Here I have all the kitchen recently filled with Zepter. Mom gave it for the wedding anniversary. I learned to cook almost everything in it, except for baking !! Girls who have such dishes, is it possible to bake in it and how?

In the Zepter it is possible to bake, using the hob, dough products with a damp (open top) without turning the product over. I baked in old-style pans (round, square) - I only have "old" dishes. The pizzas were good.
Regular yeast dough, no more than 1 cm thick (since it rises and can support the lid), everything that the family eats, including vegetables, is put on top of the dough. Top - cheese. When baking, moisture is released in the form of steam and sauce. Some consultants recommended shaking condensation off the lid several times during the baking period. I almost never brushed it off because the gravy doesn't spoil the dough. But you need to make sides from the dough (about half the height of the sides of the pan) so that the gravy does not flow under the cake. Place the pizza pan on the cold stove. Heating is minimal until the arrow on the controller reaches the middle of the green field. Now you can open the lid, shake off the liquid from it, inspect the crust by lifting the edge of the cake. To do this, you have to pry the edges a little around the perimeter. The dough may stick to the edges a little. I forgot to say that I always greased the pan with some oil a little before baking.
The only thing I can’t understand is why do all this if there is an oven in the kitchen. I was doing this shit in order to show a certain attraction to the uninitiated. They were amused.
This method can be useful when you need to cook a lot of fresh baked goods at once, so that by a certain moment it will be all hot without heating. It was so with me. On floors in the oven it did not work well even in my Coopersbusch. The bottom of the top pizza was not baked, and the bottom, with a beautiful bottom, had vegetables and cheese like in a salad. But on two pans at once (I couldn't fit on the stove at the same time) with diameters of 20 and 24 and one pizza for the entire large baking sheet in the oven, there was enough food to serve a hot one at a time to a significant number of people.
I have not tried anything else. In the internet there are recipes dedicated to baking in a zepter. I've met them before. You can, if you wish, "pick" something
I wish you success and pleasant mastering the intricacies of cooking.

Everything is simple there. Take Apple Charlotte, for example!

You take: 4 apples, peeled and seeded and cut into pieces, 25 g butter, 1-2 eggs, 0.5 teaspoon cinnamon, 200 g sugar, 200 g fresh white bread crumbs (1 loaf without crust), vegetable oil for brushing

150 g of natural yoghurt.

Cooking: In a saucepan, cook apples with 50 g of sugar and cinnamon, so that the arrow of the temperature controller is in the green sector, for 10 minutes.

Mix the bread crumbs with the remaining sugar. Lubricate a 20 cm frying pan with butter and sprinkle half of the bread crumbs on the bottom and sides of the pan. Arrange the apples tightly and sprinkle with the remaining breadcrumbs on top. Cover and bake on medium mode for 15-20 minutes. ... Raise the lid several times during cooking and remove the condensation so that the dough is not wet. Cover the pan with the serving platter and gently turn the pie over. Sprinkle it with powdered sugar. Serve with cinnamon-sprinkled yogurt.
