Hello hostesses. I chose a slow cooker for a long time, I still haven't chosen anything for a long time, ended up on this model, my husband has to bring it tonight. I re-read so many things, I have already reached page 70. I will master this miracle of technology with you.
It will be very interesting whether I will have an updated cartoon or not.
Most likely already yes)
Tane4ka
So I am the lucky owner of poly. I have already prepared a hodgepodge, the children said it was very tasty, my husband and I do not eat in the evenings, we will try in the morning. Now there is pilaf, the one that with one touch is dumb like that, but let's see what happens.
Irishka CH
Tane4ka, great that you are with us! Our fields are clever !!! Congratulations on your purchase !!!

How, by the way, is it updated or with our programs?
Tane4ka
Renewed, I'm just testing pilaf.

Well, let's see if I'm going to tell you what and how about me.

Yes
we are all doing this here
today I made another jam
to say that my SHASTLYFF is too weak to express my DELIGHT
the readiness of the jam is now determined at once
in an hour!!! full pan ready
and not as scary as it was on the glass-ceramic stove, I had a constant panic that if suddenly drops of sugar hit the surface, holes will appear ... mb gon but he did not cancel the panic ... mine

excuse my HruntsuSSkai I piled a full bowl of raspberries (net weight 1.5 kg), fell asleep 1.5. kg of sugar (he woke up between the berries).
Included Dessert 1 hour. I closed the lid.
After 10 minutes she looked - it boils. I intervened a bit to help the sugar disperse better. I closed the lid again. After another 5-7 minutes ... I opened the lid - it was boiling, the foam was normal. Filmed as in a regular pan. That is, I did not close the lid anymore!
The jam was amazing! Thick!

Girls, what is the difference between MV 0517 and 0520 ??? Which one is better?
0791
they are just completely different
No better and no worse
I recommend everyone to choose live - that is, watch the one that they like in the store
I still for yourself I don't meet any better than our 517 (including all the radishes! Borks - well ... fair! i don't like )
One Redik like (malek 01)

520th (in my opinion) bulky ...
however, in a white kitchen, of course, the 520 will fit better

the 520 has a spring-loaded heater. It seems like the best contact, and therefore the best efficiency.
Buttons - if someone doesn't like the 517 sensors.

The programs seem to be the same ... even more Russian! Dumplings highlighted, Jellied! Simmering from 45C to 95C in 4 stages.

So if you like the 520, then buy it for Multi * ti * cooking. ru has a whole section, there users of the 520th share their joy
Tane4ka
Another 20 pages and I'll finish reading.
In general, the pilaf on "pilaf" turned out to be very good, although not quite real, I cooked for an hour, and then left it on heating for another hour. While I was preparing, I was completely worn out, how could he be there without me, how I stayed out of business.
In the morning I cooked oatmeal, also twitched, it turned out very tasty, much tastier than on the stove, only I like it thinner.
Then, on a multi-cooker, I pasteurized my homemade milk (80 degrees, 30 minutes) and put the yogurt, just sent it to the refrigerator, I'll see what happened in the morning, but the consistency is much better than in a thermos.

Good afternoon everyone! A new field 517 came to me. I read all the pages of the forum and was ready for all the small features, but in the new field there were more. The oatmeal mode is apparently not working for me: I set it to 5 minutes by default, (I tried 10 and 15 and 20,) the porridge is cooked, but time does not go down, so it will not turn off itself, sorry !!!! I cook porridge in a multibove or milk porridge. They don't run away with oil, but I forgot to put the oil a couple of times and the foam was in the valve.
The soup and stewing modes work fine, I didn't really want to fry the onions with carrots at 120 degrees, I had to increase it to 140.
I haven't tried the rest of the modes yet, maybe the owners of the new multicooker have noticed some other features, please share !!
Tane4ka
I cooked oatmeal, everything is fine, as time starts to boil backwards, but it boils for about 10 minutes (I didn't notice it, it just seemed a long time).

Yesterday I was preparing a cheesecake "Angel's Tears" which. Well, I messed up, of course, opened it at the wrong time, and then completely forgot about him and he stood for half an hour on heating, of course the top was not so beautiful, but delicious !!!!!

So far, I have not found any matches, except for the absence of a delayed start on a multi-cook. I can't get enough of it. In the morning I put the meat on a multi-cooker at 90 degrees to stew, returned at 2 o'clock from training, the meat from the bone disappears, nothing ran away, the broth is transparent, the borschik quickly cooked it. And before that I would have spent so much time, you will not leave if the meat is on the stove.

Today I cooked corn porridge on the oatmeal mode, since the process is not fast, I decided to watch the work
I set it to 5 minutes by default, as a result it boiled quickly, but only after 20 minutes the countdown began and after 5 minutes it went into heating. The volume was quite small - 2 servings. It turns out this mode works for me !!!

girls need urgently, desperately photos of the multicooker Polaris 0517, where it is stored, where it stands during cooking, please post it.
at first I stood right on the cooking room. The silicone mat was lined so as not to scratch the glass ceramics.
Today it stands on an ordinary kitchen cabinet, BUT there is no cabinet on top! because my favorite Pasta mode is so hot! and steam cooking is also quite active steam comes out of the valve.
Is it stored? I don't understand the question is not stored with us, but plows several times a day

Where can I buy a bowl in Ukraine, I can't find a bowl for this model at all. Found for Redmond, can you tell me which model the bowl is suitable for this model from Redmond!
We fought with a friend and she threw a bowl at me, now she is afraid that when her mother arrives from Greece, she will take her brains out and beatings may appear on her body!
One good thing in this situation is that because of the cup she forgot that she was angry with me!

