Locomotion
Quote: Gala308

How do other programs work? Perhaps a party with such a marriage is being implemented now.
With the exception of the bowl, I have no complaints, everything works, I like everything.
The rest of the programs are working fine, thank God. I'm afraid that if I call the store, they will send me back to the service center, and then .... In general, this is a long song. But the fact is on the face - it should work differently, and not the way it is.
Locomotion
Today I tried the Pasta mode again. And this time I took the bowl that came with the kit. Before that, I used a stainless steel bowl, which I specially bought for this MV (I use it for cooking). And what do you think? With the non-stick bowl, the Macaroni mode worked as written in the instructions !! How surprised I was
In the evening, I put a steel bowl for the experiment again and the situation repeated itself, the water did not boil to the required temperature.
And what happens? What should I use the non-stick bowl? And for what purpose do they sell steel? - not clear ... I would have known, so I would have bought a second bowl with a non-stick coating.
Vei
Well, if you immediately wrote that the bowl was not standard, then we would not have wondered for so long, because the thermal conductivity of these bowls is different, and the modes are tuned for a specific material, and therefore incorrect work is absolutely permissible with a different bowl.
Locomotion
Yes, you are right, I should have said about the cup right away. but with the first MV, the operation of the macaroni mode was excellent, and then with neither one nor the other. With the second, already so. Okay, I hope it won't get any worse. thanks for the advice)))

Good day. Please tell me about the model of the M90 multicooker. How is the dough to stand in it? I put the dough in the oiled multicooker bowl and turned the multi-cook on 35 degrees for 1 hour. After a couple of minutes I touched the bottom of the bowl, it was very hot, obviously not 35 degrees. Did I do something wrong or is there a problem in the multicooker?

Dear owners of the m90 multicooker, please tell me if this wonderful machine has a bad smell and whether the food is saturated with it, whether there is a taste. I wanted to buy it, but I read the reviews on the Yandex market, there are a lot of messages about the smell and taste of food ((now I don’t know, maybe it’s better to take m70, they didn’t write that about it.
I have been using a multicooker - REDMOND RMC-M90 for a month now, and I can assure you that there are no extraneous odors and no aftertaste.
Excellent, as you said, a wonderful machine in which you can cook almost anything. I can't say anything bad about the M70, I heard that it is also a worthy multicooker. Anyway, in my opinion, this company is one of the leaders in the market.
Natashkhen
Owners of the multicooker, please tell me its exact dimensions - height, depth and width, otherwise there is different information on the Internet, but for me size is a very important criterion.
Thank you
Natia

I have Redmond RMC-M90
Weighs - 5.8 kg.
Packing size:
Length - 31.5 cm
Width - 40.5 cm
Height - 27 cm

You are all right with CF. This is how it works. If the MV pot is empty, it gets very hot, much more than 350C. For proofing, you need to put the dough, and then set the multi-cooker to 350... The dough can also be steamed in the yoghurt program.
Gala
Natalia, I made approximate measurements. Width ~ 29 cm, depth ~ 36-37cm, height ~ 23 cm, height with open lid ~ 47cm
Gala
Natalya, the size of the base of the MV is smaller than its overall size, it is ~ 28 cm (this is the distance between the legs on which it stands directly on the table)

No, I have a problem precisely because of the size: there is only space on the windowsill, there is now a bread maker, a coffee machine and a microwave oven. For a multicooker, the place is only on the microwave, in principle, in size, it will fit just the whole microwave, but I live with my mother and she will faint if I also put the same size multicooker on the microwave. I'll try to persuade her carefully, maybe it will work ...
NatIvanovn
The multicooker has a wide range of possibilities, that's for sure! My daughter and I chose this slow cooker thoroughly, we asked many friends and settled on this one! So happy! We cook a variety of food! I love the stewing mode and often cook in this mode. I cook any dishes for my husband, in various ways of cooking, and with different cooking temperatures - from 40 to 160C, with this function we make not only traditional dishes, but also baby food for my granddaughter

I have this model. I never thought about the smell. Probably because he was not there. In general, I like this cartoon. It is full of programs, you want to create it yourself, you want to use the automatic ones. The cup is good. We make yoghurts, bread, porridge in the morning. Everything is very fast and high quality. Like the multicooker itself

I have a cry from my heart! already very close I came to buying a multicooker .. for two years I went with this idea and persuaded my husband and now .... on the horizon. There is only one question left to decide: M70 or M90 ?? I like both! And since I have not used any yet, I want to understand which one?
Help, huh?

