Sveta @ V, it would be nice to immediately add a link. But since it is external, it needs to be slightly modified - add an asterisk ( 🔗* / ...). You get this address:

🔗* / forum / viewtopic.php? f = 418 & t = 16624

To activate the link, you need:
- Highlight this link and copy.
- Open a new tab in the browser.
- Paste the copied link into the address bar of the browser, remove the asterisk and press the enter key (Enter).

Thanks I'll know. Otherwise, I inserted the link correctly, but the transition to it does not go. So I decided to edit my message without a link.

Yes, that's right. It does not work because, despite the fact that when editing, the message contains the correct link:

in the view it will be displayed as:

vernisag, and who knows!

I decided to try the above recipe for curd casserole,
but in this regard:
Quote: Loya
The "heating" mode, which turns on automatically, heats less aggressively the "heating" mode preset. I would say that after the program the "heating" turns on and maintains the temperature of the dish at about 45-50 degrees.
and with this:
Quote: olga4166
Don't risk it ... it's just keeping the food hot, not heating it until it's burnt.
came into confusion because the recipe states:

1. Baking - 60 min.
2. Heating up - 50 min.
3. Let stand with the lid closed for 10 minutes.
4. Remove the saucepan and let it cool slightly, then remove the casserole.
What is meant by point number 2?
Manual selected mode at the end of baking mode?
Or, at the end of the "baking" mode, automatic heating is switched on,
which after 50 minutes you need to turn off?
And also, do you need to grease the bowl with oil or can you knead everything in it and turn on the modes?

P.S. I have already filled the semolina with kefir, save my nerves and the dish!
ZagAl
Husband, as written, and done. You set the baking mode for 60 minutes and that's it, it's done. At the end of the time, the multicooker will automatically switch to heating mode. When the display shows 50 minutes, turn off the multicooker. Open the lid after another 10 minutes.
Husband
The casserole is good. Although there was no mixer, I stirred it well, it worked.
Tasty, the truth is embarrassing the amount of sugar, you need to try to reduce it to 2 tablespoons

Girls, maybe someone prepared such a dish from the green recipe book that came with the multicooker .... Section "Second courses", "Hungarian tocan from beef and mushrooms" page 35. Regarding the position of the lid, not a word: (Tell me, do you need to close the MV lid during cooking and at what point in the recipe?

There, in the end, you need to bake, like? Be sure to close! With the lid open only on the fry, they fry, and the rest is cooked with a closed one.

I got carried away with mashed soups. In the absence of a blender-soup cooker (and I don’t want an extra gadget in the kitchen) I use MB + blender with might and main.It turns out with a bang! Here is one of them. Recipe from a cookbook. But there everything is the old fashioned way: wipe through a sieve, fry separately, boil green peas .. She didn't bother. So, "Soup - mashed potatoes with green peas":

Multicooker Polaris PMC 0517AD (reviews)
It is necessary for 2 full servings (according to the recipe - the original is 2 times more): 3 medium-sized potatoes, 1 small onion, 2 tablespoons of canned green peas, 2 multi-glasses of meat broth, 1 yolk, 2 tablespoons of sour cream, ground black pepper, salt, greens.
I installed a saucepan in the MV, splashed with vegetable oil, fried the onions in the "stewing" mode until golden brown. Then she poured in the broth and threw in the potatoes, cut into small cubes (to make it faster). As soon as the potatoes were cooked, I added green peas, pepper, boiled. Then she poured the soup into another container, beat with a blender. Allowed to cool until warm and added whipped yolk with sour cream. When serving, add herbs, you can add meat (from broth), but I don't like it. Hope it comes in handy for someone!

Good evening. girls, tell me, somebody in this Temko was disappointed in buying this particular multi. I choose for a VERY long time, I get lost, for so long not a single miracle of technology has come to our house. There were already options for both dex 60, and redmond with a pressure cooker and maggio with a deep-frying net, but this particular polaris appealed to me. and immediately one more question - does it make sense to immediately buy a replaceable hour with anti-sewing coating?
Sevik
Or maybe Polaris 0305 with a pressure cooker (if you cook jellied meat, shank, liver for pate, then get it faster) - I just can't understand why with a pressure cooker it costs less than 0517?

I do not know why it is cheaper, but the THING is yes! Now 0517 is not used at all for me, but 0305 is constantly preparing something ...

I don’t cook jellied meat in it, because the volumes for jellied meat are too small, pate and shank in my menu are rare ... very ...

