Can you please tell me if you need to disassemble the lid after each cooking? Today I cooked Hungarian goulash in it for the first time, the lid is completely clean, can you just wipe it, or is it necessary to do the whole procedure with disassembly?
Valerian
According to the instructions every time, but I wash completely, depending on what I was cooking, I just wiped it a couple of times. But if there are several dishes a day, then surely. Although it scares me, the fact that the bolts and balls will not loosen there, with constant disassembly ...: victory: I still read the instructions that it is necessary to change the gum on the lid in 3 years, it upsets ... But if at all, it is very it makes me happy for people with a heavy workload. Once or twice and everything is ready, fresh. Before her, I spent all Sunday for cooking for half a week, and now my peasants eat everything fresh, in the heat of the heat! I'm very happy!

Marine
Miss Marple I wash only when it is heavily soiled.

So I thought how not to make it worse. Especially this metal thing that covers the valve - I put it in place only after "dancing with tambourines" and every time I'm afraid that the "bell" inside will come off ...
In Polaris, it’s generally written in a shortcut that the gum needs to be changed every year, so ours is a flower in general!

Thank you girls for responding!

This thing just snaps into place, push it and that's it. She clicks and falls into place. It seems to me that there is not much to talk about. There will be nothing with the central nut, it is so strong, the ball also covers an impressive cap. The build quality and materials are very good.

Already 3 times I baked a biscuit and a cake, on the charlotte mode - it turns out better, and on the chocolate cake mode - my cake is a little donkey in the middle. Baking in a silicone form - generally super, never burnt anywhere. Time - 30 minutes on the recipe and another 20 minutes in Maintaining the temperature. and take it out. She closed the lid and put the lock in position - in the middle of the red and green buttons.

Hello dear forum users! For several days I also became the owner of this animal ... I will not go into details of its acquisition, but baking was also very worried. And yesterday, in an hour, I prepared 2 dishes - FAST !!! And it was great. Everything was intuitive and from what was bought in the store))) Rabbit and navels. And I decided to try her beauty))) After clicking through the entire menu, I went out on the RABBIT meat (I had previously thought to make lamb from ready-made recipes) well, I think, let's start ... I entered the quantity, I had 1400g, but there was only 1000g, I think okay, I'll try ... salt and pepper the rabbit and add my favorite seasonings to the meat. She turned on (i.e. MULYA - I call them that ... I still have a bread machine for 4 years MULYA))) the preparation mode and when it was over I threw in the meat, after which she offered to fry it and I started (why start, because by typing, I realized that you can turn it off, or rather jump over it) I fry it, stirring it for 7-10 minutes, then the meat began to fry ugly and I stopped frying.Mulka suggested that I pour 200 ml of water (I later found out that this is a mini mandatory dose) and put the meat on a sieve for a double boiler, which I did. I cooked for 9 minutes, so the program gave out, at the end it seemed to me not very much (more precisely to my husband) and I added another 5 minutes. The meat turned out to be tasty, believe me, I did not get this either in the oven or in the micro. My conclusions - You can put potatoes down and be stewed under a rabbit or continue stewing not in water, but in sauce. Then SUPCHIK I think I'll quickly cook on giblets ... I cooked in pickle mode using the MULI interface, but without cucumbers and soaked pearl barley, I just added pearl flakes. The navels were moderately harsh, but not soggy. Well, we just like softer ones.
And today I decided to try out a mini cake ...
bulechka
I describe how I tried ... Do not judge strictly, I calculate it ... for myself, more precisely, what I need ... I kneaded the mini dough for 120 grams of flour ... Everything is as it should be, dough, etc., etc. p. The dough turned out a little thicker than necessary and I really did not allow to stand for the 2nd rise (time was running out). At first I put it on the charlotte, at the end it gave out water, put it on again and so on 3 times - in time it was about 45 minutes, it smelled delicious, but damp ... I opened it and saw that they had risen, ... and almost ready, but not that ... and I put a biscuit on the mode, the lid was closed but without a latch, and after 20 minutes I got the result - beautiful, but not very inside ... I slowed down - I had to try every cake-cake in 3 modes - the third one I thought so - manual - quick warm-up ... I'll try to insert a photo ... It seems to show that it is loaded ... Roses are the bottom - it was baked in silicone (I had to cut it) ... where the top is flat (but I I didn't grease it with anything, it's a pity to translate the egg) And in a cut ... My conclusion - charlotte is not entirely suitable, the biscuit was as an additional one, for baking and browning, the cut is not magnificent, maybe because of kneading and spreading ... In general, I will try yet))) But it turned out delicious - butter muffin))) I would be glad if my impressions are useful to someone. Actually, I wanted to buy FILA, but the latest model was not there and it is not known how long to wait. I want to say a huge thank you to many of this site and this site, because I have been reading it for a long time.

