Manna, thank you very much, otherwise there was a dilemma with water, nothing was written in the recipe book and opinions on the forums are different. And do you need to close the lids?
zazhigalka
kisa thanks! and your cup is not scratched?

Just cover the jar with a lid, not tight

I don't know why they write so little about redmond m90, but I'm not overjoyed with cartoons, I cook in it every day. but Brand 6060 painted with a smoking function was thrown into the far corner. As it is all awkward in it, the lid - to close it you have to suffer.
and in Redmond M90 it is all pleasant for fingers, convenient and comfortable. The only hurry to buy from the first series, therefore, without turning off the heating. But I found out for myself that I don't cook much in advance, and even more so when I am not at home, or I plan when I return to a certain time on the weekend when baking or baking is on, and for milk porridge in the morning or stewing, heating is not a problem. So I got used to it and we adjusted to each other.
Therefore, she is now like a dear and beloved for a whole year :-)

I do not like that there are stains in stains, even melamine sponges do not rub off: this is probably the only drawback in this multicooker.
oxychka
Well. Here ... I figured it out a bit! -boiled the beans and immediately put the beets and carrots on the mesh for the double boiler, the beets are ready in 40 minutes. Beans without soaking. Of course, I did not cook in 40 minutes, even on express-cooking-30 minutes-it was necessary to reduce the time-it was boiled. I want to try bread tomorrow, but I'm afraid, maybe someone has already baked it?
zazhigalka
I baked a roll, the only thing that needs to be turned over, it was not very convenient for me, I need to get a handle!
Manna

I do not like that ten in divorces
What's so terrible about that? In almost all multicooker, over time, the heating element acquires spots and stains.

Well, I don’t know, my scarlet woman is already 4 years old and somehow there are no divorces, and which ones appeared immediately were washed, and Redmond was only 2 weeks old and ten was in divorces, for me it’s somehow incomprehensible.

I also wash easily)
but it doesn't wash with me, that's why I'm writing that for me this is a shortcoming in Redmond.

Nope, even grandmothers recipe for rolls, baked in the oven, decided to try it in a cartoon, it was baked well.
zazhigalka
how to bake it is usually so suitable for multi, just turn it over 20 minutes before the end, I just know everyone has proven recipes that always make buns.
oxychka
Today I stewed beef with vegetables (frozen type of the Mexican mixture) - on the automatic stewing program - delicious and everything was cooked. I baked a honey cake on baking for 1 hour, it turned out so high

Hello. I finally made up my mind and ordered Redmond RMC-M90. While she is on the way, I think I will read the instructions in the institute, so as not to waste time on this, but immediately start cooking (my hands are very itchy). Somehow I did not really like that in no program, I was especially surprised by the "soup", you can not load it for more than 3 liters ?? So much for a 5 liter saucepan, well, if only 4 liters could be used ... Is that so, or did I not catch something?
I could not find a description about the preliminary shutdown of automatic heating after the end of cooking.
And another third, probably a stupid question, but I don't want to do anything: is it possible to open a krishka during the cooking process in order to taste it for salt, for example? Thank you very much to everyone who shares the experience.
oxychka

just click on cancel with your finger, but if you want to turn it off during the program, then you need to press the MENU button, while holding it, to cancel heating
I have been using it for 2 days
EkaterinaLg
On the first question, yes, the recommended volume is 3 liters.
There is a preliminary shutdown of automatic heating in the last batches. After starting the program, hold down the menu button for a few seconds.
You can open the lid, in some modes, for example, frying, I do not close it at all.
zazhigalka
You can turn off the heating by holding the menu button. You can open it, I fry the vegetables into the soup with the lid open.

