The other day I bought this little REDMOND RMC-4505 as a gift to my mother-in-law.
But in the internet there is very little information on it and recipes.
Tell me where to look for everything?

Multicooker REDMOND RMC-4505
10 AUTOMATIC PROGRAMS
Following the rules of food preparation used by professional chefs, REDMOND engineers have created a unique kitchen appliance that independently controls the temperature and cooking time, automatically selecting the optimal parameters for each type of product and method of preparation. Taking into account all these nuances in the REDMOND RMC-4505 multicooker, 10 automatic cooking programs are implemented, different by types of products.

For ease of use, all modes in the REDMOND RMC-4505 multicooker are presented depending on the method of processing products. In each mode, the optimal time is selected, which is set automatically:

express mode (average cooking time - 40-45 minutes) is intended for boiling vegetables and seafood. Thanks to the gentle heat treatment, all the nutrients are retained in the food.

baking mode (average cooking time - 50 minutes) is intended for preparing muffins, biscuits, cottage cheese and vegetable casseroles, omelets, pies and cakes.

the rice mode (average cooking time - 50-60 minutes) is intended for cooking various rice side dishes.

pilaf mode (average cooking time - 50-60 minutes) is intended for cooking pilaf from meat, chicken, fish and seafood.

the mode of milk porridge with the possibility of manually setting the time is intended for the preparation of milk porridge from various types of cereals.

buckwheat porridge mode (average cooking time - 35 minutes) is intended for cooking buckwheat both in the form of porridge and as a side dish.

Soup mode with manual time setting in the range from 1 to 4.5 hours is intended for cooking broths, soups, cream soups and puree soups, as well as various drinks and compotes.

stewing mode with manual setting of time in the range from 1 to 12 hours is intended for cooking dietary dishes, side dishes, as well as jellied meat and aspic.

Warm-up mode (25 minutes) can be used as a microwave oven to reheat ready meals.

Steam cooking mode with manual time setting in the range from 30 minutes to 2 hours is intended for cooking dietary meals, steamed meat, poultry and fish, cutlets and side dishes. This regimen is optimal for those who monitor their diet and avoid food additives.
Thanks to the special technology of thermal processing of products, implemented in the REDMOND RMC-4505 multicooker, the optimal cooking temperature is selected for each dish. The microprocessor control of the device automatically controls the heat treatment of food, which ensures a gentle cooking method and allows you to preserve all vitamins and microelements.

MAINTAINING HEAT
The multicooker REDMOND RMC-4505 is equipped with the function of maintaining the temperature of the finished dish for 8 hours, which allows you to keep lunch or dinner hot for a long time.

DELAYED START
The delayed start function allows you to start the cooking process at the desired time, with a delay of up to 24 hours. The dish will be ready for breakfast or the arrival of guests. Non-volatile memory function that allows you to restore a running program after an unexpected stop.

COOKBOOK FOR 101 RECIPES
The team of REDMOND chefs has developed a book of 101 recipes for dishes adapted for cooking in the REDMOND RMC-4505 multicooker. Each recipe describes in detail the composition of the ingredients, the cooking procedure with step-by-step instructions, tables of the calorie content of the dish and tips for improving the taste of products, photographs of ready-made dishes are presented.

Unexpectedly for myself, I became the owner of this multicooker. I got into the forums and found several inconsistencies in the description, including on the forum that actively promotes Redmond in general and this cartoon in particular.
As an experienced (as much as 4 days!) User I have the following to say:
1. Cover does not understand
2. Time in the "milk porridge" mode can be installed from 5 to 50 minutes in 1 minute increments (default is 33 minutes)
3. 1 liter of milk (3.2%) strives to escape in the "stewing" and "milk porridge" modes even with the valve removed.
4. The new smells so that it would be correct to equip it with gas masks according to the number of inhabitants of the apartment. Two boils with lemon, a window wide open in the kitchen for a day, and all the same, if we had cockroaches, everyone would die, stopudoff.
5. The keep hot mode works more than 8 hours (I stood for 13 hours, then turned it off.

While they managed to cook:

Pilaf according to the technology from the recipe book, only water was added not 250 ml per 200 g of rice, but as usual - two fingers on top. Steamed rice, cooked correctly ("Pilaf" mode), but the usual roastiness of meat, onions, carrots was not. Everything turned out boiled. It is quite edible.

Charlotte according to the classic recipe (3 eggs, a glass of sugar, a glass of flour). I made 2/3 of the norm (that is, 2 eggs, flour and sugar in proportion), poured it into a greased bowl, put 1.5 apples on top in large pieces. Baking mode, the valve was not removed.
The apples did not drown, it turned out to be a ready-made boiled-baked charlotte, white on top and yellowish on the bottom and sides. It tastes better from the oven.

