Simple Cupcake Raisin

Ingredients

Chicken eggs 4 things.
Sugar 300 g
Salt 1/4 tsp
Butter 120 g
Sifted wheat flour 450 g
Baking powder 1 sachet (7 g)
Vanilla sugar 1 sachet (10 g)
Raisins 150 g

Cooking method

  • Pour the melted butter in the microwave into a bucket. I always fill in the oil first to lubricate the mold at the same time.
  • But, of course, we follow the sequence that is indicated in the instructions for the bread maker.
  • Beat eggs, sugar, salt with a mixer (I beat it with a blender) without fanaticism.
  • We fill everything into the form.
  • Sift the flour directly into the mold. Add vanilla sugar.
  • Put baking powder in the middle on top.
  • Wash the raisins, dry them, and, if possible, remove the tails. Dark varieties are desirable. It is prettier and, as a rule, more aromatic.
  • Add after the beep.

Time for preparing:

Attention! Do not put Ammonium in baked goods!
I made a mistake out of ignorance. Raisin pitch - everything was OK. I put lemon instead of raisins - that's it, the cake went into the trash.

I started to google, it turned out that ammonium is only put in "dry" baked goods (cookies, cakes, etc.). Otherwise, the smell of ammonia will ruin everything.

Moderator, I cannot change the recipe. Did I lose the ability to edit, or did it get me out of the way? Baking powder (NOT Ammonium) must be specified in the recipe.