If disappointed, only in some programs. For example "Beans". I tried to cook pea porridge on it - it didn't work. It is not a fact that because of the program, it happens that the handles are turned down. But in this cartoon there is always a way out - I cook on a multi-cooker. Yes, I tried to make jam - a complete disappointment! The program sprinkles the way our skiers do not spar at the Sochi Olympics All the jams are on the walls multi
There is one more story in my arsenal. A friend used my cartoon for 2 weeks on New Years. It caught fire, ordered it to my husband. He bought ... another (in the male sense, well, what's the difference ???) I have not deserved forgiveness until now ...
olga4166

Thanks to all! but about the beans, probably there is no one that cooked perfectly on all programs, so a multi-cook is probably needed

Loya,I never soak it. Then I bought Polya 0305 - a multicooker with pressure ... THING ... peas, dry straight from the pack, cooked for 20 minutes ... count ...

Strong! I even think about pressure cookers very much. The nuances are embarrassing: the set-release of pressure "takes" time and the inability to stick your nose into the box during the process. And so in dreams

cooked beans on the "beans" program recently ... I don't remember how long I put it, but more than it costs when turned on ... it turned out to be very tasty soft beans ..
and the currant jam I got wonderful ... nothing escaped, the berries did not boil ... I even liked making the jam ...

Are bowls sold separately for model 0305? and at 0517 as ceramics, read that ceramics will last for a maximum of 3 months?

Soup - 15 minutes, beets - 20-30 minutes ... dialing-reset takes time, but due to the speed ... it's not very noticeable ... yes, jellied meat - 40-60 minutes ... I was also confused by the topic about "stick your nose". I don’t put in and don’t pull ... I put everything in, closed the lid, pressed the button and ... left. No popping required!

Yes, they are sold ... in Russia from LEND LIFE ... in an online store ... I can give you a link. If you handle the bowl from 0517 carefully, then nothing will happen to it ... I have it for a year now and everything is fine. By the way, the bowl is easy to replace.

It doesn't fit in Russia, I'm in Ukraine, we definitely have 220 UAH at 0517.
I think that Polaris will settle in my kitchen, now it remains to decide which 0517 or 0305 I have a small child, I would like to throw everything into the street, I don’t know if I’ll bother with the pressure relief set, but on the other hand I like that everything is very to prepare quickly, I was confused.

Here ... and in Ukraine they buy a bowl from Liberty 900, I remember there was a conversation about a technical store ... they order the bowls for sleeping by 0305. Right now, I'll clarify ... yes, exactly. And the original Polaris in 5OK. I don't know what these offices are ... but there was a conversation.
And with a set of pressure, there is nothing to mess with, you will adapt ... and she will relieve herself ... without you even. On a postponement, I was afraid to cook .... I thought I couldn't cope ... I did it. The main thing is to close the lid and the valve correctly .... and that's it! ... I was generally afraid of it before .. in vain .... so don't get lost ... cartoon is good, but CB is better!

Girls, can I join you? I do not have Fields, but its almost complete copy (1st revision) Shivaki SMC-8551. I am very pleased with it, it is my second MV, the first Delfa 02 (it had a problem with porridge and pilaf (it burned), but the pastries are excellent). All problems were resolved with the acquisition of Shivaki. Your topic helped me a lot in mastering multi.
I immediately bought a spare redmond saucepan (RIP-A2) with a non-stick coating, I bake in it (I like baking in Teflon better). By the way, I liked the Redmond bowls more than the Polaris ones (in our "Foxtrot" they sold both of them).

On the program "Beans" I cooked barley, it turned out super.
Loya
With the purchase, you! I looked at the Yandex market, really an exact copy of ours! And decently cheaper. I will advise my girlfriend to buy it, she dreams of such. Tell me, how long does the Beans program take? Do you need to add time for barley?
Amiz
Thank you! I really liked Pauline's design and when (quite by accident) I came across her copy from Shivaki, and for such a price (I bought it for 770 UAH), I bought it right away. On NG holidays, my multi worked well, very intensively, now I cook in both almost daily. In general, the Shivaki SMC-8551 is a very decent unit.
The program "Beans" initially costs 1 hour, but I put it on for 2 hours and after about 1 hour and 30 minutes the porridge was ready (well, the time still probably depends on the amount of cereal), I don’t remember if I took one or one and a half multi-glasses. I soaked the pearl barley exactly at that time while it was frying, the porridge turned out to be just dull. My husband did not eat barley at all (the severe consequences of army life), and then he even asked for a supplement.
Loya
That is, the pearl barley is soaked, frying is done. Carrots - onions? Or something else? Then we cook barley for about an hour and a half on Beans and add frying? After that, the husband asks for a supplement?

Nearly. Soak the barley, make frying (both onions and carrots) on the "Fry" program, add barley to the frying, fill it with warm water (in a proportion of 1.5 ms of cereal - 4 ms of water), add spices to taste, turn on the "beans" program 2 hours , after 1.5 hours we look and try. Well, then, perhaps, the husband asks for a supplement.