In principle, they are both cool, personally I have REDMOND RMC-M90, it has three more programs than the M70. Yes, and in the M90 - you can turn on auto-heating in advance, but in principle they are the same. And the prices, in my opinion, too. How do you take it, unsubscribe, it is interesting to know which model you have decided on. Yes, I almost forgot, a new model REDMOND RMC-250 came out recently, it costs a little more, but there are much more functions. I advise you to take a closer look.

there is still a difference in price - M90 is 500 UAH more expensive, so I'm thinking whether it's worth overpaying

Yes, a serious choice. I always adhere, if more expensive is better. But, again, it depends on how tight the money is.

If you don't want to overpay, take the m70, it's also a good cartoon :) the difference in several programs and a multi-cook in m90 is 10 degrees more ... so decide

Good night girls !!!! Today my husband gave me Redmond RMC-M90 for our wedding day! I chose for a long time, read the comments, characteristics, and still settled on this model. My friend has M4502 in my opinion. So this is what I want to write:

1. First of all, I decided to cook herculean porridge in milk - ummmm, it turned out to be delicious, the family appreciated it right there !!!!
2. As someone said that there is a factory smell, I didn't have it at all !!!
3. I also cooked stewed beef with steamed potatoes - the meat melts in the girl's mouth. And most importantly, you immediately with a side dish at a time and in one place, great !!!!
4. And finally, I decided to bake Charlotte - the pie rose amazingly, baked and it was not on the table after 20 minutes, everyone diminished it with great pleasure !!!

So, a very good thing, there is an opportunity to turn off the heating of the dish before the program (I think I don't need it yet). I plan to cook pizza, some soup and some meat.
I am very glad. I advise anyone who has doubts about purchasing it.
TTT
I bought the Redmond RMC-M90 multicooker online with delivery from the Baltic States to England. We have no such multicooker here either on Amazon or on Ebey. The amount with delivery turned out to be monstrously high for England at 260 pounds, or at least 13,000 rubles. The price is almost 2 times higher than in Russia. But all the same I was happy as an elephant when the multicooker was delivered. I read a lot about her, and she looks just cosmically beautiful.
I decided to update. I filled it in, turned it on, chose the mode and time, and as soon as I pressed Start, it blinked the display a couple of times and died. Here I am sitting all in indignation. Wrote a return letter. Waiting for an answer. And now I don't know whether to demand money back or change it? Who faced an acquired marriage here? How often is it found in this model?
Gala
Describe in detail the order of your actions. Maybe something was done wrong?
TTT
1. I loaded everything for Goulash into the bowl strictly according to the recipe from the book
2. Put the bowl in the multicooker and close the lid
3. Plugged the multicooker into the network
4. Chose from the menu "Quenching"
5. I chose the time 1 hour
6. Pressed and held "Start"
7. The display blinked a couple of times and went out forever.
Gala
Yes .... after selecting the mode and setting the time, press the start button, nothing should blink, only the button of the selected mode and the red start button should light up, the mode is executed.
Turn off the MB from the network, wait a while and try again, if it does not help, then apparently, a marriage.

