Jelly I have Dr. Oetker - pour the contents of the sachet into a scoop, add 250 ml of cold water and 2 tbsp. l sugar, stir and put on fire. I bring it to a boil and let it boil for a minute (stirring all the time), remove it from the heat and let it cool slightly. I start pouring warm fruit, it hardens very quickly. One packet is enough.

Natasha, what kind of jelly do you have? If "for a cake" - then it is in cold water, then warm. There is a gelling powder, it is easier to dissolve in the cold.
And if it's just Jelly - it has soluble gelatin in its composition, it is just easier to dilute with hot water.

It froze in 15 minutes. I have some kind of nounname, maybe a countersink, maybe someone else. Without any signs at all. Purchased in ozone for "delivery". Smallish. I will look for another, deeper.

The pie will definitely take root, given the speed of making and eating. Next time I'll take a picture, until they ate. My son suggested making a curd or creamy layer, I'll do it, it will be even tastier.

But now we add flour, how much - I won't say (next time I will do it and weigh it). The dough should stick to your hands, you just want to add more flour, but you don't need to do it. First, I pour 200 grams of flour, then add a tablespoon each and see the consistency.
For my oven, I bake for 20 minutes. at 180 gr. The main thing is not to overexpose. The color of the cake is like light cookies.
I really like this dough, the pie turns out to be tender, it melts in the mouth, in combination with strawberries, it's something with something! Secret 2 - do not pour flour or dry it in the oven.

Today I baked a jellied cake ... the first pancake turned out, so without a photo, but I will still bake it!
First, be sure to grease the mold! It stuck to the silicone completely.
Secondly, I took 2 eggs, I also reduced sugar and flour. I beat the eggs well, and the dough just went into the mold. Baked in Travola, beautiful stripes came out, that is, more dough is not needed.
In general, I scratched off the cake, threw in strawberries with bananas, poured over the jelly, but since the top was essentially a crumb from the mold, almost all the jelly was absorbed into it, even the berries were not all stuck together.
But I liked the taste!
