Zena
Lud-Mil @, congratulations on the start !!!
let's bake an Ossetian pie as soon as possible and tell us ... I've already read Temka there ... I’ve caught fire with pies ... it remains to get up and start ... but something is not working out yet ...
waiting for the photo ...
Lud-Mil @
Girls, I don't know how Ossetian this cake will be))), I don't eat any eggs or milk now, so the dough and filling will be lean. I want to make the dough using potato broth, the potatoes are already being cooked, and the filling will be in one pie made of boiled potatoes, and in the other one made of raw with onions. Maybe I'll do it with stewed cabbage, if I don't get too tired to stew the cabbage.
Zena
Mila, so it will be interesting at all!

Byaka zakalyaka, and what is your model, and where did you get it? High-speed))

I found a rare 90 g release from the ads, but not used. It came complete with a spare spiral, but without documents, according to the letters that are written on the frying pan itself, it was produced in Chernivtsi (it seems).
And yet, yes, my copy turned out to be really fast, because my mother-in-law miraculously cooks everything longer. In mine, the bottom turns beautifully, and the church always turns over. Maybe it depends on the shape of the lower frying pan, I have a frying pan with straight sides, and my mother-in-law is beveled, the top is wider, the bottom is smaller

Niarma
Byaka zakalyaka, Marina, can you take a photo of your MIRACLE? And also - in which city you bought it and how long ago. I'm trying to find Chernivtsi production, but so far with no sense
Rituslya
I also bought this miracle, after reading the whole topic. I bought a modern one, since I didn't seem to find a rarity. If I find it, I will definitely buy it. I cook mostly meat in it. I really like chicken with potatoes. Long time, yes, but tasteful !!!
I tried the pizza. Okay, but now the top is blushing and the bottom is very pale.
Ligra
Rituslya, in Miracle, delicious meat turns out. And pizza turns out not quite and turns out pale, try adding a little sugar for color (baked goods with sugar are better baked).
Anastasenok
Rituslya, I probably have a bigger fireman. Non-stick pork potatoes 35-40 min.
Rituslya
Devuli, maybe my marriage? ... No, well, really, very long.
Ligra, yeah, thanks, I will definitely try. And then yesterday I barely pulled out the pizza. Everything was falling apart right before our eyes.
Anastasenok, and I shove right into the container itself.
Biryusa
I will duplicate the message in this thread

Rituslya, I, too, at first foolishly - right into the container, but here I read how the girls do ... now only in non-stick or silicone form. And it is more convenient to take out and wash.
Byaka zakalyaka
Niarma, Bought two weeks ago, found an ad on OLX. The price is almost nothing. I'll post the photo later, otherwise I took a picture on the phone, and what's next. I will wait for my husband

Galya,
I also bake everything in an additional form. In addition to the fact that the Miracle practically does not need to be washed, the baked goods are baked better: the form is, as it were, in a small oven, and hot air surrounds it on all sides, even a little below. If the oven is directly in Miracle, then both the bottom and the sides cool faster (there is no thermos around).

Marina, does it have a window in the top cover? Natalishka in the topic about Prumel showed one made in Chernivtsi

Can I fix the fork? When I turned it on for the first time, the fork dangled freely on the lid and the Miracle warmed weakly. Then she began to fix it firmly and the stove began to heat normally.

Regarding cleaning and washing "Miracle". I was helped by Cif cream for the pan, which was in good condition, and a melamine sponge for the lid with more persistent stains. Was washed-cleaned everything is wonderful!
Anastasenok
Speaking of forks. Mine was junk before replacing the electrical plug with a modern one.
That is, the old one was completely thrown away and a new one was attached. Not through an adapter
Byaka zakalyaka
I don't have one without a window, and the upper part heats, but in this one with a window, the bottom heats (that is, it looks more like an electric frying pan).
The surface of mine is the same polished, it just catches glare 🔗
The only way I can take a picture
I replaced the plug right away because the sockets in the house are all new. Very good quality frying pan. The spiral inside does not rattle (for the mother-in-law, the spiral rattles like a rattle, it seems that the spiral is not fixed at all)
Natalishka
But no, my spiral is in the side wall, in its middle part. Just because of the high lid, it seems that the heating is at the bottom. And by the way, she has a cord with three plugs. The cord from the multicooker fit perfectly (y) Although, I was surprised: girl-th: where did such cords come from in the USSR in 90?

