Hello everyone! Take to your ranks! For a month now, I have been the owner of Polechka 0517 (I really liked what you call her here). This is my first cartoon, so at first I did not know which side to approach it, read the entire forum thread, writing out your recommendations on the go ... Thank you for sharing your experience! In the printed instructions included in the kit, in the Milk porridge mode, for some reason, it is mistakenly worth 35 minutes. - the default time, but in fact it is 1 hour. Dr. I did not find any discrepancies with the instructions.

There is already an opportunity in my cartoon mute the sound signal 2 second push of the Timer button In standby (after the Menu button has been pressed, a program or the like is selected, mute is not available). When you run a program, you can disable automatic heating, for this you need to press for 2 sec. button Multicook.

Temperature change available only in Fry and Multi-Cook modes.

During the work of any of the programs cooking time can be changed, and in Frying mode you can also change the temperature. To do this, press for 2 seconds. button Temperature / Hours or Minutes (depending on what we want to change), the parameter being changed starts blinking on the display, we change it to the one we need, it blinks for 30 seconds and the program will continue to work with the new settings. BUT!!! You can change the time only within the range available for a particular program, and if, for example, you need to set the time less than the initial time for this program, then nothing will come of it. (For example, you set 1 hour 30 minutes, the mode already lasts 1 hour, and you think that another 30 minutes will be too much, and 10 minutes will be enough. But in the selected program, the time is available only from 30 minutes. with all the desire to change the time from 30 to 10 minutes, you will not be able to, but if 1.5 hours seems to you is not enough, and you will need to add another 30 minutes, then it will be possible). If I did not explain it correctly, ask, I will answer.

I also noticed that many complain that the CF in the Fry mode starts to squeak after a while, and the food is almost cooked. So, you just need to carefully follow the instructions, where it is indicated that on the Frying cartoon program, it first heats the bowl, then gives a sound signal when food can be added and the time countdown begins. I do this: pour a little rast into the bowl of MV. oil, I turn on the Fry, set the temperature and time I need and wait for the sound signal, and only AFTER THIS I put the food, the cat. I want to fry. So this mode works correctly. And she squeaks for a long time, until she "feels" that the products for frying are in the bowl. I think the Pasta mode works the same way (I haven't tried it yet).
ElenaViva
I will continue my review, everything does not fit at once in one message

During the time that I have Polyushka, I have already cooked:

- various soups, borscht on the Soup mode with pre-frying on the Fry. I noticed that the larger the potatoes are cut, the more time you need to put on the Soup (for example, if the potatoes were diced, then 1 hour was not enough for me, cooked for another 30 minutes, and if in thin strips, it was cooked in 1 hour).
- I made an omelet on Baking and Baking for 20 minutes, I liked more on Baking - denser in consistency. If done with any filling, then at first for a little 10-15 minutes. Fry mode.
- Sponge cake: on Baking for 1 hour. and as a result, more moist, juicy and airy, on Bake - 50-60 minutes. and in the end it is drier and denser, but also very tasty and not clogged.
- Pizza from store-bought puff and yeast dough (there are 4 layers in a package with a total weight of about 1 kg, 1 plastic was enough for me for one pizza) - 30 minutes. on Pizza mode. The result, very tasty, well-baked, with a crispy and moderately brown crust on the bottom, and not wet as in the oven, but juicy pizza filling.
- Buckwheat on a delayed start on Krupa, and other cereals also on Krupa mode. I put well-washed cereals, poured water 1 to 2 (millet 1 to 4) and put on the cereal for 40-50 minutes. (depending on the cereal), but the MV turned off sometimes earlier + 20-30 min. by car Heated. Delicious! Over time, I don't bother too much in this program, because it is sensory (it turns off earlier, when all the water has boiled away), so I always put a little more time to guarantee.
- Milk rice porridge with pumpkin. On the Mol. I cooked porridge for 1 hour 50 minutes. (opened and checked readiness), + 20 min. Heated. Also a very wonderful porridge came out. For 900 ml of milk (we sell such packages) I took 1 mul glass of rice, 3-4 multi cups (per eye) pumpkin on a coarse grater, 2-3 tbsp. tablespoons of sugar, drain. butter to taste.By the way, I cooked it for so long, perhaps due to the fact that I took steamed rice (there was no other one), well, and the pumpkin, I think you need to heat it first. In the next. times, I want to stew the pumpkin in milk on Stew for 30 minutes, and then on Milk porridge with round rice for 1 hour, I think it will be better, because when I cook such porridge on the stove, then I must first boil the pumpkin in milk, and only then I fall asleep rice. By the way, in the Milk porridge mode, the milk does not run away and does not even try. After reading some reviews, I even drew a plum. butter around the bowl and was preparing to catch milk from the valve in the process, although the temperature in this mode is only 96 C. And at first she did not leave the multi a step, listened, and at first, something in it was seething, then it calmed down and so boiled to end. When I opened the saucepan, it was clear from the walls that the milk did not rise above 1 cm from the general level.
- Pilaf with mushrooms. Fried mushrooms with onions and carrots 25-30 min. at 140 C (by the way, according to your advice here for a ceramic bowl, I try not to set it higher than 140 C on Zharka, I rarely set it to 150 C). Then the Pilaf mode for 1 hour. 10 min. (This is for 1 multi-glass of rice and 2.5- almost 3 multi-glasses of water). After the end of the program, I opened the lid, mixed it, the pilaf seemed a little dry to me and I added 2 small pieces of plums. oil and left on Heating for 40 minutes. The pilaf turned out to be very tasty, the same taste as on the stove, but less greasy, and this is big + And at the bottom the rice was slightly fried until brown (as provided by the pogram itself), but did not stick to the bowl.
- Baking "Lemon muffin" on Baking for 1 hour.
- Bread on kefir. I tried to bake for the first time in general, and not only in MV, I wanted it to have a crispy crust, so I set the Pizza mode for 40 minutes. with one and 15 minutes. on the other hand. It turned out delicious, but a little rubbery and too fried, I think 30 minutes would be enough for Pizza. with one and 15-20 minutes. on the other hand. In the next. I just want to try it on Bakery. Yes, when I kneaded the dough, I placed it in the MV bowl, set the Multipovar 35C for 40 minutes. For proving the dough, and then the Pizza mode.
- Potatoes stewed with chicken and onions. Fried Chicken + Onion 30 min. (added onions when the meat completely changed color), then added potatoes with medium-sized cubes, salt and pepper, added your favorite seasonings and poured water to the middle of the products placed in the bowl (if you need more gravy later, you can pour more water) and Braising for 1 hour. + Heating 20 min. Only the first yellow dots were displayed on the display, the entire Stewing mode was displayed, the instructions indicated the temperature 93 C, and in the saucepan itself, except for the first 8-10 minutes, it was suspiciously quiet, that I was even afraid that nothing would be cooked and some kind of failure program. But I resisted and did not open the saucepan during the program. When MV signaled, I looked in and was pleasantly surprised, everything was cooked, the potatoes were boiled in moderation, all the products were in whole pieces ... In general, it turned out very tasty!
- Yogurt (the most used mode for us turned out to be). At first, I did it on spoon Activation and milk 3.2%. It turned out delicious, with sourness, rather thick, but the whey separated a little. I tried to do it on Activia without additives, and on pineapple in a bottle and on spoon Bran with cereals. I didn't like pineapple, but without additives and Bran + cereals very much. 1 jar of Activia + a package of 900 ml of milk was included without a trace in 6 cups included in the set (the chemical smell from the cups was at the beginning, but disappeared quickly, almost immediately after they were opened and washed with warm water). My milk is pasteurized, but I still boiled it. The last batch of yoghurt was on dry starter culture Narine, it was prepared from 2 packets of 900 ml milk 3,2% + 1 packet of dry starter culture in Yogurt mode for 12 hours. Liked more than from Activia, less acidity. Now I will do it only with dry leaven.
- The curd casserole was the very first thing I cooked in my cartoon. But for some reason I have it in the middle in 1 hour. 10 min.on Baking it was not completely baked, although it rose right up to the rivets, but after opening the MV settled. In general, I brought it to condition on the Bake for another 20 minutes. It turned out tasty, but when checked with a splinter, it was moist in the middle and on land at the edges at the beginning. I couldn’t understand why such a failure with the curd casserole (I have a recipe with starch, because we don’t like semolina) But it turns out she just needs to cool down (you can spend the night in the refrigerator) in order to finally grab.
Today I baked it only on Baking for 2 hours + Heating for 1 hour.

