Good evening! For a week now I have been enjoying the preparation of various dishes at mv! Although it is said loudly: I am still learning. I'm shoveling the Internet, I'm cooking something. In addition to baking, everything turns out very tasty! The people are sad that there is no way to find out the temperature on automatic programs and the auto heating does not turn off. But everything is written in the Operation Manual.
Mar_k
For a week now, my mother has been using a stainless steel bowl from Redmond 4502. She says that she cooks faster in it than in her own!
| Alexandra |
And my MV turned out to be alive, its technical insides did not have time to burn, only the plastic melted around them. Disassembled and assembled by my masters, without even opening the video with which I supplied them (and I, in turn, were armed with it here on the forum). So I got off with a slight fright, now I will first ask you ...

Have you replaced the fuse? Does cartoon work?

Hello everyone. I also had such a miracle of technology, but I am not delighted with it. Before that, there were 2 multicooker Moulinex 7001 and Panasonic 18, so there was something to compare with. I decided to diversify my technique with functions and purchased Polaris 0517.
1-the smell of the bowl is terrible. I boiled a lemon, but it still didn't help. The husband is not picky about food, but he could not eat from her. Baking in Panasonic is better, and even more porridge. In general, I concluded that the most delicious cereals are cooked by Panasonic.
2 - everything stuck to the bowl during frying, before that there was no such thing in any multicooker, and even now I have a Moulinex coock 4 me, it is even more powerful than Polaris, but nothing sticks in it either.
3 - the handles are hot after cooking, you can't take it with your bare hands.
4 - the condensate sinks into the prepared dish, it does not have time to drain everything into the drip tray.
5 - the build quality and material are not top notch
Because of these nuances, it did not take root with us. Especially from point 1.
NataliaK
iulka, I do not understand anything ... I read your message and was upset ... where did it come from? all points ... and even point 3 ... as if not about our multicooker ...
I also have Panasik 18 and have something to compare with ... I noticed that I began to cook more often in Polechka ... but I still put baked goods in Panasik only ...

A very big request: please write the month-year of release, so that the girls know which batch is marriage ...
Loya
I'm shocked! It seems that everything is not written about this CF! I cross out all the points except the last one (I can neither confirm nor deny it). And by the way, what is this last point based on? Did you make out the cartoon?

Hello everyone. I also had such a miracle of technology, but I'm not happy with it ...
1-the smell of the bowl is terrible .....
2 - everything stuck to the bowl during frying ...
3 - the handles are hot after cooking, you can't take it with your bare hands ...
4 - the condensation is steeping into the prepared dish ...
5 - the quality of assembly and material is not top notch .......

I have had this slow cooker for a year already. There are no claims on any point.
1.-The bowl does not smell of anything, and does not smell like dreams. And she didn't boil the lemon. I washed the fairies, and started cooking for a couple of 30 minutes.
2.-I do not fry in the complete ceramic bowl. I fry bowls with handles for my own convenience and life extension, in a specially purchased Teflon bowl. If you fry at the maximum temperature, without a drop of oil and any fat, without turning the product over, it will stick everywhere. I don't even know how to find fault with the "frying" in the 517th. The mode is convenient, you can adjust the frying temperature, in contrast to the "frying" in the red. m90. If you want to put delicate tempera under vegetables, you want more powerful under pork / chicken / lamb.
If you saw that it was sticky, did you not guess the measures to take and buy Teflon? Ie.killed the cup themselves. And ceramics, by the way, does not like temperature changes. The owner of the pottery should have known about it. Read for example on the forums.
3.-Handles. Normal pens, and I take them with my bare hands. I just cooked the soup to the "eyeballs" a full pot, 2 hours. She took hold of the handles, but they are not like "from the refrigerator", but "well warm". She took it, and took out the cup calmly. If you hold the bowl "on a dare" after cooking - you don't hold it for an hour, you will lose.
4.-Condensation. And on what programs do you have it zatikal in the dish? You cook soup, there is condensation, but of course. In 2 hours, I opened the lid 4 times. I open it, a napkin in my hands, I blotted the excess from the rim near the bowl and on a silicone rubber band. After the end of the regime and the last opening of the lid, the leftovers merged onto the side-on black plastic. And again a napkin to help.
The design of the lid is such that if "something" falls from the lid into the bowl, then this is a minimum, some drops. Most of it pours onto the side. A little gets into the drip tray.
In the 523rd new model, in the new Redmond, and in the new Panasonic, this place was specially increased - they made a large depression so that it could flow with a margin. And the drip tray was reduced (polarized). Such a system with moisture removal - "moisture pours on the side" everywhere, from all manufacturers.
5.-The quality of materials and workmanship is good here. Several pieces have already passed through my hands. There are no complaints about either. And it is assembled exactly, the parts are without burrs, the heating element does not stagger, etc. What quality should be required? "Higher" like a bork for 35 thousand. It is probably special. By the way, a video on disassembly on YouTube. Uncle, it's not for nothing that he says that everything inside is done decently, civilly and fit for repair. And that uncle sorted out so many multicooker.