4. Chose from the menu "Quenching"
5. I chose the time 1 hour
I did not get that? You do not need to select the hour in the Extinguishing menu, it is already set by default
TTT
Yes. There the 1 hour mode was chosen. I mean, I didn't choose another time.
I tried to plug it in several times and even tried different sockets. There was a glimmer of hope that suddenly the matter was in the outlet. But the cartoon is silent. The display is black. Oh, how upset I am! Straight to tears! I chose so meticulously and waited for her so! And such a disappointment! Thank you for your moral support!
al_usya
very disappointing! Is there really nowhere closer to order? I have a German advertisement on TV (plate because) the same Redmonds advertise, I considered that the delivery was about 7 euros
AlenaDS
maybe the wire itself went off in the back of the multicooker, I had this with Orion.
Natia
Have you looked at the official website? There, the promotion is taking place, you buy one - the second is free - (
TTT
: oops: Hurray, hurray! My slow cooker is working!
My huge blunder. I connected a multicooker with a European plug to an English outlet through an adapter, but I didn't have enough mind that I only have adapters for an electric toothbrush for 1 A in my house. So they two and grunted safely. And I needed an adapter for 31A. I bought it. Has included. My swallow is working. I'm already cooking in it with might and main. What a delight. Yesterday I did the basics in Tatar. Meat is "heaven and earth" compared to braising azu in a Teflon pan. I cooked it easily in 1 hour, the meat is juicy, it melts in the mouth. Beauty! And how simple and easy it is to cook. XXI century in full growth !!!
And the taste of the dishes is amazing!
: girl_romashka: How happy I am that I bought it.Expensive but cute! Thanks for your feedback and recipes!
Absolutely happy!

Please tell me, is it possible to smoke in this MV?
And did anyone make barbecue in it? If so, on what modes and how did you marinate?
Natia
As far as I know, in my opinion no. At least I haven't tried it. Here's a link to video recipes for multicooker, I often use them -
Gala
Quote: TTTTTTT

Please tell me, is it possible to smoke in this MV?
You cannot smoke in this MV, it is not adapted for this. For this, there are special multicooker-pressure cookers with a smoking function.
TTT
And if I buy special bags, sleeves or uniforms (with a smell inside)

, then you can use them in MV?
Gala
I didn’t, but I know that some did it this way: put it in a baking bag, added liquid smoke to the baking program. By adding liquid smoke, a kind of smoking is obtained. But personally, I don't use such additives.
Natia
I am also against liquid smoke! They are usually treated with non-fresh fish or meat products, and besides, I heard that it is harmful.

Hello everyone ! I am now also a happy owner of this multicooker (before that I used Panasonic 18 for almost 5 years), but, in comparison with this model, that is the last century, although I served faithfully without any complaints in my work (now I moved to my mother) ... Why I'm happy ?! Because I got 2 multi action at once (a small Redmond 02 model (8 programs) was a gift, and even got a black color, very touching and functional: cook porridge for 3 people in the morning or a small portion of soup, etc. d ...)
Yesterday, immediately after the purchase, I set the soup to cook - kharcho (according to the recipe from the book, but I loaded the ingredients "by eye") on the "soup" program and I had the meat on the bone ... What can I say: excellent! I put everything in a saucepan, set the program and the time indicated in the instructions - 1.5 hours, closed the lid and was free ... After a while, a delicious smell from the multi began to appear, by which I realized that the process was going on!
The meat was cooked perfectly, but it left the bone, the potatoes remained whole cubes, as they were cut, they did not boil, in general, although we are not lovers of soups, the result was impressive, and most importantly, that the soup, albeit in meat broth, was essence, dietary, no overcooking, which is very healthy!
Today I'm going to buy a Panasonic bakery (t, to, my old lady Phillips is already on her last legs and the bucket began to leak) ... I also chose a model for a long time, read and reread and finally, I made up my mind!
alenka-sun
owners of m90 please tell us about the boiling water system ??? how to calculate correctly, or in auto modes everything is set by itself taking into account the time of boiling water ???
TTT
I have a little problem with the multicooker. The heating element began to darken in places. I always use the bowl only clean and dry, but bad luck, dark (like dirty) spots appeared on the heating element. Do they affect the quality of uniform heating of the heating element? And what can be cleaned (if necessary)?
I would be grateful to all who answered. Thank you.
: elka: Merry Christmas and Happy New Year !!!
Manna
TTT, it's okay, the heating element may darken over time. You will take a closer look, if these darkening are just like spots, then this can be neglected - this does not affect the operation of the multicooker, and if the darkening protrudes above the level of the entire surface of the heating element, then it is better to wash them: put a damp cloth on the heating element for a while to soften the deposits, and then wash them off with a damp cloth.
TTT
Now I have carefully examined my MV.
: girl_sad: Upset. I looked in the manual: MV bowl outside is golden, has the Redmond inscription on the side surface, and a "waffle strip" goes around, and inside the bowl is black and has notches of divisions and a "waffle" bottom.
And my cup is black both outside and inside. The bottom is "waffle", from the inside there are notches of divisions. And that's all. Maybe they "scandalized" me with a simpler bowl, and not from Redmond RMC-M90? What if my bowl doesn't have any advertised ceramic coating? Although it does not burn and washes instantly.
I look at the bowl. I used it only for a month and a half, and already on the outside of the bottom there were some scuffs. Although I wash the bowl by weight, I put it on a clean and dry bottom only in MV. What kind of scuffs are these? Maybe from friction with ten when I stir the food or turn it over? But then what kind of sissy coating on the outside of the bowl? Don't eat ceramic ???
: girl-q: Dear ladies, dispel my doubts and torments.
What is your cup color? Is there an inscription?
Manna

