You need to go into the ingredients - choose meat - then game (sort of) - whole or in pieces, choose whole.
depending on the weight of the cartoon, it will suggest time itself. After cooking, if you find it undercooked, you can add time. But I added. Although I honestly admit that we made the whole chicken already 3 weeks ago and I have already forgotten what time I had.
And did you bake the chicken? Didn't you stew / cook? How long (with added time)? Was the lid open or closed / locked?

We did not get it baked, but rather stewedthat I didn't really like. The cartoon seemed to offer 24 minutes, but then I added 6 minutes, I had a homemade chicken, and inside it was potatoes, so the potatoes were not quite cooked, so I added. Or 5, I don't remember. No, the chicken was pressure cooked. I don't know what will happen if the water is not poured .... The chicken turned out not like that. how I love in another multicooker. Noya, too, recently bought it and this was the first experiment.

You can't bake in this one. Here everything turns out stewed and boiled.

Shl. If you do not pour water under pressure, it will swear that there is not enough water and will refuse to cook.
But first, the chicken will burn if it lies on the bottom.

Perfectly roasted small chicken on roast beef. There, first, there is a roasting, rather strong, turned over into different barrels, roasting for 10-15 minutes. ... At the end I put it on the breast, smeared it with garlic and without any water under pressure for 20, I think, minutes. It turned out like in the oven "on a bottle"

Cooked today monastery-style millet porridge (my name, because the first time I tried this in a monastery).
We wash the millet until the water is clean, put it in a saucepan, add water (I did everything by eye, I will not say the exact proportions), cook for Ingredients - Rice and cereals - Millet 5 min.
Peel the apples (better with sourness), cut into large cubes, add to the already cooked millet and add 1 minute of quick cooking. Anyone who likes apples to be softer can boil millet for 4 minutes, and apples then for 2. I like the elastic consistency more.
Then salt, a little sugar, butter and bon appetit.
Apples give a very pleasant taste and aroma, the porridge is not so boring in taste. When serving, you can grease the porridge with heavy cream on top, it is generally delicious.

Yesterday I became the owner of the "eared"!
I have a direct epic with him: initially I had to choose between Redmond RMC-M4504 and Moulinex CE400032. As a result, the Redmonds did not like it at all, and in CE400032 it was embarrassing that the delayed start was only 99 minutes and there was no condensate collection tank. As a result, they took an eared, although its price is 2 times higher than that which they planned to spend.
Well, they brought it home, I plugged it in, clicked, read the reviews, got upset that I bought such garbage for that kind of money, the next day I took it back and decided to take Oursson MP5005PSD, ordered it, brought it in the wrong color, the next day we drove to the top, I thought maybe I will buy there, but all the sellers in unison insisted that they had stopped selling them, because in 50% of cases their lids burst, well, I read about it in reviews. The mood has dropped!

I looked at Brand and others, but I realized that I only liked the eared, the more I already felt it, it was made with high quality, the design is cool, and the firm is proven. I read the forums again, went and bought it a second time!

Arriving home, I decided to urgently try.

Results:

1. I tried to cook rice porridge on the ingredients mode - white rice. She poured 200 ml into 200 grams of rice. milk, after 9 minutes (laid down according to the program) the rice seemed hard and dryish, the milk all evaporated, added another 200 ml. milk and put it on the same mode for another 4 minutes - this time the steam came out not only at the end of the program, but also during the cooking process a couple of times.
As a result, the rice cooked, but it turned out dry and again completely without liquid. in short, the porridge failed. Maybe there was not enough milk. I will try in other versions.

2. Cooked apple compote according to a sewn-up recipe. She put apples and lingonberries, poured about 2 liters of water, sugar by eye. The compote turned out to be good, the apples were boiled as expected.

Today I will cook pork in Chinese according to a sewn recipe.

Of course, this multicooker has disadvantages, but for me the pros outweighed:

- the pressure goes down by itself,
- quick cooking - otherwise I don't understand why a multicooker is needed - stew vegetables for an hour? So I can do it on the stove!
- ceramic saucepan with handles !!! I can't imagine how you can do without pens!
- excellent grill for steaming,
- workmanship, materials - I didn't smell like plastic at all!

In short I will master!

Hello everyone! Since this weekend I started using Cook4Me and ran into a problem.
Everything cooks / steams great, but the end of cooking is stretched for 10-15, or even 20 minutes, which immediately seemed to me wrong. In addition, at this time the lid is locked and there is nothing to undo the operation.
Having scoured the forums and videos, I realized that at this time the pressure cooker should rather actively bleed off steam, but it barely flows.
I went through the lid with this ball several times, inside I even completely removed the cap of the porridge, I didn't really cook any, everything was clean ...
Taki got to the back of the valve and picked up this ball with a knife - and voila, the steam blew off in 20 seconds. Can I somehow still assemble the lid incorrectly?
The fact is that before the first launch, I immediately went through and washed it, so I can't say for sure what the defect is - my crooked hands or a factory defect.
Thanks in advance for any help.
I have already cooked buckwheat with meat, eggs and steamed corn, stewed vegetables, fried wings.
Everything is super cook, very happy with the purchase.