No, it's not about the party at all. Do you think that such a quantity of rejects in quotation marks could suddenly appear in one device? I just don't like it here. Under "dislike" you can put everything together and write it down as "bad". Forgot to mention the lack of elastic bands on the legs. A terrible drawback that completely kills the multicooker as a useful device.

It is written that the 517th did not take root. And also about two multi-s were written "was", were they also bad?
Ask your husband for a new one, there is just a reason. Take it more expensive.
Only now, what a snag, and for 35 thousand "quality is not your standards."

Good day, take the replenishment. The other day I became the owner of this miracle, while I’m just studying your recommendations and recipes in this thread, as soon as the first impressions appear I will share and consult, since I’m not a scrubber ... I hope my culinary skills will improve with this cartoon ...

They did not change it - nothing burned down, the plastic melted inside. Was it necessary to change the fuse? While watching her, the second day the bear fat drowns, the flight is normal ...
Moskvichk @
I am also very pleased with Polechka! in a few days I did everything I could - soup, stewed potatoes with mushrooms, a hodgepodge of sourdough. cabbage, 2 biscuits per cake, fried chicken hearts, yoghurts 2 times, cooked dumplings ............ but I have it first - so there is nothing to compare with. And all the same - I really like it.

It is not necessary to change. If it turned on, then it did not burn out. So they managed to pull it out of the socket before the "critical" temperature.
| Alexandra |
As for the attacks on Polaris 0517, everything is decent in it, except for the long-known shortcomings that are completely common for ceramic coating. I bought it in October 2012 - absolutely no smell, I washed it usually and did not boil it with anything. The handles do not heat up.

I just had time to see that her "heating" was on - and immediately turned it off.

Hello!
And my time is not counting down ...in pressure cooker mode, but today I cook like on a multicooker. Included 3 times and nothing. What is the problem? Maybe who knows?
Angela88
Hello everyone! Yesterday I also became the proud owner of Poly0517. Do your multicooker have a function to turn off the heating after cooking?
laridanna

Do your multicooker have a function to turn off the heating after cooking?
no .. this, in my opinion, is her only drawback ...
ne_peku
Auto-heating is disabled only in the fall-winter 2013 editions. We also added a time change on the go. On what modes they did it and how it works, I did not find specific details. And there is a sound signal about the heating of the bowl. In the "hot" it is definitely there.
We have old multicooker, already in use for a year.
Angela88
If you have all this, tell us the details. It is interesting to find out about the change in time on the fly.
Angela88
I only torture her for one day. Yes, there is a shutdown of automatic heating. To turn it off, after the start is turned on and the cartoon has started its preparation, press the multi-cook button and hold for several seconds. and the heating is turned off. I set the meat to fry today and was surprised myself (because this is my third cartoon) turned on the start, the meat seemed to start to fry, I closed the lid, then I looked, time stood still, I looked in, and all the water came out of the meat and when it evaporated, the signal squeaked, I looked at the time at which I set the cartoon went to count down and the meat really began to fry. Here. And there is a delay in all modes.
ne_peku
Angela88
Interesting. Is the signal not switched off? Maybe there is something in the instructions for that. While frying, she listened (video on YouTube), she squeaked 10 times. In the 531st, the sound is turned off.
Torment, torment. About the time in the instructions, look at how to change it, not before the start of the program, but in the process.
Write the same as you master.

Yes, but tell us the release date of the multicooker so that we know. On the bottom there is a white month-year sticker.

Hello everyone). Haven't looked for a long time. The cartoon is just a miracle! I can't imagine how I lived without her.
Now my husband and I are on the Dukan diet, so only in the cartoon do you get baked goods according to Dukan. I love our cartoon!
I read about a bunch of problems with the multicooker, I don't see one. True, the crutch has lost its non-stick properties. I ordered a teflon one. Now I will bake in Teflon, and everything else in ceramics.

Hello everyone! I have already prepared a lot of different dishes, but I have never made pilaf! Girls who can advise? I need a cereal-water ratio for pilaf. Who knows? and also made a curd soufflé according to the recipe for the Brand multicooker. In the brand, which is at the dacha - it turns out very high there, but here - I've already done it 4 times - it doesn't rise because there ... it's a pity, of course, it doesn't affect the taste - but it's simple ...

Moskvichk @, I'm already on duty on the pilaf ... Say thanks 0791 :

And I got used to cooking porridge at a time (one portion) - cooked and ate. I pour 500 ml of water into a bowl and put a small saucepan with the ingredients - cereals, salt, sugar, milk. I don't dilute milk with water. Mode Milk porridge for 45-50 minutes and heating for 20 minutes. In the photo there is a silicone saucepan, but I also made it in metal and ceramic dishes of a small size.

somewhere I saw a topic with recipes for this particular multicooker, I can't find something (

