been holding up great for 2 years with intensive use! And does not stick, and not a single chip.
marina-mm
Vadim, for Unit is suitable steel Bowl for pressure cooker / multicooker Brand 6050IPS and Philips.
The native bowl also serves for a long time, if you do not deliberately scratch it. Having two bowls is very convenient.
DIM Minsk
Thanks everyone for the advice!
Let's dwell on Unit. Now I will study what kind of manufacturer it is, what reviews about it. Well, look for where you can feel these pressure cookers live. I, of course, like many people, buy on the internet, but first I get acquainted with the product live, to the touch so to speak :-)
Tumanchik
DIM Minsk, I also advise you to immediately take an interest in the service center. And even call there and ask if she is engaged in such models. In addition, when purchasing, see the original warranty. Often they give a photocopy with a firm seal. Such a device is cheaper, but may not be accepted by the warranty workshop.
I have been using Oursson MP5005 for 3 years now. Insanely happy. I bought a second pot. The coverage is excellent. How many children gouged with spoons - he lives.
DIM Minsk
Another question for those who have pressure cookers, is the description indicated in the description what pressure is inside the pressure cooker and what is the temperature? And what are they equal to?

I looked at this multicooker on the onlineer - still it would not work well at such a price :-). She has a price of 3.2 million and Unit has 1 million - feel the difference :-)

Pressure 0.7 bar
It is unlikely that temperature and pressure are indicated anywhere.
I have a feeling that budget pressure cookers and programs differ only in cooking time
Gibus
in some instructions it was: for 70kPa approximately 114-115С

And how much does Shteba show at the outlet from a pressure of 0.7?

Well, somehow it shows. Honestly, I haven't followed such trifles for a long time.

, while the Unit works great !!!
With frequent use, it has been serving well for more than one year! And everyone who was given it is also happy with it.
And my daughter-in-law also cooks with pleasure in it, and now she advises her friend how to cook in it.
DIM Minsk
Sorry for the stickiness :-) Began to delve into. The volume of the multicooker-pressure cooker is 5-6 liters. You can pour half of the water. The diameter of the bowl is small. How to put a set for jellied meat there, well, there is a knuckle and a pair of legs, which are with hooves? They simply won't fit into this bowl! Or at first for a meat grinder :-)
Thanks for the answers on temperature and pressure. In general, it is acceptable.

Vadim, I have Shteba and Unit (the one with the smoking function) put on jellied meat together, as a rule. Since jellied meat for a big holiday is a very popular snack. So they cook jellied meat in almost the same way, with the only difference that another bowl with Teflon was bought for Shteba. And yes, you have to cut into smaller pieces and hooves, and head and shank. BUT, on the other hand, she turned it on and went to sleep, and in the morning I went through everything, separated the bones, boiled them fast and poured them out.
DIM Minsk
AnnaThanks for the real experience. But I also like to eat jellied meat on weekdays :-). And in the morning to work. Here is my desired method - in the evening I put it on, at 10 it was cooked and disassembled. At 11 I went to bed satisfied with the result. In the morning you can eat jellied meat. And I don't want to cut anything. Already leaning towards an ordinary saucepan pressure cooker. There the temperature is higher and the volume is 9-10 liters.
Does the smoking function really work in your Unit? And then according to reviews there is a continuous marriage. This refers to the smoking unit.
Fifanya
Yes it works. I have no marriage, in the box with sawdust after the end of the program there are only coals and ash. BUT, if you think that the smoked meats will be the same as in a street smokehouse, then I will disappoint you. Unfortunately Unit is not a substitute for an outdoor smokehouse. Small bowl volumes, and not a traditional way, make themselves felt. I use the Unit for smoking if I need to give a dish a smell and light taste. So it's up to you.
P.S. I love Shtebochka very much, a reliable assistant, but Unit is also great. Of the 6 multicooker, they are the most popular.

There are no problems with this, I set the program to jellied meat, waited for the end and more. Not confusing, no need to control, does not boil over.

Cry for help ... help !!!! my head is spinning. I choose a reliable pressure cooker so that the body does not crack and the lid does not explode, without a persistent smell of burned plastic, preferably with a multi-cooker, with a removable lid or a removable inside of the lid, you need to cook everything, but there is no time (soup, borscht, pilaf, porridge, milk porridge, stew, roast, steamed vegetables and cutlets, stew, preferably yogurt) and all this in Ukraine for $ 120 -150. first looked at redmond 190 in the reviews they write plastic stinks. then Moulinex 502 liked the multishef and the steam release button, but I read the entire thread on the last pages 4 cases of cracks near the valve, in stores they are very active in offering Phillips 2178 you have nothing about it ..... what would you advise your brain to boil ..
maybe what else?
AnastasiaK
wild.rosethat Redmond smells like plastic is counter-propaganda. If the 190 model suits you in terms of characteristics, you can take it. I have 4 Redmond slow cookers, I'm happy with everyone, no one smells. Two of them are pressure cookers - model 110 and 350. Both are super. 110 is extremely simple, one press of a button and the cooking process begins. 350 with bells and whistles - temperature and pressure adjustment on some programs, removable lid, steam release button, yogurt program, Bread. A great advantage of both is a high-quality non-stick bowl with Daikin coating, it has been serving for 25 months (and I hope it will continue to serve), it is easy to clean, nothing sticks. There is also a steel bowl for them, eternal, practical.
Of course, the price of these models is more than $ 150, but I bought with shares, I specifically guarded them, for example, for 350 rubles 5700 rubles.
ket-sova
Hello! And I’m for help. I have been using the 1010 cuckoo for 7 years now, I am very pleased with everything, except that the absence of the "baking" program was a little annoying, but more often the end came .... apparently the time has come), I did not find a new one for this model. The question arose of what to buy as a replacement .... During this time, so many new and interesting things have appeared that I get lost ((Please help me with advice on what to choose, what would be a good bowl, cooking under pressure and hot, well, all sorts of additional bells and whistles welcome)). I want to buy a good thing for a long time. After reading, I realized that I had to choose between the cuckoo, Worson, Redmond and Shteba. The cuckoo is dearer, but you don't want to overpay too much if there is an analogue.
I will be very grateful for your help and advice.
Sedne
ket-sova, it all depends on your budget, if it is not limited choose the new Cuckoo 1004, this is something with something. If not, take Shteba, she is very good or Ourson, do not take Redmond, I always have it in the last place in terms of quality.