In general, I am 1000% happy with the cartoon. I just love the bowl with handles that don't heat up. I can't even imagine how to get it so easily and quickly if they weren't there. Nothing sticks to the bowl itself, all the pastries just fly out with a bang, without sticking.
I wash the MV bowl only with my hands, no dishwashers or sponges. I pour a drop of detergent to the bottom, pour warm water, shake it with my hand until foam forms and wash the bottom and sides with my hand, rinse well with water and that's it. I even try not to wipe it off, and so lightly blot large drops with a soft towel and that's it.
The condensate, unfortunately, does not completely drain into a special collection for it, partly remains on the side of the MV, partly runs along the back wall of the multi and a couple of drops can get into the finished dish. But for me this is not the biggest drawback with all the advantages of this model, I just collect excess moisture with a paper towel.
By the way, after the last use, on the heating element, after the last use, small single brown spots appeared, about which many wrote here. The method described by someone in this thread helped, namely, dip a slightly damp cloth in soda, rub the stains, wipe with some water and wipe dry. I confirm - the method works, now everything is clean! Many thanks to the author of this recipe !!!
Unfortunately, there are no photos of the dishes I cooked, because the camera suddenly ordered to live a long time, but I decided that I would do while the photo of the mob. phone and upload it here whenever possible.

Don't judge strictly for such a long review, but maybe my experience will be useful to someone

Lena, thanks for the story. Yesterday I bought 0517, I haven't tried anything yet. Tell me the recipes from other models 0508, 0507 will fit ours? I choose recipes, but by 0517 it is not enough, 0520 is still there. Are the modes similar?
Ligra
Scops owl, though I'm not Lena, but I will answer. The modes in Polaris multicooker are similar in algorithm, even the company's representatives write about this, but depending on the power of the multicooker and your taste, you can adjust the time. For example, when cooking recipes from 0517 in 0508 Floris, you can slightly increase the time by about 10-15 minutes. Maybe someone has a different cooking experience.
Scops owl
Ligra Thank you, rummaged through the recipes. I will portray something
ElenaViva
Larissa, think that Ligra, right, for all Polaris, the algorithm of work should be similar, since they are developed by the same specialists.
There are really few recipes for our model 0517, but I basically select the time and proportions either myself (by typing), or following the advice on various forums, including here. Thanks to everyone who shares their experience, it really helps a lot
And most importantly, do not be afraid of multi, you can always open and see for a while. And start with something simple to at least understand how it works. Boil, for example, ordinary porridge in water, some kind of soup, make yogurt. I think you can even try baking a classic biscuit, or a pizza from the store dough. And you will definitely succeed. Just check the readiness at first, if the specified time is not enough, add. Imagine cooking on a regular stove.
And yet, I write down all the dishes that I got in a notebook: recipe, proportions, mode and cooking time. Although a lot already happens by itself, without peeping into the recording.

Yes exactly.
ElenaViva Len, I have already bungled a piece with mushrooms. To learn and have dinner. And on a multi-cooker and on heating and on cereal The recipe from our site, I have not tried it yet, I ate while cooking and sorting it out. Looks delicious. What's the thing with a hole for? On the right side of the multi body there is an eyelet on which this thing is put on and then spoons are inserted into it. But I threw it into the box from the moment of purchase, and did not get it, because when you cook spoons, you don’t put them there, the fat from them will flow down the body, and when I don’t cook, I don’t put them there anyway, they interfere, I'm afraid to hook and tear off together with the ear. I store the spoons and the multi-glass in a closet nearby in the steam basket from the multi.
Scops owl
Indeed, some kind of nonsense. : nea: You will grease everything. I have already removed it (holder).

Lenochka! can i disagree? Here I have immediately (since December 2012!) My boys found this "little thing" for spoons, as they put it, so there it is. But for clean spoons, of course! When I cook, a spoon and ... ... another spoon lie on the spoon holder. And so - they stick out in the stand and do not interfere at all, and are always at hand. The grasping reflex has already developed!
Scops owl
I saw a video from our cartoon. There, the girl removes the round part from the inside of the snap-on cover. On the sides from the bottom it has some kind of white latches. Washes. I tried it, nothing came off. There are still rubber bands like in a washing machine. Should they be washed? I wiped it with a rag
ne_peku
Scops owl
Here on the video a young man with confident movements removes this "round detail" for 8 minutes. 10sec. it is called an inner removable cover. And in general, the video is useful for learning what the multicooker consists of.