Today I made a very unusual dish for our saucepan, it was interesting whether it will turn out or not. Happened
This is pork baked in a low temperature way. It turns out very tender and juicy meat.

Lena, did the meat turn over during cooking? If so, how often?
Miss Marple
And yesterday I tried to heat milk in the "Millet porridge" mode. 30 minutes seemed too little, added another 20 when she asked whether to continue cooking. As a result, delicious baked milk in 50 minutes, but I'm just getting started, so I'll try and experiment again!

Pressure cooker Moulinex Cook4Me CE 7011 - 6 liters small miracle like something like this ... Yesterday I came across in the saved recipes from this site on the cake CHOCOLATE ON KIPYATKA (biscuit), so there the girls baked even on a rice cooker and I received confirmation for myself that I was thinking correctly ... Manual-Fast mode cooking - temperature maintenance. On May 1, we meet with friends at the campsite, I want to bake this cake with cream on marshmallows with strawberries or kiwi before their arrival). And yet Easter cake, I hope it will come out, since the first pancake is lumpy, then then - Shrovetide))). Unsubscribe how it goes. If anyone can master it before, I will be very glad))) Yesterday I cooked soup with mushrooms according to the recipe - SUPER !!! Beef stroganoff - not beef stroganoff, but meat stew in sauce, but in 9 minutes. I didn't even expect it - the meat is tender, soft, in general I am satisfied. Sour cream and tomato were laid immediately with water. And I also realized that it is good to let him stand for another 10-15 minutes at maintaining the temperature, a more intense taste is obtained than you immediately pull out. Thanks for attention

You know, I got an idea - not a silicone mold, but a silicone mat, cut out to the diameter, after all, only the bottom burns ... And the cake is in paper forms. What do you think?
lenok-85
People! Urgently, urgently, tell me who cooked the cutlets for a couple.Which mode did you choose and how long did it take?
Marine
Maybe try on Fast Cooking for 10 minutes? This is how I cooked chicken, if that time can be added.

Marine
bulechka I baked on a silicone stand with a diameter of 20 cm, the part that got on the rounding from the bottom to the walls burned (I don't know if I explained it clearly). So the shape is still better. Although he can try to cut 22cm, and there will be happiness. And I would very much like the cake to come out. I will try exactly on paper.

I wrote about this before. Program Millet porridge at low pressure, baked milk turns out differently. Try to do 40 minutes on Fast Cooking, then you will feel the difference. And if you still make fermented baked milk with this milk ... Such yummy!

Try to do it on Fast Cook 40 min.
I was afraid that she would spit ... Have you spattered milk? And how to find out which modes the pressure is higher and which ones are lower? I'm still afraid of everything, but I like it soooo, so far she has never let me down, our clever girl!
Marine
I have already heated milk 2 times on quick cooking, I did not spit. And the low pressure should be on the Vegetables for sure, well, in Recipes somewhere, I think in those where the cooking time is unexpectedly long for the product.

By trial it turned out that "spitting" milk depends on the milk itself. From one mistress it spits, from the other not. Therefore, I already know whose milk you can take and I have no problems with that. Now I am burning 3 liters of milk at a time.

Based on the cooking time and the amount of steam released, the vegetables are at high pressure.

Yes, in time you can estimate how much pressure.

Girls, thanks for the tips! Yesterday I made baked milk on quick cooking - it turned out very tasty, there was no splashing, although I heated 6%. In general, every day I become more and more an ardent fan of this pressure cooker.

