Albina, well, probably two years. Used quite often, but only for pancakes and fritters. I didn't pick anything with iron, I washed it only with my hands, no PM. At the edges, the coating began to peel off The Neva is not the same ...
Albina
I also use a pancake for 2 years, but less often and only for pancakes. It seems like a replacement is not required yet. My frying pans with my hands. Somehow she thrust the deep Neva into the PMM and she began to freak out: it stuck to her at first. After that I only began to wash with my hands.

The NWO has just several lines of dishes. On the "budget" non-stick coating Stalaflon. This is something like Whitford's Scandia coating, pleasure for a year and a half with not very frequent use ...
Kara
I found my Neva on the ozone now, 1729 rubles. Is it considered budgetary? Do they have much more expensive? Yesterday I was looking, on ozone, in any case, I did not find
Belka13
Previously, the Neva-metal-crockery had inscriptions - cast or titanium. It seems that titanium was more expensive and more reliable. And now some new series have appeared. What is the difference? Which ones are of better quality?
mr.Catlery
The NWO, as well as Tefal, has a rather muddy marketing practice. From advertising gruel, laudatory promises about a 3x increase and many brands, even an advanced consumer is difficult to determine what exactly this or that line or coverage is different. Manufacturers are very vague about specific information. The laws of the genre dictate the rule that in order not to get paid for the "old" one must release something continuous "new". Moreover, this technique creates the appearance of continuous "improvement". But in reality, an upgrade can be made only at the level of trade names, colors and other, purely decorative transformations. I used the name "budgetary" in relation to NWO, although not quite correctly (in terms of the general price level among other domestic producers, NPM is one of the most expensive), but in the sense of their cheap lines.

I understood this, therefore I asked which series of NMP is considered non-budget, where can I see / touch it, and how much is it approximately for the price?

Yesterday I saw Kukmar's pancake pan in Galamart. I don't need it, so I didn't really consider it, but it seems inexpensive.
For myself, after non-stick ones, I took a cast iron one without any coatings a long time ago, and now I forgot what it means to change it every year.
Anna67
And I still won't get used to it. Cast iron (I have a pot, not a frying pan) I only managed to soak it in oil.
I also "prepared" the steel microgrill frying pan. I washed it, anointed it with oil ... But somehow it is not right I fry on it - probably I was mistaken with the temperature, because all this oil burnt during frying with a thin copper layer. Tore off for two days. And soaked it, and in PMM, and with soda and in the end with a sif. I barely tore ...

What a year I have not been glad for both two !!!

And this despite the fact that I use them not only for pancakes ...

Irina, I love Biolovskiye pans, non-stick coating behaves well with careful care And what about your frying pan - without a non-stick coating, just aluminum? On such I,a hundred years as a stove with glass ceramics appeared, I don't bake, I don't fry. I remember how there were problems on an ordinary stove - everything was sticking tightly, I only used cast iron there.
Even if I don't understand why a special "pancake" pan is needed - I always bake on ordinary ones.
Kara
Natasha, yeah, uncoated aluminum. I read the reviews and bought on my head
Innuska, I also looked at Teskomovskie, but they, damn it, finally got crazy, a pancake pan for 5-6 thousand is too much !!

This frying pan just needs a little upgrade and it will work.
There are now 2 manufacturers of kukmaraposud in Kukmar. ru (in Latin letters)

I had a non-stick Biol pancake pan. Served for 3 years, if not more. On it, not only pancakes were baked, but also pancakes, and even cutlets were fried. I have never regretted that I bought it. Now the pancake "Kukmara". Also a very worthy option.

I already wrote about this "recipe" above. It is necessary to make the surface of the frying pan rough. This is how it will look something like in the photo.
Utensils for cooking (pots, pans, lids) (2)
This can be done with sandblasting or with a coarse abrasive grain. Then it is necessary to thoroughly wash the surface with detergent. After that, you can start the process. Why you need to warm up the frying pan, grease it with a cooking brush with vegetable oil in a heated state, then heat it still, without bringing the oil to smoke. If there is a lot of oil, it must be removed (drained or blotted with a paper towel). Well, after that you can start trying to fry pancakes.
On your photo of "the first pancake lumpy" you can clearly see that the surface of the Biol frying pan without coating is smooth and shiny. This is the whole problem.
Kara
Ilya Nikolaevich, quite right, smooth surface Thank you very much for your comment. I'll show my husband, maybe it will turn out to revive!

mr.Catlery,
I saw a frying pan Kuhar on sale in the store today. The inner coating is matte, very similar in appearance to Teflon, but the color of steel, not black or white. In general, the color does not differ from the outer surface, but still not the same. I do not know how to explain it. Here's how it is processed. Maybe in order not to burn in it?
This is exactly the kind of sandblasting. What's this? What's new?

