Oatmeal cupcake

Ingredients

eggs 3 pcs
sugar 1.5 tbsp
oat flour 1 st
flour, premium 2st + 1st. l
kefir or any sour milk 2 st
vegetable oil 0.5 st
baking powder 2 tsp
lemon juice 2 tbsp. l.
cognac 2 tbsp. l.
vanillin Little
raisins, dried apricots, berries taste

Cooking method

  • 1 glass 250 ml
  • Beat eggs with sugar, add kefir, butter and mix. Add oat flour. Mix wheat flour with baking powder and vanilla. Sift half the flour into the dough, mix quickly, add lemon juice and brandy, mix again, add the remaining flour. Then add raisins and dried apricots soaked in advance or any berries to taste.
  • Bake at 180 degrees for 1 hour.

Note

This amount of ingredients makes 2 cupcakes - large and small

Merri, thanks! Who does not know, will not understand, but if you bake for comparison on wheat flour, I think there will still be a difference. I try to use different types of flour everywhere, whenever possible.
