Today I bought Ourson 5015 in WB for 4923 rubles
Gorgeous! Congratulations!
obezya
Larssevsk, I put only porridge on a long delay, and I always cook them only in water. I would like to finish all the work in the kitchen before 10 pm, but I need porridge at 8 am. Not critical, of course, you can leave it in the multicooker for an hour or two, but still this is a minus for me. And at the expense of the lid - basically, all more or less modern models have an inner lid that can be very dirty, it can be safely unscrewed and rinsed under the tap.
So far, for me, the pros of Oursson outweigh the minuses, but there are still two weeks to think.

Marpl, there is no longer such a price ((What color did they take?
Have you considered any other models for purchase?
Larssevsk
obezya, well, then take Moulinex or Kukushka, for example. Now, from the height of the experience of using, I would never compromise and take for myself a thing that is 100% satisfying to me. For me, for example, a completely removable cover is important and I would not buy a non-removable one. If I needed a timer for 12 hours, I wouldn't take it from 8. Thank God, now there is a huge choice
obezya
Larssevsk, that's for sure! I also always want to 100% convince myself that this particular thing is the best for me, and then just buy it)) I would gladly take the cuckoo, but the price ... Even the old models are expensive, I generally keep quiet about the new ones.
Do you know anything about Moulinex? As there are few reviews on the latest multicooker-pressure cooker ... I'll try to look again.
Larssevsk
Quote: obezya
And about Moulinex, you know something
When I looked at the Mulinexes, I didn't hear anything bad about them. And then I got sick with multicooker and stopped following the reviews
Fotina
And why is the delay of 12, as opposed to 8 hours so important? I set the time so that the porridge will languish on the "heating" for 2-3 hours after cooking. Where 3, there and 4 hours)
Warmed porridge tastes better than just cooked.

Outwardly, she is prettier than Shteba
It's a matter of taste, of course, but for me Shteba is prettier))) You can't please everyone, but the price at which you bought yours is very good. I love pressure cookers madly, although I also have ordinary ones, there were 2 moulinex, the last one with a non-removable lid, but I really like to work with removable ones more. And in it the bottom is like a honeycomb, it sticks a little, there are no complaints about Shteba at all, the latter was bought by a Redmond 330 for 4 liters (I don't always need large volumes), the bowl is not so hot, I can't find it with a Teflon coating yet, but I would really like to, too like
obezya
kVipoint, and were you happy with Moulinex? How are their bowls?
kavmins
for me, too, Shteba is better in functions and in design there is nothing))) she is such a beauty, thorough and everything is so tasty, quick to cook, you will not get enough! and when I chose - it was the stainless steel bowl that bribed me, it is so convenient for frying and stewing, well, for soups too .. you're not afraid to scratch ...
obezya
Fotina, if I do decide on Ourson, then I will have to do so, I will put less time on cooking, then I will cook it myself ...
kavmins
obezya, and for some reason I never used a delayed start .. in a pressure cooker, everything is quickly prepared ..
kVipoint
Marina, but I'm afraid to fry in stainless steel, I think it will burn, so I bought it with a Teflon coating, and I cook compotes in stainless steel.
obezya, my first pressure cooker is already 7 years old, so a good bowl with a Teflon coating, but it is already outdated, although it still works, but somehow I no longer use it, there are newer modern ones, but in Moulinex CE 502832 the bowl is lighter with a ceramic coating and the bottom is in honeycombs, I have it for a year and a half, I will not say that it sticks to it, but there is no delight as from the Teflon coating, but in general it is normal, you will not regret if you look after the stem for yourself, as this is a very convenient option when the temperature is set for sous-vide , cottage cheese, ham to do (if for the future, sit here on the bread maker and want to try everything).I just bought Moulinex at first, and then I saw a very tempting offer for a staff, of course I like it more, I have DD2 for 5 liters)
obezya
kVipoint, I read reviews about Moulinex, yes, they don't praise the cup ...
you will not regret if you look after the stump, as this is a very convenient option when the temperature is set for sous vide, cottage cheese, ham to do
I don’t know, I would like to see her live, but they are in few places, mostly on order
kVipoint
obezya, for me it is very good, the plastic is so solid, the lid is better than moulinex

I ordered Ourson at WB on 08/10/17, and received it the next morning. I chose the color dark burgundy and in a pair with it I also bought the same kettle. All together it turned out for 7002 rubles. I was pleased with the recipe book, in which the action plan for preparing dishes and a detailed operation manual, in which everything is clearly described and with pictures, is indicated by the points. Made in Korea. Until I figured out how 3 pressure modes work, when to set which one. In my first 6 liter Land Life pressure cooker, everything was simpler - one valve that is either open or closed. And in the new 3 modes it is not clear which one to choose. I liked how the pressure is released manually - quickly and without any splashes, which is very convenient. Jellied meat takes longer - as much as 2.5 hours, and in the old one it takes only 70 minutes. By the way, for the entire time of possession of SV and MV I have never used a delay start, I also like it more when the same porridge will stand for several hours on heating before breakfast.

