Gingerbread
Yesterday in the Metro (I came for a completely different one) I came across THIS thing (67 UAH). And I bought it. By the evening I already regretted it, but today I am already happy: my daughter baked 2 pizzas (Ф31 cm) for a picnic trip in the morning. Really easy and fast. Nothing burns. Easy to pull out and install at the same time. It takes up very little space - that, to, completely understands. And who is a pizza lover!? ... just right.

Who's a pizza lover!? ... just right.

And not just pizzas. And on these trays I bake cakes for Napoleon and honey cake, flat cakes, khachapuri, lavash. A very useful thing!

Girls, for some reason I thought that the upper and lower cakes would be baked unevenly without convection. I'm right? I have been looking at her for a long time, but this is what stops me from buying. It's good that it appeared, who to ask.

I’ll tell you as in the spirit. I, of course, have no convection. And in general - the fear of the Lord, not the oven. Even the temperature is difficult to regulate. And sometimes the gas by itself disappears.
I baked pizza in the morning on this device. The recipe (from the forum) is designed for 2 forms of 31 cm each. Therefore, I only had the upper form and the lower one in my case. I haven't baked since three o'clock at the same time. They were ready at the same time, though the bottom is more rosy for some reason turned out to be at the pizza, which is on top, and not below! ?? And so - everything is in order. And I’m unlikely to use 3 forms for pizza at once: I don’t eat it at this rate.

Cool stuff! I will definitely check out Metro. And please tell me in the photo you can see 3 pallets, and the stand is designed for 4, how many pallets are in the set? Or are they purchased separately?

Gingerbread, understandably. I'm not for pizza, I'm interested in it for cakes. I have been looking at her for a long time, but for some reason the thought did not occur to me about the cakes. A reason to buy.

And it holds 3 teflon-coated trays with small holes in the bottom. Therefore, it is necessary to pour the batter here, mabut, laying the waxed paper. The whole set is sold as a whole: a stand that you assemble and disassemble yourself and 3 pallets that can easily fit in and out of this stand. it takes up little space: the molds went into a common stack of pans, and the stand in disassembled form behind the stove hangs on a bar, like all my stands (who remember) for silicone molds.
By the way, in the Metro I saw Teskom's silicone cake tins for UAH 154. So my Italian 160, ordered over the internet, isn't that expensive.

well, you are a smart girl, and I didn’t think of the cakes, I only baked pizza (I am also the owner of this gadget). And what am I? Well this is such a saving of time - send three cakes for baking at once, especially since the oven is with convection.
thanks for the idea

Zest , a selfish question, and a convection oven? I want to know if all 3 cakes will be baked if there is no convection.

I am afraid that all three will not be baked at the same time, if without convection. Probably, it will be necessary to change the "plates" in the baking process. This I guess, because a lot also depends on the oven itself.

I have a convection oven, it seems, and not bad, but if you bake three pizzas at once, you have to either change places so that they are ready at the same time, or take turns out, starting with the one that is the fastest brown.

Without convection it will not work ...

Whose manufacturer will this thing be?

And we have only one manufacturer - China, but apparently for export to the EU.
I can say about what has been tested empirically: two pizzas at the same time in my gas disabled oven (there is no question of convection, God forbid, that the fire does not go out) are baked normally. I don't bake at a medium level. I don’t need it. Simultaneously 2 cakes - just right.

Freken Bock, I also have such a thing ... I have an Ariston gas oven, I tried to bake two pizzas from yeast dough at the same time, I had to bake the result that was on top ... and the bottom one, which was closer to the gas, was strongly seized by the crust ...

Fackelmann firms.
We bake pizza without medium pancake.
The oven is electric.
During the baking process, the upper-lower heating element was varied, the lower one did not brown, but was baked.
And here is the top one:

I bought a mold a year ago ... for 34 UAH ... oh, already one and a half ... there was some kind of action ... but on Saturday in the Metro I saw it again ... 136 UAH ...

What a handy thing! I wish I had such a oven, 3 cakes each, in 5 approaches Napoleon would be ready - just some kind of fairytale Metro was somewhere in the city, but it seems like they just don’t let it in there ... I didn’t see this charm in O'key-Ashany ... Can someone tell me what to put in a search engine in order to search and order on the Internet?

So, sir, does this look like a bookcase? 2 grill from AG and 3 stationery pins, non-stick plates from Magnet (photo from a web-camera)

And the diameter? My 32cm.
You can make such one yourself - I have two AGs, there are enough gratings.
Oca
Here I am the brake! I did not write that the diameter is 24 cm. These are the upper grilles from a 12-liter airfryer. In short, you first need to test this design, otherwise suddenly it really bakes badly?
In general, I will tell you a secret, there is a suspicion that a dryer for plates or lids can be adapted here - I saw such, in horizontal loading. Or if you really want to, you can bend the base from the wires ...