They delivered me my "charm" even earlier than promised. I have already stewed meat (I never had to interfere or add water) and baked a cake (it was baked perfectly, nothing burnt). I am very pleased, my Redmond fulfilled my basic requirements for a multicooker perfectly.
I decided to try such a "bonus" as the "macaroni" program, as people complained about it more than once. And I am complaining. The water did not boil during the signal, since I only had to boil the pasta, I put them on for only 5 minutes. So - as the program turned off, I opened the lid, and the water is just starting to boil - the pasta is completely raw.
My instructions are slightly different from the one provided here on the forum. For example, they explain to me on all programs that I can first turn off the heating. But what alarmed me - on almost all (except for a few programs such as "frying", "baking" and a couple more) programs they write: "Make sure that all ingredients, including liquid, are below the maximum mark on the inner surface of the bowl." And this is 3.25 liters. It would be super, but after all, in the instructions that I read here, they wrote either 2L or 3L in the same programs. I really hope that I do not have a fake, because on the outside of the bowl I have nothing but a scale, no drawing, no Redmond's signature. Please develop my doubts
oxychka
I also do not have an inscription on the outside of the bowl, I bought from an official representative of Redmond in Ukraine
KALA
I hoped for such an answer, because the coating is really super - I turned the bowl over, and the baked goods just slipped out.
I cooked borsch. I could not believe before that you can really throw everything raw at once and the borsch will turn out delicious and red. Now I BELIEVE!

I want rye ... but I don’t know how
Manna
The same as wheat. Only for rye, no kneading is needed - just one proofing after kneading.
oxychka
I DID NOT CHECK WHEAT, I DID EXACTLY ON THE RECIPE FROM THE BOOK OF RECIPES FROM MULTI. THIS IS GENERALLY MY FIRST BREAD IN LIFE
Raduga0005
also made according to the recipe from the book. but only it seems to me a bit flat

I'm baking pies today

Hello, we bought a REDMOND-M90 multicooker and we have a problem.
- Buckwheat porridge with milk ran away and did not cook. I tried to turn on the multicooker again to cook the porridge, but it did not turn on. The START button just flashes, other buttons do not respond. Even after 30 minutes, nothing turned on. What to do so that the porridge does not run away and how to enable restart.
- When you turn on the program and start cooking, if necessary, turn it off, nothing comes out. CANCEL button does not respond. what to do in this case (is it a marriage?)
oxychka
try to turn it off from the outlet, and after a while turn it on again - it may help
I haven’t tried to cook porridge yet, tembolee in milk ... but no, I didn’t cook rice, everything went fine
Tina1986
turned off! Even after 1 hour and 30 minutes, the START button still blinks, the other buttons do not respond, and even if you hold down the MENU button, nothing happens. At the moment I was cooking meatballs, the rice was almost boiled, I wanted to cook it, 1.30 minutes have passed since the end of cooking (I pulled it out of the socket), now I turn it on and nothing works as before.

And on the contrary, Redmond pleases me. (rmts 20). I cooked pilaf, bread, and an omelet - everything worked out great. I also saw that you can make fondue and yogurt in it, but I haven't tried it yet.

I also have such a slow cooker, a super assistant! I cook almost everything in it, and what a charlotte it turns out, super! Very happy with her!

Something began to cook porridge for the child every day, the porridge sticks, then I wash it with great difficulty, and Nacha began to notice that it began to stick to the bowl, maybe buy another bowl for porridge
And the pasta program works well for me, only it will make everything run away. or they need to be cooked with the lid open, I throw the pasta and after 2 minutes there are already bubbles through the valve.

ceramic kind of like
Torik
I read on the Internet, I don't know if it really is that the ceramics are resistant to scratches, but they are inferior to Teflon in terms of non-stick properties, that is, ceramics will eventually lose their non-stick properties, food will burn in it

ceramics lose their non-stick properties over time,
This is what I suspected when I asked I have a double non-stick coating of some kind, I'm delighted. And I've heard about ceramics. therefore I am looking for a spare bowl WITHOUT ceramics

and I read that ceramics are more durable in operation. I was told that the tempo may start to burn from the difference, so you need to let it stay completely for a bowl and then wash it, and I washed it once right after cooking.
