Ingredients

sugar 180 g
margarine soft 180gr
eggs 3 pcs.
milk 150ml
baking powder 1 table. lies.
vanilla
flour 2 glasses (350gr)
any fruit or lemon sugar, poppy seeds, raisins

Cooking method

  • Grind soft margarine with sugar, add eggs, vanilla, milk. Sift flour and mix with baking powder. Add to mixture. If you put poppy seeds or raisins, add immediately ... if fruits, then grease the molds with oil (I have silicone ones) and put the dough to half of the mold, press your favorite fruit on top.


  • Filled muffins


  • Bake for 20-25 minutes in an oven preheated to 180 grams. Willingness to check with a skewer.

Omelik, since I bought a convection oven, I have never baked in other modes. Well, I think you can increase it to 200g. I also love to add a couple of tablespoons of Lemon sugar to this dough, and then, as they are baked, and grease them on top (but this is if the fruits do not lie in them)
