Yes, I have exactly the same ... they are the same ... the firm is the same
Svetik_
I also bought in addition to replace my jars, 5 pcs. from the cartoon, now they will be with a date (fortunately I work in the service)
leka
And I have both laughter and sin ... already a battery of these jars ... I will wash them in the dishwasher and stand waiting in line so that the conveyor does not stand idle, for the production of yogurt like in a laboratory
Svetik_
Likewise, the chef builds up the battery, I still add it to salads and gobble it up by both cheeks ..... my just byaki, they don't understand all the goodies
Okay, let's tame
leka
And you try to make it on Activia and add 10% cream to the ears for the ears, you won't delay ...
Svetik_
Well, I bought Activya, and how much cream to add ???
leka
I pour 1 liter of Selyanskiy 3.2% 150-200 g of cream with Olkom in a glass (I take it in Auchan) They are much cheaper than buttermilk and Dobrynya, and no worse. Because my boy doesn't want stretching yogurt, but this one cracks 3-4 jars each
Elena I
The other day I bought a yogurt maker. Now I cook my own dairy products at home. I tried to ferment yogurt, fermented baked milk, Narine. The next step is acidolact. I want to try Simbilact (yogurt is prepared on its basis. I read a lot of information on the forums Pros and Cons of a yogurt maker. But my opinion is that this device in the house will not be superfluous. You can, of course, ferment milk in a blanket, you can completely do without a blanket in the summer - in a few hours it will turn sour, in winter you can ferment on a battery, but in spring and autumn with a yoghurt maker is still better and more reliable. And everything that I have already tried, I liked it, besides, I know what sourdoughs and what kind of milk was used I know that I will not eat any dyes, flavors, starch and stabilizers. All this can be attributed to the pluses, but to the minuses -... unless you still need to figure out where to put it. With our Khrushchev cuisine there is not so much space in the kitchen
RybkA
Elena I, and where do you get such a variety of starter material: Narine, acidolac, symbilact?
Svetik_
RybkA we have these leavens in Donetsk, and in Kiev, Novaya Kakhovka, you can go to the site and they can send you ...

🔗

here you go

I myself have recently bought Vitolact, Bifivit, Symbilact, I haven’t tried acidophilus and I haven’t bought Narine, although I see good reviews, but now we have no problem buying ...
RybkA
Svetik_ , Thank you! As I understand it, these are the same sourdoughs that are sold in the Kiev Institute of Milk and Meat, only a little more expensive.
leka
RybkA, well, one ampoule costs 8 UAH and others 10 UAH each. But you can make 7-8 liters of yogurt with it, even if you buy milk at 6.5 per liter, it still turns out cheaper and healthier.
RybkA
7-8 l? What sourdough is it?
leka
This is from a jar of dry starter culture (Bifivit, Simbilact, etc.) you make mother's starter culture on 1 liter of milk, put it in the refrigerator, and then you get 1 liter of yogurt for one jar of your ready-made starter culture and a liter of milk, and so on until your starter culture runs out, and then again from dry make. 8 jars of your starter is 8 liters of yogurt
Svetik_
Yeah, I confirm, the prices are different, but the leavens are definitely from this institute
Elena I
I bought Narine and Acidolact at the pharmacy. Narina costs 17.40 (hryvnia) one bottle, acidolact is sold in the form of a sachet (small sachets), we have a promotion for them - two sachets for the price of one, because after 4 months the implementation period expires. really want to. They have already given the coordinates where you can order: 🔗
Svetik_
why is Narine so expensive ??? With us it costs 12.5 hryvnia, well, if you go to sourdough, prices there should be cheaper
Elena I
In Zaporozhye, unfortunately, there is no representative office of the company "Sourdough" .... So ours dictate their prices (((

But now you know how you can order and not overpay so much. By the way, I advise everyone who has to order starter cultures to do it before the May-summer heat. Although dry sourdoughs can withstand a lot, as the saying goes, "it is better to overdo it than to underdo it."

Girls, advise which yogurt maker to buy - Moulinex or Tefal. As I understand it, to make yogurt in the first one you need to boil milk, and in the second one you don't need it. What other differences are there
Darik
For me personally, Moulinex is convenient for the ability to put any fit containers (or one large one). In Tefala, this is not possible. Regarding boiling milk in Mulinex: when I do it for a child - I boil it, for adults - no. I didn’t notice much difference with the same milk and one leaven.

YuskaWhether to boil milk or not depends not on the yogurt maker, but on the milk you use:
homemade milk must be boiled; pasteurized milk can be boiled (some do not boil); ultra-pasteurized and sterilized can not be boiled.

The difference between Tefal and Moulinex is that Tefal is an automatic yogurt maker, while Moulinex is not. That is, after switching on, when the yoghurt maker heats up to a certain temperature (about an hour), the button turns off, heating stops and the yoghurt maker cools down for several hours. Moulinex heats up a little constantly, maintaining a certain temperature, until you unplug it yourself.
Baby food jars can be adapted in Moulinex.