I won't tell you about the color of the bowl from the set, and scuffs are a natural thing for multicooker. The bowl rotates, rubs against the heating element, and as a result, such abrasions occur. It's okay. "Ceramic" coating differs from non-stick in greater smoothness. I cannot say that it is much better than non-stick. It requires a special, different from the non-stick coating, care, so that soon everything does not start to stick to it (wash thoroughly with the hard side of a non-new sponge + heating only with food).
Loza
Hello girls!
When I was choosing a multicooker, I read the reviews here. Finally I bought this one - Redmond RMC-M90)))))) I'm happy as an elephant))
Almost all modes have been tried, especially cereals, muffins, pizzas (and it turns out very cool both on the "pizza" mode and on "baked goods"), yoghurts (I bought special jars for them) and pancakes. My daughter and I loved the steamer, everything turns out very juicy and cooks quickly, even rice !! The husband checked out the steamed pork))

I wanted to ask about the "languor" regime. Has anyone tried to make jellied meat on it? As it turns out??

After three months of use, scuffs also appeared, but I think that this is quite normal)) The main thing is that the properties of the coating are not violated!
Natia
The girls, and for her assistant she took another teflon-coated baking bowl. The structure of the bowl is porous and the pastries are better off the edges of the bowl. Happy everyone!)))

zazhigalka
Hello! Tell me the recipe for yogurt, and you also need to pour water into a bowl or just put it on a napkin, otherwise they write differently everywhere. Thank you
Manna
zazhigalka, it is better to pour water into the bowl over the shoulders of a jar, in which there will be milk with sourdough. If the yogurt is not for children, then you can use ready-made live yogurt 2 tbsp as a starter culture. l. for 0.5 liters of milk. But if yogurt is for children, it is better to use dry starter cultures such as Evitalia or Lactin as a starter culture. In the first case, 2-4 hours will be enough for yogurt fermentation. In the second case - 8-10 hours. In any case, all dishes that come into contact with milk and sourdough must be sterilized. Use milk either boiled and cooled to 40 ° С or ultra-pasteurized and heated to 40 ° С.
kisa
I do without napkin and water. I use 6% milk and do not heat it. The grandson has been eating such yogurt since he was 2 years old (now he is 7). I bet for 6-7 hours. At 10 o'clock, the yogurt turns out to be sour
Milk 6% fat-1l
Yogurt Actimel with bifidobacteria natural, no additives-1pc. (in a trough), it is possible with additives
1 tbsp. spoon of sugar. sand (you can 2 who like sweets). Mix everything and put in jars. In general, after 6 hours I look, if the yogurt is dense, then I immediately put it in the refrigerator.I noticed one thing: if the room is warm, then the yogurt is ready in 6 hours, if the window is open, then in 7-8 hours.
In Panasonic I do it with water. But there is a different principle of cooking.