Girls, tell me, pzh, about the updated version. Her porridge is boiled for 1 hour by default, because the temperature was lower. Is it convenient in practice? I have bought a cartoon since October and there is 35 minutes, it suits me. And friends just have to buy.
Angela88
The default is 1 hour, but you can reprogram from 10 minutes. with a step of 5 min.
Sveta @ V
Thanks for the answer. I invested a bit differently in the question ... Here is the text-answer of the technical specialist:
"If you have set the default time for the" Milk porridge "program to 1 hour, do not change it down. Use the factory setting. This is a new non-boiling program, it cooks the porridge longer than the standard recipe, but it does not escape even the smallest amount. "
It turns out that I will decrease the time, but it will not cook. So she asked if it bothers to cook porridge for 1 hour
Lud-Mil @
Sveta @ V., and in what strained? We do not need to stand near the multi and stir the porridge with a spoon. She turned on and left to go about her business, sometimes you won't have time to notice how this hour flew by.
Angela88

the time of the "Milk porridge" program is 1 hour - do not change it down.
Today I cooked buckwheat milk porridge for the little boy and set the time for 30 minutes. on the program "milk porridge". And it turned out to be a normal porridge.

I don't want to reread the whole topic. No touch modes ?!

Depends on the release date. The old ones are not. In new programs "groats" and "pilaf" now sensory.
If you read the description of the modes, then only these two programs will be sensory. If you look at the pivot table, there is also "oatmeal" attached to the touch. I think, after all, only cereal / pilaf, there were some typos.

By the way on the off. the site has instructions for the updated version. Well, lucky people, so lucky.
Cancellation of auto-heating, before the end of the program.
Changed the pitch of the multi-cook now it's 5 degrees before t.110, after 110 it is 10 degrees.
The lower temperature limit was changed from 40 degrees to 35 degrees.
The audible signal is turned off.

Added "time change while running".
And in programs "frying" and "multi-cook" can be changed and time and temperature (during preparation).
The degrees were lowered on the "milk porridge".
It turns out that they lowered it, although in the description on the site it remains that there is 95gr.
In fact, it worked out more. Yesterday I cooked porridge, at the output the temperature of porridge was 98.6 g (not the first time I measured it). True, nothing ran anywhere, and even the double boiler, which I put on, just in case, remained "as pure as a baby's tear."

ZagAl , your experiments were not in vain, you were heard along the way. And just in case, they threw a couple of degrees down.

The degrees of modes were finally added to the summary plate in the instructions... And then the steps of the temperature / time were painted, and the temperatures of the modes were on the site in the description of the model, although they were not updated there. The "crust" with "dessert" is still hanging.

In general, now our polaris 517th has become a redmond m90th, and even cooler. They still have a deep fat basket, which you can buy if you can buy it, and deep fat itself with an upper temperature bar of 170g. And he so, for self-indulgence, try for 1 time.
The "bread" program, which we combine with "multi-cook + baked goods". And the "languor", which, as users write, is not the most demanded program, and many did not even feel it.
In short, our updated class fields! And the design, ours is better, it is so neat, stainless steel on top against plastic.

In the new programs "groats" and "pilaf" are now sensory.
Explain, pl., But isn't the entire control panel touch-sensitive? Or can these programs be somehow specially controlled?
Loya
So, I missed a lot. What is this updated Fields? What release should it be? Here's about touch programs. Isn't the "paste" program a sensor? Is boiling determined somehow? So the sensor.
Moskvichk @
I made pilaf yesterday. On the KRUPA mode there was a suspicious silence ... then she looked - it seemed to swell. At the end, I left it on heating, after 20 minutes I opened it, it seemed that it would still sweat. It turned out in vain))) forgot about her then for half an hour. As a result, the rice did not turn out to be crumbly! but still very, very tasty!

I TRIED to make pilaf on KRUPA as written in the NEW recipe book. It didn't work. Then, feeling a little confused, I turned on the PLOV program (which is more logical) and everything was perfectly prepared !!

Girls, ... a misunderstanding ... when I cook milk porridge (milk + water) ... at the bottom it turns out cereal, and on top some flakes from milk ... good

ok ... tastes great. What kind of flakes are they?
Angela88
olga4166, maybe the milk sour?
Sveta @ V
I, too, had it like this 1 time, while I did not feel the taste of sour milk, only in appearance .. I poured it out and cooked it all over again .. with another packet of milk everything is ok))

It is out of the question ... every time ... and I have had Fields for a year. And in the pressure cooker The field is the same ... maybe because of the mixing of water and milk? Or really try to change milk.
Angela88
Quote: olga4166
maybe because of mixing water and milk?
No, it has no effect. I think it's all about milk I know from my own experience. In general, I only use homemade products. Store-bought milk doesn't even look like milk now

Good afternoon, I can tell my opinion according to my needs: multi-cook plus does not play a role for me when choosing, for me the function will be superfluous, multi-cook covers all needs. But everyone has different requests .. But the fact that the power of the 519 model is an order of magnitude lower, I consider a disadvantage

I looked at this slow cooker. I saw it for the first time. My impressions: from the positive - this is only a brutal appearance. But this is not for everybody. I understand that the functions are the same as on 0517, only less power and a much higher price (I did not understand in this connection). I did not find modern popular functions such as turning off heating or convection. If you enlighten I will be glad. A friend is now on the verge of choosing.