And why not wash it, the cover is made removable for that, so that you can rinse well.

Girls! Good morning everyone! maybe all the same, who will tell you for our multicooker a recipe for a curd casserole? to stay high? I already wrote before, that I made a curd soufflé in Brand with my eyes closed - a thousand times and always turned out to be very tall, but in ours, nothing settles and that's it. It's a shame ... anyone has a high pitch?

Irish, well, maybe these are my cockroaches, but the spoons in the holder interfere with me, so I put them in the cabinet
Probably, as anyone ... But the manufacturer still did not invent this device for nothing, since it is convenient for someone to use it

I baked curd casseroles and soufflés according to different recipes from the forum (my husband loves). EVERYTHING IS SITTING !!! If someone tells you a winning recipe - I will do it without hesitation!
Moskvichk @
: girl_sad: Well, how is that ???? how are we without a fluffy casserole ??
Loya
And, most importantly, the pastries in it are simply chic! That muffins, that charlotte, that just pies ... There was never a misfire. But casseroles - well, no way! For the sake of fairness, I note that even in the oven they are not very lush for me ... I hope for a multicooker very ...

Moskvichk @, Loya, girls, if interested, here here I talked about the casserole. A post № 814 (slightly above) photo. A little tinkering - and goodies. Mine really like it!
Moskvichk @
Thank you so much! I will definitely do it. The only thing that confuses me is the decoy. I don’t like it in casseroles ... I used to add starch instead of semolina. But thanks a lot anyway!

Irisha, why don't you put it out in a separate recipe? You can remove the tabs
Loya
Girls, thanks to you, I solved the riddle with my slow cooker. I took offense at her for a long time, why there are spoons, but no holder !!! Near returned to the store. After reading your posts, I rummaged in the drawer, found a black thing that I did not understand at first, stuck it in a cartoon ... Now my spoons proudly stick out on the side of the multicooker !!! That's what it means not to read the entire manual !!!

girls, if you're interested, here I talked about the casserole.
Ira, thank you very much for the recipe! Yesterday I baked a casserole according to your recipe, it turned out very tasty and very tender. But when you took it out of the bowl, it folded in half. But then it was only my fault, before that I got all the tender pastries with the help of a steam basket, and then I was too lazy, I decided to “flop” it right away on the plate with a sharp movement ... well, in short, my skill let me down, and my beautiful casserole folded like a cheburek
I did everything strictly according to the recipe and in compliance with the regimes and time, the casserole rose only half a division of the bowl from the initial level, but did not settle and was very airy. And the taste really resembles a soufflé, especially when hot (I didn’t get such an effect even with my favorite starch), and when cooled down, it’s such a curd-curd
Thanks again!!!
By the way, thanks to your recipe, I now realized that in a cartoon casserole hot will always be kind of damp inside, and it just needs to cool well, even better for a few hours in the refrigerator. Otherwise, I baked all the previous casseroles almost to blue in the face, because of which the crust turned out to be very ruddy, and the casserole was still moist inside, which was not observed when baking in the oven according to the same recipe, I even thought that I was doing something wrong
Irishka CH
ElenaViva, Lena, I'm very glad that I liked the recipe. By the way, I also had such "jambs" when I was in a hurry to pull it out and the casseroles were falling apart. It takes patience.

Scops owl, Laris, I'm just sure that there are many similar recipes here. Why produce them? (and you rewrite it in a notebook!)
ElenaViva
Irishka CH, Irus, and you after the casserole 10 min. in the turned off multit stood immediately take it out of the saucepan or hold it for some time to grab it? Otherwise, I immediately began to get her
Elena Tim
Girls, lovely! I have only half an hour of time, then I go to the store for this slow cooker. Help out, eh! Who will be the first to see this post, do not be lazy, please answer. I have a question. They say the bowls of these cartoon figs and everything starts to stick to them after three months. And at the same time I wanted to buy one more extra cup. Now I'm thinking, is it worth the candle if you have to constantly buy additional bowls for this multicooker? They are not to say that they are cheap! Maybe then, in general, it is better to start looking at another cartoon?
Elena Tim
SOOOOOOOOS !!!!
IvaNova
there is such a thing (
bought MV in the summer

