A piece of foil and a heater with a chip cup are always clean
and at any load.
Even without taking into account that the free movement of smoke is disturbed, you did not take into account that a far from pure solution of water mixed with smoke and fat boils below, so that they also turn black from below. As is the part of the heater inside the charring bowl, under the bowl lid. And why? Smoking and soot are cognate words. Does it make sense to scrub an outdoor smokehouse to shine?

Vengeance! How I was once teased with Dex-50!
Oh, I feel that they will win back on me today!
Omela
Well, finally, they brought me a smokehouse !!! Worth warming after frost.

I didn't read the instructions in advance, so I saw them for the first time. Not the first time I closed the lid and realized where the drip tray was being hung. It may make sense in the instructions to make drawings-schemes.

The instructions say - place the chip cup before click... I have no click. I just push it all the way.

Mistletoe, congratulations!
I have a click, but a little audible, you understand more by touch what is fixed.
Omela
No, there is no click. Moreover, the bolt prevents the cup from fixing. Here in Manna's photo you can see that the bolt is inside the cup:

My bolt does not fit inside:

Test five - steamed vegetables

Electric smokehouse-pressure cooker Brand 6060

I washed the vegetables and put them on the shelf. Poured into a bowl 2 measuring cups of water.
Electric smokehouse-pressure cooker Brand 6060

I closed the lid, fixed it by turning it counterclockwise. Turned on the mode "Soup / Stew" for 15 minutes... After 15 minutes, she released the pressure. I took out the cauliflower and turned on the mode again "Soup / Stew" for 15 minutes... It turned out to be too much for a potato - one potato cracked.

I ask for advice - what does it mean "close the lid and install the pressure regulator" Where is it? If this is a pimp to the right of the handle with a black top, then I had it originally. I tried to pull it out - it cannot be removed and how to regulate it

I also got a smokehouse. Thank you!!
I sit studying the instructions.
The first thing I encountered. Not the first time I was able to install a drop collection.
I don’t know how to do it right, but I did it only when I brought it into the latch, which was tight to the body of the smokehouse, into which it was supposed to be inserted and put it on with a movement of my hand from bottom to top.
Before that, I tried to dress him with a movement of her hand from herself to the body of the smokehouse at the level of the latches. One side enters, the other becomes skewed. I was afraid to press, because I realized that I could break the antennae made of plastic.
Perhaps I am the only one so "Gifted" that I did not guess how to insert a collection into a drop.
I could not buy chips yet. There are no other large stores nearby except for 4 stores. I went around all the shops for tourists, chips ended everywhere.
Therefore, today I will use the smokehouse as a pressure cooker.
Myasko has already marinated.

Hasochka, congratulations on the smoker !!!
Yes, the drip tray is installed from the bottom up (I'll go and correct my message about the drip tray). By the way, it would be nice to indicate this in the instructions.
Omela
So .. I'm afraid of it and turn it off .. The first time I turned it on, poured smoke from the right from under the handle, condensation dripped from the handle. Turned off, straightened the ring, turned it on again .. After 3 minutes, the valve closed, and after a minute - zilch and steam went down. The cover will not open.
Manna
Mistletoe, understood nothing, where to where did the steam come from? Through a pressure regulator? So something like that happens - this excess pressure is released like this. Or did I misunderstand you?

Comments are accepted. We will describe the installation of the drip tray in more detail.
We will deliver the chips to the warehouse, we will sell them together with the smokehouses

The lid will only open when the pressure is completely normalized, that is, all steam has been vented. And since it does not open, then it is steam through the pressure regulator that blends a little to relieve excess pressure. Nothing wrong

Lazy stuffed cabbage

Electric smokehouse-pressure cooker Brand 6060

In the freezer there was minced meat with rice left over from stuffed peppers. Actions were invented on the go.
First, chicken breast was finely chopped to the minced meat, then grated carrots, finely chopped cabbage, seasoning was added.
Formed cutlets put on cabbage leaves.
Cooking cold, then hot smoking, with apple and a little alder chips, 10 minutes each.
Quite unusual for stuffed cabbage, but tasty and already eaten.