Look also CUCKOO CMC-HJXT0804F it is as good as 1004, but cheaper and less displacement.
ket-sova
Ohhh, looked 1004, really something ... but the price of course also impressed))). Expected to meet in 30 thousand).
Sedne
ket-sova, from February, according to rumors, it will rise in price.
ket-sova
Yes, I heard it too. Sadness .. we must hurry).
ket-sova
I ordered a baby))). Sooooo waiting).
Sedne
ket-sova, little cookie huh? They say she is very good and her baking is also good, although she is induction.
ket-sova
Yes), they brought it! Uraaa! We must try to bake something sweet. It is a pity that there are still few recipes on the Internet (((.

Good afternoon, hostesses. And who will say what about the mulinex multicooker? I live abroad and here there is nothing at all that you praise. In Germany, the staff is only DD1. And we only have a couple of models from Moulinex and some kind of PROFICOOK PC DDK 1076. I don't have a single multicooker or pressure cooker. I wanted to get an optimal assistant for the kitchen, so that I could cook deliciously and bake beautifully.
Magpie
STEBA DD1 - bought in June last year, broke for the second time. the first time they changed the board under warranty. ten does not work now. I don’t know the reason, I shore it, I don’t load it, the deksik works nearby. Please advise what to replace the shte with if I often cook sous vide, that is, the temperature of 60-70 degrees in 1 degree increments is very important! Ourson has a manual temperature control, who used it, with what step? perhaps where else is there? And it turns out that not all models have temperature control at the head. who knows, in model DD2, is there? I hope only I got a defective one.
innesss-ka
MagpieThe DD2 has an adjustment of 1 degree exactly. Redmond RMC-PM380 also has such an opportunity (the Vacuum program with a default temperature of 63 degrees and a range from 30 to 160).
Irlarsen
The stem has one degree adjustment. But you need to understand (read the branch) that it holds plus or minus 2-3 degrees. Since my staff is still under repair, I calmly make a suvid in a cartoon with a step of 5 degrees and did not notice the difference
They say there is a difference, but then you have to buy a really suvidnitsa, and even advanced with temperature control in a tenth of a degree. And they are quite expensive
Magpie
Thank you. I have 2 bowls from DD1 stems, they are 5-liter. I had temperature control, that's why I bought this model, although the design for my kitchen does not fit at all. maybe someone else would advise a pressure cooker with temperature control?

PROFI COOK PC-DDK 1076 - who knows? is there temperature control?
innesss-ka
Oh, I got it wrong with the displacement. This is XL 6 liter. Yes, and I did not find Redmond on sale now. I don't know about others. Maybe someone else will tell you.
Franky
ariniwell, it's not that bad
I solved a similar problem by purchasing an Instant Pot (through Amazon) and did not regret it for a minute:

Franky, I'm already all in anticipation of Ourson from Kaliningrad But thanks for the hint anyway, I'll keep in mind

Oursson has a temperature control in 1 degree increments. Brand 6051 has temperature control but in 5 degree increments. 25-30-35-40, etc.
kolobok123
but my redmond, bought before the New Year, died now I don’t want redmond at all.
I will probably take the XL staff.
Shilka
Good evening, members of the forum! I really need your advice as experienced users. I choose a multi-cooker-pressure cooker and I was completely lost ... I am now on maternity leave, the child requires attention, and I have enough work to do, so I can't stand idle at the stove for a long time, and I don't want to. The option "closed the lid and gone" is very tempting. I want a reliable, comfortable and functional pressure cooker. It would be nice to cook soups, side dishes, meat, casseroles, pastries, jellied meat, yogurt, cottage cheese, steamed vegetables in it. The volume of the bowl is 5 liters. It is desirable to keep within 10 tons. Rub.
So far I looked after Brand 6051 and Moulinex 503132.
What can you say about these models? Which one would you recommend? Or tell me something else?
I look forward to hearing my questions. I would be grateful for your help.
Magpie
Both are good, I personally like Brand more, subjectively.
Playful
ShilkaLike a mother on maternity leave, of these two I will also recommend Brenda, I also bought it ...