This is a special finish for creating an ordered microrelief on the surface - micro grill. Of course, it is not made with sand, but the meaning is the same, to make the surface rough. Such pans have been produced in series for the third year already. They are in the series Lotus (18/20 / 22cm.) And Orchid (22cm.).

Girls, thank you for your advice. I bought an uncoated aluminum pancake maker Kukmarovskaya. Cool frying pan. Truth two times only ash pancakes on it. But I have a question. How do you wash it? After use, a plaque of adhering, brown vegetable oil forms on it, which is difficult to remove. How do you use it, that it is as good as new? Maybe I'm doing something wrong? Can I wash it in the dishwasher?
mr.Catlery
cake machine,
Alas, on pancake pans, edge oil carbon deposits are inevitable, so you just need to learn how to remove it correctly. It is better not to wash a silumin (cast aluminum) frying pan without AP coating in a dishwasher. It will darken, covered with a gray bloom, which will also get dirty later. Oil deposits can be removed with a cleaning agent containing 5-15% NaOH. Now there are quite a few of them and they are, in principle, inexpensive. For example, Faberlic cleaner art.11119 or SanitaR "Multisila" gel, etc. You need to use it carefully, the products contain alkali NaOH. Pour a little product inside the container, then heat it on a stove to 60-70C, foam it with a sponge (soft foam rubber!) And rub it. Then immediately rinse thoroughly with running water. If the deposit is severe, then you can repeat this operation one more time. Carbon deposits leave quickly enough, right before our eyes, cleaning will take about 3-4 minutes.
cake machine
mr.Catlery, thank you very much!!! I use Faberlik to wash my stove. I was afraid to wash the pan with them. I thought she would get sick.
mr.Catlery
cake machine,
No, I tried, if it is neat, then the truncated will be good. Here is the outer coating in the frying pan, this tool really ate as quickly as the carbon deposits: but this is really a completely different story ...

I also have a kukmara, however, with a coating, but I only grease the bottom with a thin layer of oil for the first time, and then I fry the pancakes, and after frying I thoroughly wash it. And so every time. Fine)

And how will this be fundamentally different from a dishwasher, if both there and there the main cleaning agent for burnt oil is alkali? The frying pan will simply be caved faster by such advice, that's all.

Well, think for yourself, especially since you took an active, direct part in the discussion at the well-known to you with a friend ogorod resource and about washing silumin in the dishwasher and the chemical composition of the detergent for PMM. And the consequences of all this. Let's start with the fact that you yourself personally cleaned an uncoated cast aluminum pan with a similar tool? In the dishwasher, it is clear that, like everyone else, they washed, but with pens with this cleaning agent, eh?

Of course. We've all done some naive stupidity at some point.
What?

So, did the damned alkali gnaw the pan or not? Maybe again you thought something like in the story with a cast-iron frying pan "hunched over" on the stove from heating, eh?

Of course. In the same way as your lye gnawed yours.)) They have not yet come up with aluminum that would not dissolve in alkalis.

Why do you think so? Everything is fine with mine.
They have not yet invented aluminum that would not dissolve in alkalis.
But they came up with alkali-based cleaning agents that do not spoil the metal base.

Tell me, you can't buy Kuhar anywhere in Moscow or in online stores?
Anchic
Alexei, you can order in the St. Petersburg store of the same name through the Internet. This is how I bought it.

By the way, my pots and pans from Kuharov's pots and pans hardly heat up even on gas. For pots - depends on the size of the burner and the pan and the selected flame size. In a frying pan, the handle heats up only 2-3 cm near the frying pan itself. Where I grab onto it, the handle is barely warm at worst.

Are the handles on the lid hot? Glass lid? There are three models they have Orchid, Lotus and Magnolia, it seems, there are metal lids, and there are glass ones.

In models with a glass lid, where the pimp is a "loop", it does not get warm at all. Feel free to remove the lid without a tack.

Rituel, this is my favorite! I'm crazy about her. If Minsk was more accessible, I would have changed all the dishes.