Steamed potatoes 4 large potatoes, Steam mode, 30 min (raw) + 30 min (ready). In general, this mode surprised me - the water does not boil constantly, there are periods when it does not boil. Why is this necessary for the "double boiler" mode ?!

On the "express" I cooked it is not clear what. The main ingredient is fresh champignons (300-350 grams), to which I added all the vegetables that were in the house, a little bit. After the end of the express mode, I had to add another 10 minutes. It turned out to be 4 servings. Eaten together

Thick milk keeping warm, without valve, 9 hours. 25-30% of water evaporated, it is good to make yoghurt from this. The drink is also delicious.

It seems so far. If When I buy a thermometer, I will measure the temperature in all modes.

We continue the conversation.
From the series "how to do not"
Baked a biscuit (4 small eggs, 1 tbsp. Sugar, 1 tbsp. Flour). First cycle (50 min.) On "baking" with the valve removed. Not baked (completely liquid on top). I put it on "milk porridge" for 15 minutes, after 5 minutes I received an error E5 - the overheating protection worked. She took out the bowl for a couple of minutes to heat. the element cooled down faster. She baked for 30 minutes (15 + 15) on baked goods, already with a valve.

The result is a sponge cake burnt from below, dried on the sides, moist from above and smelling of eggs. It was taken out with difficulty, literally tore off the walls of the bowl with a silicone spatula. The child delivered a verdict: it is not suitable for a cake, but you can eat like that. To my taste, only a white friend can be fed with such a product.

Next time I will try to first run the baking cycle with a valve, and then finish drying and cooking without a valve or even with an open lid. But I don't really believe in success.

The chemical odor is still slightly perceptible (when the CF is working), but is no longer transmitted to the products.

Yes, here's more important:
Rice, buckwheat and pilaf programs do not work "smartly" as in Panasonic (before the liquid boils off + intensive heating on "pilaf"), but stupidly fumble for a certain time, "wired" into the microcircuit for each mode. To be honest, I did not expect this from the device with the proud name "multicooker".

Porridge from Nordic oatmeal.
1.5 cups milk 3.2% (regular faceted)
80 ml cereal
salt, sugar, a slice of plums. oils
All this in a bowl, and from above, on the advice of the Site th, put a double boiler.
Milk porridge mode 15 min. After 8 minutes it was already boiling. Maybe I haven't looked before. In principle, it was possible to turn off how much that Nordic needed, but it was interesting if he would run away. Did not run away... The bottom of the steamer was stained entirely, but the foam did not rise above. It stuck to the bottom of the bowl too. Wasted off easily, as in any non-stick cookware

I didn’t want to drive the oven in the heat, I tried to adapt my favorite recipe for fillet of kurrogrudok to the multicooker: sprinkle with salt, pepper, Italian herbs, put in a ceramic / cast iron mold, tighten with foil and in an oven (gas) preheated to 200 C for 15 minutes.
So, minus the form, foil and oven, plus "heating" for 15 minutes equals a more or less edible dish. The bottom is slightly welded, in the middle of the thickest part it is slightly "missing" (there are no wet pink spots left to taste). In the next. I'll try it once on "baking".

Yes, baking biscuits in this cartoon is a disastrous business. To my (and my family's) taste.

Natalya, how did you get used to your Rdmond or not? I also look after myself a cartoon, until I can make a choice.
Hata
Oksana, I rarely cook in it, no more than once a week. I mainly use the "extinguishing" mode. Or Heating (high temperature, you can make frying) + stewing. I sometimes make yoghurt (heated and switched off). There is still a "chemical" smell.
If I bought it now, I would have chosen Panasonic because of the "smart" mode of cooking cereals (I did not see the Panasonic "in business", only the impression from the reviews).

I recently purchased a multicooker Smile MPC 1140, very good. it is easy to use, there is no smell, it bakes the baked goods perfectly, in one cycle everything is ready (40 min), you can set the time yourself as needed. and programs there as in Panasonic. And the price is 1500 rubles And it has 2 sensory programs, that is, the cartoon itself knows when the dish is ready.
(In Redmonts, too, there were sensor programs before, but now they have updated and I don't have any sensory programs.) But here's the bad luck, one number on the display began to disappear, I took it back to the store, I'm waiting for the result And I don't know whether to look at another cartoon, or maybe this problem will be fixed. In general, she gave me very good. liked it.
There was a choice between Redmond and Smile, I chose Smile, and now I think maybe Redmond was needed? But this smell ... my child is small, and I want good pastries.
Now speaking, the Chinese goods are generally not of high quality. After all, the cartoon is intended for cooking, it should not stink !!! HURTING OUR BROTHER!
helga
Nata, do you really want the rest of the modes
do not like?