I thought - I'm the only one so "lucky"
Loya
I have my own cup, nothing sticks. The multicooker is 6 months old. I bought a redmond stainless steel in addition. And ceramics are less commonly used and the "dubious" use of the same ceramics is not impressive. Therefore, whenever possible, I use a stainless steel.
ne_peku
If it sticks since summer and now, count six months passed. Fine. This is exactly the warranty period of this bowl.
The manufacturer himself does not count on more. So he writes in the instructions:
"Warranty period for the inner bowl (pan): 6 months from the date of purchase"
I have a complete bowl, it lasted a year (and is still normal), but I have two of them ceramics + Teflon.
I try not to create temperature differences in ceramics.

In ceramics, I cook soup and everything is liquid, and in Teflon I fry and bake. There are no problems for almost a year.

Girls, thank you very much for responding. I didn't take it. The fact is that the multicooker was not necessary for me, but for my mother. And my conscience did not allow me to make her chase after cups even once every six months. I bought another cartoon. Thank you all again !!!

Helen, while she is standing, I (to be honest) forget about her. While on heating, then it just stands. Well, in general, with the help of a pallet, it flew out neatly. Didn't fall apart. Just don't cut it right away, leave it to cool. That is, it will not work for "immediately eat". It was cooled down so that it could be loaded onto a plate already. And enjoy!

Thank you, I will definitely try to bake it again

Yes, I didn't have to, I just tried not to back down from the recipe and did as you wrote: 50 minutes. Baking + 40 min. Heating + 10 min. in the switched off multicooker, and after that I tried to get it ... unsuccessfully Next time let it stand in a saucepan for a longer time outside the multicooker, I think it will work out

Hello everyone.

On Topmultivarkas in the description of this model it is written that after the latest improvements the program "Krupa" is now sensory, that is, it will turn off earlier if the water has evaporated. Can the respected owners confirm this?

And the second question - here they write about the use of a Teflon bowl. Which teflon bowl fits this model?
Moskvichk @
Girls!!! urgently need help !!! my cartoon does not respond to any buttons ... only the heating is on and warms up ..... what could be ... really for repair? or is there a reboot ??? Answer please....
ne_peku
Reboot here is one-hold the book. heat / cancel to reset all programs. After resetting from the socket, unplug the cord, then plug it back on. And does not react to "cancellation"? You hold this button longer, move your finger up / down the button, it may not hit the sensor.

Not only "croup" also "pilaf" became sensory.
On a multicooker. RU alexSUNder (a representative of polaris) wrote about these modes as follows:
"The programs Groats and Pilaf are sensory, they work in different ways: Groats are interrupted by water evaporation, Pilaf - when a certain temperature is reached, it reduces the heating intensity (as if it goes into heating without turning off the countdown timer)."

I have not the latest version, but the same is interesting, do the modes really work before evaporation or how?
And how does "pilaf" behave? From the answer I did not understand about "pilaf", does it not turn off as "cereal", or will it turn off, but otherwise?

I do not have the latest version, but the same is interesting, do the modes really work before evaporation or how?
My cartoon was released in November 2013, and it really has the "Groats" and "Pilaf" modes, but the operating algorithm is different. "Krupa" rather works to evaporate all the liquid and turns off before the time I set if the liquid has all evaporated.

But "Plov" works differently: I put it for 1 hour. 10 minutes, so that later the time is not added, because according to the instructions, it should turn itself off when all the liquid has evaporated. But when I had 40 minutes left until the end of the mode, the multicooker itself reset the time, instead of the remaining 40 minutes on the display. 15 minutes were displayed, the cartoon continued cooking, and after these 15 minutes. moved to Auto Heating. That is, the pilaf was cooked in 45 minutes. (but this was the last time. As it was before, I did not pay attention, but I noticed this feature with time reset by chance, when at that moment I was in the kitchen and looked at the display at the moment when the cartoon was reset and set a new one) ... The pilaf turns out to be delicious, the rice is cooked during this time, at the bottom there is a little fried crust, but it is not burnt, but slightly ruddy.