Luda, I'm blushing. Here is a cake with cabbage, in the third photo there is just its bottom.

Byaka zakalyaka
When I bake with my mother-in-law (her bottom does not blush), just turn the lid over and put the frying pan itself in it, everything will blush perfectly. I told my mother-in-law she was happy, otherwise she used to play and turn everything over. Be sure to put something under the lid, otherwise it will burn the surface.
kirch
Olya, I really envy. I am afraid that it will not turn red in the uniform. The power is perhaps not enough. I will try

Thanks for the advice. I'm afraid only to put the lid somewhere
Ligra
And my bottom blushes well and even in aluminum. form, can hold longer.

The lid can be put on another saucepan.
Byaka zakalyaka
Natalishka, you finally can be a thug. My work is simple, but it does its job very well. Love her

Lyud, I already wrote, but I will repeat: the Miracle itself is surrounded by air at room temperature. And the form, which stands in Miracle, is in a very hot environment, 220 degrees. To be honest, I have no extra. the molds have not baked anything yet.

If my bottom had not been baked, I would have tried at the end to put the disabled Miracle on the gas.
Rituslya
I have, however, sooo long, but delicious in the end. I don’t know ... Maybe my modern-wrong kind. Another jamb of the manufacturer, and as always to me.
Turquoise,Olga, amazing bottom !!!
I'm very pale. Eh ... And for a long time too.
Elena Bo
I haven't baked yet, but all sorts of thoughts come to me ... If the bottom is light, then you can put it on the stove and brown it. Bottom regular saucepan / pan. in it, at least fry, even boil. I even think you can use either a frying pan or another suitable-sized form instead.
Byaka zakalyaka
I'm afraid that the plastic handles may not withstand an open fire, the thermostat protects them from overheating, and it plays on the gas, and the handles were taken and fell off)))) Well, it's easier to assume that it's easier to put the lid on your back and burn it on it.

Maybe try to replace the spiral, maybe these beads somehow burn out.

No, the pens will definitely not fall off. They are far from open flames. I have the same milk cooker. Nothing is done to them.

Ol, I'll try in shape. And I don't want to put something on gas. By the way, I have a modern miracle. Here the old one, though it rattles, but it turns out to be better bakes.

I also bake very slowly. Today, the pie with raw potatoes was baked for more than an hour (I put it in a cold oven), well, for him it might be good, the potatoes were baked properly. Perhaps he was ready before, but he had to wait until it was browned a little. Then I put the kulebyaka with cabbage into the preheated stove, baked it quickly, in 40-50 minutes, and then the same amount of pies. But such a bright crust, as I see here in the photo, did not work out for me, and everything was baked perfectly, the dough is tender, tasty, not overdried. I'll try to make some more sweet pastries, maybe it will be more reddened, in today's dough there is no baking and sugar, just one spoon.
Yes, my cord also dangles, but not the plug in the outlet, but the plug, which is inserted into the stove itself, and it is impossible to stick it tightly, I just try to insert it evenly and not touch it so that the contact does not come off.

I also have a new one, made in 2010, but according to GOST of the RSFSR from 1992. The lid also rattles. I put it on the table, unbent the four staples that secure the lid cap, laid the spiral as evenly as possible in diameter, put on the cap again and secured it with brackets properly. Now the spiral, although it rattles with ceramic rollers, at least does not twist the "eight". Previously, this cap did not fit tightly, once it even popped out when I lifted the lid.

I probably put it wrong. The part that is inserted into the cover is loose. Found a position where it is fixed rigidly. In the "nest" I move a little to the side. Dancing with a tambourine, in short! And at first I was almost upset. But here, apparently, the same principle is implemented as in Soviet televisions, when a blow with a fist on the body served as a fine adjustment.
Lud-Mil @
Ipatiya, I have the same thing, but fix it firmly so that it does not dangle, it does not work, I just try to find a position in which the pins contact the socket correctly, insert it evenly, and then do not breathe on the cord, I need to look for another such cord, I must somewhere- then from an electric kettle, maybe it is better suited. But it seems to me that this will not affect the baking speed.
You put it right, it's just that the girls also wrote about the fork, so I answered everyone at once.)))

