Girls, the other day Temka got caught with "Miracle", and I was so fired up by her that yesterday I grabbed the "Wonder-M" 1991 c. : girl_haha: Now I'm with you, take the report:

take a report:
Wow, what a beauty, and I have no doubt that it is delicious. I pushed my Miracle for something, the time of something is not enough for the creation of the test. The oven bakes the yeast dough amazingly.
Taia
Anna5311, with the purchase of you! And the pastries turned out great.
You will be happy with your purchase.
Anna5311
Mila56, Taia, thanks. I have a lot of things that bake bread well, but I wanted to try the "Miracle". In Soviet times, my parents had only "Miracle". And this one has three baking modes, so I bought it to play with, fortunately it's cheap and little used.

Today the pies from the Miracle:

Gorgeous pies. And with what? And yeast dough? Yesterday in my Miracle I also baked pies with minced yeast dough. Delicious turned out, but their appearance is not so hot. For some reason, I have them unstuck when baking, like and smeared the edges with protein, and only then sculpted. And all the same they are unstuck. I'm directly upset about this. Maybe it's not because of the dough (it turned out tasty and fluffy), but just my hands are growing from the wrong place It's a shame, however

Anna, beautiful pies !!!
And for my Miracle I cut out a rug (such as Teflon). I did not cut a round + one corner. And then my gurgles strive to stick to the bottom
The barrel is easy to pry off, but you don't know how to tear off the bottom, and the buns are deformed.
And now the blooper !!! My buns are popping out!
I also don’t like the fact that any speck (it’s not clear from where it came from) is practically not washed off (especially from the lid). So, over time, my assistant will turn into a mess. And I really like it!

How many times I baked before and never stuck to the bottom, it was always easy to take off, although I laid it out on the bare bottom. And yesterday for some reason they stuck, damn it. Either old age knocks its hooves to me, or lay a rug next time
Anna5311
Ludmila, yeast dough, filling: minced pork + cabbage. I sculpted these pies not with my hands, but with a Taper's little thing, they quickly and do not stick. Usually I sculpt pies with my hands, never unstick them and did not smear them with anything for gluing.

valushka-s, I baked them on a Teflon rug.

Cool and satisfying

We must take it into service, otherwise I cut the circles, and pick it up hot

When I almost cut a circle, then I realized that maybe I'd better leave two corners, but on the other side, it's not bad
By the way, pastries didn't stick so much before! I both before and recently (up to the rug) smeared the bottom with sunflower oil.
So why did it begin to pester
Taia
Anna5311, delicious pies!

I also get dirty and poorly washed. It’s aluminum, and it’s like that .... The only thing that upsets it.

what better way to leave two corners,
If you do 2 corners, then you probably don't need to on opposite sides. After all, taking both corners it is still not possible to raise the rug evenly over the Miracle stove. Products where we do not hold by the corners will pull the rug down with their weight. I would make 2 corners at a 90 degree angle. Taking them for them will be convenient to pull the rug towards you. I will definitely cut out a circle for the Miracle of the stove, otherwise I cut it out for a multi, for a baking sheet too. I recently bought a fiberglass mat for testing at Fix Price, it is not much different from those that are more expensive. So I'll try it out.
Svetta
I put the parchment in a square in the Miracle under the pies / pies, it is convenient to pull it out at any of the 4 corners.

Do the edges of the corners not burn? I was too lazy to cut a circle in diameter from parchment and I cut out a square (or something similar). Probably it turned out to be big, the corners were much higher than the top edge of the pan. These corners somehow shrunk, burned (apparently they touched the lid).

And I wrap them up to the walls and nothing burns.

Clear. The main thing is that they do not touch the lid.

unstuck when baking
To prevent the pies from sticking out during baking, you do not need to grease the seam with anything. If the seam is not a special decorative one, then after sealing, the pie should be rolled up a little. Well, lay it out, of course, with the seam down.
Mila56
Quote: filirina
no need to lubricate the seam
Quote: filirina
you need to roll up the pie
Irina, thanks, I'll try. And here is how small pies-kurniki are baked in the form of triangles, you can't put them with the seam down (but this is when they probably have a decorative seam, it turns out to be convex). Here I want this shape, but from yeast dough they are unstuck.
filirina
Lyudmila, there is a special seam there! This is actually a double seam, so it holds. And also, most likely you like to push more fillings (as well as me), and the filling just strives to break the pie!
Svetta
Ludmilaso that the pie with a seam on top does not diverge, there should not be a lot of filling, and most importantly, the edges that blind should in no case be smeared with the filling! The dough must be dry, otherwise it is in this place that the pie will open.
Mila56
Quote: filirina

Exactly
Quote: svetta
there should not be too much filling,
You will have to save the filling, but you will get more pies
Quote: svetta
and most importantly - the edges that are dazzling, in no case should they be smeared with filling!
There is such a problem, but it can be solved quite simply - I will not report the filling The main thing is not to be considered greedy

Or try to pierce them with a toothpick before baking? Perhaps steam is tearing the seam ...

