Now about baking. After comparing some recipes, we settled on this:

weight 1500 gr.

Milk: 120 ml
Eggs: 5 pcs
Margarine: 200 gr
Salt: 2 tsp
Sugar: 80 gr
Wheat flour: 650 gr (3 1/4 measuring cups)
Dry baker's yeast: 3.5 tsp

Additionally:
Pieces of chocolate: 100 gr

The program "Sweet bread" was baked, light crust.

But!!! Nevertheless, I made a mistake, the bread did not rise completely, and the bun was not whole, but with cracks.
I melted margarine and it should only be soften... Although I can be mistaken, since I use HP for the second day!