I made pilaf, soup, baked a cherry cake and a meat pie. The general impression is. I decided to cook red currant jam, proportion 1: 1, the jam did not run away, it turned out delicious. Inspired by the first result, I decided to try the cherries, and oh, horror, such a foam rose with syrup that everything flooded. With 1 kg of cherries and 1 kg of sugar, a 400-gram jar of jam remained. Now I have to turn Paul on - I'm afraid to turn it on - what if the syrup got inside. And I really want to eat (my stove and microwave are broken). Chorus girls tell me how to be

I still haven't found a bowl on Polaris so that this model with handles of the original type seems to be some kind of sharashkin desk, tomorrow I'll go buy a bowl from Redmond with Teflon coating from Du Pont®, maybe it will fit! there is a teflon bowl for Redmond 230 UAH. We will try to pick it up, otherwise on the old bowl the coating broke off a little from the impact and the bowl itself was slightly deformed!
it`s me
Instruct me to choose, I stand at a crossroads. I wanted a dex dmc-60 multicooker, but it somehow suddenly disappeared and was not on sale for several months. Already resigned and just got this multicooker from polaris in my field of vision. I already wanted to make an order on Friday for 5k there on Friday night discounts and just for this model there was a very interesting discount of only 800 UAH. , it remains to press the buy button, as the devil pulled me to click on the tab with the store that sells dex, and I would rather not do this, since the cartoon appeared on sale 920 UAH. worth it.Now I don’t know which one to buy, at least buy both! Maybe you would advise, since I had no experience with multicooker, but the girls on the forum praised the dex 60 very much, and Polaris also does not seem to be scolded, except for the disgusting ceramic bowl to which everything sticks! Help, I need to work, and since Saturday I've been thinking what is better to buy! So now the documents need to be prepared for the boss, but I think dex or polaris, polaris or dex!

Something in our Temka there is about sticking, like they wrote that the compote was cooked, after which the properties of the non-stick coating were restored, maybe a coincidence, maybe not, take a look) now on page 74 of our forum I saw, there is also a discussion.

And I also found that they cooked compote without sugar and the properties returned.

Not! did not scratch! I treated her with great care from the very beginning. I was also surprised at first when the girls here wrote about the problems - I had casserole pies with a bang. and then somehow it got worse and worse ... For Easter I baked such a delicious cake, and I almost got it out of there with tears! And that's just after 4 months of use! So let the cups delight you, girls! Maybe they will be completely "non-sticky"

My bottom stuck when baking, I began to put baking paper on the bottom of the pan, cut it to fit the bottom and everything is fine. Compotes, citric acid simply remove the formed scale.

do not cook cherries in Dessert / Boiling
she foams very much
Today I "jumped with a tambourine" around cherry jam, it was SOMETHING BUT I cooked it anyway faster (in an hour) than on the stove
i'm luckythat I took my own bowl (that is, with handles), since I had to raise it above the heater when the foam rose to the brim
including CHERRY to cook on dessert / jam CANNOT !!!
or you can, but with jumps

Hello everyone! My husband and I bought this slow cooker very spontaneously, without reading reviews and not comparing models, as I usually do)
I read the reviews at home and realized that we had bought it successfully! On the first day I made yogurt, the next day I fried potatoes with meat and mushrooms and cutlets, and also sweet rice, I have never cooked so much at once in my life!))
So there are no complaints about rice, but when I fry meat and cutlets, one side of the pan constantly burned. With a spoon that comes with the kit, the burnt can be easily removed during the cooking process, but it's still a shame. I read, people write that it doesn’t burn without oil, but it does burn with oil!
Who had that? What could it be, marriage?

And at what temperature did you fry? Ceramics do not handle high temperatures very well. 160 *, for example, is a lot. And it is better to use silicone spatulas, and those that are included are still harsh. Another tip. For frying, it would be nice to get a Teflon bowl.

Hello girls!

I have been with you since March, it was then that they gave me our multicooker, by the way, for 7 thousand. I read the pages for a long time, well, how was the time or if questions arose. I cooked buckwheat, I really liked the oatmeal and pilaf. Cooked borscht from a recipe book and noodles. At first it was not clear to me how to throw it all at once and leave, but then I figured it out and as a result, it really takes less time to prepare some dishes, and to wash the dishes - only one mv bowl.
It turns out very tasty stew with potatoes (as we do in pots), just like from the oven (probably).I fry the meat with all the spices, then put the potatoes, cut into large pieces, pour water so that the potatoes are covered and for STEWING - you will lick your fingers. My family is very fond of potatoes with meat from pots, but it was such a hassle, and then wash the pots.
I make chicken and pork stew, roll it into jars. I put the pieces in a bowl, DO NOT Pour water, and for stewing - chicken - 4 hours, pork 5 hours. Salt after boiling, spices an hour before cooking. The broth is obtained - pour the meat in jars.
My bowl is still in order, nothing sticks. But I saw a bowl from a stler and I want it too. And it's true, they wrote here, why not make bowls in MV like those of bread makers.

My yogurt from milk Prostokvashino + activations, 7 hours on the program yogurt. The taste is similar to beefelife. I don’t know how yoghurt can be ready in three hours. After 6 I looked in, tried to turn the glass over and the contents flopped onto the table. I made yogurt in a thermos with VIVO sourdough, and according to the instructions - it sours for 12 hours.