Explain how to regulate the release of steam automatically and manually. I'm not catching up with something ...

In our cartoon, steam is bleed off automatically, and very quickly - it did not detect it, but I think not more than 3 minutes (maybe less!) Check the assembly of the lid, maybe you forgot to remove the tape somewhere? Did you put the cap on the valves on the right side? The drawing on it should be on the LEFT (this is the metal thing on the lid from the inside which). Move the valves, blow out the center hole (where the ball is).

Yesterday I again cooked rice porridge, now on the sewn-in recipe for millet porridge.

4 tablespoons of rice and 400 ml. milk + butter, salt, sugar. According to the wired recipe, it costs 200 gr. cereals per 500 ml. milk.

I was afraid that 30 minutes would be a lot for rice.

But the porridge turned out just as we love: the rice is well boiled and a lot of milk remains. It was possible, in principle, and pour less. And for some reason, in this mode, steam was released not only at the end of cooking, but also in the process - on the sly.

In short, I'm happy with the porridge, today I will try to cook the meat.

I usually cook the broth itself for 15-25 minutes, depending on the meat, then season with vegetables and another 5-10 minutes. Any meat becomes very soft during this time. For 1.5 hours, jellied meat is boiled into dust))) Why pour broth? If the day is skimming, then it is easier to boil first, remove the foam, continue cooking. But in general, all the foam remains at the bottom after cooking, and you can simply pour the finished soup into a container where it will be stored in the refrigerator.

I cook a chicken for a small child for a couple - half a breast, a carrot, another whole vegetable - on a quick cook for 25 minutes, everything is ready even for a couple!

This low pressure setting is very good for any spitting porridge and milk. Therefore, the cooking time is long and steam comes out all the time.

This program boils rice perfectly in water. And with pure milk, porridge always turns out to be more solid. And the milk did not evaporate, but was absorbed into the cereal. With a 1: 1 ratio of liquid-cereal, the porridge is steep. The cartoon itself releases excess steam during cooking, there is nothing terrible in this.

You can use sewn recipes, there is the first of the legumes.
Or you can do it manually. First, cook the ribs with the peas in a quick cook 15.Then pour everything into another saucepan, make the dressing you like on frying, then everything is put together again, potatoes are added and for 7 minutes. for quick cooking. Then - spices and salt and another 1 minute of quick cooking.

Yesterday I cooked chicken wings in soy sauce. Actually a simple recipe, but suddenly someone will come in handy.

I cut the wings into 2 parts (if there is time, you can marinate in soy sauce in advance), in the Frying mode, fry in vegetable oil until a crust appears, then poured soy sauce (it is better to take the thicker one: Heinz, Kikoman, etc.), fried for a couple of minutes until the sauce thickened a little, then add a little salt, then set it to the Fast cooking mode for 8 minutes. Done!

So the wings can be cooked with a variety of ready-made sauces: sweet and sour, Chinese, etc. Very fast and delicious!

There was buckwheat on the side dish: Buckwheat took in the Ingredients, poured a glass of buckwheat + 2 glasses of water and according to the mode for 10 minutes. The water turned out to be too much, it was possible to pour 1.5 glasses. And so delicious!

the fact is that in Recipes, you need to press OK when you want to stop the program, that is, when it writes "bake ... min", it is already baking. But in Ingredients and Manually, on the contrary - in order to start an action, you need to confirm it (press OK), and only then the cooking process begins and the time counts down. I myself am confused, somehow they did it illogically in Recipes ...

Yes, the time must be noted on this program, since the thickness of the casserole can be different, you can cook it from anything, so the time will be different. Here you control everything when ready. Only you do not need to bring it to full readiness, otherwise it will burn or be dry. Better to half-readiness, it seems that everything is still raw, but when you turn off the cartoon and close it, everything goes fine and then nothing burns.

I cooked eggplant caviar according to the built-in recipe, well, almost.
3 carrots, 3 onions, cut into cubes, fry for 5 minutes in olive oil, not even fry, but heating is enough.
3 eggplants, 2 tomatoes, 2 bulg. cut the pepper into cubes and put it in a pot. The built-in recipe suggests pouring 100 ml. water. But after mashing the last carcass of vegetables, I decided not to add it. 12 minutes of cooking. Everything is ready, but there is so much juice from vegetables that I decided to fry it all for 10 minutes, evaporated the excess, in the last couple of minutes I added finely chopped garlic and chopped parsley, + salt to taste. AMAZING.

On the weekend I cooked Chinese Pork according to the sewn-in recipe! Delicious!

The ingredients are indicated there correctly, only I didn't have ginger on hand and I also added bell pepper. There, according to the recipe, it is written to lay the ingredients and close the lid, but I decided first to fry the meat and onions a little on the manual mode on frying. Well, then I chose the recipe.

And do not be surprised that the recipe requires water, the meat is not stewed, but in the broth as it should be. It is very tasty to serve with buckwheat or rice noodles: put the noodles in a deep plate, then pour the meat and broth, it turns out like thick soup!