I recommend reading start of this topic

Both Tefal and Moulinex make great homemade yogurt

I have Mula for 2 months already, yoghurt is ready in 4-5 hours, it always turns out thick and tasty. Why pay more? It works like an open-hearth furnace 2 times a day, we do not take the store one at all. And I take milk Selyanskoe 2.5% or 3.2%
zalina74
Please tell me, does anyone use a yogurt maker Daewoo Int. DI-9261? Thanks in advance for your feedback.

4-5 hours without shutdown? Mine, for example, has "jumps" when it overheats the milk very significantly and the bacteria, accordingly, die. Does your temperature keep?
And the peasant milk, it's completely powdered, gives a lot of whey? Otherwise, I somehow do not risk it, and the master's is not always at hand.

Hello! I specially registered to share my, so to speak, improvement of the yogurt maker. I have had Moulinex for half a year, but I immediately noticed that when making yogurt, the contents of the glasses were too warm! Measured - it reaches 45 degrees. I was upset, because they said that Mulya does not overheat, it is only Tefal. In short, my husband bought a thermostat, I insert its sensor into the yogurt maker along with the jars, it is electronic and maintains the set temp. Now my yoghurt is perfect !!!

Many thanks for the helpful advice !!!!
My brother also bought one for 160 UAH, so now I have no problems with overheating. The yoghurt maker keeps the temperature that I need (more precisely, this or that leaven). This smart appliance turns the yoghurt maker on and off when the set temperature is reached.
In general, there is no limit to my joy.
Thanks again.

P.S. I forgot to say, my yogurt maker is the simplest one, Orion for 200 UAH.

Zarinka, I am very glad that my experience helped you !! I continue to use the thermostat, the result is consistently excellent.

I found it for you - I remembered this post when I read it for the first time, I got hooked on the information, I really have a yogurt maker, but I also want to buy this one - Daewoo Int. DI-9261 After getting to know my bread maker I trust this company unconditionally.

Yesterday I also bought the same one in St. Petersburg Technosila, but for 999 rubles. with free home delivery. Haven't tried it yet ...

Yoghurt maker - selection, reviews, questions about operation (1)
Quote: Igor161

You understood quite correctly - we set the operating time of the device from 1 to 15 hours, and after the set time has expired, it turns off, we take out the jars and put them in the refrigerator for cooling. In principle, you still have to go to the yogurt maker - is there a timer or not. Yogurt maker DAEWOO model DI-9261 with an electronic timer, 7 cans of 170ml (200 - to the brim) is more than that of Muli and Tefali, or you can use one container instead of cans. I bought it in Technosil, Rostov-on-Don.
Quote: Igor161

Fine! happy for you !!! I have nothing against Moulinex - I recently wanted it or buy it myself, but only with an automatic shutdown timer, unfortunately I did not find any here, but I found a deo-shka! - not expensive, voluminous and functional! And why - since all yogurt makers are arranged the same, I compared the volumes and number of jars (taken from the operating manuals of these yogurt makers) and the presence of a timer is on the one hand, and on the other hand, the price for the device. In our region, they are roughly as follows: tefal -2590 rub., Mulinex -1650 (1750) rub. severin -from Moscow-1700 rubles (including delivery 650 rubles) and DAEWOO-1390 rubles. - by the way, all yogurt makers are made in China

Hurrah! Yesterday I bought a yogurt maker for 7 glass 200 ml jars with a
automatic shutdown timer from 1 to 15 hours! Just what the family wanted !!!! We fermented the Miracle with yoghurt - classic - it turned out to be a wonderful Miracle yogurt, (to taste one to one.) With apricot jam, which we ate with pleasure! a new batch is being prepared for the morning! This Sunday I'm going to get a yogurt maker for my daughter and son-in-law - a gift for 23 and 8. A total of 1390 p. You can put one container in it, you just need to pick it up in size, and also tried to put a horseradish jar - 260 ml came up in height with a margin. :) In general, I recommend it to everyone
zalina74
veranikalenanika, thanks for the information! Now I am doubly sorry that the delivery of this yogurt maker "broke off." We were supposed to bring it today, but yesterday they called and said that it was the last copy and it turned out to be married. Now either wait for the end of the week (maybe new ones will give you a lift), or look elsewhere. But, at least, I have definitely decided on the model.