This is my sin, there is too much filling. And as a result, I get what I wrote about svetta,

Now I will be greedy with minced meat
Anna5311
Today I made a dish from the book of recipes for the stove, which my mother cooked in the "Miracle" in Soviet times. Pour half the sauce on the bottom (1 cup sour cream + 1 tablespoon of flour to boil), then lay out in layers:
1) fried fish, separate from the bones, trying to keep the pieces larger (I had pollock)
2) 2 fried onions
3) Cut 2 boiled eggs into slices
4) boiled potatoes in their skins, cut into round slices
5) pour over the rest of the sauce and drizzle with butter
Bake for 30-40 minutes. Delicious!

Delicious!
I have no doubt that it is delicious in sour cream sauce. But baking for 30-40 minutes is not a lot? After all, everything fits there in finished form. Although if you put it in an unheated Miracle, then it's probably normal.
Anna5311
Ludmila, I meant not warmed up.

Clear. I would like to cook too. Tomorrow is on the run and until the new year, everyone is on the run and on the run, and then everything must and must be bought. I have no time to go to the kitchen, I eat fast and go shopping (gifts, groceries). And you also have to work
Tillotama
And I completely pushed the Miracle in the city. Once I tried to make charlotte in the fall, some kind of nonsense came out and removed it from my eyes on the balcony. I'm waiting for spring - I'll take it back to the dacha

If I remember correctly, then there were problems with insufficient voltage, I can buy a stabilizer Earlier, when I was young, they were inexpensive and were in many apartments. Or maybe this memory is cheating on me and the charlotte did not work out for other reasons. I use my Miracle, but lately it’s much more often for second courses
Tillotama
Mila56, it was at the dacha I had problems with the cooking time Everything worked out but for a very long time. Hands did not reach the stabilizer, the main thing is to correctly calculate the time for lunch))
And in Moscow time I tried it in the summer - everything worked out very quickly. And then the nonsense was baked and with a normal oven I no longer wanted to experiment.
Every time I still manage to kiss the hot lid until it burns so I'll wait with experiments until summer
Mirabel
Here I also did not get a charlotte in it, and I bake bread and rolls from time to time.
Most of all in this stove I am annoyed by the inability to observe the process, what is there and how. Often it seems impossible to climb, but a little yawning, and it can burn from above

If the baking powder is old, its packaging is open, or if the baking soda is old, it may not work. So it is with dry yeast, it is very important that they are stored in a vacuum package. My yeast is always well packed, because otherwise its properties are lost. But recently I was baking something and instead of baking powder, which was not at home, I added soda with citric acid (I often do this). So this soda was old, but I decided to add it, and of course it turned out to be a bummer, the dough in the product turned out to be dull and did not rise well. So these moments with the freshness of the baking powder must be taken into account. It is more convenient to use small packages of baking powder, I poured out the whole bag and it is gone. Soda is certainly more economical.
Mirabel
Aygul, I love to start a timer and not be tied to the kitchen.

Me too, but here only by experience. and if in another room - as you felt the smell - run to turn off
again, therefore, rarely, lately, sooooo rarely get it

Hello ladies! From now on, I am a happy owner of "Miracles", thank you very much for the stories about this wonderful device, read the whole topic, found a new frying pan produced in '92 on Avito and bought Baked biscuit for testing - everything worked out great.

First of all, I need a frying pan for baking bread, and since I would like a little more depth, the idea was born - try to put a lid with a tar on an aluminum pan of the same diameter, but deeper. Nobody tried it?

Marjase, I tried, everything turns out wonderfully.

Girls, if necessary, you can increase the height as in the airfryer. For such an increase, a biscuit mold with a removable bottom of a large diameter is required, but slightly smaller than the diameter of the top. Well, or what to adapt from the airfryer

So, I just heard this thought that about using an aluminum pan of the required diameter, I immediately thought about a biscuit. But there are no pans yet, we will look for it, or maybe we will buy it, they are cheap. I just often lacked heights in the Miracle

I just baked meat pies in Miracle Electric frying pan

From 0.5 kg. flour turned out 14 pies, 7 pieces in two passes. The quality of the photos is poor, on the phone, and even at night, how did it happen. I use the lower bowl from the old Miracle, and the lid is from the new one (the old one is broken)Electric frying pan