I bought this MB in addition to the Multichotter earlier this year due to the volume. Long choosing between Panasonic and Redmond. Toad won, because Redik is cheaper. The smell was, but insignificant. On the advice of a site that is not named She boiled a lemon in the "steaming" mode and forgot about the smell. I bought MB in my own online store. They brought it free. I immediately bought an additional bowl, since I was already spoiled by the Multichotter. Two bowls are very convenient. I cook almost everything in Redica: rice (as a side dish, but only steamed), pilaf with all kinds of meat, buckwheat, milk porridge (half with water, so used to it), vegetables for steamed vinaigrette salads, stewed rabbit in sour cream, soups borscht, casseroles. And what a stew turned out! Mmmmm ..... Better than in Multhotter (in my opinion, in Redik, the process in the "extinguishing" mode is not the same as in MX). Honestly, I didn't bake the biscuit (there was no need). I am rarely satisfied, you just need to adjust. However, as with any device.

Yes, I also chose between Panasonic 10 and 4505, but when I was going to buy 4505 it was nowhere to be found. So in Panasonic, these stupid sensory programs work on what principle is not clear. Porridge will run away once and for all. The most normal program for cooking meat pilaf, but it would be better if the time was set manually, you have to turn it on manually, otherwise it can burn. So in Redmond, manual timing is a miracle. And in Panas stewing mode, the garbage is complete, but you can't stew it on baked goods with steam cooking, it fries too much.

Girls, has anyone heard of the Redmond 4500? Where can you buy it?

So you do not cook milk porridge on buckwheat, and everything will be fine
And, frankly, it seems to me that you either saw Panas from a distance or did not use it correctly. Panas is an excellent MV, I was convinced of this over 7 years of use.

girls, tell me what to do! the multicooker gives an E5 error when turned on!

And my husband gave me REDMOND RMC-M90 three months ago. Lovely! Now I'm preparing everything in it for him. Cutlets, pies, vegetables, meat, pizza, dumplings and his favorite porridge!)))) It also came with a booklet with recipes, there are some very good ones! We made friends with this slow cooker on the first day. So beautiful, comfortable. And what is also important: it is very easy to clean. And then I terribly do not like to wash anything. Panasonic did not buy and am not going to. I'm a fan of Redmond and I advise you!))))

My husband gave me this baby recently. My joy has no boundaries! I also want to buy an additional bowl. I haven't cooked a lot yet - soups (very beautiful, tasty and transparent are obtained), pilaf (did not calculate the time, just stuck to the bottom), various milk porridges (I cook with a steamer mesh - they do not boil), stewed potatoes with vegetables, now I put yogurt (I don't know if it will work out, I'm already starting to regret not having bought the M11 - the same thing, only with the function of yogurt. The toad is to blame for everything, the difference was only 150 UAH).
dawa
That's it, I don’t regret the chosen model anymore !!! What yogurt it turned out to be!

bought one last year. tried borscht, soups, pilaf. I made a biscuit "on boiling water" 2 times. turned out perfect
premydraya
And we bought one for my sister. She is a student, so a great option for her. Cooking often in it. He says that it is convenient - he dropped it and went about his business. A 3 liter bowl is just fine for one person. She has been living with her for the second year - everything is in order.

if you haven't bought yet, then take the next modification - there are more functions

Please tell me, at the current moment who bought this model, is there a smell (disappears quickly) and how things are with milk porridge, does it run away? This MV is given as a bonus, but I will buy it via the Internet with delivery to another city, that is, I will not try it myself !!!
Lusyafrog
Mar_k, I have been using the multicooker for more than two years. I had no smell at all initially. I got used to the milk porridge - a rim of butter on a bowl and milk mixed with water. Sometimes I put a steamer insert. The cartoon is wonderful. I have never regretted my purchase (now, though, I already have three multicooker).
Mar_k
Lusyafrog, Thank you!!! I just don't cook porridge from pure milk, they dilute it !!! So they will have one, especially as a bonus to the purchase of the main one !!!
LENOK26
So I finally have such an assistant for 3 liters. in addition to the 5-liter Polaris (m / w) and Binaton (s / w). I chose this model because of the price (cheaper than M 10 and 11 with similar programs) and color (I wanted a light cartoon, one is white, the second is black). I took it for making small portions (especially for milk porridge).I tested it and was satisfied with the work of my new multicooker Milk rice porridge, pilaf, soup, cake baking, boiling eggs for a couple. There was no smell on initial use.
