Bread came up for 2 hours - periodically turned on the lid once every half hour for 2 minutes. Then she baked for an hour and a half. It turned out not very high, but tasty. If you give it a good distance, it turns out to be very airy. But it's so delicious. Half-grain and many different seeds.