There is a separate section on the Orsons, and there are even recipes there:

Including theme At what pressure are we going to cook? (Oursson pressure cooker)

Now go to the section of the Orsons

Well, as I thought, I still have a choice before Shteba DD2 and Ourson 5015.
Girls, I also ask for your help (especially those who have both of these models), tell us what are the advantages and disadvantages of one saucepan from the other for you personally.
For me, for example:
Pros of Ourson - smooth manual pressure release, bowl with handles, like the look more
Cons of Ourson - bad reviews of baking (a controversial minus of course, but there are many such reviews), a delayed start 8 hours
Pluses of Shteba - there is a steel bowl, the lid can be opened with one hand
Cons Shteba - a bulky lid, there is practically no DD2 ECO for 5 liters on sale, if you still take DD2 ECO plus a bowl with a non-stick coating, then the price goes beyond the planned 10 thousand rubles.
I repeat once again that each has its own pros and cons, plus one, may be a minus for the other.
Marpl
Shteba is not worth the money. Orsen is much more comfortable and prettier, there is a choice of colors. The bowl has comfortable handles, convenient pressure release valve, normal coating. Shteba has this valve antediluvian. Porridges are generally gorgeous. I haven’t baked in MV yet, but baked in HP Orson - it bakes excellently.

But reliable.
I have been satisfied with my "cube" for two years already.
kVipoint
Sonya sadova, by the way, not only you are satisfied,
but also a very large number of those who use them here on the bread maker. But let's say the majority has not one, but several, both multi-cookers and pressure cookers. If you like ourson, all the more at this price, buy it, and after a while, you may also please yourself with a bottle

but I fry normally, I cook everything mainly in it, and Teflon for baking is mainly for casseroles, and bones cannot be used for broth into it - it scratches

there is Shteba Bazik on Ozone - it costs 6000 rubles, with a stainless steel bowl, then you can buy a Teflon bowl, and many use a silicone steamer, they are in stores, cups for yogurt are not relevant at all ..
I can’t say anything about Ourson, I don’t have one, but I read from the reviews that they have a bad service with the service .. and we have a representative of Shteba on the forum, which is important ..

+1))))
Only Shtebu. Very versatile. A stainless steel bowl is a huge plus!
I cook liver pate in it, a lot, with a margin. I have such realities. But not the point.
In the end, I took a hand blender and HOW blended right in the bowl! And still left to sweat. Then in jars. And in the morning
And in what bowl would I still do this? That's it ...
I would need extra dishes, dirty, shift ...
kVipoint
mamusi, and you have a reference to the pate, how are you doing? very interesting. I really like the shtebka both in design and in functionality, especially if it is alone, it is better to overpay, but take it
obezya
kavmins, Teflon bowl is needed right away, but it seems to be on Ozone too. We cook porridge every day.
mamusi, I also thought about it, I cook custard often and it is convenient to immediately mix it in a bowl with a mixer.
BeZfamilnii
Good evening! Please tell me the best multicooker or pressure cooker! It is important for me that the kpshi does exceptionally well and steamed dishes! Thanks in advance for the advice!

the best multicooker or pressure cooker!

Now people will wake up, and everyone will write only about their slow cooker, and you will get a hundred of the best, since each sandpiper praises his vessel.
They all perfectly cook porridge and steamed

I blender in a Teflon bowl, in a ceramic bowl, and in any slow cooker bowl, as well as, of course, in any casserole dish. Ketchups, sauces, jam - first boiled-stewed, then blended in jars.
The blender knives do not harm the coating. Otherwise, the knives would simply scratch along the bottom and sides of the dishes and spoil.

Well, I have 2 Mulinex pressure cookers, a shteba and a redmond 330 pressure cooker, so I would put the Mulinex at the end, I like Redmond because of its small volume, it is compact, and in the headquarters there is just a lot of functionality, she has both a slow cooker and a multi-cooker and it also has a pressure cooker beautiful, so I put it in first place and take it. Porridge is cooked normally everywhere. But I still use small Redmond multicooker for milk porridge because of the volume, cooked, ate fresh-beauty.

Hello everyone!
Please tell me which brands to look at pressure cookers to use for:
1. Stewing meat (no more than 30 minutes),
2. Cooking soups (pickle, pea),
3. Cooking rice porridge, buckwheat,
4. Cooking pilaf,
5. Steam cooking,
6. So that you can wash the bowl in the dishwasher (for the future).
All the tips for choosing what I'm looking for on the Internet were written in 2012-2014, and then I saw fresh discussions