Finally I got to a normal computer, I can report on yesterday's pies.
Pie with raw potatoes and onions, cut the potatoes into cubes like fries, onions like frying, salt, sprinkle with seasoning for flavor.

Pies with boiled potatoes (boiled potatoes, mashed them, added onions fried in vegetable oil).

And the kulebyaka with cabbage, I have an ugly one, I don't know how to decorate baked goods beautifully. I made cabbage in a cartoon on Fried vegetables, with onions, carrots and tomatoes.

The dough on potato broth, if the recipe is needed, then I'll post it.

very, very much needed! Thank you so much!!!
Ipatiya
Lud-Mil @, everything is very rosy, beautiful and appetizing!

I thought. Who has a pale bottom. In theory, this should not be. Of the common metals, copper and aluminum have the highest thermal conductivity. That is, the pan should quickly heat up from a working lid and the difference in temperature should not be large. Maybe there is a loose connection between the top and bottom?
Lud-Mil @
Rita, did not turn anything over. My Miracle bakes very slowly, I wrote a little higher, the first pie was baked, from a cold state for more than an hour, probably an hour and a half, I did not time the exact time, then I put the pies in the preheated oven, 40-50 minutes, and the last pies were already 40 minutes just baked. But I already decided to put up with this, the main thing is that the baking is good, and you don't need to turn on the oven.
I made the dough according to this recipe, only I added the broth not to 700 grams, but to a liter (I had very large potatoes), 1 standard cup from a bread machine was poured into this dough. Then she divided this chatterbox in half and kneaded it in two steps in a bread maker (who has a large HP, it can be done in one step), in each portion she poured another two and a quarter cups of flour. The gingerbread man was not tight, this dough does not need to be steep.
🔗
Ipatiya, I have it evenly and the top and bottom blush, you can see it in the photo, I specially turned one pie over to show the color of the crust below.
Ipatiya
Lud-Mil @, Your baked goods are good from all sides! The girls wrote about the pale bottom. Today I was drawn to science.

Yes, I just in case wrote, for completeness of the report, so to speak.

What are you talking about! Everything is very beautiful and so homely!
I have a krt broth just in the freezer. In his business!
I want to taste your pie with raw potatoes. Will he have time to bake? And if possible, the approximate proportions of dough and filling so that everything is baked well in Miracle.
Ligra
Lud-Mil @The pies are wonderful and evenly fried. The dough recipe is interesting. The baking time may increase due to the volume of the product, the more - the longer the time.

And the plug (connector) into the lid must be inserted all the way and nothing should dangle there, it is inserted with a stride.
Lud-Mil @
Girls, thank you all for your kind words, but I really don't know how to decorate baked goods beautifully. Here they show such masterpieces, but everything is simple and even clumsy for me, but I don’t bother too much, maybe I’ll learn more.
Vika, everything was baked perfectly, so maybe it's even "+" that my Miracle is so unhurried. But I used to bake such a cake in the oven, it baked faster there, but everything was baked too. I put a lot of fillings, I can't say for sure, because I didn't weigh everything, by eye. If you start from the amount of dough that I made yesterday, then from one kneading (that is, half of a full portion per liter of potato talker, the second half was still kneading in HP) I stretched half onto the lower cake, put a layer of filling probably thick two centimeters and covered it with a thin cake on top (the half remaining from the first batch was still divided in half). Then I checked the readiness with a toothpick, it should easily enter. I do not know if it is clear about the amount of the test I wrote.
If you put the dough on one broth, without adding boiled potatoes, then you will take a little more flour.
And the plug (connector) into the cover must be inserted all the way and nothing should dangle there, it is inserted with difficulty.
Thanks for the advice, I'll try, maybe I will still be able to cram it there more firmly, but it seems to me that it's just not a very high-quality performance, that's why everything hangs out. I had a Soviet kettle with such a cord for a long time, and everything was very tight there.
