Ingredients

Groats 2 tbsp. l.
Milk + water 0.25 l

Cooking method

  • I pour 2 tbsp into a half-liter glass jar. l. washed cereals. Every time I take groats different: buckwheat, millet, rice, rolled oats, corn. I fill about half the jar with milk in half with water. I put it on a rag in the multicooker bowl, pour water into the bowl flush with the water in the jar. Steam program 20 min, heating 30-60 min.

I usually mix 1 tbsp. l. buckwheat with other cereals, this is how my son eats best.
If I mix buckwheat with corn grits, I set the program for 30 minutes.
Until a year and 4 months, she cooked such porridge only in water, and then mixed the finished one with the milk mixture.
I usually put in the evening with a reprieve for the morning. Then instead of water I add ice cubes, because it is hot at home so that the milk does not acidify.
For the smallest, ready-made porridge can be grinded in a blender or boiled cereals already ground in a coffee grinder according to the same principle.
After the end of the program, the multicooker is still on the heating for some time, when half an hour, when an hour, depending on when we wake up.
