Ludmila, and bucks are possible, everything is possible and potatoes
Mila56
Mandraik Ludmila, Ludmila, and why did I not use this method, because in oil in a regular frying pan, you need to turn each round, but here everything is quick and simple. I will definitely do it. And I often make potatoes with chicken or meat and garlic in it.
Tillotama
By the way, about the substrates yet. As an option. I have a Marmiton net, even two. One rectangular on a baking sheet, the second round. It is made of some kind of fiber, a non-stick polymer like a string. You can bake dough, meat, etc. on it. Washable with warm water, reusable.
This is the photo I warmed up yesterday's casserole from the Miracle frying pan on a grid in Hotter. Yesterday they baked pizza on it. In the aero, you have to turn the dough. First brown the bottom, then turn over and add the filling.

Well, everyone has already pushed their pans in until next season? And I came out of town. Brought you a Zebra pie. 3 eggs, sugar, salt, soda vinegar, a little sour cream and flour. Whipped whites separately. Then the dough is halved. One part cocoa. And then spoon each dough into the Miracle Oven.

Tillotama, we now live in the village all year round, so our frying pan works all year round
Nice pie turned out

I do not push it in either in winter or summer, always in use.

Brought you Zebra Pie
Nice pie turned out, nostril with holes in the cut. I'll have to bake it too, only I cut and grease it with something. So I wondered if it was possible to make custard not on flour, but on starch. Probably you can.
Irina.A
Mila56, you can, I tried, but you need not to overdo it with a dose, maybe someone else tried it?
Tillotama
Irina. A, and what are you talking about?
Mila56, I had no time to cut and spread, and so went to tea with a bang
Mila56

And then, of course, with a bang, its own homemade pastries
Irina.A
Tillotama, add starch to the custard instead of flour
Tillotama
Irina. A, a! dull! As a matter of fact, I remembered my mother as a child was doing something on starch all the time for Napoleon. Surfaced straight from childhood
Irina.A
Yes, it turns out well, but once I was greedy and poured a lot of starch, it turned out almost rubber, so I wrote that it is better not to overdo it with a dose
Tillotama
I once (gyyy it was a long time ago) mixed flour and starch into the dough. The noble came out with a hammer for hammering nails
Irina.A
And I made ice cream, the base of the custard, began to whip it, and he stretches after the mixer, so they laughed with my daughter then

Electric frying pan Here, today I baked a plum pie with sour cream filling in my Miracle. Delicious and delicate filling. I baked it a couple of hours ago, I didn't even cool down to the end, I broke it a little while I was shifting it now. And of course I could not resist and despite the fact that I do not eat after 18-19 hours, I held a tasting so to speak. It turned out to be a good cake, although it was baked for the first time using this recipe.
gawala
We bought a second miracle oven here. in stock type. The package arrived. opened and I gasped it was 20cm outer size. and the inner 17 ... Toy. But it bakes .. The first casserole just burned out, the bottom .. then I baked something else, again the bottom burned strongly. then I guessed to put it on a stand, it turned out better .. It heats up quickly, the volume is small ... in general, I'm working on it ..

Galya, you really have a miracle! Thumbelina! Does she have upper and lower shadows?
gawala

Does she have upper and lower shadows?
Upper. but since it is tiny, if you put a ceramic one on the hob or on something other metal completely, then the bottom burns. Later I took a stand from the airfryer and put it on it, it didn't burn ..

In German ibey. This is the former GDR production. Here we were lucky again, we bought a new one that never worked ...
redleafa
So I thought, sho is not with us!
Niarma
gawala, Galina, what did you type in the search engine to find her? I want to try, I have a friend in Germany, if she buys something. And its size was not indicated, if it came as a surprise to you?