And in the evening I steamed potatoes, just peeled them, rubbed them with a little salt and on the grate, I got 8 potatoes. It turned out delicious, nothing boiled over, but for me you can reduce the time a little, otherwise it inside is just like mashed potatoes.

Every day I love my mule more and more!

In addition to recipes, the cartoon also has a manual mode in which you can cook practically anything your heart desires. Read the topic, there are already so many tips and recipes that anyone can figure it out. And porridge can be cooked on Ingredients-Rice, cereals or there is a built-in recipe for millet porridge, on which all the milk is wonderfully cooked.

Has anyone had the experience of using multi as a slow cooker? Something such an idea came to my head, reading here on the forum topics about slow cookers. In the Warm-up mode, the temperature is 70 degrees, and in slow cookers it does not exceed 80 degrees ...

Warm up to 70 degrees, release steam, heat up to 70 degrees ... (repeat the required number of times). A little longer, but it doesn't matter. )) In this multicooker, any mode can be emulated using quick cooking. )) And the steam goes down quickly, just two minutes. )))

By the way, about "vegetables in the trash". Today I cooked pork with beans and vegetables on the built-in recipe "Hungarian goulash", cooking time 35 minutes, all vegetables are intact ...And the dish turned out to be stewed, not boiled, not fried, but stewed.

I make the child lunch for a couple of a piece of meat / fish / chicken and a piece of different vegetables. I put it on for 20 minutes, so that the meat is softer, and during this time the vegetables acquire a stewed taste, but whole, not into dust. The baby likes it. And before from an ordinary steamer I did not eat anything))

I cooked beef in Russian according to the recipe. By the way, meat, onions and peppers are fried there, and then everything is laid together with raw potatoes. I had a medium-sized one - I put it in halves. And everything was perfectly cooked together, the meat was stewed, and the potatoes did not fall apart, yummy, just a little sauce, next time I will pour more water.
ElenaCook 4
And yesterday I cooked such a yummy, could not stand it and took a picture.
This is a natural pork cutlet, as they call it in St. Petersburg or chelogach, as they say in Odessa))
First, on frying meat, onions, bell peppers, garlic, spices - about 10 minutes, while preparing and peeling potatoes. Then the potatoes in halves-quarters, put them in a saucepan and splashed a little boiling water (did not cover completely, mixed so that the potatoes were in the sauce, and the meat on top). And for a quick cook for 10 minutes.

Greetings to all participants in this topic and the owners of Moulinex Cook4Me, which I also became yesterday! Became thanks to your opinions and advice. Thank you very much! I read on the Internet for a long time, chose, compared ... but this model attracts most of all, with its appearance, functionality and, most importantly, quality. This is exactly the impression I got when I took it out of the box and saw it with my own eyes. After meeting and the first cooking experience, I decided that I would definitely write my review and share it, because such reviews and opinions of users are very important for those who are in search.
So, my impressions of the new assistant: A beautiful and high-quality device, easy to use and maintain. Not at all difficult, for those who have at least a little cooking skills and will easily figure out how to handle this slow cooker. All witchcraft lies in the selection of suitable modes for specific purposes, you just need to turn on the mindset and everything will go like clockwork. I will hardly use the built-in recipes, manual modes and modes for ingredients will be enough for me. It's even more interesting this way. At the beginning, I washed the bowl and lid parts and, as advised everywhere, boiled water with half a lemon. I boiled on the Soup program for 10 minutes, however, I think that it would be possible to do the same with the manual Quick Cook mode, setting the required time. There was practically no smell of plastic or anything else. During the preparation of the first course and the release of steam, the smell of food was not felt at all, I felt the aroma of the one prepared only after opening the lid, which even pleasantly surprised. I am very lazy to cook on the stove, because you need to spend a lot of time and diligence, standing at the stove. I never bother with complex dishes, maximum side dish with semi-finished products. And with this multicooker-pressure cooker everything is simple and quick, there was a desire to cook real food, tasty and healthy. The first course I decided to test a new device and cook something serious, for which it was actually purchased.
Braised potatoes with pork: First, fry the meat, onions, carrots on the Fry mode for 10 minutes, then add the potatoes and seasonings and simmer on the Ingredients / Potatoes mode exactly as much as the program suggested - 14 minutes. Everything was ready! I will post a complete detailed recipe with photos in the Recipes section for this multicooker.
I will be happy to share my successes here and further, as well as answer questions, if any. Pressure cooker Moulinex Cook4Me CE 7011 - 6 liters small miracle

The bowl is robust and has a high-quality non-stick coating. The handles are plastic, they do not heat up at all, so it is convenient to take out a hot bowl and, most importantly, to wash it later - there is something to hold on to. I think you can use another bowl without handles, but only one that will fit in volume and will have cutouts on the rim. Thanks to these cutouts, the lid is tightly fixed with the bowl; without them, the lid simply will not close.

The bowl is of very good quality, I have been using the cartoon for the 7th month already, the coating is in its original form, the handles, although plastic, are strong, do not heat up during cooking. So far there is absolutely no need for a spare bowl.

Thanks to this cartoon, I forgot what the heat in the kitchen is in the summer, took it with you on vacation - how much money did you save on food! I cooked food for the family without any stress or damage to rest and family budget.
