Milk 240 g

  • Cauliflower, how beautiful it is if you carefully and closely examine it. And how tasty and healthy it is! I offer an almost dietary version of cauliflower. White cheese sauce. Very tasty, and with boiled or baked potatoes, asparagus, and other vegetables. Experiment.
  • So, let's prepare the white cheese sauce.
  • Grate cheese.
  • Melt butter in a small saucepan, add flour and whisk to stir. Add milk and nutmeg, stirring constantly. Season with salt and pepper. Be careful with salt, salty cheese too. After boiling, the sauce should thicken, remove from heat and stir with grated cheese.

  • Disassemble the cabbage into inflorescences. Boil in boiling salted water for a few minutes until al dente.

  • Put the boiled cabbage in a tray or baking dish.
  • Pour cauliflower on top with hot sauce, sprinkle with grated cheese on top and bake in the oven for 20-30 minutes at 180 degrees.

Note

Add different cheese as an experiment. I used Parmesan. If you are not on a diet, take not 60, but 80 grams of cheese.