Lucien
Good day!
Now I buy everything for the house, after reviewing the reviews and comments here on the forum. I am very grateful to everyone for the information.
Now I have looked after a pressure cooker-multicooker on the German Amazon Cosory for 2 liters. "Cosori 7-in-1 Programmable Electric Pressure Cooker Multi Cooker Rice Cooker Steamer Cooking Pot Yogurt Maker 24 Hour Timer Multifunction and Warming Efuntion Bottle and 720 W".
Can anyone say something about her?
Stafa
A pressure cooker for 2 liters is generally rare. So it's better to take, they all work the same way.
An additional ring is useful for milk, for everything else there will be the first ring. Conveniently, there is a glass lid for pressureless cooking. The only thing is that the pot is not non-stick, but stainless steel. How it will cook in it and not burn, I do not know. This is the topic of the head, she has a stainless steel pot.
Llevella
Good day! I will not start a new topic, because the question is painfully familiar to everyone here: there is a Philips 3197/03 multicooker with a 4 liter bowl. The bowl with ceramics is peeled off, the latch has already blown off a couple of times with a whistle (changed in the service). For the rest, for our picky taste - it's normal. We are looking for a replacement in the price range of up to 30-40 tons. (I'm not ready to give more). We cook cereals, dairy (bookmarked from evening to morning - need to delay start), soups (I don't like overcooked, but I can leave for a long time after setting food - you need the ability to turn off the heating), a huge plus would be the possibility of purchasing additional. bowls without dancing with a tambourine, I don't bake in a slow cooker (I didn't like baking from phillips, and there is a normal oven), I cook pilaf (fruit / meat - it would be nice to have a separate option, but not necessary), baking functions are not needed - there is a separate bread maker, functions of a yogurt maker are also not needed - there is a yogurt maker (thanks to your forum as well). They advise everyone to Shteb - maybe there are still alternatives (otherwise, right there, many came across crooked lids and other things, but I'm so "happy" that I can collect all the jambs at once)?
Rituslya
Llevella, I was more fortunate, my ex-Philips 3197/03 had a 5-liter bowl, and the bowl itself is simply indestructible. I almost drive it with a fork sometimes. The only thing is that I unscrewed the handles, otherwise it did not fit another Filka.
But this is so, by the way.
I won't tell you about the rest, I don't know. I like the Phillips very much.
optimist
Llevella, correctly advise you to Steba!

I have both (5 and 6 liters), multi even, the lids stand and close without dancing with tambourines. But if you need a switchable heating, then only DD2XL will do, and then you need to check, there are versions with non-switchable heating, although I really like that there is always the opportunity to eat hotter. I always put porridge at night, it's very convenient.
It seems to me there were no problems with the 6-liter. And jambs can be identified when buying, if the lid when closed is very loose (has a large vertical backlash), then you can ask for another one. They brought it to me. Although the girls say that this does not affect cooking in any way.
optimist
Gingi, heating in ШDD2XL can, if desired, be turned on immediately after setting the main program, for example, if the porridge is needed hot in the morning.
Llevella
Thank you for your feedback on Shtebe! Huge! But I would like to consider some more models as an alternative to Stebe, so that, so to speak, there is an illusion of choice).

So my heating does not turn off, it always heats up, which suits me very much.

Llevella, those who don't like Steba buy Orson!
Lucien
And Martha?
Llevella
Well, it turns out: Steba, Oursson or Marta are recommended. I already understood about Steba that we need dd2 xxl for our needs (I look and they have bowls). Oursson and Marta are also easily supplied with additional bowls.
And what about the more famous brands in the world of home appliances: Bosch, Braun, Moulinex, Panasonic, Philips (although after our miracle of technology, Phillips would not take) - do they have anything worthy?
optimist
Moulinex has pressure cookers.
Llevella
What about cuckoo and kitchen aid? It has. The point of taking them? Kitchen Aid is especially interesting - happy owners may respond.
gala10
Llevella, here here a whole section on these multicooker.

Please help me choose. My Cook broke down for me, I'm looking for a replacement. You also need a pressure cooker to be able to cook with an open lid, a ceramic bowl or the ability to buy one. Before that, Orson was, but after 2 breakdowns I handed it back and I'm afraid to take this company. In principle, in Kukushka, only the price is bad for me)))) But I also liked Orson even more, but I need a reliable thing, because with 2 small children it is extremely difficult to wander around with the weight of services (my husband does not do this). I look at Steba, Orson may, if their lids have already stopped bursting, REDMOND people advise, but for some reason even less trust in him ... Maybe there is something ideal already that would cook well and not break as long as possible !
optimist
olinali, the girls and I only answered the same question, read this page from the middle.
olinali
I sit and read even further than the page ... I was scared that after Cook, other pressure cookers would seem like firewood ((((A friend has a Shteba, but she does not use it, she says it is not convenient. It bothers me, of course.
And you can buy ceramic-coated bowls from Shteba, don't you know?

I, of course, apologize that I probably answered such questions 1000 times, just yesterday the multicooker broke down, and I only cook in it, and now I have children, work and repairs, my brain just explodes, I urgently need to choose something and buy, read everything as usual, I do not succeed, can you write something at least to see - Shteba, Orson, Cook and all or did you miss something?

And yes, she has three types of stainless steel bowls (included in the kit), a ceramic-coated and Teflon bowl can be purchased separately.

Thank you!
I'll probably buy it))