Hi, I'm glad I was able to help - although I'm still a beginner myself, I'm trying to be helpful.
What I like about our forum - bakers, as it turned out, are very generous and open people, they help each other, share advice, and I'm looking at the elders.
zalina74
veranikalenanika, It's right!
zalina74
Hurray, they brought me my yogurt maker! Haven't tried it yet, but one package is already impressive.
By the way, I bought it complete with sourdoughs. And in that online store, in addition to yogurt makers, there is also useful information and various starters for cooking in a yogurt maker, here's a look: 🔗Kits-Mini

Hurrah
Please accept my congratulations, I am very happy for you.
And here they disappeared from sale, the last batch was simply dared, as they told me in the store, and it is not known whether there will be a new one. Well, nothing, next month I have a business trip to Moscow, maybe I can buy it while I have it in Moscow.
zalina74
Thank you for your congratulations. By the way, I have not seen this moel in ordinary stores. But it seems that Technosil has them. But it is more expensive there than in most online stores, and even with delivery (and in my case, even with starter cultures included and delivery on the same day). Good luck searching.
veranikalenanika
zalina74 Yes, I'm talking about Technosila, they were only there and we had. All hope is now only on the Moscow Technosila.
It took me a long time to get ready, now I scold myself.
Yuska
Don't worry about the yogurt maker. It turns out very simply in a jar.
Boil 05 liters. milk 3.2%, cool to 40 degrees and add 0.5 jars of actimelka.Wrap it in a warm towel and forget about it for 8 hours. Then you take it out and drink it. Do not forget to beat milk with actimelka with a blender, then there will be a very delicate consistency.
veranikalenanika
Yuska thank you very much for your support
I'm just worried out of greed, I already have one yogurt maker - Ariet, I just wanted to buy a better and more interesting one, and even my favorite company. And even for that kind of money (we had it in the store for 999 rubles with delivery). I just spent a long time getting ready and messing around.
Optimist
And my dream has come true! A few days ago they brought me a DAEWOO yogurt maker.
I could not resist, I put yogurt from 1 liter of pasteurized milk and a jar of activization for the night.
The milk was not boiled, but only warmed up a little. The jars were all sterile.
Yoghurt was made for about 6 hours. It turned out thick, but sour! I barely mastered one jar.
The question arose, what did I do wrong? Maybe I overexposed him?
Yuska
Firstly, the temperature in the yogurt maker can be more than 40 degrees, and secondly, they kept a lot of leaven for a long time. Do better during the day to observe the process. In the summer in Moulinex I get yogurt in just two hours.
Optimist
Yuska, thank you!
I'll try to do it during the day, and not keep it for so long. I will definitely write. Then the question arose: can my resulting sour yogurt be used as a starter for the next portion? Wouldn't the next ones be sour because of him?
Yuska
You can use it, just add sugar to make it delicious!
Fnezhinka
And most of all I liked the Yoghurt sourdough (as it is called, from the Institute of Milk and Meat in Kiev).

Well, that's always the way, as soon as I wandered into this forum six months ago, the urgent need to purchase another kitchen utensils immediately arises - the very first was a slow cooker, then a blender and a ham maker and now a yogurt maker. Of course, for the devicegolics club this is not the limit, but only the beginning, but hvakt.
I tried to make yogurt in a slow cooker and in a blanket. But the slow cooker, even at a minimum, overheated it and a lot of whey was separated, it was not bad in the blanket, but the century before last, and there is no normal thermos, so after brushing the Internet I chose DEX DYM 108 for myself today - there are cups and a bowl to choose from. According to the reviews, it seems to be quite good, and in the case of overheating, to which the more well-known models are also susceptible, I already know that I need to fight with a thermostat or with paper towels.
Well, here's the model:
🔗

I ordered it in an internet store for 180 UAH. Tomorrow to pick up food, by the way, it so happened that the store is located on the same street with the sale of starter cultures on the Left Bank. So I'll shop right away. To begin with, I want to take yeast cultures for YOGHURT, CURES AND KVASS, I will try, and then I will experiment with others.
In general, I am almost in the squad of yogurt makers
rusja
While waiting (I don’t want to drag around the heat again), I found a video about my yogurt maker, maybe someone else will come in handy:

We bought ourselves a yogurt maker. A very useful thing for those who often consume yoghurts. It's no secret that store-bought yoghurts are full of "healthy additives." You can add fruits, nuts, candied fruits, for whom the fantasy will work. To anyone interested, I am throwing a link to the review of the Ariete M 85 model, which, in fact, we purchased
maribraun
Hello everybody!!!
Today I put yogurt right in a liter jar ... on the balcony ... on our heat ...
4 hours - and a full liter jar !!!!! Batch milk 3.2 fat + rastish.

Yogurt makers - advice is needed!

There are models with glass cups, I saw in the store today:

- Ariete M 85 (300 UAH)
- Moulinex DJC 141 (500 UAH)

The question is - why is Ariete 200 UAH worse?
julifera
I don’t think that the opportunity to put a production day on the lid costs as much as 200 UAH
Rina
I don’t know what for 200 UAH. worse, but my DEX costs 200 UAH in general. True, his cups are plastic (maybe this is a difference of 100 UAH.with arietta?), but you can put jars of baby food there - it's also good.

In general, in my housewife's understanding, at a price of more than 50 USD. That is, the yogurt maker should have at least a simple thermal sensor or even the ability to set the desired temperature. Why does the simplest kitchen appliance, consisting of a plastic stamped body and a weak heater, cost as much as a simple microwave oven?