You intrigued me! And you can put in a detailed recipe for your miracle frying, what do you add to frying besides onions and carrots? maybe I'll love pearl barley too!
Amiz
I have the impression that you and my husband served together in the Soviet army (this should be how they scared you with barley). Frying is usual, onions are grated until golden brown (you can add garlic if you like, and if you like "fatter and thicker" then fry in lard or lard), add carrots grated on a coarse grater, pepper and seasonings are also added to the frying, salt to water which grits are poured into. Actually, everything is quite simple, it is hardly a miracle-frying, just on the prog "beans" barley turned out to be very tasty. I really like porridge in MV, it doesn't work like that on the stove.

Please tell me, I choose a cartoon, the first in my life. Who has a POLARIS PMC 0531AD? Is it much different from 0523 and 0517? I read at 0523 bad frying, stews more than fries. 0517 I like it, but these seem to be the last ones with a lot of programs On the other hand, do I need it?
I want porridge so that milk, soup, yoghurt, frying, baked milk does not run away. You don't need baking too much. Pliz help

Larissa, I have this particular model (0517) from December 2012. I love. Well, I just bought a bowl with a Teflon coating, because my own "ceramic" became unsuitable for frying and baking. The cups do not run away, the yoghurt is excellent, he cooks soups, bakes great. I don’t know how anyone has it, but I haven’t had jambs until now. But now this model has undergone so many changes. I think taking into account the comments and wishes of users (well, I hope). I won't say anything about others, I can't compare. I bought myself a pair with this one for Paul with a pressure of 0305. Also super.

For all your inquiries - Polaris 0517. I cook milk porridge in homemade milk, I don't dilute the milk with water and I don't grease the sides of the pan and never run away. I also made baked milk 3 liters for 6 hours, it did not run away on stewing. Fries fine too. The yogurt turns out to be excellent, I just advise you to immediately throw out the glasses, which are like a gift from Polaris. I have more than 6 months now and they still stink of chemistry. And in general, it is not known what they are made of, since there is no marking on them. Replaced glasses from under the yogurt maker Delfa 200 gram fits 7 jars in a saucepan. Soups are ok too. But the baking is not very good, well, I'm a lazy man and not suitable for baking. True, all sorts of casseroles, cheesecakes are excellent from cottage cheese, and baking from the dough disappointed!

Hello to all Polarniks! And I made a discovery today!... Did you know that our cartoon can work in silent mode? That is, do not beep when choosing programs. I confess that I did not read the manual in full, but I read this whole Temko voraciously and it seems that no one mentioned it. I am a happy owner of the seventeenth model for a month now. There has never been such a variety of menus in a short period! This is my third time baking bread! And I switched to silent mode by accident .. I poked the "timer" button instead of the "menu" when I was going to cook millet at the delayed start. The cartoon squeaked, and when I selected the program "groats" in the menu, I realized that there was no sound. First I got scared, turned it off again, pressed the timer again, the sound appeared. Well, I pressed it again ... Even I love her even more!

To be honest, I never changed either the temperature or the time during cooking. I used the recipes from this site or YouTube, already tested well, or installed the program by default. I have not experimented myself yet, as I repeat, a beginner and with cartoons are still on "you" .. In general, I don't even know, you need to ask experienced users whether such a function is needed if there is a "multi-cook" mode.

On the Polaris office, here is the following information:

In April 2014, POLARIS introduces a revolutionary new product to the market - the world's first multicooker with a built-in Wi-Fi module. It has no analogues either in Russia or in any other country in the world.
This kitchen gadget is the first representative of the third generation multicooker, which for the first time implements the ability to remotely control a multicooker using a smartphone or tablet on IOS and Android platforms.

“According to our information, many manufacturers have turned to the idea of a device with Wi-Fi support, but no one, except us, has yet been able to realize their plans! Our development raises home cooking to a fundamentally different level: now the multicooker can cook any, even the most complex dish. It becomes absolutely unimportant how many programs the multicooker has: 20, 30, 40, 80, what is the step of temperature and time for “Multipovar”. You just select a recipe in the application on your smartphone, send the recipe to the multicooker, load the food into the bowl - and then the device will automatically prepare the dish according to the time and mode from the given recipe. At the same time, we made the possibilities of cooking in the multicooker unlimited, and the interaction with the multicooker extremely simple, ”comments Alexander Greb, Marketing Director of POLARIS.

Another unique advantage: POLARIS Wi-Fi multicooker can "talk" with each other, exchange recipes via mobile applications and a special website on the Internet.
Also for the first time, the device will combine the functions of a pressure cooker and a multicooker. It is equipped with the “Multi Cook Plus” function, which allows you to set up to 9 stages of heat treatment in one cooking cycle.

Work with Wi-Fi is carried out using the POLARIS: cooking in a WiFi multicooker mobile application. The app will be available on the Appstore and Playmarket. The Polaris EVO Wi-Fi multicooker will go on sale in April 2014.