SVP, I want to buy a thermo-pot 4504, but one circumstance confuses. The smokehouse is gorgeous in everything, but the power cord is somehow weakly held in the plug on the body itself. Please consider this point! Thank you very much Brand for 5%!

Can't you forcibly release the pressure to open the lid? Is it necessary to install and run the new program?
Manna
My plug is pulled out with effort, but it moves vertically in the socket (up and down). Ipatya, Did you mean it? Or does it fall out for you?

Why not? Can. Gently tilt the pressure regulator (just do it through a silicone glove or something long), and the steam is released. Then the lid opens.

Omela, I remotely () lifted the pressure regulator with a fork and bleed it off.
Omela
The fact of the matter is that it does not bleed .. I lift the valve - nothing happens.

manna, horizontally very freely, that is, it can be removed without effort.
Manna
Is the pressure regulator loose? Doesn't steam come out when it is tilted? So the pressure has been bled off. Try turning the cover clockwise. Maybe it's just a little sucked on the lid?
Omela
It doesn’t just hang out .. You can even remove it .. The lid doesn’t turn .. if it does, it’s very strong. The lid itself is very hot. I pulled it out of the socket.

Mistletoe, just in case, wait until it gets cold. And then you will turn the handle with effort. No need to risk it. Maybe there's something with the valve. Can you take it off completely? Couple no?
Omela
No steam .. I remove it completely .. The lid is very hot .. it does not cool down. I plugged it in, I wanted to turn on the new program, but I'm afraid.
Manna
Mistletoe, and the meaning, that is, the program is now turned on again? What will it give? I support I will add, let it cool completely, and then try to turn the lid.

No ... But he was, until the pressure rose ... And then he didn't bleed off again ... I think there is still something with the valve. Do not open the lid until it cools completely, do not even try! Is there a balcony? To cool it down faster?
Omela
I put it on the balcony.
Once again I will tell you how it was. Turned on for the first time, steam went from the right from under the handle. Turned off, relieved the pressure by tilting the valve, opened the lid. With difficulty she straightened the gasket - in one place she straightened, in another it stuck out. It seems to have been stuck in everywhere. I closed the lid and turned it on. There was a faint hiss in the valve, then steam went through the hole on the handle on the left. After 3 minutes, I realized that the valve closed, the steam seemed to stop coming out of the hole, I turned away .. more slipped-fell-lost-consciousness-woke up-plaster strong zilch, poured steam, I can't say where, was not near. Pressed stop, unplugged. I tried to bleed off steam with a valve, I don't remember walking or not. Then the valve was simply removed.

Vika if you cook on the cold. smoking, and then switch to hot - this, for example, 10 min cold.smoking has passed, it is necessary to unplug it from the outlet, release the pressure, add chips again and turn on hot smoking again, or is it something else?

Aha! So steam came out after all. But still something is wrong - why did you leave? I think the gasket does not fit well. In short, cool it down, then open it and find out. And you will tell us.

That's what I liked about Brand 6060, that you can set modes sequentially in it. I also have a Panasonic multicooker, where there is none. Girls, maybe the function of programming modes has appeared in other multicooker, or is our smokehouse unique in this respect?
Omela

I think the gasket does not fit well.
Lorik, I tried to take a picture .. but it is not visible in the photo. There it is very difficult to fill it up so that it is stuck everywhere .. it is larger in volume than a ring and protrudes from one side or the other .. I touched it - hot and does not think to cool down .. The meat is smoked in a cold way .. Family without dinner ...

Apparently, so far only the smokehouse has reached such uniqueness, but this is so far!

Tell me, I'm cooking on the soup / stewing mode. She poured 160 ml of water, covered the bottom. Exposed for 30 minutes.
At first, steam hissed and came out of the hole. Then the valve blocked the outlet. And now it is almost quiet, slightly etched, a slight hiss. Somewhere something clicks inside. So it should be quiet and nothing hiss? Or something is wrong. I'm reading, but I can't find yet whether there should be a sound during cooking or not. In the septor lid, the pressure cooker sizzled constantly until steam was released. And here there is almost silence.

It shouldn't be this way! I have it perfectly under the steel ring. But it makes no sense for me to take pictures, because I have a different volume.

Hasochka, everything should be quiet. If you listen to the ear of the smokehouse, you can hear the water boiling