Girls, good afternoon everyone. I bought this cartoon, cooked whole chicken in it, and wanted to make rice for a side dish. The bird turned out great, but the problem with rice. I cooked in the cereal-rice-white rice mode, in a ratio of 1 (rice) / 1.5 (water), per 200g. rice - 300 ml. water, the cartoon itself set the time to 9 minutes. The rice is glued and stuck to the bottom a little. I think it's about proportions and timing.
Tell me who prepares it how to make it crumbly? Or maybe it's better to steam it? Thank you in advance and Happy Victory Day!
sapuch
I tell you how I cook rice (it's not a fact that you can do the only way): rice in a volume of 1 to 1.5 (that is, for 1 cup of rice (a cup with a slide) we take 1.5 cups of water (preferably boiling water)) , my rice right in the pan. I change the water 4-5 times, rub the rice well with handles. I fill it with water (see proportion). I put the cuckoo on White Rice for 7 minutes.(that is, I do everything the same way as you do). After the "final song" I open the lid, salt, add oil (all to taste) and mix well. Rice simply has to be crumbly. One more nuance: long rice - crumbly, round - is more suitable for porridge, risotto, etc. (they say it has more chances to be "smudged"). I would be glad if I helped.
NatyNatalia
good day everyone! Today I became the owner of this miracle-yuda. Here, for the first time I put a chicken with potatoes tudys. I can't wait to enjoy the result.
I want to make yogurt. It's real? Did someone make yogurt in it?
And I also want to bake the meat in a piece, without everything. Natural product, so to speak. In its juice.
NatyNatalia
Warming up takes 10 minutes. This is normal? cooking time is added. Millet porridge at a given time 30 min. Yes, plus heating 10 and letting off steam for 1 min. It turns out that porridge takes 41 minutes.
Yes, and an omelet in 5 minutes. cook to-you have to wait 10 minutes. warming up it's sad
Avigia
Tell me, do you wash the lid with the valve every time?
Valerian
Yesterday I baked the meat in one piece. It turned out awesome! Pork tenderloin stuffed with garlic, spices. In the mode - ingredients, chop the pork in a whole piece - 40 minutes, and you're done!
Irina Che
Hello! We bought a multicooker today! I don't know how to approach her)))) As I understand it, she doesn't bake pies?)) And geruces. Doesn't cook porridge? )))) I wanted to suggest, maybe we can create a theme where everyone will drop their recipes for this model? )) for such clumsy ones like me? ))) Help)))) At random, they threw charlotte to cook, it's already scary what will come of it)
Irina Che
Well (the charlotte failed (((burnt, not ready from above, writes that the water level is low, what to do with it (
NatyNatalia
Read the topic. And the recipes already exist, both in the topic, and in a separate topic (the link is in this topic), and how to make baked goods has already been discussed. So as not to burn. I don’t, so I don’t remember the details, look for yourself in the topic.
He cooks porridge, and not bad. It depends on what kind of cereal. If it is quick-weldable, then in the rune mode, if not, in the "millet porridge" mode, only more water must be poured than it is written.

Hello!
I would like to ask a question. On youtube, I found a video where at 1.42 seconds, it is shown that you can make changes to existing recipes and create your own. Tell us, did anyone do this, however, can you change the existing recipe, that is, change the cooking time, for example?
Has anyone created their own recipes?
I am worried about baking, so I realized that this cartoon has problems with it.
Well, maybe you can create your own recipe and bake according to it, and not according to the sewn one?

Or is it available I will enter that you can change the name of the recipe? ..

Thank you very much for the earlier answers.
Avigia
Tell me, can you bake bread in this model?
NatyNatalia

Can. But you don't need to. Good bread will not work, but as in the fairy tale - "The Tsar sent the elder son the pie over the threshold. The middle son could not bite off the pie."
The cartoon is meant for something else. Soups, pilaf, porridge, roast, casserole work well. Baked milk is wonderful, pea soup.

The first time, hardly. We'll have to adapt and try options. But in principle, it is possible to bake. Girls baked biscuits - in the subject. If you really really need to, and there is no oven or HP

Hello everyone)))) I got the device by accident! I chose long and tediously ... I didn't want to overpay between ELEMENT and Redmond, but I wanted to take something of high quality) I soon realized that Redmond had been well advertised ... I don’t pull the element yet.As a result, my husband bought me this wonderful cartoon himself !!!! Similar to Shrek)))) I naturally pretended to be delighted but in fact I wanted to cry, I didn't know what I would have to deal with)))))
Running to this forum, by this time I had already registered here))) and began to read what and how - to find out, try ... And thanks to this topic, I did not cook coals in the morning instead of porridge)) The fact is that I put for a delayed start already with products for oatmeal:
0.5 cups of rolled oats,
1 glass of water
1 glass of milk
and for quick cooking 10 minutes !!! and while reading this Temka, I came across a comment that on the instant cooking mode - 5 minutes is a lot for millet !!! I reinstalled the program for 3 minutes and in the morning when I opened the miracle - the pot, I was pleasantly surprised the porridge turned out amazing and now I was carried away, I do everything in a row in this pot!
I was SATISFIED !!!! She's my smart girl with ears))))) Maybe I would be happy with other cartoons, I am delighted with this one, and saves time !!
I cook rice porridge on fast mode for 4 minutes, with a delayed start.
0.5 cups rice
1 glass of water
1.5 cups milk
yumka)))

And I like the mule. I cooked the pilaf in half an hour. At first I tried it, porridge with porridge, and then, I began to cool down a little ... in a warm state, such a miracle, they killed it just like that. Pilaf from a kilogram of rice was devoured in two meals (evening and morning) by the three of us.

There is no delay function in ready-made recipes, since your participation is necessary in their preparation.
