Dear bakers and device addicts.
It's strange that there is still no Temko about the donut pan. She brought not only a photo, but also a video - for those who shift this thing from place to place at home and do not know what to do with it)) (JUPITER artel - a joke!)

Where??? I honestly searched !!
I don't remember exactly, either in kitchen trifles, or in pipelats ... But they definitely discussed, some even bought from Tanyulya in the video, I saw for sure.
Doxy
Well, to remind - it's not a sin, especially since I didn't find a separate topic, only Omela recipes. I leave the post to the judgment of the moderator.

UPD. Found in a branch kitchen trivia (a frying pan, it seems, is not a trifle), talk about a takoychitsa.

What a useful topic!
I also have such a thing
I hope the topic does not die out - but will be replenished with recipes and reviews

Ailen, you gotta look for a flat-bottomed Danish donut pan, like Nordic Ware ... But the price is, heh ...

From USA? And how long did such a frying pan come out to you? And in general, what did they take?

I have a little 50 bucks. The frying pan is on the video.

Now I even think if I need an electric one, but if I find it, I want it without a cover.

Tasha, this is a German store, and the delivery price is much higher than the cost of the toy itself. It makes sense if you do a joint venture.Need a link?
Tashenka
Oh! Who would organize the joint venture ... And what is the price with delivery?
Cvetaal
Laris, does it mean I have such a beauty soon? Thank you and Irina very much

Oh! Who would organize the joint venture ... And what is the price with delivery?
Tashenka, in this store the price depends on the chance - it is different every day! We ourselves could not understand what was the matter: today they answer - 24 euros, tomorrow - 22, the day after tomorrow - 29. They asked why, and there, like an e-bey, which store has put up for sale today, and they sell it at its price. And delivery from 30 euros. In short, if you are interested, figure it out yourself, but keep in mind that the price on the page does not correspond to the truth (and they themselves write about it), you need to ask a question about the price, and you will be sent a specific answer for today: 🔗

Cvetaal, Ira, thank you! I just came up with an idea, I dug up this store and left to rest, and Irochka I already did everything ...

Thank you. Sent a preliminary request. Let's see what the answer is.

The top lid is involved in baking, it also heats up, so if the heating is uniform, you do not need to turn it over. If not, then the kit includes a special fork.

Of course not sorry! The dough is cupcake, but I will not decorate it with a separate recipe, because for the first time I did not bother with the beautiful design of the cupcakes.

Wheat flour - 200 g
Nut flour - 30 g
Eggs - 2 pcs.
Yolks - 2 pcs.
Oil sl. 130 g
Liqueur Cointreau - 40 ml
Salt - a pinch
Baking powder 1 tsp.
Sugar - 0.5 cups

And it seemed to me that when we met, we switched to "you" .

And what is nut flour?
Vasilica, I in the "Fruit Shop" (there are several of them in the city) often buy different flour (which is not there besides the famous ones - chestnut, ram, and black rice, etc.), and so there is flour from different nuts.

🔗

But, in principle, these are the same ground nuts. In this test, I used walnut flour.
Vasilica
Thanks, now it's clear! I'll have to look into this shop.

Larissa, of course, went over. This is me, I have reported something. Thank you very much for the recipe and for the takoyady, my daughter is delighted. I have done takoyaki several times, and I have to try the cupcakes. And on the first day I baked from biscuit dough, it also turned out great.

I've done takoyaki several times already,

Hope, can you tell us more about takoyaki? Here the size of the holes is slightly different from the traditional takochnitsa
Dukhnich Nadezhda
Takoyaki is my favorite recipe:

flour - 100g
water - 340 ml
ground ginger - 1/2 tbsp. l.
1 egg
soy sauce - 1 tbsp. l.
a pinch of salt

some vegetable oil for lubrication

For filling:
a pinch of small dry shrimp or frozen
100 g boiled octopus
green onions
pickled ginger

If you make ordinary donuts, then you can take this recipe as a basis, but without soy sauce and ginger, I have flour with baking powder, you can do it with any fillers, the dough is thin.

It turns out small balls stuffed with shrimp inside. The amount of filling depends on the size of the balls, you can also make small takoyaki.
Ipatiya
Hope, Thank you so much! This will help me so that the first pancake (takoyaki) is not lumpy. It feels like going into space. Here is Japanese magic!

Here is my takoyat on YouTube:

If the oven is electric, then you need to pour less so that there is room for the filling. I pour to the middle of the mold and then add the filling.

This is a YouTube tutorial (not my authorship) by which I myself learned to make takoyaki. And I grease the holes with a silicone brush, which is also very convenient.

Nadia, thanks for the video anyway! We will join the eastern philosophy cooking.
I have had a bad experience of applying oil to Teflon surfaces. I want to try a nonstick mixture. What will come of it, I don't even know.

In an electric takoyak, a very good coating, you can safely lubricate it with ordinary odorless sunflower oil, nothing will stick. In my opinion, this is not Teflon. When I baked the biscuit balls, I didn't grease them with anything and then nothing stuck. For takoyaki, it is probably better to lubricate. I pour in a drop of oil and smear with a silicone brush.