An interesting stove. Yes, you have to test it, master it. but the stove is good, with a window

Lyudmila, where can I look at the recipe?
Irina, I do not know how to draw up a recipe, there is not enough time for training. And I took the recipe on YouTube, it's called Blackberry Pie-Marina Tvorinki. You can watch the video there. Maybe there is somewhere here on the forum, I don't know. Well, the recipe is this: 250 gr. flour + vanillin +
+ pinch of salt + baking powder on the tip of a teaspoon + 1 egg + 140 gr. draining. oil + 50 (70) gr. sugar = knead the dough and put in a mold, form the sides. Put fresh berries in the dough, I had a plum, cut into halves. Prepare filling: 400 gr. sour cream + 3 eggs + 80 gr. sugar + a pinch of salt (I did not put it) + vanillin + 40 gr. starch (it is better to dilute it first in a small amount of sour cream) = stir with a spoon and pour over the pie with berries. If you bake in the oven, then at 170 degrees. within 50 minutes. I baked it in Miracle, I warmed up the lid beforehand and I got the baking time, if I'm not mistaken, 1 hour and 15 minutes. It is high immediately after baking, but it will settle when it cools, this is normal.

Marina, there are no such, there are more in size, they are all used. because the GDR is no longer there and no one releases them there.
In my opinion, they are expensive. But if there is a financial opportunity, then why not buy ..
Yes. it was a surprise for us. Since the photo was of normal size, mine is the same, but large. just decided to buy in stock ..
it is called BACKWUNDER + DDR + Kleinküche in German ibey

I was very glad that she was such a baby. I am the only one for a couple of times. I made another type of casserole. Thinly cut the potatoes, minced meat on top and again potatoes, sour cream and a little water. It burned only on the sides, where it was oiled and the potatoes stuck. Conclusion - do not smear with oil and add a little liquid if it is a dry product ... well, and a high stand so that the bottom does not touch any surface from which it heats up and burns ..

Your stove warms well. In our miracles, the bottom is rather pale than it burns ... here you can always burn the top!

I wonder if this is greed or a passion for antiques? A couple of years ago I took a new GDR mixer from us, and there I looked - it was 2-3 times more expensive and used

Girls, take it into your miraclenatural rows
I brought such a Miracle-Yuda-electric fryer home (bought for 300 r)

Electric frying pan Electric frying pan

Electric frying pan

It can be seen that they did not use it, but there are no instructions.

Tell me, what are these inserts-coasters?
How to use it and what is better to bet on so as not to spoil the surfaces?

How much maximum (dough) can you bake in it so that it does not burn?

Svetta
Vasilica, I have exactly such a frying pan! And the container inside was designated in the instructions as "for making porridge." But I don’t have a pentagonal stand, I don’t even remember if it was included at all (since 1982 I have already forgotten).
In this Miracle, I get a very pale bottom, I thought of putting it on an electric burner with a weak heating. The top bakes well, even fry. I bake in it, right in a large container with parchment, pies / rolls for 300 g of flour, if there is more flour, then the pies / rolls are higher and burn.
If you need a small pie made from semi-liquid dough, then bake in a bowl for porridge.
I like to bake eggplants and peppers in the main container, put the pan on the microwave oven rack.
I also make stewed chicken thighs in the main container, and on top of them I put a bowl for porridge and there I cook porridge, I get 2 dishes at once.
But for you this frying pan can work in a completely different way, I advise you to do field tests.
Vasilica
svetta, thanks for the help ! That means 300 g of flour.

For porridge? How interesting!
And the grill for the mik-wki looks like, I don't have a mikra.

And if an ordinary bread dough is more than 300 g of flour, will it also burn?
Ligra
Vasilica, up to 500 g bakes normally, but it is better to experimentally see how a particular oven bakes.
Svetta
Vasilica, here are different microwave grilles

🔗

"And if an ordinary bread dough is more than 300 g of flour, will it also burn?"
Ligra correctly answered that it is necessary to watch everything empirically. Well I wrote that mine bakes like that, and yours can be quite normal.
Vasilica
Girls, thanks! We will conduct experiments

svetta, I have such a lattice somewhere lying around, I have to look, thanks!
Svetta
Vasilica, so you don't need this grille for microwave, you have a stand! I don’t have a stand, so I’m getting out.
Vasilica
svetta, so this "star with pits" is the stand?
I will carry out the tests tomorrow, where would I start?
